背景技术
汽车线束是汽车上的神经系统,几乎所有电器元件的供电和信号的传递,都需要布设线束实现,随着汽车上的电器元件越来越多,汽车线束的回路数和分支数量也逐步增加。
汽车座椅是坐车时乘坐的座椅,汽车座椅系统为驾乘人员提供便于操作、舒适安全的驾驶、乘坐位置。随着汽车的现代化程度越来越高,汽车座椅也增加了很多功能,而增加的功能都需要用电装置来驱动,在座椅内部会增加很多相关的线束,座椅与车身之间的线束连接处,回路数也会越来越多。既增加了汽车线束的用量,同时也提高了汽车线束布线的复杂程度,增加了汽车装配和维修的难度,也使得汽车的成本居高不下。
因此,汽车电器技术领域急需一种减少汽车线束,安装和维修都十分方便,成本较低的座椅系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无线控制的座椅系统的新技术方案。本发明的主控制器不需要使用线束与次控制器和各个分控制器连接,节省了线束的使用量,也降低了各个电负载装置的安装和维修工时,减少了整个汽车座椅系统的成本。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种无线控制的座椅系统,包括设置在车身内的主控制器、设置在各个所述座椅内的至少一个电负载装置、设置在其中一个座椅中的次控制器、和设置在其余座椅中的至少一个分控制器,所述主控制器通过无线网络与所述次控制器、所述分控制器进行数据与信号传输;所述次控制器或所述分控制器与至少一个所述电负载装置连接。

本发明的特点及优点是:

2、本发明的中央处理单元,可以从存储单元中存储或调取座椅预存状态信息,并通过分控制器将座椅调节到预存状态信息所在的状态,省力方便,更具人性化。
3、通过加密模块和解密模块对信号的处理,使控制信号有唯一性,避免不同汽车的控制信号无线传输,造成对其他车辆的误操作。
4、增加了移动控制终端,使汽车座椅的控制和调节更加方便。
5、在汽车座椅内就近设置单独的电池,减少供电线束的数量和长度。同时具备无线充电功能,避免由于电池的电量低造成汽车座椅功能无法正常运行。

一种通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,如图1、图4所示,包括设置在车身内的主控制器1、设置在各个座椅内的至少一个电负载装置、设置在其中一个座椅中的次控制器2,和设置在其余座椅中的至少一个分控制器3,主控制器1通过无线网络与次控制器2、分控制器3进行数据与信号传输,次控制器2或分控制器3与至少一个电负载装置连接。

本实施例的主控制器1可以不需要使用线束4与次控制器2和各个分控制器3连接,节省了线束4的使用量,也降低了各个电负载装置的安装和维修工时,减少了整个汽车座椅系统的成本。
主控制器1中包括计算单元,可以包括中央处理器(CPU)、微控制单元(MCU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、可编辑逻辑控制器(PLC)、现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)等。同时仪表盘上会设置人机接口,驾驶员能够通过人机接口,对主控制器1进行操作,计算单元将驾驶员的操作转化为控制信号,通过无线网络发送给次控制器2或分控制器3,次控制器2或分控制器3也会把各个座椅内的电负载装置的状态信息,通过无线网络发送给主控制器1。无线网络可以是基于蓝牙、wifi、紫蜂(ZigBee)、物联网(IOT)、红外、无线家庭数字接口(WDHI)等无线通信技术。

在一种实施方式中,如图1所示,电负载装置包括座椅调节模块51、未系安全带报警模块52、音响模块53、按摩模块54和人体健康监控模块55中的一者或多者。
座椅调节模块51,是通过设置在座椅中的滑轨和调节按键,将座椅调节到驾乘人员都能舒服乘坐的姿态位置。通常汽车座椅调节开关都是位于座椅侧面,根据调节方向,可以分为前后调节、高低调节、靠背调节、腰部调节、头枕调节等。正确的驾驶姿势可以有效保护驾驶者的安全,若是座椅位置不合适,不仅会影响驾驶员视线和操控的灵敏度,甚至导致交通事故。
未系安全带报警模块52,是驾乘人员在汽车行驶过程中,未系安全带时发出的警告提示。车辆在探测到驾乘人员未系安全带时,会在仪表板上出现报警灯提示;当车速超过20km/h时转为声音提示。未系安全带报警模块52在汽车座椅的乘坐面和安全带安装卡扣中设置了传感器,当检测到座椅上有人乘坐,并且安全带安装卡扣中传感器没有触发,就会发出报警信息。
音响模块53,可以设置在座椅头枕内,通过仪表盘上的主机和功放发送音频信号,由主控制器1通过无线网络传输给分控制器3,再由分控制器3通过线束4传递给音响模块53的扬声器,能够在汽车内部形成环绕立体声,使车内的人员能够享受到稳定和完善的音质,减轻驾驶员和乘员旅行中的枯燥感。
按摩模块54,是在座椅内加入气动装置,气压由发动机舱的气泵提供,座椅靠背内分别有4个或多个气压腔,实现对腰椎部的保护。同时,这些气压腔由一个装在靠背内的电脑控制的电子振荡器控制,电子振荡器根据 事先编写的程序改变气压腔内的压力,使座椅椅面随之运动,达到为驾乘人员按摩的目的。

座椅角度调节单元513,通过设置在座椅乘坐面和靠背面之间的铰链结构以及驱动电机,调节座椅靠背的角度,既可以在驾驶过程中保持正立坐姿,也可以在休闲时放平座椅,是驾乘人员得到放松和休息。
座椅通风调节单元514,夏季虽然有自动空调能够保持车内恒定温度,但由于乘员身体与座椅紧密接触,接触部分空气不流通,不利于汗液排除,会使人感觉不舒服。座椅通风调节单元514独有的通风循环系统,源源不 断的将新鲜空气从座椅坐垫与靠背上的小孔流出,防止臀部与后背积汗,提供舒适的乘坐环境,有效改善了人体与椅面接触部分的空气流通环境,即使长时间乘坐,身体于座椅的接触面也会干爽舒适。
座椅温度调节单元515,通过设置在座椅内部的加热和降温装置,调节座椅的乘坐温度,使驾乘人员除了汽车空调之外,也可以按照需要调节自己座椅的温度,例如在北方冬天上车时,可以开启座椅加热功能,使座椅温度不再冰凉;在南方夏天的时候,开启座椅降温功能,使座椅保持凉爽干燥。
在一种实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,次控制器2或分控制器3包括相互电连接的中央处理单元61和存储单元62,中央处理单元61通过线束4与电负载装置电连接,并将电负载装置的预存状态信息存储到存储单元62。
在一种实施方式中,次控制器2或分控制器3也可以设置中央处理单元61,可以包括中央处理器(CPU)、微控制单元(MCU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、可编辑逻辑控制器(PLC)、现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)等。次控制器2或分控制器3与各个座椅内的电负载装置通过线束4连接,能够更加稳定快速的将控制信号传递到电负载装置,座椅内部空间较小,即使使用线束4连接,线束4分支的长度也较短,不会增加太多线束4重量。
另外次控制器2或分控制器3的中央处理单元61本身有计算和控制功能,座椅内的电负载装置的部分功能的状态监控和命令信息,可以不用通过无线网络传输给主控制器1做计算和判断,可以直接由次控制器2或分控制器3进行计算和判断,不仅降低了主控制器1的计算负荷,同时也节省了信号传递的过程,能够对电负载装置的控制更加快速,例如座椅姿态的自动恢复等。
次控制器2或分控制器3的存储单元62,可以保存各个座椅的预存信息,例如座椅位置调节信息,可以根据个人的喜好,存储对应的座椅位置,并在需要的时候调取出来,不需要每一次都逐个调整座椅的前后,高低和角度。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,主控制器1通过无线网络控制次控制器2或分控制器3的中央处理单元61,从存储单元62中调取预存状态信息,并通过次控制器2或分控制器3将座椅调节到预存状态信息所在的状态。
驾驶人员能够在仪表盘的人机接口处,通过无线网络连接和控制次控制器2或分控制器3的中央处理单元61,并能对座椅内部的电负载装置进行控制,同时也能进入到各个座椅内的存储单元62,并从存储单元62中调取所需座椅状态信息,例如座椅的预存位置状态信息,然后通过次控制器2或分控制器3,控制相应的电负载装置,将座椅调节到需要的状态。
在一种实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,次控制器2通过无线网络控制分控制器3的中央处理单元61,从存储单元62中调取预存状态信息,并通过分控制器3将座椅调节到预存状态信息所在的状态。
当汽车熄火后,驾驶人员如果想要将其他座椅调节到预存状态信息中的状态,可以通过驾驶人员的座椅中的次控制器2,通过无线网络控制其他座椅中分控制器3的中央处理单元61,并从其他座椅中的存储单元62调取座椅的预穿状态信息,通过分控制器3控制相应的电负载装置,将座椅调节到需要的状态。
在一种实施方式中,各个座椅上设置预存状态信息的存储按键和调取按键,存储按键能够通过中央处理单元61将预存状态信息一键保存在存储单元62内,调取按键能够通过中央处理单元61将预存状态信息从存储单元62内一键调取出来,并通过次控制器2或分控制器3将座椅调节到预存状态信息所在的状态。
乘车人员如果想要将自己的座椅调节到舒适的状态并能进行保存,可以通过自己座椅上设置的预存状态信息的存储按键,先将自己的座椅调节到自己满意的状态,然后按存储按键,并在仪表盘的人机接口处设置预存状态信息的名称,就可以将自己的座椅状态保存。在下次乘车的时候,可以直接按动座椅上的调取按键,或者在仪表盘的人机接口处调取相应的预存状态信息的名称,就可以通过座椅中的次控制器2或分控制器3,控制相应的电负载装置,将座椅调节到需要的状态。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,主控制器1包括无线发射单元81,次控制器2和分控制器3包括无线接收单元82,主控制器1的输出端与无线发射单元81连接并通过无线网络发送控制信号,次控制器2和分控制器3的输入端与无线接收单元82连接并接收控制信号。
无线发射单元81,是指能将主控制器1的控制信号,转化为无线传输信号,再通过无线发射天线发送出去,例如F05R是一款小体积低电压、微功率无线发射模块。采用SMT工艺,声表稳频,性能稳定,特别适合电池10供电的小体积无线遥控,数据传输产品使用。无线接收单元82,一般分为超再生和超外差接收模块两种类型,按照是否有编解码还可分为无线接收头(不带解码,输出脉冲信号)、无线接收板(带解码芯片,输出TTL电平信号)。主控制器1的控制信号,经过无线发射单元81发送后,再由无线接收单元82接收,并转化为控制信号传递给次控制器2或分控制器3,并由次控制器2或分控制器3对相应的座椅内部的电负载装置进行控制。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,主控制器1包括无线接收单元82,次控制器2和分控制器3包括无线发射单元81,次控制器2和分控制器3的输出端与无线发射单元81连接并通过无线网络发送状态信息,主控制器1的输入端与无线接收单元82连接并接收状态信息。
座椅内部的电负载装置需要将状态信息反馈给主控制器1并显示到人机接口上,此时就需要次控制器2或分控制器3具备无线发射单元81,次控制器2或分控制器3可以将状态信息传递给无线发射单元81,再由无线发射单元81通过无线发射天线发送出去。主控制器1具备无线接收单元82,主控制器1的无线接收单元82接收到无线网络发送的信号后,转化为座椅内部的电负载装置的状态信息,并传递给汽车的人机接口,使驾驶人员能够随时了解汽车座椅内部的电负载装置的工作状态,能够及时的做出相应的反馈。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,次控制器2包括无线发射单元81,分控制器3包括无线接收单元82,次控制器2输出端与无线发射单元81连接并通过无线网络发送控制信号,分控制器3的输入端与无线接收单元82连接并接收控制信号。
由于次控制器2安装在左前座椅中,是驾驶员乘坐的座椅,其他三个座椅有时也需要驾驶员进行控制,因此左前座椅内部的次控制器2也要包括无线发射单元81,在驾驶员的操作下,次控制器2的控制信号,经过无线发射单元81发送后,再由其他座椅中的无线接收单元82接收,并转化为控制信号传递给分控制器3,以方便驾驶员对其他三个座椅的控制。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,次控制器2包括无线接收单元82,分控制器3包括无线发射单元81,分控制器3的输出端与无线发射单元81连接并通过无线网络发送状态信息,次控制器2的输入端与无线接收单元82连接并接收状态信息。
除了左前座椅的其他三个座椅的分控制器3具备无线发射单元81,分控制器3可以将电负载装置的状态信息传递给无线发射单元81,再由无线发射单元81通过无线发射天线发送出去。次控制器2具备无线接收单元82,次控制器2的无线接收单元82接收到无线网络发送的信号后,转化为其他三个座椅的电负载装置的状态信息,并传递给左前座椅上的人机接口,使驾驶人员能够随时了解其他三个座椅内的电负载装置的工作状态,能够及时的做出相应的反馈。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,无线发射单元81还包括加密模块91,主控制器1、次控制器2和分控制器3的输出端通过加密模块91与无线发射单元81连接,加密模块91将控制信号或状态信息加密;无线接收单元82包括解密模块92,主控制器1、次控制器2和分控制器3的输入端通过解密模块92与无线接收单元82连接,解密模块92将接收到的控制信号或状态信息解密。
随着车辆信息化的进展越来越大,车载网络在大部分汽车上都实现了设置和使用,不同车辆之间的信号交涉也相应的增加,为了使不同车辆之间的控制信息和状态信息不会影响其他车辆,每个车辆的信号发射和接收都会有相应的加密和解密程序,同时也是为了防止黑客对车辆的入侵,使外界信号不能接入车辆的信息传递网络。加密模块91是通过内部的编码器,将控制信号或状态信息通过一定的规则重新编码,也就是密钥,然后再将编码后的信息通过无线传输发送出去,这样即使有其他车辆接收到无线信 息,由于没有对应的密钥,也无法识别相应的信息,同时,密钥也会自带识别码,其他车辆如果接收信息的识别码与自身的识别码不一致,就不会对相应的信息进行识别。只有识别码对应上的信息接收装置,也就是相应的解密模块92,才会对信息使用对应的规则进行解密,并将解密后的信息传递给对应的主控制器1或次控制器2或分控制器3。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,还包括移动控制终端7,移动控制终端7通过无线网络连接次控制器2和分控制器3,分控制器3通过无线网络将状态信息反馈给移动控制终端7,次控制器2通过无线网络将状态信息反馈给移动控制终端7。
移动控制终端7包括手机、平板或移动笔记本电脑等,移动控制终端7能够通过wifi、蓝牙、4G网络或者5G网络连接到汽车的无线网络中,并与次控制器2和分控制器3的无线发射单元81和无线接收单元82无线连接,能够接收到次控制器2和分控制器3发送的状态信息,即使驾驶人员没有在车内,也可以通过移动控制终端7,了解汽车座椅的状态信息,从而及时处理一些异常情况。例如下车后忘记关闭座椅加热功能,想起时可以通过手机将座椅加工功能关闭,避免浪费电池10的能量。移动控制终端7也可以通过安装的软件给各个汽车座椅传递控制信号,控制部分功能,使驾驶人员不用到车内就能实现对各个汽车座椅的操作。例如提前打开座椅加热或通风功能。
在一种实施方式中,当移动控制终端7和主控制器1或次控制器2同时发送控制信号时,分控制器3以主控制器1或次控制器2的控制信号为准。
当移动控制终端7和主控制器1或次控制器2同时发送控制信号时,也代表车内驾驶室中有人在操作,分控制器3则以主控制器1或次控制器2发送的控制信号为准,避免由于移动控制终端7的误操作,造成汽车非预期的动作。
在一种实施方式中,如图2所示,还包括电池10,电池10可拆卸的安装在各个座椅内,电池10通过线束4与电负载装置和次控制器2或分控制器3电连接,并给电负载装置和次控制器2或分控制器3提供电能。
座椅内的电负载装置就近设置了电池10,在座椅的内部,就需要设置电池安装腔体103,使电池10能够固定在电池安装腔体103内,为座椅内的电负载装置进行供电。为了防止出现因电池10晃动等导致的供电不稳定问题,在电池安装腔体103内和电池10上设置卡接机构104,能使电池10卡接在电池安装腔体103内。如图8所示,卡接机构104包括设置在电池10上的卡爪,卡爪通过铰链固定在电池10侧边,并能够绕铰链转动,卡爪与电池10之间还设置弹簧,能够使卡爪保持在远离电池10的位置。在电池安装腔体103内的侧边设置卡槽,当电池10插入到电池安装腔体103内时,卡爪与卡槽卡接,使电池10能够稳定的固定在电池安装腔体103内。
由于电池10的电量在使用中消耗,到一定时间需要更换座椅内的电池10,需要能够方便的将电池10从电池安装腔体103内取出,在座椅内侧设置解锁按钮105,解锁按钮105可以是直接设置在电池安装腔体103侧边,通过按压卡接机构104的卡爪,使其脱离卡槽,电池10就能够从电池安装腔体103内取出。解锁按钮105也可以是设置在座椅侧面的按键,按键连接顶出装置,按键和顶出装置通过线束44连接,按压按键使顶出装置动作,顶出装置可以按压卡接机构104的卡爪,使其脱离卡槽,电池10就能够从电池安装腔体103内取出。
为了使电池10插入到电池安装腔体106内后,电池10的电源就能与座椅内的线束4连接上,电池10底部设置电极触点109,分别为正极触点和负极触点,电池安装腔体106内对应的位置设置电极弹片110,分别为正极弹片和负极弹片,由弹性金属片制成,具有一定的弹性,能够在振动条件下也能稳固的连接电极触点109。电池10完全插入到电池安装腔体106内后,电极触点109与电极弹片110接触并实现电连接,通过与电极弹片110连接的线束4,为座椅内的电负载装置和次控制器2或分控制器3供电。
在一种实施方式中,如图5、图6、图7所示,电池10设置在座椅下方,电池10上设置无线受电线圈101并与电池10的电极连接,座椅对应的车身底部设置无线充电线圈102,无线充电线圈102通过无线受电线圈101为电池10充电。
无线受电线圈101可设置于电池10侧面并与电池10的电极连接,以 用于对电池10进行无线充电。其中,无线受电线圈101可以基于电磁感应耦合或磁共振耦合等无线充电方式,对电池10进行无线充电。
电磁感应耦合是指当无线充电线圈102靠近无线受电线圈101时,无线充电线圈102发射的能量信号以电磁感应方式耦合至无线受电线圈101,并提供给电池10。
磁共振耦合是指无线充电线圈102内设有与无线充电线圈102串联的送电侧谐振电容,从而形成送电侧LC谐振电路;无线受电线圈101内设置有与无线受电线圈101串联的受电侧谐振电容,从而形成受电侧LC谐振电路;并且送电侧LC谐振电路和受电侧LC谐振电路具有相同的谐振频率。当无线充电线圈102通电时,送电侧LC谐振电路会产生一个高频振动磁场;在这个高频振动磁场中任意位置处任意时刻的磁场和电场之间呈正交关系,并且在相位上相差1/2π,而且磁场强度远高于电场强度,这个空间电磁场它可以储存能量,但合成的电磁波功率流密度为零,不会传输任何能量,也就是说这个场不会向外辐射,也不会向内损耗。当无线充电线圈102靠近无线受电线圈101时,无线受电线圈101会落入高频振动磁场的范围,由于受电侧LC谐振电路具有与送电侧LC谐振电路相同的谐振频率,受电侧LC谐振电路将产生同频磁场的谐振,使得能量从无线充电线圈102以磁共振形式耦合至无线受电线圈101,并提供给电池10。
在一种实施方式中,各个座椅内的电池10相同。为了使各个座椅内的电池10能够互换,所有的电池10可以设置为同规格、同型号的电池10,所有的电池10都能在电池10充电装置内充电,当某个座椅内的电池10的剩余电量低于报警值时,可以不用核对电池10的大小和型号,直接将充电完成的电池10更换即可。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,包括设置在车身内的主控制器、设置在各个所述座椅内的至少一个电负载装置、设置在其中一个座椅中的次控制器,和设置在其余座椅中的至少一个分控制器,所述主控制器通过无线网络与所述次控制器、所述分控制器进行数据与信号传输;所述次控制器或所述分控制器与至少一个所述电负载装置连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器或所述分控制器通过线束与所述电负载装置电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器或所述分控制器通过无线网络与所述电负载装置连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述电负载装置包括座椅调节模块、未系安全带报警模块、音响模块、按摩模块和人体健康监控模块中的一者或多者。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述座椅调节模块包括座椅前后调节单元、座椅高低调节单元、座椅角度调节单元、座椅通风调节单元和座椅温度调节单元中的一者或多者。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器或所述分控制器包括相互电连接的中央处理单元和存储单元,所述中央处理单元通过线束与所述电负载装置电连接,并将所述电负载装置的预存状态信息存储到所述存储单元。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述主控制器通过无线网络控制所述次控制器或所述分控制器的所述中央处理单元,从所述存储单元中调取所述预存状态信息,并通过所述次控制器或所述分控制器将所述座椅调节到所述预存状态信息所在的状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器通过无线网络控制所述分控制器的所述中央处理单元,从所述存储单元中调取所述预存状态信息,并通过所述分控制器将所述座椅调节到所述预存状态信息所在的状态。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在 于,各个所述座椅上设置所述预存状态信息的存储按键和调取按键,所述存储按键能够通过所述中央处理单元将所述预存状态信息一键保存在所述存储单元内,所述调取按键能够通过所述中央处理单元将所述预存状态信息从所述存储单元内一键调取出来,并通过所述次控制器或所述分控制器将所述座椅调节到所述预存状态信息所在的状态。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述主控制器包括无线发射单元,所述次控制器和所述分控制器包括无线接收单元,所述主控制器的输出端与所述无线发射单元连接并通过无线网络发送控制信号,所述次控制器和所述分控制器的输入端与所述无线接收单元连接并接收所述控制信号。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述主控制器包括无线接收单元,所述次控制器和所述分控制器包括无线发射单元,所述次控制器和所述分控制器的输出端与所述无线发射单元连接并通过无线网络发送所述状态信息,所述主控制器的输入端与所述无线接收单元连接并接收所述状态信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器包括无线发射单元,所述分控制器包括无线接收单元,所述次控制器输出端与所述无线发射单元连接并通过无线网络发送控制信号,所述分控制器的输入端与所述无线接收单元连接并接收所述控制信号。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述次控制器包括无线接收单元,所述分控制器包括无线发射单元,所述分控制器的输出端与所述无线发射单元连接并通过无线网络发送所述状态信息,所述次控制器的输入端与所述无线接收单元连接并接收所述状态信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述无线发射单元还包括加密模块,所述主控制器、所述次控制器和所述分控制器的输出端通过所述加密模块与所述无线发射单元连接,所述加密模块将所述控制信号或所述状态信息加密;所述无线接收单元包括解密模块,所述主控制器、所述次控制器和所述分控制器的输入端 通过所述解密模块与所述无线接收单元连接,所述解密模块将接收到的所述控制信号或所述状态信息解密。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,还包括移动控制终端,所述移动控制终端通过无线网络连接所述次控制器和所述分控制器,所述分控制器通过无线网络将所述状态信息反馈给所述移动控制终端,所述次控制器通过无线网络将所述状态信息反馈给所述移动控制终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,当所述移动控制终端和所述主控制器或所述次控制器同时发送控制信号时,所述分控制器以所述主控制器或所述次控制器的控制信号为准。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,还包括电池,所述电池可拆卸的安装在各个所述座椅内,所述电池通过所述线束与所述电负载装置和所述次控制器或所述分控制器电连接,并给所述电负载装置和所述次控制器或所述分控制器提供电能。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,所述电池设置在所述座椅下方,所述电池上设置无线受电线圈并与所述电池的电极连接,所述座椅对应的车身底部设置无线充电线圈,所述无线充电线圈通过所述无线受电线圈为所述电池充电。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的通过无线网络控制的座椅系统,其特征在于,各个所述座椅内的电池相同。
