具体地,环境大气通过导气罩进入前置过滤组件中,此时内旋滤筒在旋转下能够对其进行初步过滤,以便将大颗粒灰尘对外排出,而初步过滤后的环境大气可进入气流仓,并从气流仓分流至各多位净化装置中;而在一段时间使用后,内包膜板能够进行自旋传输更替,并通过内清灰装置对其进行表面清洁,从而在不影响正常使用的情况下进行自主维护清理,降低成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:其包括:
    固定箱座(1);
    导气罩(11),通过螺栓密封固定在所述固定箱座(1)的一侧;
    连接管(12),同圆心的固定在所述导气罩(11)的一端,所述连接管(12)内可相对转动的设置有内扇叶;
    转接管(13),贯穿固定在所述固定箱座(1)上,所述转接管(13)的一端与所述导气罩(11)相连通;
    前置过滤组件(2),安装在所述固定箱座(1)内,所述固定箱座(1)内密封设置有隔离架,并左右形成两个独立腔室,所述前置过滤组件(2)固定在位于左侧的独立腔室内;
    静电除尘净化组件(3),设置在位于右侧的独立腔室内;以及
    尾部排气座(14),水平固定在所述固定箱座(1)内,所述尾部排气座(14)的一端与所述静电除尘净化组件(3)相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述前置过滤组件(2)包括:
    处理筒(21),固定在所述固定箱座(1)内,所述转接管(13)的一端垂直穿接在所述处理筒(21)上;
    内旋滤筒(22),同圆心的通过轴承转动设置在所述处理筒(21)内,所述转接管(13)的一端与所述内旋滤筒(22)相连通;
    安装座(23),固定在所述固定箱座(1)外,所述安装座(23)内竖直转动设置有轴向管(25),所述轴向管(25)的一端与所述内旋滤筒(22)相连接;
    驱动电机(26),安装在所述安装座(23)上,并通过齿轮啮合传动作用与所述轴向管(25)连接传动;以及
    排尘管(24),通过安装座与所述轴向管(25)相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述内旋滤筒(22)的横截面呈梯形结构,且所述处理筒(21)的内壁与所述内旋滤筒(22)斜面相契合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述静电除尘净化组件(3)包括:
    气流仓(31),固定在所述固定箱座(1)中,所述气流仓(31)的一侧横向连接有固定(32)管,所述固定管(32)的一端与所述前置过滤组件(2)相连接;
    放电极(33),上下设置在所述固定箱座(1)内,所述放电极(33)由高压电机与接地电极组成;以及
    多位净化装置(4),横向设置在所述固定箱座(1)中,并位于放电极(33)之间,所述多位净化装置(4)的一端与所述气流仓(31)相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述多位净化装置(4)包括:
    密封轴管(41);
    内导管(42),固定在所述密封轴管(41)内,所述内导管(42)的管壁上开设有多个通口;
    内包膜板(43),设置在所述密封轴管(41)与内导管(42)之间,所述内导管(42)的外壁上设有多个导向轮(44),所述内包膜板(43)滑动架空在导向轮(44)上;
    清洁座(45),固定在所述密封轴管(41)的下方;以及
    内清灰装置(5),设置在所述清洁座(45)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述内清灰装置(5)包括:
    主驱动轮(53),倾斜转动架设在所述清洁座(45)的两侧位置,所述内包膜板(43)绕接在主驱动轮(53)上;
    固定导架(51),其横截面被设置为扇形结构,所述内包膜板(43)穿设在清洁座(45)内,并与所述固定导架(51)相抵靠接触;
    毛刷件(52),为排列设置的多个,各所述毛刷件(52)转动设置在所述固定导架(51)内;
    微型电机(54),其输出端与所述毛刷件(52)相连接;以及
    排尘座(55),倾斜固定在所述清洁座(45)的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述固定导架(51)的表面还设有锉齿结构,且所述内包膜板(43)的接触侧沿上对应设有齿槽,且所述清洁座(45)的两侧均嵌入设置有减震棉(57)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种介质阻挡放电大气净化设备,其特征在于:所述固定导架(51)上位于毛刷件(52)两侧的锉齿密封各不相同,且所述固定导架(51)上两侧位置对称滑动设置有抵靠轮(56),所述固定导架(51)上铰接有伸缩导杆,所述伸缩导杆的一端与所述抵靠轮(56)相连接。
