本发明涉及一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣。
背景技术
现有的卡扣一般卡扣和底座是分体的,使用过程中,卡扣和底座容易脱落,另外现有的底座一般都是板状结构,卡扣一般都是要不与底座一体注塑成型,要不就是挂钩分体在与底座安装,从而结构复杂,制作成本高。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于解决现有卡扣结构复杂,成本高,且卡扣和底座容易脱落的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决本发明所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案为:本发明的梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣包括有底座以及设于底座上的卡扣主体,所述的底座与卡扣主体垂直设置,所述的底座和卡扣主体通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,所述的底座包括有由金属丝弯折而成的平面结构,所述的卡扣主体包括有与底座垂直连接的第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱,以及与连接第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接的梯形弹性卡钩,梯形弹性卡钩的长边两侧分别设有卡钩主体,所述的两侧的卡钩主体分别与第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接。
对本发明作进一步限定的技术方案包括:
所述的金属丝为钢丝。
所述的底座为圆形缺口结构,椭圆形缺口结构或者多边形缺口结构。
所述的第一支撑柱的底部设有弧形的与底座平行的弯折面,所述的第二支撑柱的底部设有弯折的卡位,所述的卡位与底座底部卡合。

通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣的包括有底座以及设于底座上的卡扣主体,所述的底座与卡扣主体垂直设置,底座和卡扣主体通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,底座包括有由金属丝弯折而成的平面结构,卡扣主体包括有与底座垂直连接的第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱,以及连接第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接的梯形弹性卡钩,梯形弹性卡钩的长边两侧分别设有卡钩主体,两侧的卡钩主体分别与第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接。从而卡扣主体与底座通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,结构简单,制作简单,成本低,且卡扣主体与底座一体成型,不会脱落。

以下结合附图对本发明的结构做进一步说明。
参照图1,一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣包括有底座1以及设于底座上的卡扣主体2,底座与卡扣主体垂直设置,底座和卡扣主体通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,底座1包括有由金属丝弯折而成的平面结构,卡扣主体2包括有与底座垂直连接的第一支撑柱21和第二支撑柱22,以及连接第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接的梯形弹性卡钩23,梯形弹性卡钩的长边两侧分别设有卡钩主体231,两侧的卡钩主体分别与第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接。制作时,底座和挂钩通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,底座和卡扣主体之间连接牢固,不会脱落,且结构简单,制作简单,成本低。使用时,可以将底座埋入固定物中,卡扣主体连接牢固。本实施例中,金属丝为钢丝。从而制作简单,成本低。具体实施时,还可以根据挂钩的实用需要选择其他金属丝。
本实施例中,底座为椭圆形缺口结构。具体实施时,底座还可以为圆形缺口结构,或者多边形缺口结构或者其他异形结构。
本实施例中,第一支撑柱21的底部设有弧形的与底座平行的弯折面211,与底座平行的弯折面可以埋入到固定物中,使第一支撑柱连接更牢固,不容易变形,第二支撑柱22的底部设有弯折的卡位221,卡位与底座底部卡合,使用时,弯折的卡位与底座一起埋入固定物中,从而使第二支撑柱连接更牢固,不容易变形。

  1. 一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣,所述的梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣包括有底座以及设于底座上的卡扣主体,其特征在于:所述的底座与卡扣主体垂直设置,所述的底座和卡扣主体通过一根金属丝弯折一体成型,所述的底座包括有由金属丝弯折而成的平面结构,所述的卡扣主体包括有与底座垂直连接的第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱,以及连接第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接的梯形弹性卡钩,梯形弹性卡钩的长边两侧分别设有卡钩主体,所述的两侧的卡钩主体分别与第一支撑柱和第二支撑柱连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣,其特征在于:所述的金属丝为钢丝。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣,其特征在于:所述的底座为圆形缺口结构,椭圆形缺口结构或者多边形缺口结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种梯形头部弹性扣式底座卡扣,其特征在于:所述的第一支撑柱的底部设有弧形的与底座平行的弯折面,所述的第二支撑柱的底部设有弯折的卡位,所述的卡位与底座底部卡合。
