Abstract

吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用できる除湿装置を提供する。 除湿装置は、吸着剤を内包した吸着剤容器2A,2Bと、吸着剤容器2A,2Bに接続された切替弁3A~3Eと、切替弁3A~3Eを制御することにより、各吸着材容器の工程を吸着工程と再生工程に切替える制御装置4と、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を放出する放気経路9とを備える。放気経路9は、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の熱によって流体を加熱する熱回収器16を有する。

Description

除湿装置
 本発明は、圧縮空気を除湿する除湿装置に関する。
 特許文献1の除湿装置は、吸着剤を内包した第1及び第2の吸着剤容器と、第1及び第2の吸着剤容器に接続された第1及び第2の切替弁(四方弁)とを備え、第1及び第2の切替弁を切替えることにより、第1及び第2の吸着材容器の工程を切替えるように構成されている。
 特許文献1の除湿装置は、第1の切替弁を介し第1及び第2の吸着剤容器の一方側に接続された圧縮空気流入経路と、第2の切替弁を介し第1及び第2の吸着剤容器の他方側に接続された圧縮空気流出経路と、圧縮空気流出経路から分岐され、第2の切替弁を介し第1及び第2の吸着剤容器の他方側に接続された再生空気流入経路と、第1の切替弁を介し第1及び第2の吸着剤容器の一方側に接続された放気経路とを備える。再生空気流入経路は、圧縮空気を加熱する熱交換器及び加熱器を有する。
 例えば、第1の切替弁は、第1の吸着剤容器と圧縮空気流入経路を連通すると共に、第2の吸着剤容器と放気経路を連通するように切替えられる。第2の切替弁は、第1の吸着剤容器と圧縮空気流出経路を連通すると共に、第2の吸着剤容器と再生空気流入経路を連通するように切替えられる。これにより、第1の吸着剤容器に吸着工程を行わせ、第2の吸着剤容器に再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、第1の吸着剤容器では、圧縮空気流入経路からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、第1の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路を介し外部の機器へ供給される。また、第1の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路を介し再生空気流入経路へ供給され、加熱される。第2の吸着剤容器では、再生空気流入経路からの高温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。そして、第2の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気が放気経路を介し放出される。
 例えば、第1の切替弁は、第2の吸着剤容器と圧縮空気流入経路を連通すると共に、第1の吸着剤容器と放気経路を連通するように切替えられる。第2の切替弁は、第2の吸着剤容器と圧縮空気流出経路を連通すると共に、第1の吸着剤容器と再生空気流入経路を連通するように切替えられる。これにより、第2の吸着剤容器に吸着工程を行わせ、第1の吸着剤容器に再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、第2の吸着剤容器では、圧縮空気流入経路からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、第2の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路を介し外部の機器へ供給される。また、第2の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路を介し再生空気流入経路へ供給され、加熱される。第1の吸着剤容器では、再生空気流入経路からの高温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。そして、第2の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気が放気経路を介し放出される。

 吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気は、圧縮空気の温度による顕熱に加え、圧縮空気に含まれる水分の潜熱を有する。圧縮空気の温度及び相対湿度によっては、圧縮空気のエンタルピーにおける潜熱の割合が顕熱の割合よりも大きくなる。そのため、放気経路を介し放出される圧縮空気は、潜在的な利用価値がある。
 本発明は、上記事柄に鑑みてなされたものであり、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用することを課題の一つとするものである。
 上記課題を解決するために、請求の範囲に記載の構成を適用する。本発明は、上記課題を解決するための手段を複数含んでいるが、その一例を挙げるならば、吸着剤を内包した複数の吸着剤容器と、前記複数の吸着剤容器に接続された複数の切替弁と、前記複数の切替弁を制御することにより、各吸着材容器の工程を、低温の圧縮空気が前記吸着剤容器に流れて前記圧縮空気中の水分が前記吸着剤に吸着される吸着工程と、高温の圧縮空気が前記吸着剤容器に流れて前記吸着剤から水分が脱離される再生工程に切替える制御装置と、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を放出する放気経路と、を備えた除湿装置において、前記放気経路は、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の熱によって流体を加熱する熱回収器を有する。
 本発明によれば、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用できる。

 本発明の第1の実施形態を、図1及び図2を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態における除湿装置の構成を表す概略図である。図2は、本実施形態における吸着剤容器の工程の推移を表す図である。なお、図1において、切替弁の閉状態を黒塗りで示し、開状態を白抜きで示す。
 本実施形態の除湿装置1は、吸着剤(詳細には、活性アルミナ、シリカゲル、又は合成ゼオライト等)を内包した吸着剤容器2A,2Bと、吸着剤容器2A,2Bに接続された切替弁(開閉弁)3A~3Eと、切替弁3A~3Eを制御する制御装置4とを備える。
 本実施形態の除湿装置1は、切替弁3A,3Bを介し吸着剤容器2A,2Bの一方側に接続された圧縮空気流入経路5と、逆止弁6A,6Bを介し吸着剤容器2A,2Bの他方側に接続された圧縮空気流出経路7と、圧縮空気流出経路7から分岐され、逆止弁6C,6Dを介し吸着剤容器2A,2Bの他方側に接続された再生空気流入経路8と、切替弁3C,3Dを介し吸着剤容器2A,2Bの一方側に接続された放気経路9と、吸着剤容器2Aの一方側と吸着剤容器2Bの一方側の間で接続され、切替弁3Eが設けられた経路10とを備える。
 圧縮空気流入経路5は、圧縮機11から空気槽12及びフィルタ13を介し低温の圧縮空気が流入する。再生空気流入経路8は、空気流量を調整する可変絞り14及び固定絞り15を有する。
 制御装置4は、例えば、プログラム等を記憶するメモリと、プログラムに従って処理を実行するプロセッサとを有するものである。制御装置4は、切替弁3A~3Eを制御することにより、各吸着剤容器の工程を吸着工程、再生工程、及び同圧工程に切替える(図2参照)。その詳細を説明する。
 まず、制御装置4は、図1で示すように、切替弁3A,3Dを開状態、切替弁3B,3C,3Eを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Aと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Bと放気経路9を連通する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Bに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Aでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器(図示せず)へ供給される。また、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気の一部(再生空気)が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し再生空気流入経路8へ供給される。吸着剤容器2Bでは、再生空気流入経路8からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Dを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Bを吸着剤容器2Aに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Bに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力を上昇させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3B,3Cを開状態、切替弁3A,3D,3Eを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Bと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Aと放気経路9を連通する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Aに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Bでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器へ供給される。また、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気の一部(再生空気)が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し再生空気流入経路8へ供給される。吸着剤容器2Aでは、再生空気流入経路8からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Cを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Aを吸着剤容器2Bに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Aに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力を上昇させる。
 制御装置4は、例えば、予め設定された時間に基づくか、若しくは、吸着剤容器2A,2B等に設けられた湿度センサ(図示せず)及び/又は圧力センサ(図示せず)の検出結果に基づいて、上述した吸着剤容器2A,2Bの工程の切替えを行う。制御装置4は、前述した湿度センサ及び/又は圧力センサの検出結果が異常である場合、図示しない表示器又はブザー等で警報を発する。
 ここで、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気は、相対湿度に応じてエンタルピーが大きくなる。そのため、本実施形態の特徴として、放気経路9は、圧縮空気の熱によって流体(詳細には、水、油、クーラント液、又は冷媒ガスなど)を加熱する熱回収器16を有する。また、放気経路9は、熱回収器16の下流側に配置され、圧縮空気から凝縮水を分離する凝縮水分離器17と、空気流量を調整する流量調整器18と、放気経路9の出口に配置された消音器19とを有する。
 上述した本実施形態においては、放気経路9の熱回収器16にて、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を用いて、流体を加熱する。そのため、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用することができる。
 本発明の第2の実施形態を、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、本実施形態における除湿装置の構成を表す概略図である。なお、本実施形態において、第1の実施形態と同等の部分は同一の符号を付し、適宜、説明を省略する。
 本実施形態の除湿装置1は、他の放気経路20と、放気経路9と他の放気経路20のうちの一方を選択して切替弁3C,3Dの下流側に連通する制御弁(三方弁)21とを備える。他の放気経路20は、放気経路9と同様、流量調整器18及び消音器19を有する。しかし、他の放気経路20は、熱回収器16及び凝縮水分離器17を有さず、放気経路9より圧力損失が低くなるように構成されている。
 本実施形態の除湿装置1は、熱回収器16へ供給する流体の流量を検出する流体センサ22と、熱回収器16へ供給する流体の温度を検出する流体温度センサ23と、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側かつ制御弁21の上流側に設けられ、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の温度を検出する圧縮空気温度センサ24とを備える。
 制御装置4は、流体センサ22、流体温度センサ23、及び圧縮空気温度センサ24の検出結果に基づいて、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を有効利用することが可能であるかどうかを判定する。詳細には、流体センサ22で検出された流体の流量が所定値以上であるかどうかにより、熱回収器16への流体の供給が行われているかどうかを判定する。また、流体温度センサ23で検出された流体の温度が所定値未満であるかどうかを判定する。また、圧縮空気温度センサ24で検出された圧縮空気の温度が所定値以上であるかどうかを判定する。
 制御装置4は、熱回収器16への流体の供給が行われて、かつ、流体温度センサ23で検出された流体の温度が所定値未満であり、かつ、圧縮空気温度センサ24で検出された圧縮空気の温度が所定値以上であれば、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を有効利用することが可能であると判定する。この場合、制御弁21を制御して、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と放気経路9を連通する。これにより、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を、放気経路9を介し放出させる。
 制御装置4は、熱回収器16への流体の供給が停止しているか、若しくは、流体温度センサ23で検出された流体の温度が所定値以上であるか、若しくは、圧縮空気温度センサ24で検出された圧縮空気の温度が所定値未満であれば、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を有効利用することが不能であると判定する。この場合、制御弁21を制御して、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と他の放気経路20を連通する。これにより、再生工程の吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を、他の放気経路20を介し放出させる。
 上述した本実施形態においては、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と放気経路9を連通した場合、第1の実施形態と同様、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用することができる。一方、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と他の放気経路20を連通した場合、他の放気経路20の圧力損失が放気経路9の圧力損失より低いから、上流側の機器にかかる負荷を軽減することができる。
 本発明の第3の実施形態を、図4及び図5を用いて説明する。図4は、本実施形態における除湿装置の構成を表す概略図である。図5は、本実施形態における吸着剤容器の工程の推移を表す図である。なお、本実施形態において、第1及び第2の実施形態と同等の部分は同一の符号を付し、適宜、説明を省略する。
 本実施形態では、再生空気流入経路8は、可変絞り14及び固定絞り15の下流側に配置された逆止弁6Eと、逆止弁6Eの下流側に配置され、圧縮空気(再生空気)を加熱する加熱器25と、逆止弁6E及び加熱器25をバイパスするバイパス経路26と、バイパス経路26に配置された切替弁3Fとを更に有する。
 制御装置4は、切替弁3A~3Fを制御することにより、各吸着剤容器の工程を吸着工程、再生工程、冷却工程、及び同圧工程に切替える(図5参照)。その詳細を説明する。
 まず、制御装置4は、図4で示すように、切替弁3A,3Dを開状態、切替弁3B,3C,3E,3Fを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Aと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Bと放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を連通する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Bに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Aでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器へ供給される。また、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気の一部(再生空気)が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し再生空気流入経路8へ供給される。このとき、切替弁3Fが閉状態であって加熱器25を通過する圧縮空気の流量が多いから、吸着剤容器2Bへ供給する圧縮空気が高温となる。吸着剤容器2Bでは、再生空気流入経路8からの高温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2B内の温度が上昇する。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Fを開状態に切替え、バイパス経路26を通過する圧縮空気の流量を多くして、吸着剤容器2Bへ供給する圧縮空気を低温とする。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Bに冷却工程を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2B内の温度を下降させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Dを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Bを吸着剤容器2Aに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Bに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力を上昇させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3B,3Cを開状態、切替弁3A,3D,3E,3Fを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Bと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Aと放気経路9を連通する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Aに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Bでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器へ供給される。また、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気の一部(再生空気)が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し再生空気流入経路8へ供給される。このとき、切替弁3Fが閉状態であって加熱器25を通過する圧縮空気の流量が多いから、吸着剤容器2Aへ供給する圧縮空気が高温となる。吸着剤容器2Aでは、再生空気流入経路8からの高温の圧縮空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2A内の温度が上昇する。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Fを開状態に切替え、バイパス経路26を通過する圧縮空気の流量を多くして、吸着剤容器2Aへ供給する圧縮空気を低温とする。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Aに冷却工程を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2A内の温度を下降させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Cを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Aを吸着剤容器2Bに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Aに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力を上昇させる。
 上述した本実施形態においては、第2の実施形態と同様、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と放気経路9を連通した場合、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用することができる。一方、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と他の放気経路20を連通した場合、他の放気経路20の圧力損失が放気経路9の圧力損失より低いから、上流側の機器にかかる負荷を軽減することができる。
 また、本実施形態においては、再生工程の吸着剤容器へ供給する圧縮空気を加熱するため、吸着材の再生に必要な空気量を低減でき、放気経路9又は他の放気経路20を介し放出する空気量を低減できる。また、放気経路9の熱回収器16で用いる圧縮空気が、第1の実施形態と比べ、高温となるだけでなく水分量が多くなるから、エンタルピーが大きくなる。そのため、利用価値が高い。
 本発明の第4の実施形態を、図6を用いて説明する。図6は、本実施形態における除湿装置の構成を表す概略図である。なお、本実施形態において、第1~第3の実施形態と同等の部分は同一の符号を付し、適宜、説明を省略する。
 本実施形態の除湿装置1は、再生空気流入経路8の下流側で合流するように接続された再生空気流入経路8Aを備える。再生空気流入経路8Aは、再生空気を供給するブロワ27と、ブロワ27の下流側に配置された逆止弁6Eと、逆止弁6Eの下流側に配置され、再生空気を加熱する加熱器25とを有する。再生空気流入経路8は、可変絞り14及び固定絞り15の下流側に配置された切替弁3Fを更に有する。
 制御装置4は、切替弁3A~3Fを制御すると共に、ブロワ27を制御することにより、各吸着剤容器の工程を吸着工程、再生工程、冷却工程、及び同圧工程に切替える(上述の図5参照)。その詳細を説明する。
 まず、制御装置4は、図6で示すように、切替弁3A,3Dを開状態、切替弁3B,3C,3E,3Fを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Aと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Bと放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を連通する。また、ブロワ27を駆動する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Bに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Aでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器へ供給される。吸着剤容器2Bでは、再生空気流入経路8Aからの高温の空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2B内の温度が上昇する。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Fを開状態に切替えると共に、ブロワ27を停止する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Bに冷却工程を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7及び再生空気流入経路8を介し吸着剤容器2Bへ供給され、吸着剤容器2B内の温度を下降させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Dを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Bを吸着剤容器2Aに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Aに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Bに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力を上昇させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3B,3Cを開状態、切替弁3A,3D,3E,3Fを閉状態に制御して、吸着剤容器2Bと圧縮空気流入経路5を連通すると共に、吸着剤容器2Aと放気経路9を連通する。また、ブロワ27を駆動する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせ、吸着剤容器2Aに再生工程を行わせる。
 詳しく説明すると、吸着剤容器2Bでは、圧縮空気流入経路5からの低温の圧縮空気が流れ、圧縮空気中の水分が吸着剤に吸着される。そして、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気が圧縮空気流出経路7を介し外部の機器へ供給される。吸着剤容器2Aでは、再生空気流入経路8Aからの高温の空気が流れ、吸着剤から水分が脱離される(すなわち、吸着剤が再生される)。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2A内の温度が上昇する。そして、吸着剤容器2Aから流出した圧縮空気が放気経路9(又は他の放気経路20)を介し放出される。これに伴い、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力が低下する。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Fを開状態に切替えると共に、ブロワ27を停止する。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Aに冷却工程を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2Bから流出した圧縮空気の一部が圧縮空気流出経路7及び再生空気流入経路8を介し吸着剤容器2Aへ供給され、吸着剤容器2A内の温度を下降させる。
 その後、制御装置4は、切替弁3Cを閉状態、切替弁3Eを開状態に切替えて、吸着剤容器2Aを吸着剤容器2Bに連通させる。これにより、吸着剤容器2Bに吸着工程を行わせたまま、吸着剤容器2Aに同圧工程(昇圧工程)を行わせる。すなわち、吸着剤容器2B内の圧力と同じになるまで、吸着剤容器2A内の圧力を上昇させる。
 上述した本実施形態においては、第2及び第3の実施形態と同様、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と放気経路9を連通した場合、吸着剤の再生に用いられた圧縮空気を有効利用することができる。一方、切替弁3C,3Dの下流側と他の放気経路20を連通した場合、他の放気経路20の圧力損失が放気経路9の圧力損失より低いから、上流側の機器にかかる負荷を軽減することができる。
 また、本実施形態においては、第3の実施形態と同様、再生工程の吸着剤容器へ供給する空気を加熱するため、吸着材の再生に必要な空気量を低減でき、放気経路9又は他の放気経路20を介し放出する空気量を低減できる。また、放気経路9の熱回収器16で用いる圧縮空気が、第1の実施形態と比べ、高温となるだけでなく水分量が多くなるから、エンタルピーが大きくなる。そのため、利用価値が高い。
 なお、第2~第4の実施形態において、除湿装置は、放気経路9と他の放気経路20のうちの一方を選択して切替弁3C,3Dの下流側に連通する制御弁(三方弁)21を備えた場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られない。除湿装置は、制御弁(三方弁)21に代えて、放気経路9と他の放気経路20のうちの少なくとも一方に配置された制御弁(開閉弁)を備えてもよい。
 また、第2~第4の実施形態において、流体センサ22は、熱回収器16へ供給する流体の流量を検出する場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られない。流体センサ22は、熱回収器16へ供給する流体の流量に対応する状態量として、例えば熱回収器16の上流側と下流側の間の流体の差圧を検出してもよい。この場合、制御装置4は、流体センサ22で検出された流体の差圧が所定値以上であるかどうかにより、熱回収器16への流体の供給が行われているかどうかを判定すればよい。
 また、第2~第4の実施形態において、除湿装置は、流体センサ22、流体温度センサ23、及び圧縮空気温度センサ24を備えた場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られず、流体センサ22、流体温度センサ23、及び圧縮空気温度センサ24のうちのいずれか1つ又は2つを備えてもよい。
 また、第1~第4の実施形態において、除湿装置は、複数の吸着剤容器の間で接続された経路10と、経路10に配置された切替弁3Eとを備えた(言い換えれば、各吸着剤容器の同圧工程が行えるように構成された)場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られず、経路10及び切替弁3Eを備えなくてもよい。
 また、第1~第4の実施形態において、除湿装置は、複数の吸着剤容器に接続された複数の切替弁として、複数の開閉弁を備えた場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られず、例えば複数の三方弁又は複数の四方弁を備えてもよい。また、第1~第4の実施形態において、除湿装置は、2つの吸着剤容器を備えた場合を例にとって説明したが、これに限られず、3つ以上の吸着剤容器を備えてもよい。

Claims (6)

  1.  吸着剤を内包した複数の吸着剤容器と、
     前記複数の吸着剤容器に接続された複数の切替弁と、
     前記複数の切替弁を制御することにより、各吸着材容器の工程を、圧縮空気が前記吸着剤容器に流れて前記圧縮空気中の水分が前記吸着剤に吸着される吸着工程と、圧縮空気が前記吸着剤容器に流れて前記吸着剤から水分が脱離される再生工程に切替える制御装置と、
     前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を放出する放気経路と、を備えた除湿装置において、
     前記放気経路は、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の熱によって流体を加熱する熱回収器を有することを特徴とする除湿装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載の除湿装置において、
     前記熱回収器を有さず、前記放気経路より圧力損失が低くなるように構成された他の放気経路と、
     前記放気経路と前記他の放気経路のうちの一方を選択して、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を放出させる制御弁と、を備えたことを特徴とする除湿装置。
  3.  請求項2に記載の除湿装置において、
     前記熱回収器へ供給する流体の流量又はこれに対応する状態量を検出する流体センサを備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記流体センサの検出結果に基づいて前記熱回収器への流体の供給が停止していると判定した場合、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を前記他の放気経路を介し放出するように、前記制御弁を制御することを特徴とする除湿装置。
  4.  請求項2に記載の除湿装置において、
     前記熱回収器へ供給する流体の温度を検出する流体温度センサを備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記流体温度センサで検出された流体の温度が所定値以上である場合、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を前記他の放気経路を介し放出するように、前記制御弁を制御することを特徴とする除湿装置。
  5.  請求項2に記載の除湿装置において、
     前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気の温度を検出する圧縮空気温度センサを備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記圧縮空気温度センサで検出された温度が所定値未満である場合、前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器から流出した圧縮空気を前記他の放気経路を介し放出するように、前記制御弁を制御することを特徴とする除湿装置。
  6.  請求項1に記載の除湿装置において、
     前記再生工程の前記吸着剤容器へ供給する再生空気を加熱する加熱器を備えたことを特徴とする除湿装置。
