一种电力系统检修装置,包括支撑底座(1)和围栏(2),在支撑底座和围栏之间设置有高度调节机构(3),围栏的内部底端有电缆检修托举装置,电缆检修托举装置包括套杆(4),在套杆内设置有螺纹连接杆(5),在螺纹连接杆的顶部设置有可拆卸连接的托举环(6),在套杆的底部外圆周面设置有收纳盒体(7)。该装置采用高度可调节的液压驱动气缸,可以根据需要调节检修的高度,从而满足检修工人不同对检修高度的需求。围栏平台在检修过程中,相对于检修梯更加稳定,避免了工作人员滑落等危险状况的发生。在围栏的内部设置有收纳盒体和收纳腔体,便于各种检修工具的放置,给检修工人提供了方便,便于相关检修工具的更换。
Description
本实用新型涉及电力检修领域,具体是指一种电力系统检修装置。
电力检修中由于地形复杂,常用的检修方法是搭设钢管脚手架进行检修工作,但这种方法不但费时、费工,并且存在着极大的安全风险。
专利号为CN201920948486.X公开了一种电力检修梯,涉及电力维修技术领域,一种电力检修梯,包括底座,所述底座的上表面固定镶嵌有两个相对称的螺环,每个螺环的内圈均螺纹连接有螺纹杆,上述结构虽然可以帮助检修工人爬到一定的高度,但是稳定性较差,且检修工人在检修过程中需要携带检修工具、电缆托举杆等多种物品,上述检修梯显然在更换工具的过程中需要下来继续更换其它工具,存在检修不便的问题。
因此,一种电力系统检修装置成为整个社会亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种电力系统检修装置,包括支撑底座和围栏,在支撑底座和围栏之间设置有高度调节机构,所述围栏的内部底端有电缆检修托举装置,所述电缆检修托举装置包括套杆,在套杆内设置有螺纹连接杆,在螺纹连接杆的顶部设置有可拆卸连接的托举环,在套杆的底部外圆周面设置有收纳盒体。
进一步地,所述收纳盒体的内部设置有若干隔板,所述隔板的一端固定在套杆上,其外侧边缘上与收纳盒体的内壁固定连接,所述收纳盒体与隔板之间形成若干收纳腔体。
进一步地,所述套杆中设置有螺纹连接孔一,所述螺纹连接杆通过螺纹连接孔一与套杆之间实现螺纹连接。
进一步地,在螺纹连接杆的顶部设置有一体成型的螺纹连接孔二,所述螺纹连接孔二用于与托举环螺纹连接。
实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:
本实用新型采用高度可调节的液压驱动气缸,可以根据需要调节检修的高度,从而满足检修工人不同对检修高度的需求。围栏平台在检修过程中,相对于比检修梯更加稳定,避免了工作人员滑落等危险状况的发生。
在围栏的内部设置有收纳盒体和收纳腔体,便于各种检修工具的放置,给检修工人提供了方便,便于相关检修工具的更换。多个收纳腔体的设置,便于检修工具的分类摆放。
由于托举环采用可拆卸的连接结构,可以根据电缆直径更换托举环。

本实用新型在具体实施时提供了一种电力系统检修装置,包括支撑底座1和围栏2,在支撑底座1和围栏2之间设置有高度调节机构3,所述围栏2的内部底端有电缆检修托举装置,所述电缆检修托举装置包括套杆4,在套杆4内设置有螺纹连接杆5,在螺纹连接杆5的顶部设置有可拆卸连接的托举环6,在套杆4的底部外圆周面设置有收纳盒体7。
所述收纳盒体7的内部设置有若干隔板8,所述隔板8的一端固定在套杆4上,其外侧边缘上与收纳盒体7的内壁固定连接,所述收纳盒体7与隔板8之间形成若干收纳腔体9。所述套杆4中设置有螺纹连接孔一10,所述螺纹连接杆5通过螺纹连接孔一10与套杆4之间实现螺纹连接。在螺纹连接杆5的顶部设置有一体成型的螺纹连接孔二11,所述螺纹连接孔二11用于与托举环6螺纹连接。所述托举环6上设置有限位凸起12,所述限位凸起12设置有两组。所述高度调节机构3为液压驱动气缸,其顶端固定在围栏2的底部,其底端固定在支撑底座1上。所述支撑底座1的底部设置有带有锁死装置的万向轮13。所述围栏2的一侧设置有把手14。

实施例一:
本实用新型在进行使用时,工作人员进入到围栏2中,这个时候启动高度调节机构3,即为液压驱动气缸,从而将上述围栏2调节到合适的高度,将检修人员送到检修位置,相对于检修梯,在检修过程中更加平稳,避免滑落等现象的发生。在收纳盒体7和收纳腔体9的内部设置有分类收纳的检修工具,便于各种检修工具的放置,给工作人员提供了便捷,在更换检修工具时更加便捷。
实施例二:
本实用新型在使用时,当需要对电缆进行托举时,可以根据电缆直径的大小,更换对应大小的托举环 6,安装在螺纹连接杆5上,在托举环6上设置有限位凸起12,所述限位凸起12设置有两组,限位凸起12的设置,可以避免电缆滑落等现象的发生。
作为本实用新型的进一步阐述,侧面把手14的设置,便于推动电力检修车。

- 一种电力系统检修装置,包括支撑底座(1)和围栏(2),在支撑底座(1)和围栏(2)之间设置有高度调节机构(3),其特征在于,所述围栏(2)的内部底端有电缆检修托举装置,所述电缆检修托举装置包括套杆(4),在套杆(4)内设置有螺纹连接杆(5),在螺纹连接杆(5)的顶部设置有可拆卸连接的托举环(6),在套杆(4)的底部外圆周面设置有收纳盒体(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述收纳盒体(7)的内部设置有若干隔板(8),所述隔板(8)的一端固定在套杆(4)上,其外侧边缘上与收纳盒体(7)的内壁固定连接,所述收纳盒体(7)与隔板(8)之间形成若干收纳腔体(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述套杆(4)中设置有螺纹连接孔一(10),所述螺纹连接杆(5)通过螺纹连接孔一(10)与套杆(4)之间实现螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:在螺纹连接杆(5)的顶部设置有一体成型的螺纹连接孔二(11),所述螺纹连接孔二(11)用于与托举环(6)螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述托举环(6)上设置有限位凸起(12),所述限位凸起(12)设置有两组。
- 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述高度调节机构(3)为液压驱动气缸,其顶端固定在围栏(2)的底部,其底端固定在支撑底座(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述支撑底座(1)的底部设置有带有锁死装置的万向轮(13)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统检修装置,其特征在于:所述围栏(2)的一侧设置有把手(14)。
