本申请要求了申请日为2022年8月1日,申请号为202210917806.1,发明名称为“电连接装置及轨道灯组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,以及申请日为2022年8月1日,申请号为202222005064.3,发明名称为“电连接装置及轨道灯组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及一种电连接装置及轨道灯组件,属于照明设备领域。
背景技术
轨道灯是一种市场上常见的照明设备,通过轨道固定在墙体上,照明灯具可移动的自由设置在轨道上的任意位置,从而实现多样的照明效果。墙体存在转角,有时轨道也会从天花板上设置在侧墙壁上,而轨道的长度通常不超过2m,需要采用电连接装置连接轨道。
但采用电连接装置连接轨道这样的设计有几个缺点,比如电连接装置会占据轨道空间,从而减少灯具的使用率;还有在拼接转角时,会有空隙漏出,如果要填充空隙就需要额外增加零件,实际安装非常麻烦;并且电连接装置凸出在轨道外,还十分影响外观。
有鉴于此,确有必要提出一种新的电连接装置及轨道灯组件,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种电连接装置及轨道灯组件,使电连接装置的结构简单,便于与轨道连接,且在连接后不会凸出于轨道。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种电连接装置,用于连接轨道,包括主体及设置在所述主体两端且电性连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述主体包括朝向所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部方向延伸的基板和插接组件,所述基板与所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相连,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部均包括左右间隔设置的第一电接触部和第二电接触部,所述插接组件悬设在所述基板的上方,且设置在所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部之间,在竖直方向的横截面上,所述插接组件与所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部呈三角形设置。
优选地,所述插接组件包括呈三角形设置的一个第一插接部和两个第二插接部,两个所述第二插接部沿竖直方向延伸,对称设置在所述第一插接部的两侧,且低于所述第一插接部设置。
优选地,在竖直方向上,所述第一插接部和所述第二插接部的横截面面积均自靠近所述主体的一端向远离所述主体的一端逐渐减小。
优选地,所述第一插接部的长度小于等于所述第一连接部/所述第二连接部的长度,且大于所述第二插接部的长度。
优选地,所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部均包括第一导电弹片和第二导电弹片, 两个所述第一导电弹片分别设置在所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部背离所述基板的一侧,两个所述第二导电弹片均设置在所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部朝向所述插接组件的一侧,且至少部分外露于所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部。
优选地,所述电连接装置还包括盖体,所述盖体包括收容部和自所述收容部分别向所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部方向延伸且覆盖所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部的翼部。
优选地,所述收容部内设置有第三连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部通过所述第三连接部电性连接。
优选地,所述翼部上设有开口,所述第一电接触部和所述第二电接触部上均设有第一导电弹片,所述第一导电弹片夹置在所述翼部与所述第一电接触部之间,且至少部分外露于所述开口。
优选地,所述电连接装置包括平面一字电连接装置、平面转角电连接装置及立面转角电连接装置。
本申请还提供了一种轨道灯组件,包括任一上述的电连接装置和至少两个轨道,至少两个所述轨道通过所述电连接装置实现机械连接及电性连接。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请的电连接装置包括位于主体两端的第一连接部、第二连接部及主体延伸出的基板和插接组件,第一连接部和第二连接部均包括左右对称的间隔设置的第一电接触部和第二电接触部,插接组件设置在第一电接触部和第二电接触部之间,在竖直方向的横截面上,呈三角形设置,区别与现有电连接装置,本申请将连接部分分为第一电接触部、第二电接触部及插接组件而非集成在一起,降低了与轨道连接的第一连接部的厚度,更为扁平化,同时第一电接触部和第二电接触部用于与轨道电性连接,插接组件用于与轨道机械连接,在保证连接稳定可靠的同时简化了电连接装置的结构,安装过程仅需插接即可完成连接,便于安装,且三者全部插入了轨道内,不会凸出于轨道,更为美观;同时间隔设置的第一电接触部和第二电接触部保证了安装距离,减小短路的可能性;并通过设置基板,挡住了轨道的内部,既起到防尘的作用,也起到美观作用,解决现有电连接装置中的结构复杂、与轨道连接不便且凸出于轨道的问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本申请提出的照明系统控制器、轨道和照明系统作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~图4所示,本申请揭示了一种电连接装置100,应用于轨道灯组件200的轨道201之间的连接,包括主体1、第一连接部2及第二连接部3。第一连接部2和第二连接部3是设置在主体1两端的部分,在本申请的实施例中,第一连接部2和第二连接部3的结构完全相同且电性连接,使用时无需区分,提高了电连接装置100的通用性,在本申请的其他实施例中,第一连接部2和第二连接部3结构可以不相同。主体1用于连接第一连接部2及第二连接部3,通过将第一连接部2和第二连接部3分别插入两个相同或不同的轨道201中,从而实现将两段相同或不同的轨道201机械连接并电性相连。
主体1包括基板11和插接组件12,基板11和插接组件12朝向第一连接部2和第二连接部3的方向延伸。将朝向第一连接部2延伸的称为第一基板111和第一插接组件121,将朝向第二连接部3延伸的称为第二基板112和第二插接组件122。在本申请的实施例中,第一基板111和第二基板112结构相同,第一插接组件121和第二插接组件122结构相同。在本申请的其他实施例中,第一基板111和第二基板112、第一插接组件121和第二插接组件 122的结构也可以不同。第一连接部2及第二连接部3分别设置在第一基板111和第二基板112上并与基板11相连。同时,基板11用于遮盖,在第一连接部2及第二连接部3插入轨道201后,基板11不插入轨道201内,位于轨道201外,遮挡住轨道201的内部结构,起到美观的作用。
第一插接组件121包括第一插接部1211、第二插接部1212,第一插接组件121用于插入轨道201中,与轨道201实现机械连接。
第一插接部1211用于插接到轨道201上,第一插接组件121中的第一插接部1211自主体1向第一连接部2的方向延伸,且竖直方向的横截面面积自靠近主体1的一端向远离主体1的一端的方向逐渐减小。随着轨道201逐渐插接到电连接装置100的第一连接部2上,轨道201和电连接装置100逐渐接近,由于第一插接部1211与轨道201的第一槽2011对应设置,随着逐渐深入第一槽2011内,此时轨道201沿背离主体1到靠近主体1的方向插入,第一插接部1211的竖直方向的横截面面积随着插入逐渐变大,直到大于第一槽2011的横截面面积,从而卡入第一槽2011。
第二插接部1212用于插接到轨道201上,第一插接组件121中的第二插接部1212自主体1向第一连接部2的方向延伸,且竖直方向的横截面面积自靠近主体1的一端向远离主体1的一端的方向逐渐减小。同时,第二插接部1212的竖直方向的横截面呈长方形,竖直方向为长方形的长度方向,即第二插接部1212也是沿竖直方向延伸的。随着轨道201逐渐插接到电连接装置100的第一连接部2上,轨道201和电连接装置100逐渐接近,第二插接部1212与轨道201的第二槽2012对应设置,并随着插入逐渐深入第二槽2012内,此时轨道201沿背离主体1到靠近主体1的方向插入,第二插接部1212的竖直方向的横截面面积随着插入逐渐变大,且呈长方形的横截面的长度即竖直方向的高度不断变大,从而卡入第二槽2012。
竖直方向的横截面面积随着背离主体1的距离的增大而逐渐减小的第一插接部1211和第二插接部1212在插接过程中既便于刚开始的对准插接的位置,同时在插接完成后可以充分实现与轨道201的紧固,保证机械连接的可靠性。
第一插接组件121的长度小于等于第一连接部2/第二连接部3的长度,在本申请的实施例中,第一插接组件121的长度等于第一连接部2/第二连接部3的长度,从而和第一连接部2/第二连接部3一起,充分插入轨道201中,保证连接的可靠性。且第一插接部1211的长度大于第二插接部1212的长度,第一插接部1211为主要插接部分,第二插接部1212为辅助插接部分。
在本申请的实施例中,第一插接组件121包括一个第一插接部1211和两个第二插接部1212,三者呈三角形设置,三角形设置的一个第一插接部1211和两个第二插接部1212使得与轨道201的机械连接更为稳固。两个第二插接部1212设置在第一插接部1211的两侧且低于第一插接部1211设置,第二插接部1212延伸的长度小于第一插接部1211的延伸的长度。 而两个第二插接部1212的竖直方向的横截面呈长方形,长方形的长边和短边的长度随着与主体1距离的改变而改变,在本申请的实施例中随着逐渐远离主体1而逐渐变小。该长方形的长边为横截面中竖直方向的高度,长边的取值是一个变化的取值范围,长边的取值范围中包括第二槽2012的竖直方向的横截面的高度值,两个第二插接部1212的竖直方向的横截面的最远边之间的间距的数值范围中包括第二槽2012的竖直方向的长度值,如此设置的两个第二插接部1212视为一个整体,一个去除了中间部分而保留了两端的梯台,从而使得两个第二插接部1212可以随着逐渐的插入而与第二槽2012实现卡接。
第二插接组件122和第一插接组件121结构相同,方向相反,在此不再赘述。
第一连接部2包括第一电接触部21、第二电接触部22。第一连接部2用于插入轨道201从而实现电连接装置100与轨道201的电性连接。第一电接触部21、第二电接触部22、插接组件12均插入轨道201中。
第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22设置在主体1延伸出的基板11上,两者左右对称且间隔设置,第一电接触部21、第二电接触部22用于插入轨道201中,与轨道201电性连接。插接组件12设置在第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22之间,插接组件12与主体1相连,沿主体1向第一连接部2的方向延伸,悬设在基板11上,在竖直方向的横截面上,插接组件12与第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22呈三角形,插接组件12用于插入轨道201中,与轨道201实现机械连接。
在本申请的实施例中,第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22均呈长方体状,均包括一个第一导电弹片211和一个第二导电弹片212。两个第一导电弹片211分别设置在第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22背离基板11的一侧,两个第二导电弹片212均设置在第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22朝向插接组件12的一侧,且至少部分外露于第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22。第一导电弹片211用于与轨道201中的第一铜片2016接触从而电性连接,第二导电弹片212用于与轨道201中的第二铜片2017接触从而电性连接。
详细地,以第一电接触部21为例,其中,第一导电弹片211设置在第一电接触部21背离基板11的一侧,而第一电接触部21还设有收容槽213,第一连接部2的第一电接触部21的收容槽213和第二连接部3的第一电接触部21的收容槽213连通,第二导电弹片212设置在收容槽213内。在本申请的实施例中,收容槽213内收容有导线,用于电性连接第一连接部2的第一接触部21和第二连接部3的第一接触部21之间的两个第二导电弹片212。
第一电接触部21上还设有弹片限位台214,弹片限位台214与第一导电弹片211和/或第二导电弹片212对应设置,用于限位第一导电弹片211和/或第二导电弹片212,使第一导电弹片211和/或第二导电弹片212凸出于第一电接触部21。在第一电接触部21插入轨道201后,具有弹性的第一导电弹片211和/或第二导电弹片212受力时会产生形变,可能会发生接触不良的情况,设置弹片限位台214用于使第一导电弹片211始终凸出于开口421和使第二导电弹片212始终凸出于孔422,保证与轨道201的第一铜片2016和第二铜片2017的 电性连接。
第二电接触部22的结构与第一电接触部21对称相同,也设有第一导电弹片211、第二导电弹片212、收容槽213、弹片限位台214,在此不再赘述。
第二连接部3与第一连接部2结构相同,设置在主体1上与第一连接部2相对的另一端,同样也设有第一电接触部21、第二电接触部22,在此不再赘述。
电连接装置100还包括盖体4,盖体4包括收容部41和自收容部41分别向第一连接部2和第二连接部3方向延伸且覆盖第一连接部2和第二连接部3的翼部42。盖体4用于与主体1配合,从上往下盖设在主体1上或设置在主体1左右两侧,从而将主体1覆盖,美观的同时保证安全性。
收容部41内设置有第三连接部411,第一连接部2和第二连接部3通过第三连接部411电性连接。在本申请的实施例中,第三连接部411为导线。进一步的,第一连接部2的第一电接触部21的第一导电弹片211和第二连接部3的第一电接触部21的第一导电弹片211、第一连接部2的第二电接触部22的第一导电弹片211和第二连接部3的第二电接触部22的第一导电弹片211通过第三连接部411电性连接。
翼部42上设有开口421,开口421和第一导电弹片211对应设置,第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22上均设有第一导电弹片211,第一导电弹片211夹置在翼部42与第一电接触部21之间,且通过弹片限位台214限位,至少部分外露于开口421。
在盖体4安装到主体1上后,翼部42和第一电接触部21/第二电接触部22之间围设成一个孔422,孔422朝向插接组件12设置,而设置在第一电接触部21的收容槽213内的第二导电弹片212被弹片限位台214限位,至少部分外露于孔422。
请重新参阅图3、图4、图5所示,在本申请的一种实施例中,电连接装置100为平面一字电连接装置,用于连接水平方向上位于同一直线的两个轨道201,此时的电连接装置100的第一连接部2和第二连接部3也位于水平方向的同一直线上。主体1包括盖体4,盖体4包括第一盖体43和第二盖体44,第一盖体43和第二盖体44的结构对称相同。第一盖体43和第二盖体44均沿从上往下的方向盖设在主体1上。
请参阅图6~图7所示,在本申请的一种实施例中,电连接装置101为平面转角电连接装置,用于连接水平方向上呈夹角设置的两个轨道201,此时的电连接装置100的第一连接部2和第二连接部3在水平方向上也呈同样角度的夹角设置。此时主体1包括盖体4,盖体4包括第三盖体45,第三盖体45一体设置,沿从上往下的方向盖设在主体1上。
请参阅图8~图9所示,在本申请的一种实施例中,电连接装置102为立面转角电连接装置,用于连接立面空间内的两个轨道201,即此时的两个轨道201不处于同一水平面,两个轨道201在三维立面上的延伸线形成夹角,此时的电连接装置102的第一连接部2和第二连接部3在三维立面上也呈同样角度的夹角设置。此时主体1包括盖体4,盖体4包括第四盖体46和第五盖体47,第四盖体46和第五盖体47对称设置,分别安装在主体1的两侧。
进一步的,本申请中,第一连接部2及第二连接部3之间的两个第一导电弹片211之间及两个第二导电弹片212之间通过位于收容槽213和收容部41的导线连接,在本申请的另一种实施例中,两个第一导电弹片211及之间的导线一体成型设置,两个第二导电弹片212及之间的导线也一体成型设置,进一步简化电连接装置100的结构。
请参阅图10~图11所示,本申请还提供了一种轨道灯组件200,包括轨道201和电连接装置100,轨道201设有多个,在本申请的实施例中,轨道201至少设有两个,任意两个轨道201之间通过电连接装置100的第一连接部2和第二连接部3分别插入两个轨道201从而电性连接,通过插接组件12插入轨道201从而实现机械连接。
在本申请的实施例中,从竖直方向的横截面上看,轨道201包括位于中心,且从上往下依次设置的第一槽2011和第二槽2012,在第一槽2011和第二槽2012的左右两边对称设有结构相同的第三槽2013和第四槽2014。
第一槽2011用于与第一插接部1211插接,实现轨道201与电连接装置100的机械连接。随着第一插接部1211插入深度的增加,第一插接部1211的竖直方向的横截面面积增加,直至大于第一槽2011竖直方向的横截面面积,从而实现电连接装置100和轨道201的固定连接。
第二槽2012用于与第二插接部1212插接,实现轨道201与电连接装置100的机械连接。两个第二插接部1212插入第二槽2012,且分别位于第二槽2012的左右两侧,随着第二插接部1212插入深度的增加,第二插接部1212的竖直方向的横截面面积增加,直至第二插接部1212竖直方向的高度大小大于第二槽2012竖直方向的高度,从而卡入第二槽2012,实现电连接装置100和轨道201的第二槽2012的固定连接。
第三槽2013和第四槽2014分别用于与第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22插接,实现轨道201与电连接装置100的电性连接。以第三槽2013为例,第三槽2013内设有导电片安装座2015,通过导电片安装座2015的设置从而使原本横截面为不规则形状的第三槽2013的槽体变为与第一电接触部21的竖直方向的横截面形状相同的槽体,在本申请中,第一电接触部21呈长方体状,在竖直方向的横截面也呈长方形,而设有导电片安装座2015的第三槽2013的竖直方向的横截面也呈与第一电接触部21对应的长方形。在导电片安装座2015的上端设有第一铜片2016,在第三槽2013上的导电片安装座2015靠近第四槽2014的侧边设有第二铜片2017。第一铜片2016用于在轨道201中传输供电电流,第一铜片2016与第一导电弹片211接触,电性相连。第二铜片2017用于在轨道201中传输控制信号电流,第二铜片2017与第二导电弹片212接触,电性相连。第四槽2014与第三槽2013对称设置,结构相似,功能相同,在此不再赘述。
轨道灯组件200还包括电气设备202,电气设备202设置在轨道201上。在本申请的实施例中,电气设备202仅用作说明性目的,而不旨在限制本申请的范围。本领域技术人员理解,电气设备202可以是适于轨道201安装的各种类型,例如,该电气设备202可以为照明 灯具、监控设备、智能控制装置或传感器模块等用电设备,也可以为驱动电源等供电设备等,本申请对此不予限制。
在一种可选实施例中,电气设备202为驱动电源,驱动电源也可以直接耦接至轨道201上,而在驱动电源上又可以耦接其他电气设备202,例如照明灯具、监控设备、智能控制装置或传感器模块等。此时驱动电源与轨道适配器一体化设置,即在轨道适配器内设有驱动电源,以接收市电的电力并转化为其他电气设备202所需的电力。或者照明灯具、监控设备、智能控制装置或传感器模块等其他电气设备202也可以自行设置有驱动装置以实现电力的转换,本申请对此不予限制。
请参阅图12所示,本申请还提供了一种轨道灯组件300,包括轨道201、电气设备202(未图示)、电连接装置100、电连接装置101、电连接装置102,电气设备202安装在轨道201上,并通过电连接装置100、电连接装置101、电连接装置102实现轨道201多种的连接方式。
综上所述,本申请的电连接装置100通过设置位于主体1两端的第一连接部2、第二连接部3及主体1延伸出的基板11和插接组件12,第一连接部2和第二连接部3均包括左右对称的间隔设置的第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22,插接组件12设置在第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22之间,在竖直方向的横截面上,呈三角形设置,区别与现有电连接装置,本申请将连接部分分为第一电接触部21、第二电接触部22及插接组件12而非集成在一起,降低了与轨道201连接的第一连接部2的厚度,更为扁平化,变相降低了轨道201的厚度;同时第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22用于与轨道201电性连接,插接组件12用于与轨道201机械连接,在保证连接稳定可靠的同时简化了电连接装置100的结构,安装过程仅需插接即可完成连接,便于安装,且三者全部插入了轨道201内,不会凸出于轨道201,更为美观;同时间隔设置的第一电接触部21和第二电接触部22保证了安装距离,减小短路的可能性;并通过设置基板11,挡住了轨道201的内部,既起到防尘的作用,也起到美观作用,解决现有电连接装置中的结构复杂、与轨道连接不便且凸出于轨道的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电连接装置,用于连接轨道,其中,包括主体(1)及设置在所述主体(1)两端且电性连接的第一连接部(2)和第二连接部(3),所述主体(1)包括朝向所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)方向延伸的基板(11)和插接组件(12),所述基板(11)与所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)相连,所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)均包括左右间隔设置的第一电接触部(21)和第二电接触部(22),所述插接组件(12)悬设在所述基板(11)的上方,且设置在所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)之间,在竖直方向的横截面上,所述插接组件(12)与所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)呈三角形设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其中,所述插接组件(12)包括呈三角形设置的一个第一插接部(1211)和两个第二插接部(1212),两个所述第二插接部(1212)沿竖直方向延伸,对称设置在所述第一插接部(1211)的两侧,且低于所述第一插接部(1211)设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电连接装置,其中,在竖直方向上,所述第一插接部(1211)和所述第二插接部(1212)的横截面面积均自靠近所述主体(1)的一端向远离所述主体(1)的一端逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电连接装置,其中,所述第一插接部(1211)的长度小于等于所述第一连接部(2)/所述第二连接部(3)的长度,且大于所述第二插接部(1212)的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其中,所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)均包括第一导电弹片(211)和第二导电弹片(212),两个所述第一导电弹片(211)分别设置在所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)背离所述基板(11)的一侧,两个所述第二导电弹片(212)均设置在所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)朝向所述插接组件(12)的一侧,且至少部分外露于所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其中,所述电连接装置(100)还包括盖体(4),所述盖体(4)包括收容部(41)和自所述收容部(41)分别向所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)方向延伸且覆盖所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)的翼部(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电连接装置,其中,所述收容部(41)内设置有第三连接部(411),所述第一连接部(2)和所述第二连接部(3)通过所述第三连接部电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电连接装置,其中,所述翼部上设有开口,所述第一电接触部(21)和所述第二电接触部上均设有第一导电弹片(211),所述第一导电弹片(211)夹置在所述翼部(42)与所述第一电接触部(21)之间,且至少部分外露于所述开口(421)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其中,所述电连接装置(100)包括平面一字电连接装置、平面转角电连接装置及立面转角电连接装置。
  10. 一种轨道灯组件,其中,包括如权利要求1~9任一所述的电连接装置(100)和至少两个轨道(201),至少两个所述轨道(201)通过所述电连接装置(100)实现机械连接及电性连接。
