本实用新型申请的底座用于运输大直径管道5的时候使用,所述托架3的弧形板31对应大直径管道5的外径设置,根据运输不同外径的大直径管道5,更换不同的托架3;所述托架3外侧设置缆绳位,方便搬运是的吊装;底部支撑组件4是保证托架3两端与安装架2固接,中部也能够有所支撑,保持整体结构的稳定。
如图1至图4所示,所述安装架2包括对称设置的C型立板21,所述C型立板21上端水平固设连接板22;
所述托架3还包括设置于弧形板31两端的横板32,横板32设置螺钉过 孔一321,所述连接板22对应螺钉过孔一开设螺钉过孔二221,所述连接板22下端面在连接过孔二处固设螺母222,所述螺母与螺钉33对应设置。
所述安装架2与托架3通过螺钉33进行可拆卸连接,保证安装架2上的托架3根据不同直径的大直径管道5进行更换,此外在吊装时,安装好缆绳后,拆卸下螺栓即可进行吊装。
如图3所示,所述横板32中部设置用于穿过缆绳的方孔322;
所述弧形板31外侧设置与弧形板平行弧形条板311,所述弧形条板两侧向上延伸形成的立板312,所述立板上端与弧形板31底面贴合固接,所述立板312两端、弧形条板311两端均与方孔322侧壁贴合固接,立板312、弧形条板311、弧形板31三者围成的空间为缆绳位,用于设置缆绳。
所述缆绳从横板32一侧的方孔322穿入,经过缆绳位,并从另一侧横板32上的方孔322上穿出,所述缆绳位截面尺寸大于缆绳直径,保证缆绳可以顺利穿过缆绳位,吊装时,立板和弧形条板限制缆绳的滑动,保证吊装的稳定性;此外,立板和弧形条板均在中部与弧形板31固接,两端固接横板32,起到加强托架3结构的作用,保证托架3结构的稳定性。
如图1至图4所示,所述连接板22对应横板32的方孔322开设U型槽223,所述U型槽与C型立板21开口均对应缆绳位设置。
所述托架3安装在安装架2上的时候,托架3下侧的立板及弧形条板可以安放在U型槽223与C型立板21开口处,机构稳定,支撑可靠。
如图1至图4所示,所述底部支撑组件4包括螺杆一41和与螺杆一对应设置的螺纹筒42,所述螺纹筒42垂直于底板1设置,所述螺纹筒下端垂直设置有安装圆板43,所述安装圆板43下表面固接于底板1上表面,上表面与螺纹筒42下端固接;
所述螺杆一41下端设置于螺纹筒42内侧,所述螺纹筒42的内螺纹对应螺杆一41的外螺纹设置,所述螺杆一41的上端固设圆柱44,所述圆柱的上端面与弧形条板311下表面中部抵接,所述圆柱44垂直于轴线固设手柄。
在托架3两端通过横板32与安装架2的连接板22固接时,所述托架3中部处于悬空状态,增加底部支撑组件4可以稳定支撑;在对应不同大直径管道5外径设置不同的托架3时,通过转动手柄,可以调节螺杆一伸出螺纹筒的长度,调节底部支撑组件4高度,支撑不同尺寸的托架3,实用性强。
如图3所示,所述弧形板31内侧对应大直径管道5的外侧壁设置有橡胶条313,所述橡胶条313以弧形板31的轴线为轴周向均布设置有多个。
所述橡胶条用于支撑大直径管道5,防震,同时减少弧形板31直接与大直径管道5接触产生的摩擦。
如图1至图5所示,所述横板32在方孔322的两侧均设置有侧壁支撑组件6,所述侧壁支撑组件6包括垂直于横板32设置的竖板61,垂直于竖板61水平设置螺杆二62,所述螺杆二62垂直于大直径管道5的轴线设置,所述竖板61对应螺杆二62设置内螺纹孔,所述螺杆二62在靠近大直径管道5的一端设置橡胶垫63,所述橡胶垫63远离螺杆二62的一侧与大直径管道5的外侧壁贴合抵接,所述大直径管道5与橡胶垫63之间通过连接件64连接。
转动螺杆二62,即可推动橡胶垫63抵接在大直径管道5的外侧壁上,大直径管道5两侧均设置有侧壁支撑组件,从侧面稳定支撑大直径管道5。
如图5所示,所述橡胶垫63与大直径管道5的侧壁贴合设置为圆弧型,所述连接件64包括硬质板641,所述硬质板641一侧与橡胶垫63固接,另一端设置扣盖642,所述扣盖呈U型,弧形一端朝上,方形一端朝下,且扣盖的下端面与靠近硬质板的一端面开放,所述扣盖642远离硬质板的一端面 设置小U型槽6421,所述小U型槽开口向下,所述螺杆二62穿过小U型槽6421圆弧处与设置于扣盖内侧的小圆板621固接,所述小圆板621平行于硬质板641设置。
所述硬质板一端与橡胶垫63固接,另一端面通过扣盖与螺杆铰接,转动螺杆二62,橡胶垫63只进行水平移动保证橡胶垫63靠近大直径管道5外侧壁的圆弧型与大直径管道5侧壁贴合抵接。
工作过程:
如图1至图5所示,一个大直径管道临近两端的位置均设置有底座,根据大直径管道外径尺寸对应选择合适弧形板外径的托架3,将托架通过螺钉33托架的横板32与安装架的连接板22固定在一起;拧紧螺杆二62,将侧壁支撑组件6中橡胶垫63压紧在大直径管道两侧;转动螺杆一41,将圆柱上端抵接在托架3下端中部。
在吊装时,卸掉用于固定横板22与连接板32的螺钉33,将缆绳设置在缆绳位的位置,缆绳两端伸出一个托架两端横板22的方孔处,并与吊装装置连接进行吊装。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、固设于底板(1)上的安装架(2)、两侧与安装架(2)可拆卸连接的托架(3)、用于支撑托架(3)的底部支撑组件(4);所述底部支撑组件(4)下端固设于底板(1)上表面,上端与托架(3)下表面中部抵接;所述托架(3)包括对应大直径管道(5)外径设置的弧形板(31),所述弧形板(31)外侧设置安装吊装缆绳的缆绳位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述安装架(2)包括对称设置的C型立板(21),所述C型立板(21)上端水平固设连接板(22);
    所述托架(3)还包括设置于弧形板(31)两端的横板(32),横板(32)设置螺钉过孔一(321),所述连接板(22)对应螺钉过孔一开设螺钉过孔二(221),所述连接板(22)下端面在连接过孔二处固设螺母(222),所述螺母与螺钉(33)对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述横板(32)中部设置用于穿过缆绳的方孔(322);
    所述弧形板(31)外侧设置与弧形板平行弧形条板(311),所述弧形条板两侧向上延伸形成的立板(312),所述立板上端与弧形板(31)底面贴合固接,所述立板(312)两端、弧形条板(311)两端均与方孔(322)侧壁贴合固接,立板(312)、弧形条板(311)、弧形板(31)三者围成的空间为缆绳位,用于设置缆绳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述连接板(22)对应横板(32)的方孔(322)开设U型槽(223),所述U型槽与C型立板(21)开口均对应缆绳位设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述底部支撑组件(4)包括螺杆一(41)和与螺杆一对应设置的螺纹筒(42),所述螺纹筒(42)垂直于底板(1)设置,所述螺纹筒下端垂直设置有安装圆板(43),所述安装圆板(43)下表面固接于底板(1)上表面,上表面与螺纹筒(42)下端固接;
    所述螺杆一(41)下端设置于螺纹筒(42)内侧,所述螺纹筒(42)的内螺纹对应螺杆一(41)的外螺纹设置,所述螺杆一(41)的上端固设圆柱(44),所述圆柱的上端面与弧形条板(311)下表面中部抵接,所述圆柱(44)垂直于轴线固设手柄。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述弧形板(31)内侧对应大直径管道(5)的外侧壁设置有橡胶条(313),所述橡胶条(313)以弧形板(31)的轴线为轴周向均布设置有多个。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述横板(32)在方孔(322)的两侧均设置有侧壁支撑组件(6),所述侧壁支撑组件(6)包括垂直于横板(32)设置的竖板(61),垂直于竖板(61)水平设置螺杆二(62),所述螺杆二(62)垂直于大直径管道(5)的轴线设置,所述竖板(61)对应螺杆二(62)设置内螺纹孔,所述螺杆二(62)在靠近大直径管道(5)的一端设置橡胶垫(63),所述橡胶垫(63)远离螺杆二(62)的一侧与大直径管道(5)的外侧壁贴合抵接,所述大直径管道(5)与橡胶垫(63)之间通过连接件(64)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种大直径管道运输底座,其特征在于:所述橡胶垫(63)与大直径管道(5)的侧壁贴合设置为圆弧型,所述连接件(64)包括硬质板(641),所述硬质板(641)一侧与橡胶垫(63)固接,另一端设置扣盖(642),所述扣盖呈U型,弧形一端朝上,方形一端朝下,且扣 盖的下端面与靠近硬质板的一端面开放,所述扣盖(642)远离硬质板的一端面设置小U型槽(6421),所述小U型槽开口向下,所述螺杆二(62)穿过小U型槽(6421)圆弧处与设置于扣盖内侧的小圆板(621)固接,所述小圆板(621)平行于硬质板(641)设置。
