Description

剃须刀头 技术领域

但是,在现有的刀头中,如图1所示,由于皮肤下压接触部之前侧与邻近前侧壁22`的刀片10之间的间距b`及皮肤下压接触部之后侧与邻近前侧壁22`的刀片10之间的间距a`设计不合理,导致皮肤下压接触部在刀头剃须的过程中对弹性皮肤200的下压面积小,从而导致弹性皮肤200位于刀片10`与前侧壁22`之间的位置210没得到有效的张紧,进而造成弹性皮肤200位于刀片10`与前侧壁22`之间的位置210凸起于刀片10的前方,因而导致与前侧壁22`相邻的刀片10`对弹性皮肤200之凸起处(即位置210)抵顶切割,影响剃刮的舒适性。
因此,急需要一种在剃须过程中增加对弹性皮肤的下压面积而使得弹性皮肤张得更紧的剃须刀头来克服上述的缺陷。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种在剃须过程中增加对弹性皮肤的下压面积而使 得弹性皮肤张得更紧的剃须刀头。
为实现上述的目的,本申请的剃须刀头包括刀片及带容纳空间的刀头框架。所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中并沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述刀片装配于所述刀头框架处,所述刀片的刀刃朝向所述刀头框架的前方;所述刀头框架具有位于所述刀片对应前方的用于下压弹性皮肤的皮肤下压接触区,所述皮肤下压接触区的后侧沿所述刀头框架的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区之刀片的间距为a,所述皮肤下压接触区的前侧沿所述刀头框架的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区之刀片的间距为b,其中,0.30mm≤a≤1.75mm,2.0mm≤b≤12.1mm。

如图3所示,0.39mm≤a≤1.49mm,2.61mm≤b≤10.51mm,这样设计使得皮肤下压接触区D的前后两侧之间的尺寸满足2.22mm≤b-a≤9.02mm,更有效地对皮肤下压接触区D之后侧至邻近该皮肤下压接触区的刀片10之间的间距a与皮肤下压接触区D的前后两侧之间的尺寸进行平衡,在确保皮肤下压接触区D之后侧至邻近该皮肤下压接触区D的刀片10之间的间距a处于较优尺寸时能最大限度地增加皮肤下压接触区D的前后两侧之间的尺寸,从而确保皮肤下压接触区D的下压面积最优。举例而言,5.0mm≤b-a≤6.0mm,故当a为0.39mm时,此时5.39mm≤b≤6.39mm;当a为0.5mm时,此时5.5mm≤b-a≤6.5mm;当a为1.0mm时,此时6.0mm≤b-a≤7.0mm;当a为1.49mm时,此时6.49mm≤b-a≤7.49mm。需要说明的是,mm表示毫米。
如图2所示,刀头框架20具有位于刀片10对应前方的前侧壁22,皮肤下压接触区D由前侧壁22的上表面221形成,这样使得皮肤下压接触区D的制造更容易,较优的是,在图5中,皮肤下压接触区D形成于前侧壁22的整个上表面221,而在图6中,皮肤下压接触区D并不是由前侧壁22的整个上表面221形成,这是由于皮肤下压接触区D沿刀头框架20的左右方向间隔式延伸,但不以此为限;同时,刀头框架20还具有位于刀片10对应后方的后侧壁23,此时,刀片10为三个且沿刀头框架20的前后方向隔开排列,当然,根据实际需要,刀片10还可为一个或二个不等,故不以附图所示为限。具体地,在图2中,皮肤下压接触区D为平面区,以使得皮肤下压接触区D以平面接触方式对弹性皮肤200进行下压,当然,根据实际需要,皮肤下压接触区D还可为弧形曲面区,以便于皮肤下压接触区D沿弹性皮肤200顺滑;同时,所有刀片10沿刀头框架20由前至后的方向呈高度逐渐递增的布置,邻近皮肤下压接触区D的刀片10低于后侧壁23之上表面231的最高点P2与皮肤下压接触区D之最高点P1的直 线连线L,即邻近皮肤下压接触区D的刀片10处于负的暴露量,邻近后侧壁23的刀片10高于后侧壁23之上表面231的最高点P2与皮肤下压接触区D之最高点P1的直线连线L,即,邻近后侧壁23的刀片10处于正的暴露量,这样设计使得所有的刀片10的暴露量按照由负到正的排列,从而在一次剃须过程中实现先深后浅的剃刮作用。
请参阅图7,本申请第二实施例的剃须刀头100`与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100两者的结构基本相同,区别点如下:
(1)于本申请第二实施例的剃须刀头100`中,还包括防护构件30,刀头框架20具有位于刀片10对应前方的前侧壁22,防护构件30从上方装配于前侧壁22并沿刀头框架20的左右方向延伸,由于防护构件30是全部覆盖前侧壁22的上部,此时,皮肤下压接触区D是由防护构件30的上表面31形成;而于本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100中,它不包含防护构件30,对应地,皮肤下压接触区D是由前侧壁22的上表面221形成。
除了上述的区别外,其它与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100相同,故在此不再赘述。
请参阅图8,本申请第三实施例的剃须刀头100``与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100两者的结构基本相同,区别点如下:
(一)于本申请第三实施例的剃须刀头100``中,还包括防护构件30,刀头框架20具有位于刀片10对应前方的前侧壁22,防护构件30从上方装配于前侧壁22并沿刀头框架20的左右方向延伸,由于防护构件30是部分地覆盖前侧壁22的上部,使得前侧壁22位于防护构件30和刀片10之间的位置23a呈外露布置,故皮肤下压接触区D中的一部分由防护构件30的上表面31,皮肤下压接触区D中的余下部分由前侧壁22的位于防护构件30与刀片10之间的位置23a之上表面231形成。而于本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100中,它不包含防护构件30,对应地,皮肤下压接触区D由前侧壁22的上表面221形成。
(二)于本申请第三实施例的剃须刀头100``中,前侧壁22的位于防护构件30与刀片10之间的位置23a之上表面231与防护构件30的上表面31拼接在一 起,较优的是,前侧壁22的位于防护构件30与刀片10之间的位置23a之上表面231与防护构件30的上表面31相平齐,当然,根据实际需要,也可以使得前侧壁22的位于防护构件30与刀片10之间的位置23a之上表面231低于防护构件30的上表面31,故不以图8所示为限。
除上述的(一)和(二)区别外,其它与本申请第一实施例的剃须刀头100相同,故在此不再赘述。
与现有技术相比,由于刀头框架20具有位于刀片10对应前方的用于下压弹性皮肤200的皮肤下压接触区D,皮肤下压接触区D的后侧沿刀头框架20的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区D之刀片10的间距为a,皮肤下压接触区D的前侧沿刀头框架20的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区D之刀片10的间距为b,其中,0.30mm≤a≤1.75mm,2.0mm≤b≤12.1mm,这样设计使得皮肤下压接触区D的前后两侧之间的尺寸满足1.70mm≤b-a≤10.35mm,从而确保本申请的剃须刀头100(100`、100``)在行业标准(即国标)允许的尺寸范围内最大范围增加皮肤下压接触区D在剃须过程中对弹性皮肤200的下压面积,故对同一单位的弹性皮肤200来说,在下压距离相同的前提下,使得皮肤下压接触区D对弹性皮肤的下压面积处于最大范围,从而使得弹性皮肤被张得更紧,例如,以弹性橡胶条为例,对于同一长度且两端受约束固定的弹性橡胶条来说,在下压距离相同的前提下,弹性橡胶条被一个手指下压张紧的程度远小于被两个手指下压张紧的程度,进而减少弹性皮肤200位于皮肤下压接触区D和与该皮肤下压接触区D相邻的刀片10之间的位置210的拱起程度,状态见图9所示,因而达到减少剃须刺激的目的。
需要说明的是,在附图中,箭头A所指的方向为刀头框架20由前至后的方向,箭头B所指的方向为刀头框架20由左至右的方向,箭头C所指的方向为刀头框架20由上至下的方向。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种剃须刀头,包括刀片及带容纳空间的刀头框架,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中并沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述刀片装配于所述刀头框架处,所述刀片的刀刃朝向所述刀头框架的前方,所述刀头框架具有位于所述刀片对应前方的用于下压弹性皮肤的皮肤下压接触区,其特征在于,所述皮肤下压接触区的后侧沿所述刀头框架的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区之刀片的间距为a,所述皮肤下压接触区的前侧沿所述刀头框架的前后方向与邻近该皮肤下压接触区之刀片的间距为b,其中,0.30mm≤a≤1.75mm,2.0mm≤b≤12.1mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,0.39mm≤a≤1.49mm,2.61mm≤b≤10.51mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述皮肤下压接触区还沿所述刀头框架的左右方向呈连续式或间断式延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述刀头框架具有位于所述刀片对应前方的前侧壁,所述皮肤下压接触区由所述前侧壁的上表面形成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,还包括防护构件,所述刀头框架具有位于所述刀片对应前方的前侧壁,所述防护构件从上方装配于所述前侧壁并沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸,所述皮肤下压接触区由所述防护构件的上表面形成,或者,所述皮肤下压接触区中的一部分由所述防护构件的上表面形成,所述皮肤下压接触区中的余下部分由所述前侧壁的位于所述防护构件与刀片之间的位置之上表面形成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述前侧壁的位于所述防护构件与刀片之间的位置之上表面与所述防护构件的上表面拼接在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述前侧壁的位于所述 防护构件与刀片之间的位置之上表面低于所述防护构件的上表面。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述皮肤下压接触区为弧形曲面区或平面区。
  9. 根据权利要求4或5所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所述刀头框架还具有位于所述刀片对应后方的后侧壁,所述刀片为多个且沿所述刀头框架的前后方向隔开排列。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的剃须刀头,其特征在于,所有所述刀片沿所述刀头框架由前至后的方向呈高度逐渐递增的布置,邻近所述皮肤下压接触区的刀片低于所述后侧壁之上表面的最高点与所述皮肤下压接触区之最高点的直线连线,邻近所述后侧壁的刀片高于所述后侧壁之上表面的最高点与所述皮肤下压接触区之最高点的直线连线。
