人体脚底持续分泌汗液,由于持续承重(承载身体重量)和运动等原因,脚底汗液分泌较多,因生理原因,男性比女性汗液分泌多,青少年比老年和儿童汗液分泌多。而现代社会,鞋品多为皮鞋,休闲鞋,旅游鞋,运动鞋为主,布鞋拖鞋为辅,鞋底透气是一大难点。现有技术中多以鞋面打孔,网状鞋面,海绵质鞋垫等来提高透气性,而人体脚部最易出汗且不易蒸发的在脚底前部(前脚掌部位)50%--30%区间内,以上透气的方法效果差,上述的鞋品多限制和抑制了脚底汗液的自然蒸发,致使75%的青年男性(12--45岁)有脚汗脚臭,30%--40%青年女性有脚汗脚臭。以12--45的青年男性为例:因脚汗无法正常挥发,65%有严重的脚汗脚臭,25%--35%有真菌感染的脚气(恶臭),8%--15%因长期脚汗导致足廯,甲沟炎,脚趾沟糜烂,感染等,给青少年的学习工作带来很大困扰。

当人穿该透气鞋时,脚后跟位于脚后跟区域13的上方,脚弓位于脚弓区域12的上方,脚前掌位于脚前掌区域11的上方,人在行走的过程中,脚前掌和脚后跟交替与鞋底1受力接触,当脚后跟挤压弹性气囊33,弹性气囊33收缩变形,气囊空腔内的空气通过排气管32吹入到换气腔内,并通过换气孔组311吹出,在此过程中,空气气流吹开第一遮蔽片312,可以使空气气流正常进入到换气腔内,且空气气流挤压第二遮蔽片332,使第二遮蔽片332遮盖进气口331,这样,可以使气囊空腔内的空气正常进入到换气腔内,而不是从进气口331涌出,当脚后跟抬起时,弹性气囊33恢复原状,外界的空气从多个进气口331涌入到气囊空腔内,外界的空气吹开第二遮蔽片332,此时,换气腔的空气使第一遮蔽片312贴紧并遮盖排气管32,避免换气腔的空气涌入气囊空腔内,防止气体回流,这样,随着人的行走,弹性气囊33不断吸入空气并向换气腔吹入空气,空气再通过换气孔组311吹到前脚掌,使前脚掌保持干燥透气,解决了现有技术中各种鞋品不能使前脚掌部位保持良好透气性的问题。
换气腔和气囊空腔未在图中标出,但本领域人员可以从图1-4中先显而易见的得知本申请换气腔和气囊空腔的位置。
其中,第一遮蔽片312和第二遮蔽片332也可以被替换为本领域人员惯用的自闭阀,以防止气体回流。
气囊槽131还可以扩大开设到脚弓区域12,这样弹性气囊33的尺寸可以设计的更大。
透气组件3的各个部件通过胶水粘黏在对应的槽内。
本申请涉及的鞋底1可以应用在不同的鞋品上,比如,皮鞋,休闲鞋,旅游鞋,运动鞋等。
参考图1-3,换气孔组311包括五个第一换气孔3111和多个第二换气孔3112,当脚穿透气鞋时,第一换气孔3111位于脚趾与脚前掌之间,多个第二 换气孔3112位于脚前掌的正下方,五个第一换气孔3111与脚的五个脚趾一一对应,第一换气孔3111的孔径大于第二换气孔3112的孔径。
前脚掌部位更容易出汗的位置是脚趾与脚前掌之间的部分,五个第一换气孔3111与脚的五个脚趾一一对应,且第一换气孔3111的孔径大于第二换气孔3112的孔径,这样,从第一换气孔3111涌入的空气流量更大,更容易使该处出汗量大的问题得到对应解决。
进气口331开设于靠近脚弓区域12的位置。脚弓区域12或靠近脚弓区域12的位置会与人脚之间具有一定的间隙,当进气口331靠近该处时,更有利于换气,其中,多个进气口331的位置开设在靠近鞋面2的部位,也就是说,进气口331靠近鞋底1的边缘处,这样,靠近鞋底1的边缘处,更有利于和外界空气对流换气。
进气口331还可以开设到弹性气囊33的顶部的其它位置,对此,本申请不做限制。
参考图1-3,进气口331的通孔孔壁均连接有滤网。滤网可以有效避免灰尘等杂物进入到气囊空腔的空腔内,当灰尘大量堵塞气囊空腔内,容易造成透气鞋的使用寿命下降。
透气鞋还包括透气鞋垫4,透气鞋垫4位于穿设空腔内,且透气鞋垫4贴附于正面。鞋垫可以避免尘土等杂物直接接触透气组件3,堵塞进气口331和/或换气孔组311。
弹性气囊33部分伸出气囊槽131,且伸出部分高度为5mm,换气件31的顶部与正面平齐。弹性气囊33的伸出部分便于脚后跟挤压弹性气囊33,伸出部分的高度不高,不会使人感觉到异物凸出的不适感,其中,鞋底1在人行走的过程中,也会发生一定的形变,因此,弹性气囊33的挤压高度在1cm左右。
弹性气囊33由橡胶制成,换气件31由塑胶制成。弹性气囊33还可以由其它本领域人员惯用的弹性材质的材料制成,对此,本申请不做限制。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合(只要这些技术特征的组合 不存在矛盾),为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述;这些未明确写出的实施例,也都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种透气鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋底依次划分为:与脚后跟对应的脚后跟区域、与脚弓对应的脚弓区域和与脚前掌对应的脚前掌区域,其特征在于,所述透气鞋还包括透气组件,所述鞋底包括正面和反面,所述正面位于所述鞋底和所述鞋面围成的穿设空腔内,所述正面于所述脚后跟区域开设有气囊槽,所述正面于所述脚前掌区域开设有换气槽,所述正面于所述脚弓区域开设有排气槽,
    所述透气组件包括嵌设于所述气囊槽的弹性气囊、嵌设于所述换气槽的换气件和嵌设于所述排气槽的排气管,所述弹性气囊的顶部开设有多个连通所述弹性气囊的气囊空腔的进气口,所述弹性气囊部分伸出所述气囊槽,所述换气件具有换气腔,所述换气件的顶部开设有连通所述换气腔的换气孔组,所述排气管的一端连接所述换气件并连通所述换气腔,另一端连接所述弹性气囊且连通所述气囊空腔,
    所述换气腔的腔壁活动连接有用于遮蔽所述排气管的第一遮蔽片,所述气囊空腔的腔壁活动连接有多个用于遮蔽所述进气口的第二遮蔽片,多个所述第二遮蔽片与多个所述进气口一一对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述换气孔组包括五个第一换气孔和多个第二换气孔,当脚穿所述透气鞋时,所述第一换气孔位于脚趾与所述脚前掌之间,多个第二换气孔位于所述脚前掌的正下方,五个所述第一换气孔与脚的五个脚趾一一对应,所述第一换气孔的孔径大于所述第二换气孔的孔径。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述进气口开设于靠近所述脚弓区域的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述进气口的通孔孔壁连接有滤网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述透气鞋还包括透气鞋垫,所述透气鞋垫位于所述穿设空腔内,且所述透气鞋垫贴附于所述正面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述弹性气囊部分伸出所述气囊槽,且伸出部分高度为5mm,所述换气件的顶部与所述正面平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋,其特征在于,所述弹性气囊由橡胶制成,所述换气件由塑胶制成。
