Abstract

예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 이차 전지 제조 장치가 제공된다. 상기 장치는, 웰딩 빔을 생성하도록 구성된 제1 빔 소스; 검사 빔을 생성하도록 구성된 제2 빔 소스; 상기 웰딩 빔 및 상기 검사 빔을 모듈 프레임으로 지향시키도록 구성된 스캐너 헤드; 상기 스캐너 헤드를 이동시키도록 구성된 서보 모터; 상기 모듈 프레임으로부터 반사된 상기 검사 빔의 부분인 반사 빔을 감지하도록 구성된 검출기; 상기 검출기에 의해 생성된 검사 신호에 기초하여 상기 모듈 프레임의 조립선 데이터를 수집하도록 구성된 프로세서; 및 상기 모듈 프레임의 조립선 데이터에 기초하여 상기 서보 모터를 제어하도록 구성된 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
