Abstract

La présente invention concerne le développement d'un porte-filtres pour filtrer des boissons, par exemple, du café filtré, du thé etc., permettant d'utiliser le processus d'infusion ou de percolation, au moyen d'un système de réglage du vide qui sert à réguler le flux d'extraction du produit, ledit porte-filtre (1) étant composé d'une base (2), d'un corps (3) et d'un adaptateur (4), ladite base (2) constituant la pièce d'appui du porte-filtre (1), où est située l'anse (5). Au niveau de la base (2), se trouvent également la chambre (8) recevant le produit qui passe par le filtre (6 ou 7) et le clapet (15).
