Abstract
The utility model relates to building and the production of building materials, and more particularly to non-metallic composite reinforcing bars. A flexible connector is made of a multi-layered composite material bonded by a cured polymer binder and has thickened anchoring portions. A load-bearing layer and the thickened anchoring portions are formed as one piece in a single process cycle. An outer layer is made in the form of a sleeve by applying to the surface of the load-bearing layer two or more systems of streams of fibres which overlap one another. The technical result is that of making the article easier to install, while also protecting the integrity of the surface layer.
Description
Flexible composite link
The utility model relates to construction and the production of building materials, in particular to non-metallic composite reinforcement.
Composite flexible ties (hereinafter referred to as flexible ties) are used in construction for efficient and reliable fastening of an internal wall with a facing layer, both in a system of three-layer walls (using thermal insulation material), and in the construction of homogeneous wall structures to strengthen the masonry.
Flexible connections are very popular and in demand because they have improved technical and operational characteristics than their metal counterparts. Composite flexible connections do not form cold bridges and are not subject to corrosion or exposure to salts and alkalis, which is why they have increased strength and a long service life.
Flexible connections, as a rule, are a round rod with thickenings, for example, made of sand at the ends, which act as an anchor (adhesion) when fixed in the joints of the brickwork.
A flexible connection for connecting the load-bearing and facing layers of various materials in multi-layer enclosing structures is known from the prior art (patent RU 2726669, IPC E04F 13/22, publ: 2020.07.15) has anchor sections, which are a helical surface with different pitches, lengths and different geometry in cross-section and formed until the moment of curing from the same composite materials as the flexible connection rod itself, directly during the continuous production of the flexible connection on the line, while the anchor sections themselves are created in the form of a thickening of the rod, formed by winding a reinforcing thread or fiber until the moment of curing from the same composite materials as the flexible connection rod itself, directly during the continuous production of flexible connection on the line.
During the operation of this analogue, a problem was identified - the supporting layer (the surface of the product) splits, working with the product is possible only with the use of personal protective equipment (gloves, respirators). Analog has not solved the problem of deformation of the outer layer in the operating environment, because product has lower ultimate strength and ultimate compressive deformation of rods.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed solution is a flexible connection made of a composite material (patent RU 2324797, IPC E04C 5/07, publ. 2008.05.20), which is made in the form of a rod of variable cross-section made of a composite material made of mineral or chemical fiber roving , fastened with a hardened polymer binder and having anchor thickenings. The rod is made multilayer and contains a load-bearing inner layer with a longitudinal arrangement of fibers, a subsequent layer with a transverse arrangement of fibers, and the thickenings are made by winding fibers onto the outer layer and have a convex, or concave, or convex-concave shape, while the inner layer, outer layer and anchor thickenings are formed in one technological cycle and are made monolithically.
This solution does not solve operational problems, since the surface of the product may crumble during operation, and to prevent the effects of glass dust on the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract, it is necessary to use personal protective equipment. The prototype has not solved the problem of deformation of the outer layer in the operating environment due to the low hardness of the product surface. The finished product has a lower ultimate compressive strength of the rods.
The technical task of the proposed solution is aimed at obtaining a monolithic product of variable cross-section with high performance properties while maintaining reinforcing properties.
The technical result of the utility model is aimed at increasing the ease of use of the product during installation while maintaining the integrity of the surface layer.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the flexible connection is made of a composite multilayer material, bonded with a hardened polymer binder, having anchor thickenings, according to the utility model, the load-bearing layer and anchor thickenings are made monolithically and formed in one technological cycle. The outer layer is made in the form of a sleeve and is formed by applying two or more systems of thread threads mutually overlapping each other to the surface of the supporting layer. In a particular case of execution, anchor thickenings are made by interval feeding of a short section of a rod made of composite material into the forming bundle of threads of the load-bearing layer of the flexible connection until curing. In a particular case of execution, the anchor thickenings are made in the form of short sections of a rod based on glass fiber, and/or basalt fiber, and/or carbon fiber, and/or aramid fiber, and/or a combination thereof and a polymer binder.
In a particular embodiment, the supporting layer is made of glass fiber, and/or basalt fiber, and/or carbon fiber, and/or aramid fiber, and/or a combination thereof, bonded with a cured polymer binder.
In a particular case of execution, the outer layer is made of natural and/or synthetic, and/or a combination of these threads, or glass fiber, and/or basalt fiber, and/or carbon fiber, and/or aramid fiber, and/or a combination thereof.
In a particular case of execution, depending on the purpose, the anchor bulges are made along the entire length of the flexible connection, or at the end of the flexible connection, or at the end of the flexible connection.
Forming a sleeve-shaped outer layer by applying two or more overlapping thread flow systems to the surface of the carrier layer (any angle of overlap can be selected depending on the type of braiding equipment selected) ensures the integrity of the matrix - the carrier layer under the sleeve-shaped braid During operation, it does not split, does not crumble, or glass dust does not fly, i.e. the integrity of the surface layer is maintained. Thus, the harmful effects of glass dust on the eyes and skin during installation of the product are excluded. Also, making the outer layer in the shape of a sleeve increases the hardness and compressive strength of the product, which improves the performance characteristics of the product.
Making the load-bearing layer and anchor thickening monolithically and forming them in one technological cycle, for example, by intervally feeding a short section of a rod made of composite material into the forming bundle of threads of the load-bearing layer of a flexible connection until curing ensures the integrity and solidity of the structure, which allows the layers not to split during operation , and also provides high compressive strength characteristics of the flexible connection. Forming the braid into a sleeve shape can be accomplished by using a circular weaving machine, a braiding machine, a spiral winding machine, or the like.
The design of the reinforced rod made of composite material is shown in the attached drawings.
In fig. Figure 1 shows a flexible connection in cross section. Figure 2 shows a flexible connection with anchor thickenings located at the ends. In fig. Figure 3 shows options for the location of anchor thickenings in finished products.
The flexible connection contains an outer layer 1, a load-bearing layer 2 and anchor thickenings 3, which are made, for example, in the form of short sections of a rod 4 made of fiberglass and/or basalt fiber.
The production of a flexible connection is carried out as follows.
The number of threads of the supporting layer required to produce the corresponding diameter of the product is pulled through the line. Previously, for example, in the control unit, certain parameters are set: the length of the flexible connection (length of the product), the size and frequency of feeding short sections of the rod, the initial speed and drawing time when forming the anchor thickening.
Bobbins with roving are installed on creels with tension blocks and leveling combs. The number of bobbins is selected depending on the thickness of the roving fiber, the required diameter of the supporting inner layer and the degree of filling.
The roving is installed on a creel (for example, a four-tier rack). The threads from each bobbin are distributed one at a time through the guide eyes and enter the impregnation and spinning unit, where they are leveled, impregnated with a binder, and pressed. At the exit, all the roving threads are collected in a spinneret, forming a bundle of threads of the supporting layer. A device for cutting and interval feeding of a short section of rod 4 made of composite material is installed in front of the die. Thus, the formation of the load-bearing layer 2 and the anchor thickening 3 is carried out in one technological cycle. Next, the bundle of threads of the supporting layer 2 with installed anchor thickenings 3 enters the braiding device (which can be a circular weaving device, a braiding machine, a spiral winding device, or the like), thus forming the outer layer 1 - a sleeve-shaped braid. The next step is to place the formed layers into the chamber. polymerization, where curing occurs, after which the rod cools down in the cooling unit and is cut into measured lengths exactly in the middle of each thickening.
Depending on the cutting area of the flexible connection, the length of the short section of the rod 4 and the frequency of its feeding into the bundle of threads of the supporting rod, the location of the thickenings can be adjusted. The proposed solution makes it possible to form a flexible connection from a composite material with different locations of anchor thickenings, as shown in Fig. 3, with high performance properties, hardness and strength. The finished product does not deform in the operating environment (longer service life, the integrity of the outer layer is not compromised). The product has a relatively smooth outer surface, does not splinter, glass dust does not fly during operation, and therefore you can work without personal protective equipment (respirator, glasses, gloves). The finished product provides a strong connection between the load-bearing and facing layers of multi-layer enclosing structures of various materials.
