但是,对于无痕迹弹力背心如何附着上胸杯,以适应于女性穿戴,制造上又困扰着广大厂家,由机器生产的工艺或设备一直没有得到解决,无法实现附有胸杯的无痕迹弹力背心的自动化生产。

参照图3,下模装置1包括下模板11、侧板12和底板13,其中,侧板12安装于底板13上,下模板11固定悬挂于侧板12;侧板12上,于下模板11下方,安装有两活动撑杆14、电机15、齿轮传动机构16、两导正杆17和两传动丝杆18,电机15通过齿轮传动机构16和两传动丝杆18可驱动两活动撑杆14分别沿两导正杆17同时向上或向下移动;底板13上,于下模板11下方,还安装有活动支杆18a、固定座18b、活动轴18c和支杆气缸18d,在支杆气缸18d的作用下,活动支杆18a可沿前后摆动,活动支杆18a竖立时其可顶在下模板11自由端下方,活动支杆18a往后摆时其可与下模板11脱离。
参照图1,上模装置2中,上模板21可在热压气缸20的作用下沿上下移动,并与下模板11压合,另外,锁板22还安装有压框23,压框23也可由压框气缸24驱动向上或向下移动,并与下模板11压合。
需要注意的是,在图1-图3中,均省略画出上模板的公模和下模板的母 模。
下面介绍具体实施结构烫压机将胸杯附着在女性无痕迹弹力背心的一个制作工艺。
该工艺包括如下步骤:
(10)将制成女性无痕迹弹力背心的弹力材料翻转过来,成为翻转弹力材料;
(20)让翻转弹力材料套在下模板11中;
(30)采用电机15通过齿轮传动机构16和两传动丝杆18驱动两活动撑杆14分别沿两导正杆17向下移动,由两活动撑杆14将翻转弹力材料撑开而张紧;
(40)利用支杆气缸18d的作用使活动支杆18a竖立起来并顶在下模板11的自由端;
(50)采用热压气缸20作用上模板21,使上模板21向下移动,由上模板21的公模与下模板11的母模在翻转弹力材料于胸部对应处形成凹部;
(60)采用热压气缸20作用上模板21,让上模板21向上移动离开下模板11,使公、母模脱离;
(70)利用电机15通过齿轮传动机构16和两传动丝杆18驱动两活动撑杆14分别沿两导正杆17向上移动适当距离,让翻转弹力材料两侧较为松弛,使翻转弹力材料得以均匀收缩;
(80)将胸杯置于凹部中;
(90)采用压框气缸24的作用,使压框23向下移动,并将胸杯压合在翻转弹力材料凹部的四周处;
(100)采用压框气缸24的作用,让压框23向上移动复位,离开下模板11;
(110)利用电机15通过齿轮传动机构16和两传动丝杆18驱动两活动撑杆14分别沿两导轨17向上移动并复位;
(120)采用支杆气缸18d的作用使活动支杆18a往后摆动而脱离与下模板11自由端接触;
(130)将翻转弹力材料从下模板11中取出。
随后,可将翻转弹力材料再次翻转过来,即可得到附有胸杯的女性无痕迹弹力背心。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是:
    (10)将弹力背心的弹力材料翻转过来,成为翻转弹力材料;
    (20)让翻转弹力材料套在以悬挂方式设置的下模板中;
    (30)采用位于下模板下方的两活动撑杆其向下移动,将翻转弹力材料张紧;
    (40)由位于下模板下方的活动支杆支起并顶在下模板的自由端;
    (50)采用上模板向下移动,由上模板的公模与下模板的母模在翻转弹力材料于胸部对应处形成凹部;
    (60)让上模板向上移动离开下模板,使公、母模脱离;
    (80)将胸杯置于凹部中;
    (90)采用位于下模板上方的压框其向下移动,并将胸杯压合在翻转弹力材料凹部的四周处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是,于步骤(90)完成后,还执行下列步骤:
    (100)让压框向上移动复位,离开下模板;
    (110)使位于下模板下方的两撑杆向上移动并复位;
    (120)让活动支杆脱离下模板,将翻转弹力材料从下模板中取出。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是,在步骤(60)和步骤(80)之间,还包括下列步骤(70):
    (70)使位于下模板下方的两撑杆向上移动适当距离,让翻转弹力材料两侧较为松弛,使凹部得以均匀收缩。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是,两活动撑杆同时向上或向下移动,系采用电机通过齿轮传动机构和两丝杆驱动,使其分别沿两导正杆运动而实现升降。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是,弹力背心为无痕迹弹力背心。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹力背心附着胸杯工艺,其特征是,在步骤(60)和步骤(80)之间,还包括下列步骤(70):
    (70)使位于下模板下方的两撑杆向上移动适当距离,让翻转弹力材料两侧较为松弛,使凹部得以均匀收缩。
  7. 一种背心,其特征是,由权利要求5或权利要求6之一的工艺制得。
  8. 一种烫压机,机壳内安装有上模装置和下模装置,上模装置的上模板在热压气缸作用下可上下移动并与下模装置的下模板压合;其中,上模板安装有公模,下模板安装有母模;其特点是:下模装置还包含侧板和底板,侧板安装于底板上,下模板固定悬挂于侧板;侧板上于下模板下方安装有两活动撑杆,两活动撑杆可向上或向下移动;底板上于下模板下方还安装有活动支杆,活动支杆可顶在下模板自由端下方或与下模板脱离,上模装置还安装有压框,压框可向上或向下移动并与下模板压合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烫压机,两活动撑杆向上或向下移动系由电机通过齿轮传动机构和两传动丝杆使其分别沿两导正杆同时向上或向下移动。
