背景技术
三明治机是早餐机的一种,是使用烤盘来加热食物的烹饪机器;三明治机通过电热丝加热烤盘实现对食物的烘烤或煎制。
一般的三明治机具有定时功能,到达设定时间后,断电停止加热;但是常规的机械定时功能只能定时到分,无法精确到秒。也就是说如果有其他原因导致食物冷卻,想要加热吃热乎乎的食物则只能用其他机器重新加热如微波炉,而用三明治机二次加热因为三明治机电热丝功率较大且只能定时到分容易烤焦食物。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种一键重加热电路,再常规的机械定时电路基础上增加一键重加热电路,用于解决常规机械定时功能只能定时到分钟不能精确到秒的缺点。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一键重加热电路,包括加热电路、定时电路,重加热电路,所述重加热电路用于绕开定时电路重新启动加热电路;所述重加热电路包括:延时电路、整流滤波电路、继电器;所述整流滤波电路电连接所述延时电路,所述延时电路电连接 所述继电器,所述继电器电连接定时电路和加热电路。
通过采用上述技术方案,绕开了机械定时器和温控器,使机器重新加热。

不论使延时电路还是继电器都是直流电压,需要把交流电转换成直流电。

通过采用上述技术方案,延时电路控制线圈实现常开点和常闭点的之间的切换导通

一键重加热电路,如图1、图2所示,包括加热电路、定时电路和重加热电路;其中重加热电路包括整流滤波电路、延时电路和继电器;第一次加热时,电源接通,电流依次经过加热电路、定时电路和继电器常闭点NC,再经过继电器公共点C回流到电源形成闭路,加热电路开始加热;当到达设定时间时定时器断开,电路断路,停止加热。
重加热电路包括整流滤波电路、延时电路和继电器;整流滤波电路用于将交流电变成直流电,为延时电路和继电器提供直流电源;延时电路通过芯片和电路结构实现以秒为单位的延时启停;继电器用于加热电路在机械定时和重加热定时之间切换。开启重加热功能时,继电器线圈得电吸合常开点NO和公共点C接通,电流依次经过加热电路、继电器常开点NO和公共点C,回流电源形成闭路,开始加热,当延时电路作用时,继电器线圈失电,常开点NO断开,停止加热。
如图3所示,整流滤波电路包括整流部分和滤波部分,滤波部分包括第一电阻、第二电阻和滤波电容C4;整流部分采用桥式滤波。本文中整流滤波电路设计为交流电压转换成12V直流电压,除此外也可以转换成24V、36V等适用范围的低压直流电压。
如图4所示,延时电路包括芯片、电容C1、电容C3、可调电阻RT、指示灯J1KEY,重加热开关J1REHEAT和三级管;其中三级管型号为S8050,芯片型号为EN555,电容C1一端电连接整流滤波电路输出负极,电容C1另一端电连接可调电阻RT一端;可调电阻RT另一端电连接整流滤波电路输出正极;电容C3一端电连接整流滤波电路输出负极,电容C3另一个电连接芯片5脚; 芯片6脚电连接可调电阻RT一端与电容C1并联,芯片1脚接地,芯片2脚电连接指示灯J1KEY,芯片3脚电连接三极管基极,芯片4脚电连接整流滤波电路输出正极;芯片7脚和芯片6脚并联,芯片8脚电连接整流滤波电路输出正极;三极管集电极电连接整流滤波电路输出正极,三极管发射极电连接继电器正极,此处三极管作为开关导通为继电器线圈提供直流电。
本实用新型的基本工作原理为:
1、未使用重加热功能时,电源零线连接继电器公共点C,常闭点NC与公共点C连通,常闭点NC连接定时电路,电源火线连接加热电路,电热电路连接定时电路,电流形成回路,机器进入正常工作状态。
2、使用重加热功能时,按下重加热开关J1REHEAT,指示灯J1KEY得电灯亮,同时芯片2脚接收电平触发使芯片工作,芯片3脚输出电平,三极管基极接收电平,三极管导通,继电器线圈得电,继电器常开点NO吸合,常闭点NC断开,此时常开点NO与公共点C导通,常开点NO连接加热电路,电流此时绕开定时电路,机器直接加热。12V直流电压通过可调电阻RT为电容C1充电,芯片6脚电位升高,当芯片6脚电位上升到与芯片5脚电位相同时,延时电路复位,芯片形成稳态,芯片3脚无电平输出,三极管基极无信号,三极管断开,继电器线圈失电断开,常开点NO断开,停止加热。其中电容C1的充电速度与可调电阻RT阻值有关,当RT阻值最大时,充电时间最长,即重加热时间最长,RT阻值最大为500K,可延时30多秒。
