优选地,所述第二连接座201上设有一道以上纵向设置的条形通孔207,所述第二连接座201通过穿过条形通孔207的螺丝208可上下调节高度位置地装配在第二连接部204上;具体地如图示6,所述第二连接座201上设有两道平行间隔纵向设置的条形通孔207,所述第二连接座201通过分别穿过两道条形通孔的两个螺丝208安装固定在第二连接部204上,而且可根据安装不同型号、不同规格的相机需要,相应上下调整第二连接座201的高度,通用性更强,使用更灵活、更方便。
更优选地,所述第二连接部204朝向第二连接座201的一侧表面设有纵向导滑槽209,相应地,所述第二连接座201与第二连接部204装配连接的一端设有导滑块(图中未表示出来),所述导滑块匹配地置于纵向导滑槽209内,并随上下调节高度的第二连接座201在纵向导滑槽209内上下移动。一方面可以提高第二连接座201上下调节的流畅性和稳定性,二方面可以进一步增强第二连接座201的装配固定效果。
又参见图2、4、6,本实用新型所述可旋转相机固定架还包括用于操作第二连接座201上相机固定螺丝的L形扳手600,所述第二连接部204的底部设置有扳手固定槽205,所述L形扳手600置于扳手固定槽205内,方便对第二连接座 201上上的相机进行拆装操作。
在一种可能实现的方案中,所述L形扳手600可以是内六角扳手,所述第二连接座201的底部靠近角落的位置设置有多个凸起卡块206,所述凸起卡块206该角落处理的底部侧壁之间构成L形的扳手固定槽205。
参见图6,本实用新型所述可旋转相机固定架使用时,通过第一连接座101安装在三脚架或云台上,同时将相机安装在第二连接座201上,以及将镜头穿设在相机镜头安装通道400内,这样即可在拍摄过程通过装配连接一起的所述旋转连接环202和旋转连接圈300在固定架100上(即环形架106的第一通孔102内)同步旋转,实现相机多种拍摄构图方式(比如:横向拍摄、纵向拍摄、倒置拍摄、斜置拍摄)的改变,使用操作简单、灵活、方便、快捷。
在一种可能实现的方案中,所述旋转连接圈300远离旋转连接环202的一端具有限位环301,所述第一通孔102两端孔口处的孔壁上均设置有限位凸台103,所述限位环301和旋转连接环202分别与第一通孔102两端孔口处的限位凸台103滑动接触连接。通过限位环301、旋转连接环202和限位凸台103的相互作用,一方面能够进一步提升本可旋转相机固定架的旋转调节稳定性和可靠性,二方面提高了旋转连接环202和旋转连接圈300与固定架100(即环形架106)的组装强度,抗拉能力高,避免了因承重过大或受到外力作用过大而导致变形、组件松脱的问题,使用安全性高。
更具体地,所述第一通孔102两端孔口处的孔壁上均开设有环形凹槽104,所述环形凹槽104的内端与第一通孔102连通,形成所述限位凸台103,并在所述第一通孔102的孔壁上形成旋转轨道105,所述旋转轨道105与所述旋转连接圈300的周向外表面、限位环301和旋转连接环202构成的旋转槽500匹配滑动连接,能够进一步提升本可旋转相机固定架的旋转调节稳定性和可靠性。
当然,所述限位凸台103也可以是第一通孔102孔壁上设置的凸环,或者可以是第一通孔102孔壁上环形间隔设置的若干段弧形凸块。
参见图3-5,装配连接一起的所述旋转连接环202和旋转连接圈300与固定架100之间设置有旋转调节锁定机构。所述旋转调节锁定机构包括设置在固定架100上的弹性伸缩件111和设置在旋转连接环202或旋转连接圈300周侧外表面上的两个以上锁定位303,所述弹性伸缩件111在所述旋转连接环202和旋转连接圈300旋转调节某一角度时卡在对应的一个锁定位303上。
在一种可能实现的方案中,所述旋转连接圈300周侧外表面上的四个锁定位303,四个所述锁定位303呈环形阵列分布(具体为,横向拍摄锁定位、右竖向拍摄锁定位、倒置拍摄锁定位和左竖向拍摄锁定位),所述锁定位303可以为凹位,所述弹性伸缩件111可以为弹簧销,而且所述弹性伸缩件111安装在第一连接部107内,并穿出于第一通孔102的孔壁。
当然,所述锁定位303也可以是通孔,所述弹性伸缩件111也可以是弹簧定位珠。
参见图1-3,所述环形架106靠近第一连接部107的外侧表面开设有连通第一通孔102和环形架106一侧表面的通槽108,形成活动夹紧部109,所述活动夹紧部109向第一连接部107方向延伸,并设置有锁紧螺丝110,所述锁紧螺丝110穿过活动夹紧部109与第一连接部107连接。通过操作锁紧螺丝110即可使活动夹紧部109收拢,使旋转连接圈300发生形变,实现旋转调节的锁定,反之,相反向操作锁紧螺丝110实现解锁。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,包括有固定架(100)、旋转架(200)和旋转连接圈(300);其中,
    所述固定架(100)具有第一连接座(101)和第一通孔(102),所述旋转架(200)具有连接一起的第二连接座(201)和旋转连接环(202),所述旋转连接环(202)和旋转连接圈(300)分别安装在第一通孔(102)两端内,并相互装配连接一起,形成相机镜头安装通道(400);
    而且,装配连接一起的所述旋转连接环(202)和旋转连接圈(300)可同步旋转调节地安装在固定架(100)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述旋转连接圈(300)远离旋转连接环(202)的一端具有限位环(301),所述第一通孔(102)两端孔口处的孔壁上均设置有限位凸台(103),所述限位环(301)和旋转连接环(202)分别与第一通孔(102)两端孔口处的限位凸台(103)滑动接触连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述第一通孔(102)两端孔口处的孔壁上均开设有环形凹槽(104),所述环形凹槽(104)的内端与第一通孔(102)连通,形成所述限位凸台(103),并在所述第一通孔(102)的孔壁上形成旋转轨道(105),所述旋转轨道(105)与所述旋转连接圈(300)的周向外表面、限位环(301)和旋转连接环(202)构成的旋转槽(500)匹配滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述限位凸台(103)是第一通孔(102)孔壁上设置的凸环,或者是第一通孔(102)孔壁上环形间隔设置的若干段弧形凸块。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述旋转连接环(202)和旋转连接圈(300)之间采用螺纹结构可分离地装配 一起。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,装配连接一起的所述旋转连接环(202)和旋转连接圈(300)与固定架(100)之间设置有旋转调节锁定机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述旋转调节锁定机构包括设置在固定架(100)上的弹性伸缩件(111)和设置在旋转连接环(202)或旋转连接圈(300)周侧外表面上的两个以上锁定位(303),所述弹性伸缩件(111)在所述旋转连接环(202)和旋转连接圈(300)旋转调节某一角度时卡在对应的一个锁定位(303)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述固定架(100)包括连接一体的环形架(106)和第一连接部(107),其中所述环形架(106)上设置有所述第一通孔(102),且所述环形架(106)靠近第一连接部(107)的外侧表面开设有连通第一通孔(102)和环形架(106)一侧表面的通槽(108),形成活动夹紧部(109),所述活动夹紧部(109)向第一连接部(107)方向延伸,并设置有锁紧螺丝(110),所述锁紧螺丝(110)穿过活动夹紧部(109)与第一连接部(107)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述弹性伸缩件(111)安装在第一连接部(107)内,并穿出于第一通孔(102)的孔壁。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或7或8或9所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述第一连接座(101)和第二连接座(201)分别可拆卸地安装在固定架(100)和旋转架(200)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述旋转连接环(202)的下端具有一体成型的第二连接部(204),所述第二连接座(201) 上设有一道以上纵向设置的条形通孔(207),所述第二连接座(201)通过穿过条形通孔(207)的螺丝(208)可上下调节高度位置地装配在第二连接部(204)上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可旋转相机固定架,其特征在于,所述第二连接部(204)朝向第二连接座(201)的一侧表面设有纵向导滑槽(209),所述第二连接座(201)与第二连接部(204)装配连接的一端设有导滑块,所述导滑块匹配地置于纵向导滑槽(209)内,并随上下调节高度的第二连接座(201)在纵向导滑槽(209)内上下移动。
