本发明涉及安防监控架领域,更具体地说,涉及一种安防工程用监控架。
背景技术
安防监控系统是应用光纤、同轴电缆或微波在其闭合的环路内传输视频信号,并从摄像到图像显示和记录构成独立完整的系统,能实时、形象、真实地反映被监控对象,可以在恶劣的环境下代替人工进行长时间监视,通过录像机记录下来。目前,在大多数公共场所都会安装有安防监控用摄像头,在安装摄像头时一般会用到监控架,用于支撑和固定摄像头。
现有技术中,当需要改变摄像头的监控方向和视角时,大致可采用两种方法,一是通过控制系统自动调节,二是按要求对摄像头进行重新安装,第一种方法成本较高,第二种方法操作复杂,且容易影响摄像头的安装稳定性。
现有的监控架一般只起到支撑和固定作用,难以进行调节来改变摄像头的监控角度,从而给摄像头的使用造成不便。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种安防工程用监控架,它可以方便进行调节,进而改变摄像头的监控方向和视角,从而方便了摄像头的使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种安防工程用监控架,包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱的上端套有转筒,所述支撑柱和转筒之间连接有螺栓,所述转筒的外端固定连接有竖板和一对横板, 所述竖板固定连接于一对横板之间,所述竖板的上端固定连接有顶板,所述顶板的上端转动连接有安装板,所述竖板的左右两侧均设有一对立杆,所述立杆位于安装板的下侧,所述横板上开凿有一对圆孔,所述立杆滑动连接于圆孔的内部,所述立杆的外端螺纹连接有一对螺母,一对所述螺母分别位于横板的上下两侧,所述竖板的左右两侧还设有圆杆和底板,所述圆杆固定连接于一对立杆的上端,所述底板固定连接于一对立杆的下端,本发明可以方便进行调节,进而改变摄像头的监控方向和视角,从而方便了摄像头的使用。
进一步的,所述圆杆的上端固定连接有主磁片,所述安装板的下端固定连接有一对副磁片,一对所述副磁片分别位于一对主磁片的上侧,通过主磁片和副磁片之间的引力,使安装板和圆杆之间紧密贴合,方便调节安装板的倾斜度。
进一步的,所述底板靠近竖板的一端固定连接有一对梯形滑块,所述竖板的左右两端均开凿有一对梯形滑槽,所述梯形滑块与梯形滑槽滑动连接,通过梯形滑块和梯形滑槽的相互配合使底板可以稳定的移动,从而提高立杆和圆杆的稳定性。
进一步的,所述支撑柱的上端开凿有螺槽,所述转筒的上端开凿有螺孔,所述螺栓螺纹连接于螺孔和螺槽的内部,螺栓用于连接固定支撑柱和转筒,方便实现转筒的转动和固定,进而改变摄像头的监控方向。
进一步的,所述支撑柱的外端固定连接有垫盘,所述垫盘位于转筒的下侧,垫盘对转筒提供支撑,使转筒可以更加稳定。

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)本发明方案可以方便进行调节,进而改变摄像头的监控方向和视角, 从而方便了摄像头的使用。
(2)圆杆的上端固定连接有主磁片,安装板的下端固定连接有一对副磁片,一对副磁片分别位于一对主磁片的上侧,通过主磁片和副磁片之间的引力,使安装板和圆杆之间紧密贴合,方便调节安装板的倾斜度。
(3)底板靠近竖板的一端固定连接有一对梯形滑块,竖板的左右两端均开凿有一对梯形滑槽,梯形滑块与梯形滑槽滑动连接,通过梯形滑块和梯形滑槽的相互配合使底板可以稳定的移动,从而提高立杆和圆杆的稳定性。
(4)支撑柱的上端开凿有螺槽,转筒的上端开凿有螺孔,螺栓螺纹连接于螺孔和螺槽的内部,螺栓用于连接固定支撑柱和转筒,方便实现转筒的转动和固定,进而改变摄像头的监控方向。
(5)支撑柱的外端固定连接有垫盘,垫盘位于转筒的下侧,垫盘对转筒提供支撑,使转筒可以更加稳定。
(6)转筒的下端固定连接有橡胶垫,橡胶垫可以增大转筒和垫盘之间的摩擦力,从而使得转筒和支撑柱之间连接更加牢固。

请参阅图3和图4,底板15靠近竖板6的一端固定连接有一对梯形滑块16,竖板6的左右两端均开凿有一对梯形滑槽17,梯形滑块16与梯形滑槽17滑动连接,通过梯形滑块16和梯形滑槽17的相互配合使底板15可以稳定的移动,从而提高立杆10和圆杆12的稳定性。
请参阅图5,支撑柱1的上端开凿有螺槽,转筒2的上端开凿有螺孔,螺栓3螺纹连接于螺孔和螺槽的内部,螺栓3用于连接固定支撑柱1和转筒2, 方便实现转筒2的转动和固定,进而改变摄像头的监控方向,支撑柱1的外端固定连接有垫盘5,垫盘5位于转筒2的下侧,垫盘5对转筒2提供支撑,使转筒2可以更加稳定,转筒2的下端固定连接有橡胶垫4,橡胶垫4可以增大转筒2和垫盘5之间的摩擦力,从而使得转筒2和支撑柱1之间连接更加牢固。
本发明可以方便进行调节,进而改变摄像头的监控方向和视角,从而方便了摄像头的使用。
当需要调节安装板8上摄像头的监控视角时,首先将螺母11松动,然后根据所需视角进行调节安装板8的倾斜度,转动安装板8时,在主磁片13和副磁片14的引力作用下,立杆10会相应地在横板9内上下移动,调节好安装板8的倾斜度后,再将螺母11拧紧,使立杆10固定在横板9上,使立杆10对安装板8进行支撑,将安装板8的位置稳定。
当需要调节摄像头的监控方向时,先取出螺栓3,然后围绕支撑柱1将转筒2进行转动,通过转筒2带动摄像头进行转动,进行调节监控方向,根据摄像头的监控方向调节好转筒2的位置后,再通过螺栓3将转筒2固定在支撑柱1上。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种安防工程用监控架,包括支撑柱(1),其特征在于:所述支撑柱(1)的上端套有转筒(2),所述支撑柱(1)和转筒(2)之间连接有螺栓(3),所述转筒(2)的外端固定连接有竖板(6)和一对横板(9),所述竖板(6)固定连接于一对横板(9)之间,所述竖板(6)的上端固定连接有顶板(7),所述顶板(7)的上端转动连接有安装板(8),所述竖板(6)的左右两侧均设有一对立杆(10),所述立杆(10)位于安装板(8)的下侧,所述横板(9)上开凿有一对圆孔,所述立杆(10)滑动连接于圆孔的内部,所述立杆(10)的外端螺纹连接有一对螺母(11),一对所述螺母(11)分别位于横板(9)的上下两侧,所述竖板(6)的左右两侧还设有圆杆(12)和底板(15),所述圆杆(12)固定连接于一对立杆(10)的上端,所述底板(15)固定连接于一对立杆(10)的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防工程用监控架,其特征在于:所述圆杆(12)的上端固定连接有主磁片(13),所述安装板(8)的下端固定连接有一对副磁片(14),一对所述副磁片(14)分别位于一对主磁片(13)的上侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防工程用监控架,其特征在于:所述底板(15)靠近竖板(6)的一端固定连接有一对梯形滑块(16),所述竖板(6)的左右两端均开凿有一对梯形滑槽(17),所述梯形滑块(16)与梯形滑槽(17)滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防工程用监控架,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(1)的上端开凿有螺槽,所述转筒(2)的上端开凿有螺孔,所述螺栓(3)螺纹连接于螺孔和螺槽的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防工程用监控架,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(1)的外端固定连接有垫盘(5),所述垫盘(5)位于转筒(2)的下侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防工程用监控架,其特征在于:所述转筒(2)的下端固定连接有橡胶垫(4)。
