本实用新型涉及建筑施工用具技术领域,具体为一种砌筑灰缝控制装置。
背景技术
灰缝大多是指墙体砌筑时两块砖之间的砂浆层,灰缝的主要作用是均匀传递压力和粘结,增加墙体的整体性,灰缝小了会影响砖块之间的粘结,灰缝大了会因砂浆的干缩而影响墙体尺寸和抗压能力。在建筑工程中,砌筑工程占据着很大的工程量,砌筑工程质量的好坏将直接影响着整个工程的验收,而灰缝的质量又是砌体结构验收的主要项目。
现有技术中采用皮数杆对水平灰缝进行控制,皮数杆仅作为一个参照,需要通过人工使用灰铲铲取砂浆覆盖在墙体顶部抹平,与皮数杆上的标注相比较,实现灰缝厚度的控制,该种方式厚度控制的精度不高,且较为麻烦,需要不断的调整比较,使用效率较低。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种砌筑灰缝控制装置,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种砌筑灰缝控制装置,包括两个设置在砌筑墙体上的定位架,两个所述定位架之间固定连接有连接导轨,所述连接导轨上滑动设置有可水平运动的导向块,所述导向块一端延伸至连接导轨前侧,所述导向块下方设置有安装块,所述安装块顶部与导向块之间通过调节组件连接,所述安装块下端固定安装有刮板,所述定位架相对一侧固定连接有竖直设置的刻度尺。
优选的,所述调节组件包括两个固定连接在安装块顶部的导杆,所述导 杆上端贯穿导向块设置,所述安装块与导向块之间固定连接有弹簧,所述导向块上螺纹设置有用于驱动安装块升降的螺纹杆。
优选的,所述导向块上固定连接有把手。
优选的,所述定位架上螺纹设置有两个对称设置的锁紧螺栓。
优选的,所述连接导轨顶部开设有导向槽,所述导向块滑动设置于所述导向槽内。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型提供了一种砌筑灰缝控制装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型中,采用刮板、刻度、连接导轨和导向块,将砂浆覆盖在墙体顶部,然后通过转动螺纹杆调节该刮板的高度,根据刻度尺来调整刮板下端与墙体顶部之间的距离,也就是灰缝的厚度,调节完成后,通过推动该导向块,在导向槽内部移动,使得刮板沿着水平方向将砂浆刮平,实现灰缝的铺平目的,该种结构能够高效精确的实现对灰缝的控制,操作简单,使用方便。
2、本实用新型中,采用定位架、锁紧螺栓,该定位架能够放置在砌筑墙体上,实现整个装置的支撑目的,然后通过定位架上的锁紧螺栓,能够将该装置稳固的设置在砌筑墙体上。

请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种砌筑灰缝控制装置,包括两个设置在砌筑墙体1上的定位架2,两个定位架2之间固定连接有连接导轨3,连接导轨3上滑动设置有可水平运动的导向块4,连接导轨3顶部开设有导向槽13,导向块4滑动设置于导向槽13内,导向槽13采用T形槽,该导向槽13对导向块4限位,保证导向块4沿着导向槽13运动,导向块4一端延伸至连接导轨3前侧,导向块4下方设置有安装块12,安装块12顶部与导向块4之间通过调节组件连接,安装块12下端固定安装有刮板8,定位架2相对一侧固定连接有竖直设置的刻度尺6,通过刻度尺6能对刮板8与砌筑墙体1顶部之间的距离进行确定,也就对灰缝的厚度进行确定。
将砂浆覆盖在砌筑墙体1顶部,根据调节组件调节该刮板8的高度,根据刻度尺6来调整刮板8下端与砌筑墙体1顶部之间的距离,也就是灰缝的厚度,调节完成后,通过推动该导向块4,在导向槽13内部移动,使得刮板8沿着水平方向将砂浆刮平,实现灰缝的铺平目的,该种结构能够高效精确的实现对灰缝的控制,操作简单,使用方便。
上述的调节组件包括两个固定连接在安装块12顶部的导杆9,导杆9上端贯穿导向块4设置,安装块12与导向块4之间固定连接有弹簧10,导向块4上螺纹设置有用于驱动安装块12升降的螺纹杆11,螺纹杆11下端与安装块12顶部相抵。
具体调节该刮板8的竖直位置时,转动螺纹杆11,使得螺纹杆11下端推动该安装块12下降,刮板8与砌筑墙体1之间距离减少,配合着刻度尺6,实现灰缝厚度的控制,当需要增加灰缝的厚度时,反向转动该螺纹杆11,在 弹簧10的牵引力下,拉动安装块12上移,刮板8与砌筑墙体1之间的距离增加,该种调节方向简单易操作。
为了方便对导向块4进行牵引,设计在导向块4上固定连接有把手7,通过拉动把手7,带动导向块4在导向槽13内部滑动,实现刮板8的水平运动,对砂浆进行铺平,保证灰缝的整平度。
为了保证定位架2的稳定安装,在定位架2上螺纹设置有两个对称设置的锁紧螺栓5,转动两侧的锁紧螺栓5,使得锁紧螺栓5与砌筑墙体1相抵设置,将定位架2稳定的设置在砌筑墙体1上。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砌筑灰缝控制装置,其特征在于:所述调节组件包括两个固定连接在安装块(12)顶部的导杆(9),所述导杆(9)上端贯穿导向块(4)设置,所述安装块(12)与导向块(4)之间固定连接有弹簧(10),所述导向块(4)上螺纹设置有用于驱动安装块(12)升降的螺纹杆(11)。
