为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种同轴扬声器箱,其包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体以及将所述扬声器单体发出的声音自所述壳体侧面导出至所述壳体外的导声通道,所述扬声器单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统、第二振动系统与所述壳体之间形成前腔,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第一振膜发出的高音穿过所述盆架自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜发出的低音自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外。
优选的,所述盆架为环形结构且包括与所述壳体抵接的上壁面、固定于所述磁路系统的下壁面、连接所述上壁面与所述下壁面的内壁面及外壁面,所述盆架自所述上壁面朝着下壁面的方向凹陷形成第一传声孔,所述第一传声孔未贯穿至所述下壁面。
优选的,所述导声通道的长度大于所述盆架第一传声孔的长度。
优选的,所述扬声器单体还包括被所述磁路系统环绕设置的嵌件以及与所述嵌件固定的第一电路板,所述嵌件设有贯穿其上的第一端子,所述第一音圈通过所述第一端子与所述第一电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述扬声器单体还包括支撑架、连接所述第二振动系统与所述支撑架的弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第二电路板及与所述第二电路板连接的支撑振膜,所述第二音圈与所述第二电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述磁路系统包括磁碗,所述磁碗包括围设成收容空间的侧部以及自所述侧部一端弯折延伸形成的底部,所述磁路系统还包括设置于所述磁碗一侧的第一磁钢组件及设置于所述磁碗另一侧的第二磁钢组件,所述第一磁钢组件包括第一磁钢,所述第一磁钢与所述磁碗的侧壁之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二磁钢组件包括第二磁钢及位于第二磁钢外侧且与所述第二磁钢形成所述第二磁间隙的第三磁钢。
优选的,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶以及环绕所述第一球顶的第一折环,所述第一折环设有第一固定部,所述第一固定部贴合于所述盆架的内壁面固定。
优选的,所述第一固定部对应所述盆架第一传声孔的位置设有第二传声孔。
优选的,所述第一固定部形成所述第二传声孔的部分贴合固定于所述盆架形成所述第一传声孔的底壁上。
优选的,所述第一磁钢组件包括设置于所述第一磁钢上的极芯,所述第一固定部部分夹持于所述盆架的内壁面与所述极芯之间。
与相关技术相比,本发明的同轴扬声器箱,其包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体以及将所述扬声器单体发出的声音自所述壳体侧面导出至所述壳体外的导声通道,所述扬声器单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统、第二振动系统与所述壳体之间形成前腔,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第一振膜发出的高音穿过所述盆架自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜发出的低音自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外。本发明的同轴扬声器箱通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器单体,为同轴扬声器箱提供高品质音效,高音、低音共用侧导声通道,在低音通道里形成前腔谐振改善高频音效,高音气流从盆架的一侧处出声,提高了扬声器箱的指向性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-7,本发明提供了一种同轴扬声器箱200,其包括壳体300、收容于所述壳体300内的扬声器单体100以及将所述扬声器单体100发出的声音自所述壳体300侧面导出至所述壳体300外的导声通道400。
如图2所示,所述壳体300包括下壳体301及盖合于所述下壳体301固定的上壳体302。所述下壳体301的底壁设有贯通孔3011。所述上壳体302包括框架3021以及嵌合固定于所述框架3021的钢片3022。
如图3至图7所示,所述扬声器单体100包括盆架1、固定于所述盆架1的磁路系统2、固定于所述盆架1内侧的第一振动系统3、固定于所述盆架1外侧的第二振动系统4、嵌件5、与所述嵌件5固定的第一电路板6、支撑架7、弹性组件8,所述第二振动系统4环绕于所述第一振动系统3的外侧且与所述第一振动系统3同轴设置。
所述盆架1的外周大致成矩形,其包括与所述壳体300抵接的上壁面11、固定于所述磁路系统2的下壁面12、连接所述上壁面11与所述下壁面12的内壁面13及外壁面14,具体的,所述上壁面11与所述钢片3022抵接固定。所述盆架1自所述上壁面11朝着下壁面12的方向凹陷形成第一传声孔15,所述第一传声孔15贯穿所述内壁面13及外壁面14,且未贯穿至所述下壁面12。所述第一振动系统3位于盆架1的内壁面13一侧,所述第二振动系统4位于盆架1的外壁面14一侧。所述盆架1第一传声孔15的长度小于所述导声通道400的长度。
所述磁路系统2包括磁碗21、设置于所述磁碗21一侧的第一磁钢组件22及设置于所述磁碗21另一侧的第二磁钢组件23。所述第一磁钢组件22与所述第二磁钢组件23同轴设置。所述磁碗21包括围设成收容空间210的侧部211以及自所述侧部211一端弯折延伸形成的底部212。所述第一磁钢组件22包括第一磁钢221以及设置于所述第一磁钢221上的极芯222,所述第一磁钢221与所述磁碗21的侧部211之间形成第一磁间隙220。所述第一磁钢221靠近所述第二振动系统4的表面的外边缘设有切面2211。所述磁碗21的底部212承载所述第一磁钢221。所述第二磁钢组件23包括第二磁钢231、与所述第二磁钢231形成第二磁间隙230的第三磁钢232、叠设于所述第三磁钢232上方的导磁板233,所述磁碗21的底部212叠设于所述第二磁钢231的上方,所述第一磁钢221与所述第二磁钢232正对设置。所述磁路系统2还包括承载所述第二磁钢231与所述第三磁钢232的磁轭24,所述磁轭24部分通过所述下壳体301的贯通孔3011暴露。所述磁轭24的下表面与所述嵌件5的下表面齐平。
所述第一磁钢221、第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232沿所述扬声器单体100的振动方向充磁,且所述第一磁钢221、第二磁钢231同极相对设置,即第一磁钢221、第二磁钢231的充磁方向相反,所述第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232充磁方向相反。在本实施例中,所述第一磁钢221、极芯222、第二磁钢231、第三磁钢232、导磁板233均为中空环状结构。
所述第一振动系统3包括第一振膜31及驱动所述第一振膜31振动发声的第一音圈32,所述第一音圈32至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙220内,所述第一振膜31用于高音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上。所述第一振膜31包括第一球顶311以及环绕所述第一球顶311设置的第一折环312,所述第一球顶311包括位于所述第一折环312上方的第一球顶部分3111及位于所述第一折环312下方的第二球顶部分3112,所述第一折环312为中空环状结构,且所述第一折环312为沿振动方向向上突起的结构,所述第一球顶部分3111的尺寸小于所述第二球顶部分3112,且所述第一球顶部分3111贴合固定于所述第二球顶部分3112上,所述第二球顶部分3112固定于所述第一折环312。所述第一折环312的外边缘设有第一固定部313,内边缘设有第二固定部314,所述第一固定部313贴合于所述盆架1的内侧壁11固定,所述第二球顶部分3112贴合于与所述第二固定部314固定,且夹设与所述第二固定部314与所述第一音圈32之间,进一步地,所述第一固定部313部分夹持于所述盆架1与所述极芯222之间。所述第一固定部313对应所述盆架1第一传声孔15的位置设有第二传声孔3131。所述第一固定部313形成所述第二传声孔3131的部分贴合固定于所述盆架1形成所述第一传声孔15的底壁上。
所述第二振动系统4包括第二振膜41、驱动所述第二振膜41振动发声的第二音圈42以及连接所述第二振膜41与所述第二音圈42的音圈骨架43,所述第二音圈42至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙230内,所述第二振膜41用于低音发声,其发声方向为沿着振动方向向上。所述第二振膜41包括第二折环411、环绕所述第二折环411设置的第二球顶412、环绕所述第二球顶412设置的第三折环413。所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413均为中空环状结构,且所述第二折环411为沿振动方向向上突起的结构,所述第三折环413为沿振动方向向下凹陷的结构,所述音圈骨架43连接所述第二折环411、第二球顶412、第三折环413与所述第二音圈42。所述第二折环411靠近所述第一振膜31的一端固定于所述盆架1的外壁面14或/和所述第一磁钢221上,所述第三折环413的外边缘包括第三固定部4131。
所述第一振动系统3、第二振动系统4与所述壳体300的上壳体302之间形成前腔303,第一振动系统3对应的前腔部分与第二振动系统4对应的前腔部分通过第一传声孔15和第二传声孔3131连通,由于所述导声通道400的长度大于所述盆架1第一传声孔15的长度,使得高音部分可以沿着逐渐扩散的方向形成喇叭状发出至所述壳体300的外侧,提高了同轴扬声器箱200的指向性,同时前腔303谐振能量提高。
所述磁轭24对应所述第二音圈42的位置设有让位凹陷部241,以提供第二音圈42足够的振动空间。
嵌件5设置于所述磁碗21侧部211围设成的收容空间210内,第一电路板6贴设于所述磁轭24的外表面,所述嵌件5设有贯穿其上的第一端子91,所述第一端子91与第一电路板6连接,所述第一音圈32通过所述第一端子91与所述第一电路板6实现电性连接。所述嵌件5设有贯穿其上的泄漏通道51。
支撑架7为环形钢环,所述第三折环413的第三固定部4131固定连接于所述支撑架7,具体的,第三固定部4131包覆所述支撑架7的上表面及部分外侧面。所述极芯222固定于所述支撑架远离第二振膜41的一端。
弹性组件8连接所述音圈骨架43与所述支撑架7,所述弹性组件8包括第二电路板81与所述第二电路板81连接的支撑振膜82,所述第二音圈42与所述第二电路板81电性连接,具体的,所述扬声器单体100还包括与所述第二电路板81连接的第二端子92,所述第二音圈42通过所述第二端子92与所述第二电路板81电性连接。在本实施例中,弹性组件8的数量为两个,且设置在扬声器单体100的短轴方向上,在其他实施例中可视情况而定。
所述音圈骨架43包括与所述第二球顶412贴合的骨架平板部431、自所述骨架平板部431的一端向着所述第二电路板81弯折延伸并与所述第二电路板81连接的第一延伸部432及自所述骨架平板部431的另一端向着所述第二音圈42弯折延伸并与所述第二音圈42连接的第二延伸部433。
与相关技术相比,本发明的同轴扬声器箱,其包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体以及将所述扬声器单体发出的声音自所述壳体侧面导出至所述壳体外的导声通道,所述扬声器单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第一振膜发出的高音穿过所述盆架自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜发出的低音自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外。本发明的同轴扬声器箱通过设置环形的低音振动系统,提供低音音效,高音振动系统设置于低音振动系统内侧,提供高音音效,低音、高音形成同轴全频带扬声器单体,为同轴扬声器箱提供高品质音效,高音、低音共用侧导声通道,在低音通道里形成前腔谐振改善高频音效,高音气流从盆架的一侧处出声,提高了扬声器箱的指向性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同轴扬声器箱,其包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体以及将所述扬声器单体发出的声音自所述壳体侧面导出至所述壳体外的导声通道,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体包括盆架、固定于所述盆架下方的磁路系统、固定于所述盆架内侧的第一振动系统及固定于所述盆架外侧且环绕所述第一振动系统设置的第二振动系统,所述第一振动系统与所述第二振动系统同轴设置,所述第一振动系统、第二振动系统与所述壳体之间形成前腔,所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈,所述第二振动系统包括第二振膜及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述磁路系统设有第一磁间隙及位于第一磁间隙外侧的第二磁间隙,所述第一音圈至少部分插设于所述第一磁间隙内,所述第二音圈至少部分插设于所述第二磁间隙内,所述第一振膜用于高音发声,所述第一振膜发出的高音穿过所述盆架自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外,所述第二振膜用于低音发声,所述第二振膜发出的低音自所述导声通道传至所述壳体外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述盆架为环形结构且包括与所述壳体抵接的上壁面、固定于所述磁路系统的下壁面、连接所述上壁面与所述下壁面的内壁面及外壁面,所述盆架自所述上壁面朝着下壁面的方向凹陷形成第一传声孔,所述第一传声孔未贯穿至所述下壁面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导声通道的长度大于所述盆架第一传声孔的长度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体还包括被所述磁路系统环绕设置的嵌件以及与所述嵌件固定的第一电路板,所述嵌件设有贯穿其上的第一端子,所述第一音圈通过所述第一端子与所述第一电路板电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体还包括支撑架、连接所述第二振动系统与所述支撑架的弹性组件,所述弹性组件包括第二电路板及与所述第二电路板连接的支撑振膜,所述第二音圈与所述第二电路板电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁碗,所述磁碗包括围设成收容空间的侧部以及自所述侧部一端弯折延伸形成的底部,所述磁路系统还包括设置于所述磁碗一侧的第一磁钢组件及设置于所述磁碗另一侧的第二磁钢组件,所述第一磁钢组件包括第一磁钢,所述第一磁钢与所述磁碗的侧壁之间形成所述第一磁间隙,所述第二磁钢组件包括第二磁钢及位于第二磁钢外侧且与所述第二磁钢形成所述第二磁间隙的第三磁钢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括第一球顶以及环绕所述第一球顶的第一折环,所述第一折环设有第一固定部,所述第一固定部贴合于所述盆架的内壁面固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一固定部对应所述盆架第一传声孔的位置设有第二传声孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一固定部形成所述第二传声孔的部分贴合固定于所述盆架形成所述第一传声孔的底壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的同轴扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一磁钢组件包括设置于所述第一磁钢上的极芯,所述第一固定部部分夹持于所述盆架的内壁面与所述极芯之间。
