- a heat dissipation resin 400 is applied to a predetermined height on the inner surface 215 of the base plate 210 of the module housing 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the heat dissipation resin 400 ), a plurality of battery cells 100 and a plurality of cooling fins 300 are alternately arranged in an upright state.
- the insulating cap 330 coupled to one end 312 of the pin body 310 is disposed to be spaced apart from the inner surface 215 of the base plate 210 of the module housing 200 by a predetermined distance, and It is disposed closer to the inner surface 215 of the base plate 210 of the module housing 200 than the battery cell 100 .
- an external impact may be applied to the cover plate 250 in a direction perpendicular to the cover plate 250 of the module housing 200 (-Z axis direction).
- the plurality of battery cells 100 and the plurality of cooling fins 300 accommodated therein receive force in the width direction (-Z axis direction) of the battery cell 100, and the battery cell 100 moves in the width direction (-Z axis direction) of
- the insulating cap 330 spaced apart from the inner surface 215 of the base plate 210 of the module housing 200 by a predetermined distance may preferentially come into contact with the inner surface 215 of the base plate 210.
- each plate of the module housing 200 including the base plate 210 is made of a metal material
- the pin body 310 made of metal and the base plate made of metal are formed by the insulating cap 330. Since direct contact with 210 can be prevented, damage to the battery module 10 due to a short circuit can be prevented.
- FIG. 9 is a view for explaining a battery pack including the battery module of FIG. 1
- FIG. 10 is a view for explaining a vehicle including the battery pack of FIG. 9 .
- a battery pack 1 according to the present invention may include at least one battery module 10 described above.
- the battery pack 1 according to the present invention may include a pack case 50 capable of accommodating the at least one battery module 10 .
- other various components such as components of the battery pack 1 known at the time of filing of the present invention, such as a BMS, a pack case, a relay, a current sensor, etc. may be further included. .
- a vehicle V according to the present invention may include at least one battery pack 1 according to the present invention.
- swelling occurs due to an abnormality of the battery cell 100 or an external impact causes the cooling fin 300 to come into contact with the inner surface 215 of the module housing 200. Even in this case, occurrence of defects in the battery module 10 can be prevented in advance through the insulation cap 330 that can prevent direct contact with the module housing 200 .
- the battery module 10 having improved insulation performance, the battery pack 1 including the battery module 10, and the vehicle V may be provided.
