一种便携式户外用品 技术领域
本实用新型涉及户外防护领域,尤其涉及一种便携式户外用品。
背景技术
随着人类生活水平的提升,需要救助的情形越来越多。近期发生的马拉松赛事件,因为恶劣天气,运动员携带的救生设备局限,导致参赛运动员死亡。
市场上现有的马拉松赛要求携带物件的总量有规定,通常运动员携带的多为铝箔片进行防风保暖,然而遇到天气恶劣时,时常将铝箔吹破,导致防护失效,运动员失温以及其他伤害。
另外,在登山等风景区时,游客携带大件的保暖防护服不便,又或者保温防护服不经常清洗,卫生条件无法保证,同时有皮肤敏感客户宁愿不穿,致使很多潜在的登山风险存在。
因此,有必要提供一种便携式户外用品解决上述技术问题。
发明内容

3、该技术方案,采用薄膜制作,成本低,收纳占用空间小,且重量轻,便于携带,且可一次性使用,干净卫生,便于推广,适用各种使用场景,市场前景广阔。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请结合参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型提供的一种便携式户外用品,包括:一气囊2,以及设置在所述气囊2进气口处的自密封件3。所述气囊2由具有弹性的薄膜围合形成,该处的“围合”可以理解为时通过一完整的薄膜对折后,将对折边压合形成进气口,在该所述进气口处设置一自密封件3。另外两边封口密封,从而形成一个密闭的容腔。
当所述气囊2未填充气体或液体时,呈可折叠的片状;所述气囊2的进气口处设置有可自密封的自密封件3。该处的“弹性”是指所述薄膜具有一定的延展性,当所述气囊2在填充气体或液体后会发生而膨胀,也就是其内腔体积增大并不会爆裂,也就是该处所述的“弹性”是具有一定的柔韧性以及抗拉性。
该处的“片状”,可以理解为几乎为薄膜对折后的厚度,根据实际制作需要可以控制在0.3mm左右。
如此这样,在户外使用时,所述产品重量轻,通常在60g以内,且在不使用时,可折叠收纳在背包行李箱内,占用空间小,通常在一个小火柴盒大小,便于携带。在不填充气体和液体时,也可直接作雨衣使用。在马拉松赛事中,也符合携带重量的要求,当遇到极端恶劣天气,只需要对自密封件3中吹气,便可将所述气囊2膨胀,形成背心衣服状,将其穿戴在运动员身上,可防风保暖,由于薄膜的柔韧性设置不易被风吹破,避免了运动员失温,大大降低了户外运动的风险,也就是为户外运动增加了安全保护。
可以理解地,在高山的风景区,游客可以自行携带,也可以由景区提供,在适当时,可以将其做一次性使用,避免皮肤感染等风险,卫生干净。如此,大大提高了游客上山穿戴御寒装备的意愿,从而减少了户外意外情况的发生,大大改善了游客的旅游体验。
综上所述,本实用新型所提供的产品在未填充气体或液体时,可折叠收纳,占用空间小,重量轻,便于携带。在所述气囊2填充气体或液体后,通过气囊2膨胀,形成户外所需用状,比如服饰背心等,可穿戴在人体上,防风保暖,不易破损,并可存储补给液。通过采用薄膜制作,成本低,收纳占用空间小,且重量轻,便于携带,且可一次性使用,干净卫生,便于推广,适用各种使用场景,市场前景广阔。
进一步地,参见图1所示,本实施例一中,将所述气囊2为多个独立气囊柱21依次横向并列连接而成;所述独立气囊2的进气口处内衬有一自密封件3。可以理解地,独立气囊柱21的大小可以根据需要做适当调整,通常在将膨胀后的气囊柱21设置在直径15mm左右,如此容易采购标准配件,便于批量化加工生产,减低成本。
可以理解地,具体生产制造过程中,可以通过设置独立气囊柱21的造型,来实现所述气囊表面6的纹路,如图3和图4所示的竖向波浪状,如图1和图 2所示的竖直条纹状。
具体地,所述独立气囊2设施有一个独立的进气口,每个独立的进气口内衬设置有一个自密封件3,所述直密封件为两片膜贴合制作而成的配件,可单独采购成品;所述进气口共用一个进气主通道1。容易理解,根据实际需要可以在所述进气主通道1上设置一个自密封件3,也可以不设置。如此设计,当独立的一个气囊柱21发生破裂,不影响其他气囊柱21的使用,从而大大提高产品的使用可靠性。
具体地,所述自密封件3为单向密封。如此,可以防止最大可能的泄气,漏液情况发生,从而大大提高了产品的稳定性能。
当然,也可以将所示自密封件3设置成可充气放气的形式,如此,可以重复使用该产品,也是可行的。
优选地,所述气囊2填充气体或液体后,膨胀变成可穿戴的服饰。具体地,参见图1和图3所示,本实用新型提供的实施例一和实施例三,可将所述气囊2膨胀后,使其外形呈短款上衣服饰状,或参见图2和图4所示,本实用新型提供的实施例二和实施例四,可将所述气囊2膨胀后,使其外形呈长款风衣服饰状。为丰富产品的美观造型,参见图3和图4所示本实施新型中还可将所述服饰的表面设置成波浪状。或参见图1和图2所示本实施新型中还可将所述服饰的表面设置成直纹状。具体地,就是所述气囊2填充气体或液体后,其表面竖向呈波浪状或直纹状。
进一步地,在所述气囊2填充气体或液体后,所述气囊2膨胀后可变成一件短款的外套或长款的外套,类似于羽绒服的蓬松状,在所述气囊2相对的靠拢部设置有用于把固定的系紧件。也就是在所述气囊2的相对两端部,相向设置有用于固定的系紧件。具体地,所述系紧件为相对设置的带子4和同所述带子4配设并可供所述带子4缠绕绑系的带子孔5。所述带子4和所述带子孔5分别设置所述服饰设置在两相对设置的端部上,也就是靠拢部上。在使用中,通过将所述带子4穿过所述带子孔5从而所述服饰绑定在人体身上,从而不易脱落。

优选地,本实施例中,也可以将所述气囊2填充气体或液体后,设置呈垫子状(图中未示出)。可以理解地,该处的“垫子”可以为座垫,也可以为防潮垫,如此,在户外度假或野炊时,更加便于适用各种环境,坐下休息;也可以在露营时,隔离潮湿,适用多种复杂环境,大大提高了户外活动的舒适度。
可以理解的具体的所述垫子的造型,厚薄,可以根据需要设置,在不需使用时,呈片状,折叠可收纳在箱包或口袋中;需要使用时,将所述气囊2内填充气体或液体,即可将所述气囊2膨胀形成“座垫”或“防潮垫”使用,均在本技术方案的保护范围内。
