Abstract

본 발명은 지능적 가로-세로 영상 변환을 위한 전자 장치, 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전자 장치는 단말이 가로 보다 세로가 더 긴 화면비율의 상태인 경우에 세로 보다 가로가 더 긴 제1 영상비율의 영상을 확대 재생하도록 상기 영상에 대한 정보를 포함한 비트스트림을 상기 단말에 전송하는 전자 장치로서, 상기 영상의 프레임마다 해당 프레임 영상의 컨텐츠를 분석하여 해당 프레임 영상의 일부에 해당하는 재생 영역을 산출하는 분석부; 상기 영상을 다수의 소단위로 분리하고 영상의 컨텐츠 종류 별로 기 학습된 다수의 AI(artificial intelligence) 모델 중에서 해당 소단위 내 영상의 컨텐츠에 따라 소단위 별로 적용되는 최적 AI 모델을 선택하는 선택부; 및 상기 영상, 상기 재생 영역 및 상기 최적 AI 모델에 대한 정보를 각각 포함하는 상기 비트스트림을 생성하는 생성부;를 포함한다.
