Description

飲料容器用蓋、飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法、及び飲料容器
　本発明は、飲料容器の開口部を覆う飲料容器用蓋、この飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法、及びこの飲料容器用蓋を備えた飲料容器に関する。
　従来から、ファーストフード店やコンビニエンスストアなどの多くの飲料の販売店では、プラスチック（合成樹脂）製や紙製のコップ等の飲料容器の開口部を、飲料容器用蓋で覆い、持ち運びの際に、その内部に収容されたジュースやコーヒーなどの飲料が開口部からこぼれ難いようにして販売している。
　飲料容器の内部に収容された飲料を飲むには、単純に飲料容器用蓋を外して開口部から飲んでもよいが、飲料容器用蓋を外した際に、その内側に付着した飲料が飛び散り、飲む人の衣服等を汚してしまうおそれがある。
　そのため、飲料容器用蓋に、ストローの差込部を設け、付属のストローを差し込むことにより、飲料容器内部の飲料を飲み易くすることが多くなされている（特許文献１等参照）。
　しかしながら、昨今、プラスチックゴミによる海洋汚染問題等を発端に、脱プラスチックの世界的な流れが大きくなり、その一環として、プラスチックからなるストローを無くそうという流れも大きくなっている。
　このような状況の下、市場では、ストローを無くし、飲料容器用蓋を外さなくても、飲料が飲み易い飲口を形成することができる飲料容器用蓋が求められている。

　そこで本発明は、上述した背景を鑑みて案出されたものであり、その目的とするところは、ストローを無くし、飲料容器用蓋を外さなくても、飲料が飲み易い飲口を形成することができる飲料容器用蓋、この飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法、及びこの飲料容器用蓋を備えた飲料容器を提供することにある。
　本発明者らは、上述した課題を解決するために、飲料容器の開口部を覆う覆板部と、当該覆板部の外周縁に設けられ、前記飲料容器の前記開口部を前記覆板部が覆うようにした際に当該飲料容器の前記開口部の縁部に係合可能な側周部と、を備える飲料容器用蓋であって、前記覆板部の周縁側に設けられ、飲口を形成するための当該飲口の前記周縁側の形状である、切込線部又は当該覆板部の一般部より強度の低い低強度部からなる飲口形成用線部と、前記飲口形成用線部で囲まれた飲口形成用部位が上から押し込まれた際、当該飲口形成用部位における前記覆板部外周縁側の飲口形成用外側部位と前記覆板部内側の飲口形成用内側部位との間における山折りによる折り畳みを容易とするための前記覆板部の一般部より強度の低い折畳用低強度部と、前記飲口形成用内側部位が谷折りされて持ち上がり、さらに前記飲口形成用外側部位と前記飲口形成用内側部位を折り畳んだ状態の前記飲口形成用外側部位周縁の係止部を係合可能な係合部と、を備えた、飲料容器用蓋を発明した。

　第４発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第３発明の何れかにおいて、前記折畳用低強度部は、ミシン目を設けて形成されていることを特徴とする。
　第５発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第４発明の何れかにおいて、前記係止部は、前記飲口形成用外側部位側部における前記覆板部外周縁側の端部を拡幅した拡幅部分の縮幅部分に形成され、前記飲口の縁部を前記係合部として係合可能とされていることを特徴とする。
　第６発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第４発明の何れかにおいて、前記係止部は、前記飲口形成用外側部位側部における前記覆板部外周縁側の端部に切欠として形成され、前記飲口の縁部を前記係合部として係合可能とされていることを特徴とする。
　第７発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第６発明の何れかにおいて、前記係止部は、複数設けられていることを特徴とする。
　第８発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第７発明の何れかにおいて、前記飲口形成用線部は、切込線部からなり、前記飲口形成用外側部位側部と当該飲口形成用外側部位側部周囲の前記覆板部との間は、１乃至複数の繋部によって繋がれていることを特徴とする。
　第９発明に係る飲料容器用蓋は、第１発明～第８発明の何れかにおいて、前記飲料容器用蓋は、紙製であることを特徴とする。
　第１０発明に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法は、第１発明～第９発明の何れかに係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法であって、前記飲口形成用部位を、指で上から押し込む工程と、前記飲口形成用部位における前記飲口形成用外側部位と前記飲口形成用内側部位とを、指で、山折りして折り畳むとともに、前記飲口形成用内側部位を谷折りして持ち上げる工程と、前記飲口形成用外側部位周縁の前記係止部を、指で前記係合部に係合させる工程と、により、前記飲口を形成することを特徴とする。
　第１１発明に係る飲料容器は、第１発明～第９発明の何れかに係る飲料容器用蓋を備えていることを特徴とする。
　第１２発明に係る飲料容器は、第１１発明において、前記飲料容器は、紙製であることを特徴とする。
　上述した構成からなる本発明によれば、ストローを無くし、飲料容器用蓋を外さなくても、飲料が飲み易い飲口を形成することができる。
図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器の分解斜視図である。 図２（ａ）及び図２（ｂ）は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法を段階的に示す説明図である。 図３（ａ）及び図３（ｂ）は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法を段階的に示す説明図である。 図４（ａ）及び図４（ｂ）は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法を段階的に示す説明図である。 図５は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の設計条件を例示した説明図である。 図６（ａ）及び図６（ｂ）は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の設計条件を例示した説明図である。 図７（ａ）～図７（ｆ）は、本発明の実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋の要部をそれぞれ示す説明図である。 図８（ａ）～図８（ｆ）は、本発明の実施例２に係る飲料容器用蓋の要部をそれぞれ示す説明図である。
　以下、本発明を適用して例示した実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
［実施形態］
　先ず、図１を用いて、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器２について説明する。図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器２の分解斜視図である。
　本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器２は、図１に示すように、紙製であり、その上部に縁部３ａを有する開口部３を備え、その内部にジュースやコーヒーなどの飲料６を収容して販売するのに多く用いられる有底円筒状の紙コップである。
　なお、飲料容器２は、紙製に限定されず、プラスチック製などの他の材料で製造されていてもよい。また、飲料容器２をプラスチック製とする場合は、環境にやさしい生分解性プラスチックなどを用いてもよい。
　そして、飲料容器２は、飲料容器用蓋１で開口部３が塞がれることによって飲料６の販売目的に使用される。
　飲料容器用蓋１は、紙製であり、飲料容器２の開口部３を覆う円盤状の覆板部４と、覆板部４の外周縁に設けられ、飲料容器２の開口部３を覆板部４が覆うようにした際に飲料容器２の開口部３の縁部３ａに係合可能な側周部５と、を備えている。
　なお、飲料容器用蓋１も、紙製に限定されず、プラスチック製などの他の材料で製造されていてもよい。また、飲料容器用蓋１をプラスチック製とする場合は、環境にやさしい生分解性プラスチックなどを用いてもよい。
　覆板部４には、その周縁側に、飲口１１０を形成するための飲口１１０の周縁側の形状である、略コ字状の切込線部からなる飲口形成用線部１１が設けられている（図４も参照）。なお、この飲口形成用線部１１は、切込線部の代わりに、ミシン目を設けたり、厚みを小さくしたりするなどして、覆板部４の一般部より強度の低い低強度部を設けて実施してもよい。
　また、覆板部４の飲口形成用線部１１で囲まれた飲口形成用部位１１Ａ，１１Ｂが上から押し込まれた際、飲口形成用部位１１Ａ，１１Ｂにおける覆板部４外周縁側の飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと覆板部４内側の飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとの間における山折りによる折り畳みを容易とするための覆板部４の一般部より強度の低い折畳用低強度部１２が設けられている。
　具体的には、折畳用低強度部１２は、ミシン目を設けて形成されている。なお、この折畳用低強度部１２は、厚みを小さくしたりするなどして覆板部４の一般部より強度の低い低強度部を設けて実施することもできる。
　また、覆板部４の飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂにおける飲口形成用線部１１の内側端部間に、持ち上がった飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂの谷折りを容易とするための覆板部４の一般部より強度の低い谷折用低強度部１３が設けられている。
　具体的には、谷折用低強度部１３は、ミシン目を設けて形成されている。なお、この谷折用低強度部１３は、罫線を設けるなど厚みを小さくしたりするなどして設けてもよいし、設けないで実施することもできる。
　さらに、飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂが谷折りされて持ち上がり、さらに飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂを折り畳んだ状態の飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ周縁の係止部１１ｃと、この係止部１１ｃを係合可能な係合部とが設けられている。
　具体的には、係止部１１ｃが、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部を略楕円状に拡幅した拡幅部分の縮幅部分に形成され、飲口１１０の縁部を係合部として係合可能とされている（図４も参照）。
　また、飲口形成用外側部位側部１１Ａとこの飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部周囲の覆板部４との間は、左右の繋部１１ａと、上部の繋部１１ｂとによって繋がれ、飲口形成用外側部位側部１１Ａ及び飲口形成用内側部位側部１１Ｂが自重などで沈み込まないようにしている。なお、これら繋部１１ａ，１１ｂの数や位置はこれに限定されず、設けないで実施してもよい。
　次に、図２～図４を用いて、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法について説明する。図２～図４は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法を段階的に示す説明図である。
　先ず、図２（ａ）及び図２（ｂ）～図３（ａ）及び図３（ｂ）に示すように、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａを、親指又は人差し指などの指で上から押し込むと、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとの間が、折畳用低強度部１２の部分で山折りとなる。
　さらに、親指又は人差し指などの指で、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａを、覆板部４の内側に向けて押し込むと、飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂが、谷折用低強度部１３の部分で谷折りされ、持ち上がる。
　そして、図４（ａ）及び図４（ｂ）に示すように、さらに、親指又は人差し指などの指で、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａを、覆板部４の内側に向けて押し込むと、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとが、山折りで折り畳まれるとともに、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａの係止部１１ｃが、係合部である飲口１１０の縁部に係合し、飲口１１０が形成される。
　次に、図５及び図６を用いて、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋１の設計条件について説明する。図５及び図６は、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋１の設計条件を例示した説明図である。
　ここで、図５及び図６に例示した飲料容器用蓋１では、Ａは、折畳用低強度部１２と谷折用低強度部１３との間の距離であり、Ｂは、係止部１１ｃと折畳用低強度部１２との間の距離である。
　飲料容器用蓋１における覆板部４の厚みなどを考慮する以下のような結果となる。
　Ａ＜Ｂとした場合で、ＡよりＢを、例えば、２ｍｍを超えるなど長くしすぎると、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとを、完全に折り畳んだ状態にはできるが、係止部１１ｃを係合部である飲口１１０の縁部に係合させることができない。
　また、Ａ≧Ｂとした場合、係止部１１ｃが飲口１１０の縁部の途中で引っ掛かってしまい、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとを、完全に折り畳んだ状態で、係止部１１ｃを係合部である飲口１１０の縁部にうまく係合させることができない。
　そこで、Ａ＜Ｂとした場合で、ＡよりＢを、例えば、覆板部４の厚みの０．３ｍｍ以上、２ｍｍ以下とすると、係止部１１ｃが飲口１１０の縁部の途中で引っ掛かることなく、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａと飲口形成用内側部位１１Ｂとを、完全に折り畳んだ状態で、係止部１１ｃを係合部である飲口１１０の縁部にうまく係合させることができる。
　但し、図６（ａ）に示すように、Ａ＜Ｂとした場合でも、機能を満たすことは可能であるが、係止部１１ｃを係合部である飲口１１０の縁部にうまく係合させるには、次の条件を満たすことが重要である。
　例えば、図６（ｂ）に示すように、Ａを１５ｍｍとすると、Ｂ＝１．２８Ａでは、Ｂ≒１９ｍｍとなり、４ｍｍ程度の余りが出てしまい、係止部１１ｃを係合部である飲口１１０の縁部に係合させることができない。
　そこで、覆板部４の厚みをＸとすると、Ｘ≦Ｂ－Ａ≦２（単位はｍｍ）の式を満たせば、Ａ＜Ｂとした場合でも、機能を満たす。
　勿論、この飲料容器用蓋１の設計条件は、単なる例示であり、様々な設計をして実施することができる。
　以上説明した本発明の実施形態によれば、上記した構成なので、ストローを無くし、飲料容器用蓋１を外さなくても、飲料６が飲み易い飲口１１０を形成することができる。
　そのうえ、本発明の実施形態では、飲料容器用蓋１と、飲料容器２と、が、ともに紙製なので、使用する接着剤などを除き、略完全に脱プラスチックとすることができる。
　また、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法によれば、上記した簡単な手順で、飲料容器用蓋１の飲口１１０を容易に形成することができる。
［実施例１］
　次に、図７（ａ）～図７（ｆ）を用いて、本発明の実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋１について説明する。図７（ａ）～図７（ｆ）は、本発明の実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋１の要部をそれぞれ示す説明図である。
　本発明の実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋１は、上述の実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋１と相違する点は、主に、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が異なることなので、その点について主に説明し、同一構成は同一符号を付し、説明を省略する。
　この飲料容器用蓋１では、図７（ａ）～図７（ｆ）に示すように、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、楕円状でないことが、実施形態に係る飲料容器用蓋１と異なる。
　具体的には、以下の通りである。
　図７（ａ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、矩形状となっている。
　図７（ｂ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、角部が面取りされた矩形状となっている。
　図７（ｃ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、先端に向かって広がるテーパ状となっている。
　図７（ｄ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部全体の形状が、覆板部４外周縁側の端部を含んで、先端に向かって広がるテーパ状となっている。さらに、係止部１１ｃが切欠として形成されている。
　図７（ｅ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、先端に向かった矢印状となっている。
　図７（ｆ）に示した飲料容器用蓋１では、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａ側部における覆板部４外周縁側の端部の形状が、先端がフラットな矢印状となっている。
［実施例２］
　次に、図８（ａ）～図８（ｆ）を用いて、本発明の実施例２に係る飲料容器用蓋１について説明する。図８（ａ）～図８（ｆ）は、本発明の実施例２に係る飲料容器用蓋１の要部をそれぞれ示す説明図である。
　本発明の実施例２に係る飲料容器用蓋１は、上述の実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋１と相違する点は、主に、係止部１１ａの数が異なることなので、その点について主に説明し、同一構成は同一符号を付し、説明を省略する。
　この実施例２に係る飲料容器用蓋１では、図８（ａ）～図８（ｆ）に示すように、右側の係止部１１ａが無く、飲口形成用外側部位１１Ａの形状が略Ｌ字状となっていることが、実施例１に係る飲料容器用蓋１と異なる。
　以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、この実施形態は例として提示したものであり、発明の範囲を限定することは意図していない。これら新規な実施形態は、その他の様々な形態で実施されることが可能であり、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の省略、置き換え、変更を行うことができる。これら実施形態やその変形は、発明の範囲や要旨に含まれるとともに、特許請求の範囲に記載された発明とその均等の範囲に含まれる。

Claims (12)

  1. 　飲料容器の開口部を覆う覆板部と、当該覆板部の外周縁に設けられ、前記飲料容器の前記開口部を前記覆板部が覆うようにした際に当該飲料容器の前記開口部の縁部に係合可能な側周部と、を備える飲料容器用蓋であって、
    　前記覆板部の周縁側に設けられ、飲口を形成するための当該飲口の前記周縁側の形状である、切込線部又は当該覆板部の一般部より強度の低い低強度部からなる飲口形成用線部と、
    　前記飲口形成用線部で囲まれた飲口形成用部位が上から押し込まれた際、当該飲口形成用部位における前記覆板部外周縁側の飲口形成用外側部位と前記覆板部内側の飲口形成用内側部位との間における山折りによる折り畳みを容易とするための前記覆板部の一般部より強度の低い折畳用低強度部と、
    　前記飲口形成用内側部位が谷折りされて持ち上がり、さらに前記飲口形成用外側部位と前記飲口形成用内側部位を折り畳んだ状態の前記飲口形成用外側部位周縁の係止部を係合可能な係合部と、を備えていること
    　を特徴とする飲料容器用蓋。
  2. 　前記覆板部の前記飲口形成用部位における前記飲口形成用線部の内側端部間に、持ち上がった前記飲口形成用内側部位の谷折りを容易とするための当該覆板部の一般部より強度の低い谷折用低強度部が設けられていること
    　を特徴とする請求項１に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  3. 　前記谷折用低強度部は、ミシン目を設けて形成されていること
    　を特徴とする請求項２に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  4. 　前記折畳用低強度部は、ミシン目を設けて形成されていること
    　を特徴とする請求項１～３のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  5. 　前記係止部は、前記飲口形成用外側部位側部における前記覆板部外周縁側の端部を拡幅した拡幅部分の縮幅部分に形成され、前記飲口の縁部を前記係合部として係合可能とされていること
    　を特徴とする請求項１～４のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  6. 　前記係止部は、前記飲口形成用外側部位側部における前記覆板部外周縁側の端部に切欠として形成され、前記飲口の縁部を前記係合部として係合可能とされていること
    　を特徴とする請求項１～４のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  7. 　前記係止部は、複数設けられていること
    　を特徴とする請求項１～６のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋。

    　を特徴とする請求項１～８のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋。
  10. 　請求項１～９のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法であって、
    　前記飲口形成用部位を、指で上から押し込む工程と、
    　前記飲口形成用部位における前記飲口形成用外側部位と前記飲口形成用内側部位とを、指で、山折りして折り畳むとともに、前記飲口形成用内側部位を谷折りして持ち上げる工程と、
    　前記飲口形成用外側部位周縁の前記係止部を、指で前記係合部に係合させる工程と、により、前記飲口を形成すること
    　を特徴とする飲料容器用蓋の飲口形成方法。
  11. 　請求項１～９のうち何れか１項に記載の飲料容器用蓋を備えていること
    　を特徴とする飲料容器。
