传统的电子巡更系统是管理人员监督巡更者是否在指定时间按照巡更路线到达指定路线的重要手段之一,可以监督巡更者是否按时完成巡检工作,及时预防生产生活中可能出现的隐患。现有的在线电子巡更系统能实时监督巡检人员工作情况,但安装线路易遭到破坏,维护成本高;而离线式巡更系统虽然稳定可靠,但不能及时反馈巡检情况给管理人员,沟通效率较低。
基于此,本公开实施例提出一种巡更监测方法。本公开实施例的执行主体为巡更监测装置,其中,巡更监测装置可以是任意一种可执行本公开方法实施例所公开的技术方案的电子设备。可选的,巡更监测装置可以是以下中的一种:手机、计算机、平板电脑、可穿戴智能设备。
应理解,本公开方法实施例还可以通过处理器执行计算机程序代码的方式实现。下面结合本公开实施例中的附图对本公开实施例进行描述。请参阅图1,图1是本公开实施例提供的一种巡更监测方法的流程示意图。

第一巡更记录的数量可以是一条,也可以超过一条。在一种获取巡更人员的至少一条第一巡更记录的实现方式中,巡更监测装置接收用户通过输入组件 输入的至少一条第一巡更记录。上述输入组件包括:键盘、鼠标、触控屏、触控板和音频输入器。

假设待监测目标巡更点为巡更点a,且巡更点a的安全时间间隔为60分钟。因为t1与t3之间的时间间隔为50分钟,所以巡更人员未出现在巡更点a的持续时间为50分钟。由于50分钟小于60分钟,巡更人员未出现在巡更点a的持续时间未超过巡更点a的有效时间间隔。
在本步骤中,巡更监测装置在确定至少一条第一巡更记录中的巡更点与至少一个目标巡更点相同,且至少一条第一巡更记录的巡更顺序与目标巡更路线中的巡更顺序相同,且巡更人员未出现在待监测目标巡更点的持续时间小于或 等于安全时间间隔的情况下,确定至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线匹配,进而确定巡更人员的巡更状态正常;
巡更监测装置在确定至少一条第一巡更记录中的巡更点与至少一个目标巡更点不同的情况下,确定至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线不匹配,进而确定巡更人员的巡更状态异常;
巡更监测装置在确定至少一条第一巡更记录的巡更顺序与目标巡更路线中的巡更顺序不同的情况下,确定至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线不匹配,进而确定巡更人员的巡更状态异常;
巡更监测装置在确定巡更人员未出现在待监测目标巡更点的持续时间大于安全时间间隔的情况下,确定至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线不匹配,进而确定巡更人员的巡更状态异常。
在该种实施方式中,巡更监测装置通过将巡更人员未出现在待监测目标巡更点的持续时间小于或等于安全时间间隔作为判断至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线是否匹配的依据之一,可降低安全隐患。
应理解,本实施方式中的待监测目标巡更点仅为示例,不应理解为目标巡更路线中仅有一个目标巡更点存在安全间隔时间,在实际应用中,目标巡更路线中可有至少一个目标巡更点存在安全时间间隔,且任意两个目标巡更点的安全时间间隔均可以不同。
在一种可能实现的方式中,巡更监测装置基于前文所公开的技术方案可从巡更人员的巡更记录中确定与目标巡更路线匹配的巡更记录,并可依据与目标巡更路线匹配的巡更记录得到有效路线,从而便于相关人员研判巡更人员的巡更记录。
例如,在图2中,A设备、B设备、C设备均为部署于目标巡更点的巡更记录采集设备。若将A设备所对应的目标巡更点称为a点,将B设备所对应的目标巡更点称为b点,将C设备所对应的目标巡更点称为c点。
在图2中,目标巡更路线为从左至右的顺序,该顺序为a点→b点→a点→b点→c点→b点→c点→b点。
图2中设备右上角带有“异”,说明巡更人员在该设备所对应的目标巡更点处的巡更记录异常,例如,巡更人员未对该目标巡更点巡更,此时巡更人员在该目标巡更点处的巡更记录异常。又例如,巡更人员未在目标路线中规定的时间内对该目标巡更点巡更,此时巡更人员在该目标巡更点处的巡更记录异常。图2中设备右上角带有“正”,说明巡更人员在该设备所对应的目标巡更点处的巡更记录正常。
巡更监测装置基于前文所公开的技术方案确定在22:00-22:10之间,依次对a点、b点、c点、b点的巡更与目标巡更路线是匹配的,进而将巡更人员在22:00-22:10之间,依次对a点、b点、c点、b点进行巡更的巡更路线作为有效路线1。
这样,相关人员在研判巡更人员的巡更记录时,可确定巡更人员在22:00-22:10之间,按目标巡更路线依次完成了对a点、b点、c点、b点的巡更,但未完成目标巡更路线中除有效路线1之外的巡更路线。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在上述至少一条第一巡更记录包括第一巡更点的两条或两条以上第二巡更记录的情况下,相邻巡更记录的时间差小于最长逗留时间,上述相邻巡更记录为时间戳相邻的两条上述第二巡更记录。
为避免巡更人员在巡更点长时间逗留,提升对巡更人员的监测效果,巡更人员出现在同一巡更点的持续时间应小于最长逗留时间。若巡更人员在同一个巡更点的持续时间大于或等于最长逗留时间,则巡更人员在该巡更点存在两条或两条以上巡更记录。
例如,目标巡更点a的最长逗留时间为20分钟。若巡更人员在2021年6月25日11点6分出现在目标巡更点a,并在目标巡更点a逗留了30分钟。那么巡更人员在目标巡更点a存在两条巡更记录,其中一条巡更记录为巡更人员在2021年6月25日11点6分至2021年6月25日11点25分对目标巡更点a进行巡更,另一条巡更记录为巡更人员在2021年6月25日11点26分至2021年6月25日11点36分对目标巡更点a进行巡更。
因此在该实施方式中,在至少一条第一巡更记录包括第一巡更点的两条或两条第二巡更记录的情况下,任意两条时间戳相邻的两条第二巡更记录之间的时间间隔均小于最长逗留时间。这样,可提高巡更人员的巡更记录的准确度,进而有利于提高巡更人员的巡更状态的准确度。
可选的,最长逗留时间可依据实际需求进行设置。例如,通常巡更人员完成目标巡更点a的巡更需要2分钟,那么目标巡更点a的最长逗留时间可设置为140秒(时间比2分钟长一点)。又例如,目标巡更路线包括3个巡更点,且巡更人员需要在30分钟内完成对目标巡更路线的一次巡更。此时,目标巡更路线中的每个目标巡更点的最长逗留时间均可设为:30/3=10分钟。
作为一种可选的实施方式,巡更监测装置通过执行以下步骤获取巡更人员的至少一条第一巡更记录:

在又一种可能实现的方式中,巡更监测装置与摄像头之间具有通信连接,摄像头的拍摄场景包括待监测巡更点。巡更监测装置通过该通信连接获取摄像头采集到的至少一张图像作为至少一张第一待处理图像。

一张第一待处理图像包含巡更人员,说明巡更人员在采集该张第一待处理图像时出现在待监测巡更点,即巡更人员在待监测巡更点处存在巡更记录。
例如,假设第一待处理图像a的采集时间为t1,第一待处理图像a的采集位置为待监测巡更点b,且第一待处理图像a包含巡更人员,那么巡更人员在t1出现在待监测巡更点b。
因此,巡更监测装置在确定至少一张第一待处理图像中存包含巡更人员的图像情况下,依据包含巡更人员的图像得到巡更人员的一条巡更记录,即第一巡更记录。
在一种可能实现的方式中,巡更监测装置通过将巡更人员的人体图像分别与每一张第一待处理图像进行人体比对,确定至少一张第一待处理图像中是否存在包含巡更人员的图像。其中,对两张图像进行人体比对指计算两张图像的人体特征数据的相似度,在确定该相似度超过人体相似度阈值的情况下,确定这两张图像中的人物为同一个人。
在另一种可能实现的方式中,巡更监测装置通过将巡更人员的人脸图像分别与每一张第一待处理图像进行人脸比对,确定至少一张第一待处理图像中是否存在包含巡更人员的图像。
本实施方式中,由于至少一张第一待处理图像的采集位置均为待监测巡更点,巡更监测装置通过确定至少一张第一待处理图像中是否存在包含巡更人员的图像,确定巡更人员在待监测巡更点是否存在巡更记录。
作为一种可选的实施方式,上述至少一张第一待处理图像包括至少一张第二待处理图像,上述至少一个待监测巡更点包括第二巡更点,上述至少一张第二待处理图像的采集位置均为上述第二巡更点。
在该种实施方式中,第二巡更点为至少一个待监测巡更点中的任意一个巡更点。
巡更监测装置在确定上述至少一张第一待处理图像中存在包含上述巡更人员的图像的情况下,执行以下步骤:

本步骤中,目标人脸相似度为至少一个人脸相似度中超过人脸相似度阈值 的人脸相似度,即目标人脸相似度所对应的图像包含巡更人员,即第一待选图像为包含巡更人员的图像。
例如,至少一个人脸相似度包括人脸相似度1、人脸相似度2和人脸相似度3,其中,人脸相似度1和人脸相似度2均大于人脸相似度阈值,即人脸相似度1和人脸相似度3均为目标人脸相似度。
假设人脸相似度1为第一待处理图像A中的人脸a与巡更人员的脸部之间的人脸相似度,人脸相似度2为第一待处理图像B中的人脸b与巡更人员的脸部之间的人脸相似度。那么第一待处理图像A和第一待处理图像B均为第一待选图像,即至少一张第一待选图像包括第一待处理图像A和第一待处理图像B。

由于至少一张第一待选图像均包括巡更人员,至少一张第一待选图像中的每张图像均可作为巡更人员在第二巡更点的巡更记录。
考虑到方便相关管理人员查看巡更人员的巡更记录,需要存储巡更人员的巡更记录。为减少巡更监测装置的存储开销,巡更监测装置将采集时间最早的图像作为第一巡更记录图像,并将第一巡更记录图像作为巡更人员在第二巡更点的巡更记录,即第三巡更记录。例如,若第一巡更记录图像的采集时间为t1,第三巡更记录为巡更人员在t1对第二巡更点进行巡更。
应理解,本实施方式中的第二巡更点仅为示例,在实际应用中,巡更人员对任意一个待监测巡更点所采集到的图像均执行步骤6和步骤7。
在一种可能的应用场景中,在每个待监测巡更点处分别设置一个摄像头,并在摄像头与巡更监测装置之间建立通信连接。巡更监测装置进而可通过该通信连接获取摄像头采集到的视频流。巡更监测装置依据摄像头采集到的视频流可确定巡更人员是否巡更过目标巡更点。
以第二巡更点为例,作为一种可选的实施方式,巡更监测装置在执行步骤4的过程中执行以下步骤:
8、获取一个摄像头实时采集的视频流,上述摄像头设置在上述第二巡更点。

基于本公开实施例提供的技术方案,本公开实施例还提供了一种可能的应用场景。
为保证A园区的安全,A园区有多个巡更点需要巡更人员去巡更。为有效考察和监测巡更人员的工作,A园区的工作人员想搭建一套巡更监测系统。
一方面考虑到传统巡更监测方法的不足,另一方面A园区内的巡更点均设置有监测摄像头,A园区的管理人员基于本公开实施例提供的技术方案搭建了一套巡更监测系统,既能实时获取巡更人员的巡更记录、巡更状态,又能节省成本。
例如,管理人员在服务器与所有巡更点的摄像头之间建立通信连接。管理人员并通过向服务器输入建立巡更任务的指令,服务器通过显示器显示建立巡更任务的界面。
在该界面中,包括以下至少一个区域:巡更任务名称输入区域、摄像头选择区域、巡更路线选择区域、巡更时间间隔的输入区域、巡更任务有效时间的输入区域、巡更任务的执行时间的输入区域、人脸相似度阈值选择区域、巡更任务备注区域。
巡更任务名称输入区域用于输入巡更任务的名称。可选的,巡更任务名称输入区域为文字输入框。巡更任务备注区域用于输入该巡更任务的备注信息。可选的,巡更任务备注区域为文字输入框。
摄像头选择区域用于选择该巡更任务所涉及的摄像头,即通过这些摄像头可实时采集巡更任务中的所有巡更点的图像。可选的,该选择区域为下拉选择区域,管理人员通过鼠标点击该下拉选择区域中下拉选择按钮,可使服务器通过界面显示所有可选的摄像头。
巡更路线选择区域用于选择该巡更任务的巡更路线的类型。管理人员通过在摄像头选择区域选择该巡更任务所涉及的摄像头,即可确定该巡更任务所包含的巡更点。管理人员通过选择该巡更任务的巡更路线的类型,可确定巡更路线中巡更点的顺序。例如,巡更任务包括巡更点A、巡更点B和巡更点C。若管理人员通过巡更路线选择区域选择的巡更路线的类型为“回文型”,那么巡更路 线中巡更点的顺序为:A→B→C→B→A;若管理人员通过巡更路线选择区域选择的巡更路线的类型为“重复型”,那么巡更路线中巡更点的顺序为:A→B→C→A→B→C。
巡更时间间隔的输入区域用于输入巡更任务的执行时长。例如,巡更任务的执行时长为80分钟,那么巡更人员需要在80分钟内执行完一次巡更任务。可选的,该区域为文字输入框。
巡更任务有效时间的输入区域用于输入巡更任务的有效时间。例如,巡更任务有效时间为2021年1月1日-2021年3月27日,那么该巡更任务在2021年1月1日-2021年3月27日内有效。可选的,该区域为文字输入框。
巡更任务的执行时间的输入区域用于输入巡更任务的执行时间。例如,巡更任务有效时间为10:00-16:00,那么该巡更任务在有效时间内的10:00-16:00执行。可选的,该区域为时间选择区域。
人脸相似度阈值选择区域用于输入人脸相似度的最小阈值。例如,人脸相似度阈值为90%,那么在巡更点的摄像头采集到的图像中,与巡更人员的人脸图像之间的人脸相似度超过大于90%或等于90%的图像为包含巡更人员的图像。可选的,该区域为文字输入区域。
管理人员在通过建立巡更任务的界面建立巡更任务后,服务器即可作为巡更监测装置对执行所建立的巡更任务的巡更人员进行监测。

  1. 一种巡更监测方法,所述方法包括:
    获取巡更人员的至少一条第一巡更记录和目标巡更路线;
    确定所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线是否匹配,得到匹配结果;
    在所述匹配结果包括所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线匹配的情况下,确定所述巡更人员的巡更状态正常;
    在所述匹配结果包括所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线不匹配的情况下,确定所述巡更人员的巡更状态异常。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标巡更路线包括至少一个目标巡更点;
    所述确定所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线是否匹配,得到匹配结果,包括:
    在所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线满足匹配条件的情况下,确定所述匹配结果包括所述至少一条第一巡更记录和所述目标巡更路线匹配;

    在确定所述至少一张第一待处理图像中存在包含所述巡更人员的图像的情况下,依据所述至少一张第一待处理图像中包含所述巡更人员的图像,得到所述巡更人员的至少一条第一巡更记录。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述至少一张第一待处理图像包括至少一张第二待处理图像,所述至少一个待监测巡更点包括第二巡更点,所述至少一张第二待处理图像的采集位置均为所述第二巡更点;

  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
    所述至少一张第一待处理图像包括至少一张第二待处理图像,所述至少一个待监测巡更点包括第二巡更点,所述至少一张第二待处理图像的采集位置均为所述第二巡更点;
    所述确定部分,还被配置为确定至少一张第一待选图像,所述第一待选图像为所述至少一张第二待处理图像中与目标人脸相似度所对应的图像,所述目标人脸相似度为所述至少一个人脸相似度中超过人脸相似度阈值的人脸相似度;
    将所述至少一张第一待选图像中采集时间最早的图像,作为所述第二巡更点的第三巡更记录。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,
    所述获取部分,还被配置为获取摄像头实时采集的视频流,所述摄像头设置在所述第二巡更点;
    将所述视频流中的至少一张图像作为所述至少一张第二待处理图像。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,
    所述获取部分,还被配置为以等时间间隔的方式从所述视频流中抽帧,得到所述至少一张第二待处理图像。
  20. 根据权利要求11至19任意一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述确定部分,还被配置为在所述巡更人员的巡更状态异常的情况下,向终端发送警告信息。
  21. 一种电子设备,包括:处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码包括计算机指令,在所述处理器执行所述计算 机指令的情况下,所述电子设备执行如权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,在所述程序指令被处理器执行的情况下,使所述处理器执行权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法。
  23. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序或指令,在所述计算机程序或指令在计算机上运行的情况下,使得所述计算机执行权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法。
