本发明涉及一种留置针,特别是一种卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针。
背景技术
在现有临床医疗上使用的防针刺伤留置针,有采用一种包裹针尖的方式进行,针管采取靠近针尖一定距离位置将针管压扁构成一宽度大过针管外径凸起,或靠近针尖一定距离位置将针管分成两段,针尖段采用外径大于针管段外径方式焊接而成构成凸起,再配上有一定长度足够包裹从凸起到针尖的合拢式五金簧片,簧片另一头设有比针管外径稍大但小于凸起宽度的过针孔,设有过针孔一端装配于远离针尖凸起一侧,这样在穿刺完成撤针,针管撤至针管上凸起与过针孔相抵卡住,簧片另一端正好合拢包住针尖。这种方式防针刺伤最大不足是压扁凸起构造会令针管内通道变得狭窄,尤其是小规格针管更是,使得穿刺时回血缓慢,观察等待时间延长,另一种分段焊接凸起构造针管制造困难,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种无需对针管作特殊处理的,就可防止针尖外穿伤人的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针。
一种卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,包括有导管组件及穿刺针管组件,所述的导管组件包括有导管座和与其相连的导管,其特征在于:所述的穿刺针管组件包括有针管组件和针尖锁定连接头,所述的针管组件包括有针管、操作套、针座及排气塞,针尖锁定连接头包含有锁定连接头盖及锁定连接头安装座,在锁定连接头安装座内设置有顶压压缩弹簧、拨动块、针管检测摆动件及卡片锁止片,所述的锁定连接头安装座为一种方形敞口壳体,在壳体纵向两端壁中部各设一个用于穿过针管的弧形的过针凹槽,所述的拨动块沿着壳体底部的一侧壁设置,拨动块与壳体之间采用滑块与轨道的模式沿着壳体底部的纵长方向做往复运动,在拨动块与壳体的一端壁之间设置有顶压压缩弹簧,顶压压缩弹簧的一端连接于壳体的端壁,顶压压缩弹簧的另一端连接于拨 动块,在拨动块面向壳体敞口侧的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳针管检测摆动件推动臂的第一推动槽,在拨动块朝向壳体另一侧壁的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳卡片锁止片的第二推动槽,针管检测摆动件为一种弧形的犄角状构件,在针管检测摆动件上设置有摆动轴,摆动轴分设于犄角状构件的两侧面,一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头安装座,另一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头盖,摆动轴偏离犄角状构件的中心部位,将犄角状构件分成左右一长一短两段,长段作为针管检测臂,短段作为摆动件推动臂,针管检测臂平行摆动轴方向的厚度大于摆动件推动臂的相应厚度,卡片锁止片为弹性薄片,在薄片上设置有一用于穿过针管的卡孔,卡孔边缘至少设置有一处的锐利无倒角,卡片锁止片上端嵌入到拨动块的第二推动槽中,卡片锁止片的下部定位于壳体下侧壁的定位槽中,卡片锁止片上的卡孔处于壳体两过针凹槽的连线即针管纵向穿行通道上,针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂在锁定连接头内没有针管时摆进壳体针管纵向穿行通道阻断针管纵向穿行通道,所述的锁定连接头盖与锁定连接头安装座之间为卡扣式连接,在锁定连接头盖上相应位置处设置有与锁定连接头安装座上的过针凹槽相匹配的过针凹槽,在锁定连接头盖的一端部的过针凹槽处设置有沿着壳体纵长方向向外延伸的锥状凸起,过针凹槽延伸到锥状凸起的未端,所述的锥状凸起与导管座内腔相匹配,在锁定连接盖的外侧上还设置有方便推手的凸起,所述的操作套套在针尖锁定连接头外,操作套的一端为敞口端,所述的操作套由敞口端套入到锁定连接头,操作套的另一端的口径与针座的小头端外径相匹配,针座的小头端嵌入到操作套内,所述的针座为一阶梯状构体,小端内腔设有一定深度针管固接点胶穴,大端内腔设一开口回血空腔,在小端与大端之间设一针管插针孔用于联通点胶穴与回血腔,锁定连接盖上的用于充当推手的凸起外露于操作套,针管尾端设置于针座的针管插针孔中,针管穿过针座的小端内腔、穿过锁定连接头安装座及锁定连接头盖的过针凹槽、锁定连接头盖的锥状凸起上的过针凹槽后由导管穿出,针管同时穿过卡片锁止片上的卡孔并支撑在针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂的顶面,针尖外露于导管未端,排气塞安装于针座的大端内腔。
本发明的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,留置针在穿刺置管成功后,操作手的食指抵住锁定连接头上推手,拇指与中指捏持夹住操作套,往远离导管方向拉动操作套,固接其上的穿刺针管撤出导管组件,针管针尖退入锁定连接头,当针管继续退入,针尖一旦滑过针管检测摆动件上检测臂顶面,检测臂不再受到针管约束,呈自由状态, 同时针管检测摆动件上推动臂亦失去对拨动块勾接约束,拨动块在顶压压缩弹簧弹开作用下顺着弹力方向滑移,反而通过拨动块上摆动件拨动槽推动推动臂,令针管检测摆动件发生摆动,针管检测臂翘向针管纵向穿行通道,阻断通道,同时拨动块滑移亦通过第二推动槽纵向顶压卡片锁止片,由于卡片锁止片下部定位槽的定位制约无法滑移,令卡片锁止片只能通过其上卡孔骑绕针管外表面,往针管轴线倾斜,使得卡片上卡孔侧的锐利边缘,紧紧得掐住针管外表面,别住针管,这样针管针尖被锁定在针管检测臂与锁定卡片之间,针管相对于锁定连接头无法再往前往后滑动,达到了包裹针尖,防止针尖伤人目的。当针管被锁定后,由于卡孔边缘掐住针管的摩擦力远大于导管座与锁定连接头之间的插接配合摩擦力,继续拉动操作套,通过被锁定的针管带动连接头脱离导管座,如此穿刺撤针操作完成。
在锁定连接头盖的锥状凸起的外侧设置有一弧形的凸缘,该弧形凸缘与导管座外周相配合。
在锁定连接头盖上增设弧形凸缘,将导管座安装于弧形凸缘与锥状凸起之间,可起到支撑导管座的作用。
在锁定连接头盖的弧形凸缘与导管座相接触的内侧面上设置有增强两者配合的凸筋。
设置凸筋可提高弧形凸缘的支撑强度及与导管座的配合度。
在锁定连接头盖的内侧设置有用于限定卡片锁止片横向过多偏移的限位凸台。
所述的卡片锁止片在壳体下侧壁的定位槽中的定位为将卡片锁止片插入到定位槽后,用弹性块充当定位块进行定位。
将卡片锁止片插入到定位槽后,卡片锁止片与定位槽之间的间隙塞入弹性块进行定位,将卡片锁止片与定位槽之间采用这种连接模式,使得两者之间实际上为一种软连接,避免硬连接造成卡片损坏。
所述的壳体下侧壁的定位槽或为在壳体下侧壁设置两间隔排列的向着壳体上侧壁延伸的定位凸起,两凸起之间的间隔即为定位槽;或为在壳体下侧壁设置一个向着壳体上侧壁延伸的定位凸起,在凸起的上部开设一个凹槽,定位凸起的顶部位于壳体内针管纵向穿行通道的下边沿起到支撑针管的作用。
在壳体内针管纵向穿行通道的上边沿间隔设置有多个的挡针筋,所述的挡针筋垂直壳体底面。
所述的定位凸起的上端面或为平面,或为凸筋,所述的凸筋平行于挡针筋。
在针管纵向穿行通道靠近锁定连接头盖的那一侧还设置有挡针片,所述的挡针片平行于壳体底面。
所述的挡针片设置于挡针筋上。
设置挡针筋,挡针片可提高针管的穿行定位性。
所述的拨动块与壳体之间的滑块与轨道的具体结构为在拨动块与壳体接触的那个接触面设置一段的弧形外柱面、其余部分设置成弧形内凹槽面,在壳体与拨动块相接触的那个面设置有与拨动块上的弧形外柱面相配合使用的滑槽,弧形外柱面在滑槽内的滑动,另一段的弧形内凹槽与壳体上的滑槽构成安装顶压压缩弹簧的空腔。
在拨动块的第二推动槽的那一端的端面设置成弧形的止动端。
综上所述的,本发明相比现有技术如下优点:
本发明的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,由于在置管完毕后,在往外撤出针管时,针管针尖陆续退出导管组件、退入锁定连接头,在针尖锁定连接头内,由于拨动块、针管检测摆动件及卡片锁止片的共同作用,使得针管被卡在卡片锁止片的卡孔内,这样针管针尖被锁定在针管检测臂与锁定卡片之间,针管相对于锁定连接头无法再往前往后滑动,达到了包裹针尖,防止针尖伤人目的。当针管被锁定后,由于卡孔两侧边缘掐住针管的摩擦力远大于导管座与锁定连接头之间的插接配合摩擦力,继续拉动操作套,通过被锁定的针管带动锁定连接头脱离导管座,实现撤针,这种卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,无需对针管进行特别的改造,就可实现将使用后的针尖牢牢的封闭在锁定连接内,避免了伤人的情况发生。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行更详细的描述。
实施例1
一种卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,包括有导管组件1及穿刺针管组件2,所述的导管组件包括有导管座和与其相连的导管,所述的穿刺针管组件包括有针管组件和针尖锁定连接头,所述的针管组件包括有针管2.1、操作套2.9、针座2.10及排气塞2.11,针尖锁定连接头包含有锁定连接头盖2.2及锁定连接头安装座2.3,在锁定连接头安装座内设置有顶压压缩弹簧2.4、拨动块2.5、针管检测摆动件2.6及卡片锁止片2.8,所述的锁定连接头安装座为一种方形敞口壳体,在壳体纵向两端壁中部各设一个用于穿过针管的弧形的过针凹槽,所述的拨动块沿着壳体底部的一侧壁设置,拨动块与壳体之间采用滑块与轨道的模式沿着壳体底部的纵长方向做往复运动,在拨动块与壳体的一端壁之间设置有顶压压缩弹簧,顶压压缩弹簧的一端连接于壳体的端壁,顶压压缩弹簧的另一端连接于拨动块,在拨动块面向壳体敞口侧的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳针管检测摆动件推动臂的第一推动槽,在拨动块朝向壳体另一侧壁的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳卡片锁止片的第二推动槽,针管检测摆动件为一种弧形的犄角状构件,在针管检测摆动件上设置有摆动轴,摆动轴分设于犄角状构件的两侧面,一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头安装座,另一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头盖,摆动轴偏离 犄角状构件的中心部位,将犄角状构件分成左右一长一短两段,长段作为针管检测臂,短段作为摆动件推动臂,针管检测臂平行摆动轴方向的厚度大于摆动件推动臂的相应厚度,卡片锁止片为弹性薄片,在薄片上设置有一用于穿过针管的卡孔,卡孔边缘至少设置有一处的锐利无倒角,卡片锁止片上端嵌入到拨动块的第二推动槽中,卡片锁止片的下部定位于壳体下侧壁的定位槽中,卡片锁止片上的卡孔处于壳体两过针凹槽的连线即针管纵向穿行通道上,针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂在锁定连接头内没有针管时摆进壳体针管纵向穿行通道阻断针管纵向穿行通道,所述的锁定连接头盖与锁定连接头安装座之间为卡扣式连接,在锁定连接头盖上相应位置处设置有与锁定连接头安装座上的过针凹槽相匹配的过针凹槽,在锁定连接头盖的一端部的过针凹槽处设置有沿着壳体纵长方向向外延伸的锥状凸起,过针凹槽延伸到锥状凸起的未端,所述的锥状凸起与导管座内腔相匹配,在锁定连接盖的外侧上还设置有方便推手的凸起,所述的操作套套在针尖锁定连接头外,操作套的一端为敞口端,所述的操作套由敞口端套入到锁定连接头,操作套的另一端的口径与针座的小头端外径相匹配,针座的小头端嵌入到操作套内,所述的针座为一阶梯状构体,小端内腔设有一定深度针管固接点胶穴,大端内腔设一开口回血空腔,在小端与大端之间设一针管插针孔用于联通点胶穴与回血腔,锁定连接盖上的用于充当推手的凸起外露于操作套,针管尾端设置于针座的针管插针孔中,针管穿过针座的小端内腔、穿过锁定连接头安装座及锁定连接头盖的过针凹槽、锁定连接头盖的锥状凸起上的过针凹槽后由导管穿出,针管同时穿过卡片锁止片上的卡孔并支撑在针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂的顶面,针尖外露于导管未端,排气塞安装于针座的大端内腔。
如图3、4,锁定连接头安装座是一矩形敞口壳体,壳体纵向两端壁中间各设一个开口半圆形过针孔,其中一端孔作为针管穿入过针孔2.3.4.1,另一端孔作为穿出过针孔2.3.4.6,在过针孔两侧各设有盖合定位凸起及凸缘;在壳体底部紧贴壳体长侧壁内侧设有一半圆弧形滑槽2.3.1,与拨动块2.5上弹簧安装半圆弧凹槽2.5.3构成一弹簧安装腔位,半圆弧形滑槽2.3.1用于安装容纳顶压压缩弹簧2.4,并供拨动块2.5上外圆柱导向面2.5.4在其内滑移;在壳体底面半圆弧形滑槽边缘靠向壳体中心面一侧设有复数个垂直于壳体底面的横向挡针筋条2.3.4.2、2.3.4.3、2.3.4.4、2.3.4.5,挡针筋皆通过筋板增强刚性,其中挡针筋条2.3.4.2与2.3.4.3之间、2.3.4.4与2.3.4.5之间具有一定距离断开空间,供针管检测摆动臂和锁定卡片在此 间活动;在挡针筋2.3.4.3附近设一与筋板相连并平行于壳体底面的挡针片2.3.4.7,在挡针筋2.3.4.4和2.3.4.5下方一定距离各设有一托台2.3.4.8,托台朝向挡针筋端面可以是平面,也可以是一种与挡针筋平行的凸筋;由挡针筋、挡针片、托台端面以及壳体两端半圆形过针孔共同构成一针管穿行通道2.3.4,用于约束针管横向过多摆动;在挡针托台与挡针筋2.3.4.2、2.3.4.3之间空位作为安装针管检测摆动件安装位2.3.2,用于安装针管检测摆动件,在空位适当位置设置设有摆动件轴孔2.3.2,在挡针托台与挡针筋2.3.4.4、2.3.4.5之间空位作为锁定卡片及扶正弹性件的安装位2.3.3。
如图5、6锁定连接头盖2.2是一与安装座外形相仿的矩形盖体,在盖体一端设有锥形凸台2.2.1,凸台外观大小可以与导管座内腔插接,沿锥形凸台中心线开设有U形过针槽2.2.6,槽口背向盖体盖面,贯穿盖体两端面,在距离凸台一定距离设有一定宽度内弧形凸缘,凸缘圆弧面设有复数条凸起配合筋2.2.8,在凸缘背面靠近盖体端面处设有垂直盖面的凸起推手2.2.7,在盖顶上与安装座盖合后,与安装座上轴孔相对应处设有一轴孔2.2.2,在盖体两端过针槽两侧各设有盖合固定钩2.2.3,在盖体两端内侧壁设有一定宽度和深度的盖合定位缺口2.2.4,用于同安装座盖合时定位安装座上定位凸起,盖体内盖面还设有平面凸台2.2.5,用于限制锁定卡片横向过多摆动。
如图7卡片锁止片一具有一定宽度和长度五金薄片,薄片上开有卡孔2.8.2,卡孔中心偏向一端,构成卡片短端2.8.1和长端2.8.3,卡孔两侧边缘至少有一侧锐利无倒角。
如图8、9拨动块2.5是一具有一定宽度、长度和厚度的块状体,在块体长窄面其中一侧设有从短窄端起一段半弧形内凹槽2.5.3,余下一段设成半弧形导向外柱面2.5.4,另一端短窄面设成止动端2.5.5,在距离止动端一定距离位置设一宽度方向U形卡片推动槽2.5.2,紧接U形槽一定距离设有厚度方向矩形缺口的摆动件推动槽2.5.1。
如图10、11针管检测摆动件2.6是一类似两犄角样摆件2.6.1,犄角侧向与底端通过一定壁厚筋连成一体,在底端连接筋壁设一摆动轴2.6.4,摆动轴在侧向连接筋一侧短一点,摆动轴中心偏离摆件底端中心,形成犄角顶端与轴中心一边长一边短,长边作为针管检测臂2.6.3,短边作为摆动件推动臂2.6.2。
如图12针座2.10是一阶梯形回转体,由透明材料制成,小端头中间设有一定深度针管固接点胶穴2.10.2,大端中间设一开口回血空腔2.10.3,在小端与大端之间设一针管插针孔2.10.1,联通点胶穴与回血腔。
如图13、14操作套2.9是由透明材料制成,是一矩形长壳体,两端面其中一端开口,另一端是一锥面封盖,封盖正中间开设一针座固接孔2.9.2,在壳体外表对称设有操作捏持位2.9.1。
如图15、16是留置针在穿刺置管成功后,操作手的食指抵住锁定连接头上推手,拇指与中指捏持夹住操作套捏持位,往远离导管方向拉动操作套,而固接其上的穿刺针管撤出导管组件,针管针尖退入锁定连接头,当针管继续退入,针尖一旦滑过针管检测摆动件上检测臂顶面,检测臂不再受到针管约束,呈自由状态,同时针管检测摆动件上推动臂亦失去对拨动块勾接约束,拨动块在顶压压缩弹簧弹开作用下顺着弹力方向滑移,反而通过拨动块上摆动件拨动槽推动推动臂,令针管检测摆动件发生摆动,检测臂翘向针管纵向穿行通道,阻断通道,同时拨动块滑移亦通过卡片拨动槽纵向顶压锁定卡片长端,而卡片短端却在扶正弹性件与针管托台缝隙中受到纵向滑移制约无法滑移,令锁定卡片只能通过其上卡孔骑绕针管外表面,往针管轴线倾斜,使得卡片上卡孔两侧锐利边缘,其中一侧边缘上缘和另一侧边缘下缘紧紧得掐住针管外表面,别住针管,这样针管针尖被锁定在针管检测臂与锁定卡片之间,针管相对于锁定连接头无法再往前往后滑动,达到了包裹针尖,防止针尖伤人目的。当针管被锁定后,由于卡孔两侧边缘掐住针管的摩擦力远大于导管座与锁定连接头之间的插接配合摩擦力,继续拉动操作套,通过被锁定的针管带动连接头脱离导管座,如此穿刺撤针操作完成。
本发明的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针在装配时,锁定连接头锁定构件装配,先将顶压压缩弹簧2.4和拨动块2.5安装与锁定连接头安装座2.3内圆弧滑槽2.3.1内,拨动块2.5上外圆弧导向面2.5.4与锁定连接头安装座2.3内圆弧滑槽2.3.1贴合,顶压压缩弹簧2.4外表面与拨动块2.5上内圆弧槽2.5.3贴合,一端抵在锁定连接头安装座2.3内端面,另一端抵在拨动块2.5上内圆弧槽底。接着在锁定卡片安装位2.3.3下段压入锁定卡片扶正弹性件2.7,再嵌入锁定卡片2.8,卡片长端端头2.8.3安装于拨动块2.5上卡片拨动槽即第二推动槽2.5.2内,短端2.8.1压入扶正弹性件2.7与靠近安装座2.3端部的针管托台2.3.4.8之间夹缝中,同时令卡片上卡孔2.8.2处 于安装座2.3内各挡针筋条、托台及挡片构成的针管纵向穿行通道内。再接着在安装座2.3上针管检测摆动件安装位2.3.2插入针管检测摆动件2.6,摆动件长轴端插入安装座2.3上轴孔2.3.2.1,针管检测摆动件2.6上推动臂2.6.2嵌入拨动块2.5上摆动件推动槽即第一推动槽2.5.1内。此时拨动块2.5受到顶压压缩弹簧2.4弹开弹力作用,拨动块2.5滑移至其上止动端2.5.5与安装座2.3内端面相抵,其上检测摆动件推动槽2.5.1和卡片拨动槽2.5.2亦处于拨动推止状态,令针管检测摆动件2.6上针管检测臂2.6.3摆进针管纵向穿行通道,阻断穿行通道,而且锁定卡片2.8亦处于倾斜,其上卡孔轴线与针管纵向穿行通道成交叉状态。
穿刺针管组件装配,在上述装配完成后,首先推动拨动块2.5,压缩顶压压缩弹簧2.4,带动针管检测摆动件2.6上针管检测臂2.6.3摆离针管纵向穿行通道,同时卡片长端端头2.8.3不再受到拨动块2.5上卡片拨动槽2.5.2推压,处于自由状态,在扶正弹性件2.7弹性作用下,锁定卡片复位摆正,其上卡孔轴线与针管穿行通道纵向平行,保持拨动块2.5这种状态不动。然后将针管远离针尖的尾端从安装座2.3上半圆形穿入过针孔2.3.4.1穿入针管纵向穿行通道,接着穿过锁定卡片上卡孔2.8.2,从安装座上半圆形穿出过针孔2.3.4.6穿出,露出一定长度针管。针管穿出后,放开推压拨动块,拨动块在顶压压缩弹簧弹开作用下滑移,然而其上摆动件推动槽侧壁碰抵针管检测摆动件推动臂,带动针管检测摆动件针管检测臂摆向针管,检测臂顶面与针管相抵,约束了摆动件继续摆动,这时摆动件推动臂反过来勾住拨动件,制止了拨动件继续滑移,如此针管检测臂顶面有针接触,拨动件静止不动,无针接触,针管检测摆动件摆动就不受约束,自然亦解除了对拨动件勾住止动,在压缩弹簧弹力作用下,拨动件能够滑动,从而与锁定卡片长端碰触,带动卡片摆动倾斜。如上述插入针管后,有针状态,使得锁定卡片长端仍然处于不受拨动件推压自由状态,针管与锁定卡片上卡孔亦处于自由接触状态。将锁定连接头盖2.2具锥形凸台一端朝向安装座上半圆形穿入过针孔2.3.4.1一侧,与安装座定位勾接固定盖合,针管检测摆动件短轴端亦插入锁定连接头盖2.2上轴孔2.2.2,至此锁定连接头装配完成。接着将操作套2.9大端口朝向针管尾端,将锁定连接头插入操作套内腔至无法再进为止,针管尾端露出操作套上针座插接孔2.9.2。再接着将针管尾端插入针座插针孔2.10.1,至所需深度,与针座固接,再将针座小端插入操作套上针座插接孔2.9.2,至两者端面相抵后,固接两者插接,然后在针座回血仓开口端插上所需排气塞。最后,将所需导管组件套入 针管,锁定连接头上锥形凸台插入导管座内腔,导管座上外圆柱面与锁定连接头盖上配合凸筋2.2.8相卡接,针管尖端露出导管先端,至此装配完成。

  1. 一种卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,包括有导管组件及穿刺针管组件,所述的导管组件包括有导管座和与其相连的导管,其特征在于:所述的穿刺针管组件包括有针管组件和针尖锁定连接头,所述的针管组件包括有针管、操作套、针座及排气塞,针尖锁定连接头包含有锁定连接头盖及锁定连接头安装座,在锁定连接头安装座内设置有顶压压缩弹簧、拨动块、针管检测摆动件及卡片锁止片,所述的锁定连接头安装座为一种方形敞口壳体,在壳体纵向两端壁中部各设一个用于穿过针管的弧形的过针凹槽,所述的拨动块沿着壳体底部的一侧壁设置,拨动块与壳体之间采用滑块与轨道的模式沿着壳体底部的纵长方向做往复运动,在拨动块与壳体的一端壁之间设置有顶压压缩弹簧,顶压压缩弹簧的一端连接于壳体的端壁,顶压压缩弹簧的另一端连接于拨动块,在拨动块面向壳体敞口侧的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳针管检测摆动件推动臂的第一推动槽,在拨动块朝向壳体另一侧壁的那一面上设置有一个用于容纳卡片锁止片的第二推动槽,针管检测摆动件为一种弧形的犄角状构件,在针管检测摆动件上设置有摆动轴,摆动轴分设于犄角状构件的两侧面,一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头安装座,另一侧的摆动轴支撑于锁定连接头盖,摆动轴偏离犄角状构件的中心部位,将犄角状构件分成左右一长一短两段,长段作为针管检测臂,短段作为摆动件推动臂,针管检测臂平行摆动轴方向的厚度大于摆动件推动臂的相应厚度,卡片锁止片为弹性薄片,在薄片上设置有一用于穿过针管的卡孔,卡孔边缘至少设置有一处的锐利无倒角,卡片锁止片上端嵌入到拨动块的第二推动槽中,卡片锁止片的下部定位于壳体下侧壁的定位槽中,卡片锁止片上的卡孔处于壳体两过针凹槽的连线即针管纵向穿行通道上,针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂在锁定连接头内没有针管时摆进壳体针管纵向穿行通道阻断针管纵向穿行通道,所述的锁定连接头盖与锁定连接头安装座之间为卡扣式连接,在锁定连接头盖上相应位置处设置有与锁定连接头安装座上的过针凹槽相匹配的过针凹槽,在锁定连接头盖的一端部的过针凹槽处设置有沿着壳体纵长方向向外延伸的锥状凸起,过针凹槽延伸到锥状凸起的未端,所述的锥状凸起与导管座内腔相匹配,在锁定连接盖的外侧上还设置有方便推手的 凸起,所述的操作套套在针尖锁定连接头外,操作套的一端为敞口端,所述的操作套由敞口端套入到锁定连接头,操作套的另一端的口径与针座的小头端外径相匹配,针座的小头端嵌入到操作套内,所述的针座为一阶梯状构体,小端内腔设有一定深度针管固接点胶穴,大端内腔设一开口回血空腔,在小端与大端之间设一针管插针孔用于联通点胶穴与回血腔,锁定连接盖上的用于充当推手的凸起外露于操作套,针管尾端设置于针座的针管插针孔中,针管穿过针座的小端内腔、穿过锁定连接头安装座及锁定连接头盖的过针凹槽、锁定连接头盖的锥状凸起上的过针凹槽后由导管穿出,针管同时穿过卡片锁止片上的卡孔并支撑在针管检测摆动件的针管检测臂的顶面,针尖外露于导管未端,排气塞安装于针座的大端内腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:在锁定连接头盖的锥状凸起的外侧设置有一弧形的凸缘,该弧形凸缘与导管座外周相配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:在锁定连接头盖的弧形凸缘与导管座相接触的内侧面上设置有增强两者配合的凸筋。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:在锁定连接头盖的内侧设置有用于限定卡片锁止片横向过多偏移的限位凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任何一项所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:所述的卡片锁止片在壳体下侧壁的定位槽中的定位为将卡片锁止片插入到定位槽后,用弹性块充当定位块进行定位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:所述的壳体下侧壁的定位槽或为在壳体下侧壁设置两间隔排列的向着壳体上侧壁延伸的定位凸起,两凸起之间的间隔即为定位槽;或为在壳体下侧壁设置一个向着壳体上侧壁延伸的定位凸起,在凸起的上部开设一个凹槽,定位凸起的顶部位于壳体内针管纵向穿行通道的下边沿起到支撑针管的作用。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:在壳体内针管纵向穿行通道的上边沿间隔设置有多个的挡针筋,所述的挡针筋垂直壳体底面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:在针管纵向穿行通道靠近锁定连接头盖的那一侧还设置有挡针片,所述的挡针片平行于壳体底面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:所述的挡针片设置于挡针筋上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的卡片锁止式防针刺伤留置针,其特征在于:所述的拨动块与壳体之间的滑块与轨道的具体结构为在拨动块与壳体接触的那个接触面设置一段的弧形外柱面、其余部分设置成弧形内凹槽面,在壳体与拨动块相接触的那个面设置有与拨动块上的弧形外柱面相配合使用的滑槽,弧形外柱面在滑槽内的滑动,另一段的弧形内凹槽与壳体上的滑槽构成安装顶压压缩弹簧的空腔。
