Description
SPECIFICATION
CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLAR PANEL HOLDER
Technical Area
The invention is related to a practical, easy-to-use, and secure clamp system to perform bidirectional fixation, developed for use in fixing solar panels on rails mounted on roofs.
State of the art
In the present, there are various examples of clamps and various fixing systems employed to fix solar panels. In the patent US5011105, which is one of the examples showing the state of the art, an adjustable stand system is mentioned in which the collector case is fixed to the stand with the screw clamp located behind. However, the main stand arrangement employed in this system is quite different from the clamp mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, and offers a difficult, complicated, and expensive system to assemble. In another system proposed in the state of the art, wiper blade pieces in various shapes are welded on the tripod profile from the bottom, and the collectors are screwed to these wiper pieces or welded to the collector case by welding. This system is different from the inventive system in terms of cost and mounting method.
A solar panel holder mentioned in the European Patent EP2662645B1 of the state of the art is directed to rotation on the intermediate element via an anti-torsion device concerning the rotation axis of the screw connection. The anti-torsion device according to the invention resists bending of the clamp holder relative to the intermediate element if tightening or loosening the screw connection, which prevents the clamp holder from bending relative to the intermediate member if a screw of the screw connection is tightened. The orientation of the clamp holder on the intermediate element is in the axial direction, in other words, along the axis of rotation. In this way, the clamp holder can be displaced on the intermediate member along the axis of rotation, but if the clamp holder is oriented on the intermediate
member, it cannot rotate about the axis of rotation. It is predicted that the nut is placed in the longitudinal groove so that it does not rotate, for this reason, the outer cross-sectional contour of the nut and the inner cross-sectional contour of the longitudinal groove are adapted to each other in such a way that the rotation of the nut about the axis of rotation is averted. There is only compression in the axial direction in this system. the mounting system for plate-shaped solar modules consists of a base rail that can be placed on the roof of a building, a holding foot assigned to the base rail, and a minimum one L-shaped carrier foot that is minimum substantially vertically aligned in the state-of-the-art German Patent DE102020206810B3. In the shaped solar module carrier, the support leg has a minimum of one solar module that has a supporting leg, the holding leg is designed to provide minimal localized support on the base rail. A holding element to fix the holding foot to the base rail, the base rail movable within the base rail and attached to the holding element by a screw connection or adjustable t-nut to fix the holding foot on it so that the holding element in the base part has a spacer which can be placed on the holding leg and positively attached to the holding leg, and minimum one of the lower sides of the base part from the edge part protrudes to abut the base rail, which decreases the clamping force that the screw connection can cause.
A fixing element is employed in the other state-of-the-art European Patent EP2246577A1 to fix the components to a mounting rail with a mounting slot, the mounting slot is limited by two side flanges, a stud, a hammerhead element attached by a stud, support intended to be supported on the side faces of the mounting rail as the member and a spring supported on the support member and the head formed by a bolt, the hammerhead member can be inserted into the mounting slot of the mounting rail in a mounting position and pressed to the spring onto the mounting rail. The hammerhead element can be rotated between the mounting position and a clamping position so that the hammerhead element engages behind the side blades in the clamping position. The support member of the mounting slot applies torque to the hammerhead member if pressed to the hammerhead member.
All of the above-mentioned embodiments have lower performance than the product of the invention because they can perform unidirectional compression in terms of fixation.
Purpose of the Invention
With this invention, the purpose is that the solar panel holder will be detachably attached to the base support in one piece without any branching to make it easier to manufacture and more resistant to loads.
Another purpose of the invention is to enable easy mounting of the base support in line with the solar panel holder.

Detailed Description of the Invention
A solar panel holder configuration which is our invention, is detachably attached to the base support (2) as a single-leg hook (1) without any branching.
The end part (1.1) on which the panel carrying the rail is positioned on the single-leg hook (1) in the solar panel holder configuration, the bracket central area (1.2) on which the solar panel is placed, the hook hole (1.3) that connects the clamp holder (3), the connection with the base support hook base support seating surface (1.4), hook upper-gear profile (1.5), hook lower-gear profile (1.6), hook side guide surface (1.7) and hook lower-end surface (1.8).
The other main element in the structure, the base support (2), is the lower rail gear profile (2.4), which is resistant to loads with the lower rail (2.1), the upper rail (2.2), the upper rail support (2.3) and the lower rail support (2.6), upper rail gear profile
(2.5), base support hook seating surface (2.7), base guide surface (2.8) and side guide surface (2.9) has a multi-guiding characteristic.
Contrary to the existing panel holders, the single-leg hook (1) has a minimum one hook upper threaded profile (1.5) and a minimum one hook lower threaded profile
(1.6) positioned asymmetrically on the same axis. Likewise, the base support (2) has a minimum of one lower rail gear profile (2.4) and a minimum of one upper rail gear profile (2.5) that is positioned asymmetrically on the same axis to guide the hook (1).
The hook (1) is guided to the base support (2) with the lower rail gear profiles (2.4) and the upper rail gear profiles (2.5) through the hook upper gear profile (1.5) and the hook lower gear profiles (1.6). The hook (1) is fixed to the base support securely (2) by screwing it with a minimum of one fastener (4).
On the other hand, since the hook base support seating surface (1.4) and base support hook seating surface (2.7), hook side guide surface (1.7) side guide surface (2.9), hook lower end surface (1.8), and base guide surface (2.8) are in superficial contact with each other, a balanced load distribution is provided.
The upper rail support (2.3) and the lower rail support (2.6) are employed to increase the resistance to the loads to the base support (2) through the hook (1).
For the base support (2) to be fixed to the roof, there are a minimum of two fixing holes (2.10) on the surface in contact with the roof.
