Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stand for fixing a flat panel structure such as a solar module used for photovoltaic power generation, and a method of assembling the panel structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when installing a solar module used for photovoltaic power, which is a flat panel structure, for example, on a roof, a mount is conventionally installed on the roof, and a plurality of solar modules are arranged and fixed on the mount, It constitutes an assembly of solar modules. Most of the gantry is made of extruded aluminum material, and in the case of a roof structure such as a metal roofing tile in which rafter-shaped roofing tiles are arranged in parallel along the slope of the roof, the actual mounting is 60-54048. In the case of a structure as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H07-202242 or Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-296796, in the case of a roof structure such as an asbestos tiled structure. Has been used.
[0003]
A gantry having a structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-202242 has a structure as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, and can be attached to a roof structure such as a metal tiled roof or an asbestos tiled roof. Can be. The gantry 30 is formed of a long bar having a C-shaped rectangular tube shape having an opening 31 at the center of the upper surface of the end face, and receiving the frame of the solar module 32 on both sides of the opening 31. A surface 33 is formed. As shown in FIG. 11, the gantry 30 itself has a through-hole 34 formed in the lower surface of the gantry 30, and is fastened and fixed to a base such as a roof tile or a rafter with a bolt / nut 35 using the through-hole 34. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, a wood screw 36 having a tapped tooth at the tip is directly screwed one by one from the lower surface of the gantry 30 to the base and fixed. The fixing method using the bolts and nuts 35 provides a sufficient fixing strength, but the fixing method using the wood screw 36 is often used because drilling is required. In this case, a plurality of fixing screws are used for each fixing point. By screwing the wood screw 36, sufficient fixing strength can be obtained.
[0004]
The gantry disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-54048 has a channel-type structure in which a tile is attached to the tile so as to embrace it and fixed to the tile with screws. In order to fix with the bolts and nuts 35, the through holes 34 must be opened in the lower surface of the gantry 30 at many places, and the bolts and nuts 35 are fastened by operation from the central opening 31 on the narrower upper surface. Operation has to be performed, and there is a problem in that fixing work is troublesome and workability is low.
[0006]
When fixing using wood screws 36 with multiple taps, it is not necessary to drill holes, but since multiple wood screws 36 are screwed into narrow places, sufficient fixing strength can be obtained, such as cracking the groundwork. Is difficult to obtain. However, in the base 30 having the C-shaped cross section, the open portion 31 on the upper surface is closed by the pressing member 37 used for fixing the solar module 32, which is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-54048 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-296796. There is an advantage that the electric wiring can be accommodated inside the gantry 30 unlike the gantry shown.
[0007]

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of rows of mounting bases 1 are mounted on mounting bases 1 by using mounting brackets 12 in a lateral direction intersecting the mounting base 1 with the upper surface facing upward. The panel structures 2 are laid side by side and fixed as a panel assembly. Each of the panel structures 2 is formed by tightening a holding member 20 covering the open portion 3 of the gantry 1 and a stopper 21 stopping on the back surface of the receiving surface 4 from the open portion 3 through a bolt 22, and pressing the holding member 20 and the stopper 21. Thus, the outer frame of the panel structure 2 is fixed to the receiving surface 4 so as to be sandwiched therebetween. Electrical wiring (not shown) is performed in the internal space of the gantry 1 using the opening 3, and the opening 3 is finally closed by the pressing member 20.
[0019]
As described above, when assembling a plurality of panel structures 2 as a panel assembly on the gantry 1 as shown in FIG. 9, the gantry 1 located on the outer peripheral portion of the panel assembly is attached to an attachment partner. A fixing means having a high fixing strength is applied for fixing, and a fixing means having a relatively lower fixing strength than a fixing means having a high fixing strength is applied to fixing the gantry 1 located at the inner part of the panel assembly to a mounting partner. When fixed in this manner, effective construction can be performed in terms of both fixing strength and workability. The application of the fixing means having a high fixing strength means that the number of the mounting brackets 12 is increased or the wood screws 23 with taps are attached to the lower surface 6 of the gantry 1 together with the mounting brackets 12 as shown by imaginary lines in FIG. 13 or the rafter 17 is to be screwed, and the application of the fixing means having a relatively low fixing strength means that the number of the mounting brackets 12 is reduced, or the lower surface 6 or This means that a wood screw 23 with a tap on the flange 7 is directly screwed to the roof bar 13 or the rafter 17.
[0020]
The panel assembly on the gantry 1 receives a stronger wind load on the outer peripheral part than on the inner part. Therefore, if the fixing strength of the gantry 1 is increased at the outer peripheral portion of the panel assembly and the inner portion is relatively reduced, the gantry 1 can be fixed with the minimum necessary fixing strength as a whole. . The gantry 1 of this embodiment basically does not require drilling for fixing to the mounting partner, and can be fixed by pressing the mounting structure such as the flange 7 by the mounting bracket 12. Since the central portion 8 of the lower surface 6 is thickened to provide strength, the tapped wood screw 23 can be screwed in from the lower surface 6 or from the flange 7 to be fixed, and fixed according to the load distribution. The fixing strength to the counterpart can be easily adjusted by a simple operation, and the number of mounting brackets 12, the number of members, and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0021]
The gantry 1 having the flange 7 in which the lower surface 6 is extended has an advantage that the fixing work of the gantry 1 can be easily performed and workability and work safety can be improved. Fixing the gantry 1 on a sloped roof is not only dangerful due to poor scaffolding but also high in difficulty. In order to fix the long gantry 1 in the direction intersecting with the inclination direction of the roof, it is necessary to fix the gantry 1 in a predetermined position while supporting the gantry 1 in a horizontal direction, which is usually dangerous for one worker. It is impossible. However, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, since the mounting bracket 12 has the concave portion 24 into which the flange 7 of the gantry 1 is inserted, the mounting bracket 12 on the lower side in the inclination direction of the roof is fixed at a predetermined position. If the gantry 1 is spread over the mounting brackets 12 in a mounting manner, the gantry 1 is in a temporarily fixed state in which the flange 7 is fitted into the recess 24 of the mounting bracket 12 by its own weight and is supported and does not drop. It is possible for one worker to sequentially fix the tentatively fixed gantry 1 at each fixing point.
[0022]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
The gantry 1 according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 10 has a structure in which the mounting structure of the gantry 1 shown in the first embodiment is a flange 7 in which the lower surface 6 is extended. This is basically the same configuration as that shown in the first embodiment. Therefore, the same portions as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and description thereof will be omitted.
[0023]
The gantry 1 of this embodiment has a configuration in which a flange 25 extending from the lower surface 6 is provided on both lower surfaces of one or both surfaces of the height surface 5. If the flanges 25 are provided on both sides of the height surface 5 and the thickness thereof is made thick, it becomes substantially the same as the gantry 1 of the first embodiment. However, the gantry 1 does not require the flange 25 to have a function as a mounting structure, and the flange 25 requires a temporary fixing function for fixing to the roof described at the end of the first embodiment. It is. Of course, the flange 25 can be screwed from its form, and can function as a mounting structure for the gantry 1. The gantry 1 having the temporary fixing function can be inexpensively constructed by using only a small amount of material by providing the thin flange 25 having a small protrusion amount on only one side. The gantry 1 is fixed by screwing a wood screw 23 into the center of the lower surface 6 and pressing the mounting bracket 12 against the flange 25. The function of temporarily fixing the flange 25 to the mounting bracket 12 is the same as that described in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0024]
