Abstract
本发明涉及空调器控制技术领域,具体提供一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法、系统及空调器,旨在解决如何在不影响空调器的运行的同时,对空调器的冷媒泄漏情况进行检测,以对冷媒泄漏作出快速反应,避免冷媒泄漏风险的问题。为此目的,本发明能够根据冷媒检测器获得的冷媒检测结果选择性地控制室外液管阀门、室外气管阀门、室内液管阀门和室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。通过上述配置方式,本发明能够实现在不影响空调器运行的同时,及时有效地对冷媒泄漏进行检测,并根据冷媒检测结果实现对应的冷媒泄漏控制,能够有效避免冷媒泄漏造成的安全风险问题。
Description
本发明涉及空调器控制技术领域,具体提供一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法、系统及空调器。
空调器的应用越来越广泛,随和空调器的应用水平的提升以及当前的环保低碳需求,新冷媒的应用也越来越多,新冷媒包括R32、290、454B等,这些新冷媒更加符合低碳环保的要求,但是其缺点是存在易燃易爆的缺陷。因而,在空调器运行过程中,如果不能够及时发现冷媒泄漏的情况,就很可能导致冷媒泄漏浓度增大,从而引发爆炸。但是如果一发现有冷媒泄漏就马上停止空调器的运行,又会存在较高的运行成本。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的空调器的控制方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,提出了本发明,以提供解决或至少部分地解决如何在不影响空调器的运行的同时,对空调器的冷媒泄漏情况进行检测,以对冷媒泄漏作出快速反应,避免冷媒泄漏风险的问题。
在第一方面,本发明提供一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,所述方法应用于空调器,所述空调器包括室外机和多个室内机,所述室内机与室外机之间分别通过冷媒气管和冷媒液管连接,所述室外机上设置有室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门,所述室外液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的室外机端的开闭,所述室外气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管的室外机端的开闭,每个所述室内机上均设置有室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门,所述室内液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的在每个室内机端的开闭,所述室内气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管在每个室内机端的开闭,每个所述室内机上均设置有冷媒检测器,所述方法包括:
针对每个室内机,通过所述室内机的冷媒检测器检测所述室内机区域内的冷媒浓度,以获得每个冷媒检测器的冷媒检测结果;
根据所述冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制所述室外液管阀门、所述室外气管阀门、所述室内液管阀门和所述室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,“根据所述冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制所述室外液管阀门、所述室外气管阀门、所述室内液管阀门和所述室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:
获取所述冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器的数量;
当所述数量小于等于第一预设数量时,控制出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器对应的室内机上的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门关闭;
当所述数量大于第一预设数量时,控制所述室外机上的室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门关闭后,控制所述空调器停机。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,在“当所述数量小于等于第一预设数量时,控制出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器对应的室内机上的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门关闭”步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量时,间隔第一预设时间再次获取出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器的第二检测结果,根据所述第二检测结果进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制;
当所述数量大于第二预设数量小于等于第一预设数量时,根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,“根据所述第二检测结果进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:
当所述第二检测结果为未出现冷媒泄漏时,则控制所述空调器继续按照当前的运行状态运行;
当所述第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,则根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,所述运行模
式包括制冷模式和制热模式,“根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:
当所述空调器的运行模式为制冷模式时,通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收后,控制所述空调器停机;
当所述空调器的运行模式为制热模式时,控制所述空调器切换至制冷模式后,通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收后,控制所述空调器停机。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,“通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收”的步骤包括:
控制所述室外液管阀门关闭;
控制所述空调器的压缩机升频运转第二预设时间后,再控制所述室外气管阀门关闭,以实现冷媒回收。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,所述方法还包括:
当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量时,发出第一故障提醒;
当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量且所述第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,发出第二故障提醒;
当所述数量大于第二预设数量且小于第一预设数量时,发出第二故障提醒;
当所述数量大于等于第一预设数量时,发出第三故障提醒。
在上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法的一个技术方案中,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
当所述室内机的运行模式不是制冷模式或制热模式时,控制所述室内机的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门均关闭。
在第二方面,本发明提供一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统,所述空调器包括室外机和室内机,所述室内机与室外机之间分别通过冷媒气管和冷媒液管连接,所述室外机上设置有室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门,所述室外液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的室外机端的开闭,所述室外气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管的室外机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门,所述室内液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的在室内

在实施本发明的技术方案中,本发明能够根据冷媒检测器获得的冷媒检测结果选择性地控制室外液管阀门、室外气管阀门、室内液管阀门和室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。通过上述配置方式,本发明能够实现在不影响空调器运行的同时,及时有效地对冷媒泄漏进行检测,并根据冷媒检测结果实现对应的冷媒泄漏控制,能够有效避免冷媒泄漏造成的安全风险问题。

阀门12,室外液管阀门11控制冷媒液管4的室外机端的开闭,室外气管阀门12控制冷媒气管3的室外机端的开闭,室内机2上设置有室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21,室内液管阀门21控制冷媒液管4的在室内机端的开闭,室内气管阀门22控制冷媒气管3在室内机端的开闭,室内机2上设置有冷媒检测器23。空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法主要包括下列步骤S101-步骤S102。
步骤S101:通过室内机2的冷媒检测器23检测室内机2区域内的冷媒浓度,以获得冷媒检测器23的冷媒检测结果。
在本实施例中,可以通过室内机2上设置的冷媒检测器23,来检测室内机2区域内的冷媒浓度,来获得冷媒检测器23的冷媒检测结果。
一个实施方式中,可以设置冷媒浓度阈值,当冷媒检测器23的检测到的冷媒浓度大于冷媒浓度阈值时,可以判定冷媒检测器23的冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏
步骤S102:根据冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制室外液管阀门11、室外气管阀门12、室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22的开闭,以实现空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在本实施例中,可以根据冷媒检测结果来对室外液管阀门11、室外气管阀门12、室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22的开闭进行选择性地控制,以对空调器进行冷媒泄漏控制。
一个实施方式中,室外液管阀门11、室外气管阀门12、室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22可以为电子膨胀阀、电磁阀、电动阀等可调节开度的阀门。
一个实施方式中,参阅附图2,图2是根据本发明实施例的一个实施方式的空调器的组成结构示意图。如图2所示,空调器可以为多联机空调,多联机空调可以包括室外机1和多个室内机2,室内机2与室外机1之间分别通过冷媒气管3和冷媒液管4连接,室外机1上设置有室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,室外液管阀门11控制冷媒液管4的室外机端的开闭,室外气管阀门12控制冷媒气管3的室外机端的开闭,每个室内机2上均设置有室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21,室内液管阀门21控制冷媒液管4的在每个室内机端的开闭,室内气管阀门22控制冷媒
气管3在每个室内机端的开闭,每个室内机2上均设置有冷媒检测器23。可以通过设置在室外机1上的总控制部对室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12的开闭进行控制,可以通过设置在室内机2上的控制部对室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22的开闭进行控制。
基于上述步骤S101-步骤S102,本发明实施例能够根据冷媒检测器23获得的冷媒检测结果选择性地控制室外液管阀门11、室外气管阀门12、室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22的开闭,以实现空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。通过上述配置方式,本发明实施例能够实现在不影响空调器运行的同时,及时有效地对冷媒泄漏进行检测,并根据冷媒检测结果实现对应的冷媒泄漏控制,能够有效避免冷媒泄漏造成的安全风险问题。
下面对步骤S102作进一步地说明。
在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中,步骤S102可以进一步包括以下步骤S1021至步骤S1023:
步骤S1021:获取冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的数量。
在本实施方式中,可以统计冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的数量。
步骤S1022:当数量小于等于第一预设数量时,控制出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23对应的室内机2上的室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21关闭。
在本实施方式中,当检测到出现冷媒泄漏时,可以先将出现冷媒泄漏的室内机2上的室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21关闭。本领域技术人员可以根据实际应用的需要设置第一预设数量的取值。
一个实施方式中,第一预设数量可以为2。
一个实施方式中,在步骤S1022之后,还可以包括步骤S1024和步骤S1025:
步骤S1024:当数量小于等于第二预设数量时,间隔第一预设时间再次获取出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的第二检测结果,根据第二检测结果进行空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在本实施方式中,可以将检测到冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的数量与
第二预设数量进行比较,如果小于第二预设数量可以间隔第一预设时间再次获取出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的检测结果。本领域技术人员可以根据实际应用的需要设置第二预设数量和第一预设时间的取值。
一个实施方式中,第二预设数量可以为1。
一个实施方式中,步骤S1024可以进一步包括步骤S10241和步骤S10242:
步骤S10241:当第二检测结果为未出现冷媒泄漏时,则控制空调器继续按照当前的运行状态运行。
步骤S10242:当第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,则根据空调器的运行模式进行空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在本实施方式中,如果间隔第一预设时间后的第二检测结果为未出现冷媒泄漏,则说明仅为当前室内机2出现冷媒泄漏,关闭当前室内机2的室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21就能够对冷媒泄漏进行控制。如果间隔第一预设时间后的第二检测结果为仍存在冷媒泄漏,则说明当前室内机2或与当前室内机2连接的冷媒液管4或冷媒气管3存在冷媒泄漏,则需要进一步根据空调器的运行模式进行冷媒泄漏控制。
步骤S1025:当数量大于第二预设数量小于等于第一预设数量时,根据空调器的运行模式进行空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
在实施方式中,当存在冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的数量大于第一预设数量,小于等于第二预设数量时,也可以根据空调器的运行模式进行冷媒泄漏控制。
一个实施方式中,运行模式可以包括制冷模式和制热模式“根据空调器的运行模式进行冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤可以进一步包括:
当空调器的运行模式为制冷模式时,通过控制室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,实现冷媒回收后,控制空调器停机;
当空调器的运行模式为制热模式时,控制空调器切换至制冷模式后,通过控制室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,实现冷媒回收后,控制空调器停机。
在本实施方式中,当空调器为制冷模式时,可以通过控制室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,实现冷媒回收后;当空调器为制热模式时,
可以将空调器转换为制冷模式,后通过控制室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,实现冷媒回收后。在冷媒回收后,可以控制空调器停机。
一个实施方式中,通过以下方法来实现冷媒回收:
先控制室外液管阀门11关闭;后控制空调器的压缩机升频运转第二预设时间后,再控制室外气管阀门12关闭,以实现冷媒回收。即,在冷媒泄露量较小时,可以先进行冷媒回收,使得冷媒能够更多的流入空调器的室外机1中。
步骤S1023:当数量大于第一预设数量时,控制室外机1上的室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12关闭后,控制空调器停机。
在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中,可以根据冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23的数量,来发出不同的故障提醒:
当数量小于等于第二预设数量时,发出第一故障提醒;
当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量且所述第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,发出第二故障提醒;
当所述数量大于第二预设数量且小于第一预设数量时,发出第二故障提醒;
当数量大于等于第一预设数量时,发出第三故障提醒。
具体地,第一预设数量可以为2,第二预设数量可以为1。当检测到冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23数量为1时,则可以发出第一故障提醒,即“一台室内机存在冷媒泄漏”;当检测到冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23数量为1且间隔第一预设时间后的第二检测结果仍为出现冷媒泄漏,则发出第二故障提醒,即“一台室内机或者与该室内机连接的冷媒液管或冷媒气管出现冷媒泄漏”;当检测到冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器23数量大于等于2时,则发出第三故障提醒,即“多于两台室内机存在冷媒泄漏”。
一个实施方式中,当室内机2的运行模式不是制冷模式或制热模式时,控制室内机2的室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21均关闭。
在本实施方式中,当室内机2未运行制冷模式或制热模式时,可以将该室内机2的室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21均关闭,以降低该室内机2中的冷媒流动噪声。
需要指出的是,尽管上述实施例中将各个步骤按照特定的先后顺序
进行了描述,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,为了实现本发明的效果,不同的步骤之间并非必须按照这样的顺序执行,其可以同时(并行)执行或以其他顺序执行,这些变化都在本发明的保护范围之内。
进一步,本发明还提供了一种冷媒泄漏控制系统。
参阅附图3,图3是根据本发明的一个实施例的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统的主要结构框图。如图3所示,本发明实施例中空调器包括室外机1和室内机2,室内机2与室外机1之间分别通过冷媒气管3和冷媒液管4连接,室外机1上设置有室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,室外液管阀门11控制冷媒液管4的室外机1端的开闭,室外气管阀门12控制冷媒气管3的室外机1端的开闭,室内机2上均设置有室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21,室内液管阀门21控制冷媒液管4的在室内机2端的开闭,室内气管阀门22控制冷媒气管3在室内机2端的开闭,室内机2上均设置有冷媒检测器23,空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统可以包括冷媒检测结果获取模块和冷媒泄漏控制模块。在本实施例中,冷媒检测结果获取模块可以被配置为通过室内机2的冷媒检测器23检测室内机2区域内的冷媒浓度,以获得冷媒检测器23的冷媒检测结果。冷媒泄漏控制模块可以被配置为根据冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制室外液管阀门11、室外气管阀门12、室内液管阀门21和室内气管阀门22的开闭,以实现空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。

进一步,本发明还提供一种空调器,空调器包括上述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统实施例中的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统,室外机1和室内机2,室内机2与室外机1之间分别通过冷媒气管3和冷媒液管4连接,室外机1上设置有室外液管阀门11和室外气管阀门12,室外液管阀门11控制冷媒液管4的室外机1端的开闭,室外气管阀门12控制冷媒气管3的室外机1端的开闭,室内机2上设置有室内气管阀门22和室内液管阀门21,室内液管阀门21控制冷媒液管4的在室内机2端的开闭,室内气管阀门22控制冷媒气管3在室内机2端的开闭,室内机2上均设置有冷媒检测器23。
进一步,应该理解的是,由于各个模块的设定仅仅是为了说明本发明的装置的功能单元,这些模块对应的物理器件可以是处理器本身,或者处理器中软件的一部分,硬件的一部分,或者软件和硬件结合的一部分。因此,图中的各个模块的数量仅仅是示意性的。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,可以对装置中的各个模块进行适应性地拆分或合并。对具体模块的这种拆分或合并并不会导致技术方案偏离本发明的原理,因此,拆分或合并之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围内。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,所述空调器包括室外机和室内机,所述室内机与室外机之间分别通过冷媒气管和冷媒液管连接,所述室外机上设置有室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门,所述室外液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的室外机端的开闭,所述室外气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管的室外机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门,所述室内液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管在室内机端的开闭,所述室内气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管在室内机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有冷媒检测器,所述方法包括:通过所述室内机的冷媒检测器检测所述室内机区域内的冷媒浓度,以获得所述冷媒检测器的冷媒检测结果;根据所述冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制所述室外液管阀门、所述室外气管阀门、所述室内液管阀门和所述室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,所述室内机的数量为多个,“根据所述冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制所述室外液管阀门、所述室外气管阀门、所述室内液管阀门和所述室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:获取所述冷媒检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器的数量;当所述数量小于等于第一预设数量时,控制出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器对应的室内机上的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门关闭;当所述数量大于第一预设数量时,控制所述室外机上的室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门关闭后,控制所述空调器停机。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,在“当所述数量小于等于第一预设数量时,控制出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器对应的室内机上的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门关闭”步骤之后,所述方法还包括:当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量时,间隔第一预设时间再次获取出现冷媒泄漏的冷媒检测器的第二检测结果,根据所述第二检测结果进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制;当所述数量大于第二预设数量小于等于第一预设数量时,根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述第二检测结果进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:当所述第二检测结果为未出现冷媒泄漏时,则控制所述空调器继续按照当前的运行状态运行;当所述第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,则根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
- 根据权利要求4所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,所述运行模式包括制冷模式和制热模式,“根据所述空调器的运行模式进行所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制”的步骤包括:当所述空调器的运行模式为制冷模式时,通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收后,控制所述空调器停机;当所述空调器的运行模式为制热模式时,控制所述空调器切换至制冷模式后,通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收后,控制所述空调器停机。
- 根据权利要求5所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,“通过控制所述室外液管阀门和所述室外气管阀门,实现冷媒回收”的步骤包括:控制所述室外液管阀门关闭;控制所述空调器的压缩机升频运转第二预设时间后,再控制所述室外气管阀门关闭,以实现冷媒回收。
- 根据权利要求6所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量时,发出第一故障提醒;当所述数量小于等于第二预设数量且所述第二检测结果为出现冷媒泄漏时,发出第二故障提醒;当所述数量大于第二预设数量且小于第一预设数量时,发出第二故障提醒;当所述数量大于等于第一预设数量时,发出第三故障提醒。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述室内机的运行模式不是制冷模式或制热模式时,控制所述室内机的室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门均关闭。
- 一种空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统,其特征在于,所述空调器包括室外机和室内机,所述室内机与室外机之间分别通过冷媒气管和冷媒液管连接,所述室外机上设置有室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门,所述室外液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的室外机端的开闭,所述室外气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管的室外机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门,所述室内液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管在室内机端的开闭,所述室内气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管在室内机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有冷媒检测器,所述系统包括:冷媒检测结果获取模块,其被配置为通过所述室内机的冷媒检测器检测所述室内机区域内的冷媒浓度,以获得所述冷媒检测器的冷媒检测结果;冷媒泄漏控制模块,其被配置为根据所述冷媒检测结果,选择性地控制所述室外液管阀门、所述室外气管阀门、所述室内液管阀门和所述室内气管阀门的开闭,以实现所述空调器的冷媒泄漏控制。
- 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括权利要求9所述的空调器的冷媒泄漏控制系统,室外机和室内机,所述室内机与室外机之 间分别通过冷媒气管和冷媒液管连接,所述室外机上设置有室外液管阀门和室外气管阀门,所述室外液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的室外机端的开闭,所述室外气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管的室外机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有室内气管阀门和室内液管阀门,所述室内液管阀门控制所述冷媒液管的在室内机端的开闭,所述室内气管阀门控制所述冷媒气管在室内机端的开闭,所述室内机上设置有冷媒检测器。
