一种智能手表
本申请要求于2022年06月22日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202221590061.4、申请名称为“一种智能手表”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能穿戴设备技术领域,特别涉及一种智能手表。
背景技术
随着信息化水平的快速提高以及人们对智能手表等穿戴设备便携化、智能化的要求,小型化、轻量化、高屏占比、高交互性是未来智能手表的发展方向,如高交互性需求下旋转按键的应用等。针对当前的智能手表,按键的按键杆从表框上的安装孔伸入到表内并连接于表芯之上,按键杆与表芯的连接通常为不可拆卸连接,因为按键杆的阻碍作用,使得当前智能手表的表框与表芯形成了一体化设计结构,普通用户无法将表芯从表框中拆卸出去。随着穿戴产品的快速迭代,现有设计已经无法满足用户对于产品外观形态差异化个性化的需求,迫切需要一种能够将表芯从表框中拆卸出去的智能手表,以使同一个表芯能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框进行使用。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种智能手表,通过对按键的结构进行改进,使得表芯能够从表框中拆卸出去,进而使同一个表芯能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框进行使用。
第一方面,提供了一种智能手表,包括:
表框,所述表框上开设有第一按键孔,所述表框内设有表芯,所述表芯上设有与所述第一按键孔相对的第二按键孔;
按键,包括按键帽、第一按键杆和第二按键杆,所述按键帽与所述第一按键杆相连,所述第一按键杆设于所述第一按键孔内,所述第二按键杆设于所述第二按键孔内;
通过所述按键帽调节所述第一按键杆的位置可使所述按键进入工作状态或者拆卸状态,当所述按键处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆与所述第二按键杆相互接合,所述第二按键杆能够传递来自所述按键帽的压力或者转矩;当所述按键处于所述拆卸状态,所述第一按键杆与所述第二按键杆相互分离,所述表芯能够被从所述表框内取出。
在一种可能的设计中,当所述按键处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆与所述第二按键杆相互插接配合。
在一种可能的设计中,当所述按键处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆与所述第二按键杆的端面相抵以产生摩擦力,并且通过所述摩擦力实现转矩的传递。
在一种可能的设计中,所述智能手表还包括磁性件,所述磁性件用于产生磁吸力以增大所述第一按键杆与所述第二按键杆的端面之间的压力。

在一种可能的设计中,所述第二按键杆通过弹性胶圈嵌入所述第二按键孔内,所述弹性胶圈套设于所述第二按键杆的外周并且位于定位环槽内。

安装支架;
按键开关,安装于所述安装支架上,用于供所述第二按键杆进行按压,所述按键开关包括用于使所述第二按键杆复位的弹片;
旋转检测传感器,安装于所述安装支架上,用于检测所述第二按键杆的旋转角度。
在一种可能的设计中,所述连接块后端面上开设有具有内螺纹的紧固槽,所述连接块通过所述紧固槽紧固连接于所述第一杆体之上。

在一种可能的设计中,所述巴管通过粘接、螺接、焊接或者铆接的方式固定于所述第一按键孔内。
在一种可能的设计中,所述表芯包括显示屏和表芯壳,所述显示屏固定设置于所述表芯壳上,所述第二按键孔开设于所述表芯壳上。此时,表芯能够被取出来单独作为怀表使用。
根据本申请实施例提供的智能手表,按键的按键杆由相互独立的两个部分组成,即按键包括第一按键杆和第二按键杆,第一按键杆设于表框上的第一按键孔内,第二 按键杆设于表芯上的第二按键孔内。第一按键杆和第二按键杆能够相互接合以使按键进入工作状态,或者上述二者也可以相互分离以使按键进入拆卸状态。
用户可以通过按键帽调节第一按键杆的位置进而使按键进入工作状态或者拆卸状态。例如,用户可以通过按压按键帽使第一按键杆向表内缩入,进而使第一按键杆与第二按键杆相互接合(对接),第二按键杆能够传递来自所述按键帽的压力或者转矩,此时按键进入工作状态,能够正常进行调节工作,用户可以通过旋转或者按压按键来对智能手表进行调节。
本申请实施例提供的按键还具有拆卸状态,用户可以通过按键帽将第一按键杆向表外拉拔以使按键进入拆卸状态。即本申请中的按键能够实现按压、旋转以及拉拔三种动作。当用户通过按键帽向外拉拔第一按键杆时,第一按键杆与第二按键杆相互分离,二者之间产生间隙,表芯和表框相互独立,此时用户能够将表芯从表框内取出。使得同一个表芯能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框进行使用,进而使得智能手表具有较佳的用户体验感,并且也能够方便对智能手表进行维修。
本申请实施例提供的智能手表可以具有多个表框,该多个表框的颜色或者造型可以不同,多余的表框可以作为智能手表的配件一同进行售卖,或者由用户自住选购。通过前述按键的结构,用户能够方便高效的将表芯从表框中拆下,并且装入到其他的表框中。用户可以根据实际场景将表芯搭配不同的表框进行使用,能够满足用户对于产品外观形态差异化个性化的需求,使得本申请实施例提供的智能手表更加具有市场竞争力。

随着科技的发展,智能手表(smart watch)等穿戴类电子产品迅速普及,极大地促进了社会的发展、方便了人们的生活。智能手表是具有信息处理能力,符合手表基本技术要求的手表。智能手表除指示时间之外,通常还具有提醒、导航、校准、监测、交互等其中一种或者多种功能。显示方式包括指针、数字、图像等。根据面向用户人群的不同,智能手表可以被分为成人智能手表、老人智能手表以及儿童智能手表等几大类。
对于成人智能手表,通常包括以下功能的一种或者多种:可蓝牙同步手机打电话、收发短信、监测睡眠、监测心率、久坐提醒、跑步记步、远程拍照、音乐播放、录像、指南针等功能。
近年来,为满足不同人群的使用需求,成人智能手表还可以被进一步细分为男性成人智能手表和女性成人智能手表。进一步地,女性成人智能手表还可以分为针对孕妇的智能手表或者针对备孕阶段女性的智能手表。
对于老人智能手表,通常包括以下功能的一种或者多种:超精准全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)定位、亲情通话、紧急呼救、心率监测、久坐提醒、吃药提醒等多项专为老年人定制的功能。
对于儿童智能手表,通常包括以下功能的一种或者多种:多重定位,双向通话, SOS求救,远程监听,智能防丢,历史轨迹,电子围栏,计步器,爱心奖励等多种功能。类似地,该儿童智能手表也可以针对不同年龄段的儿童作进一步的产品细分。
近年来,用户对智能手表的使用需求不断提升,不仅要求手表具有完美的使用体验,同时也要求手表具有精美的外观质感,由此给手表的设计提出了越来越高的要求。小型化、轻量化、高屏占比、高交互性是未来智能手表的发展方向,如高交互性需求下旋转按键的应用等。
按键也被称为表冠(crown)或者按钮,通常被设置于表盘的侧部,按键连接表盘的内部,能够用来调节时间、开关机、调节扬声器播放音量、调节显示屏亮度等。按键能够被旋转或者按压,以实现上述功能。
针对当前的智能手表,按键的按键杆从表框(也被称为中框或者边框)上的安装孔伸入到表内并连接于表芯之上,按键杆与表芯的连接通常为不可拆卸连接,在按键杆的连接阻碍作用下,当前的智能手表的表框与表芯形成了一体化设计结构,普通用户无法将表芯从表框中拆卸出去。随着穿戴产品的快速迭代,现有设计已经无法满足用户对于产品外观形态差异化个性化的需求,迫切需要一种能够将表芯从表框中拆卸出去的智能手表,以使同一个表芯能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框进行使用。
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种智能手表,通过对按键的结构进行改进,使得表芯能够从表框中拆卸出去,同一个表芯能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框进行使用,进而使得智能手表具有较佳的用户体验感,并且也能够方便对智能手表进行维修。
图1是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的结构示意图。图2是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的剖视图。图3是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的部分结构的爆炸图。
如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例提供的智能手表可以是上述成人智能手表(例如男性成人智能手表、女性成人智能手表、针对孕妇的智能手表以及针对备孕阶段女性的智能手表)、老人智能手表以及儿童智能手表等中的任意一种。此外,智能手表100还可以是供潜水员使用的潜水表等特种作业手表。
值得一提的是,本申请实施例提供的上述智能手表还应当包括智能手环等其他腕部穿戴设备,甚至还包括脚踝或者脖子等其他部位的智能穿戴设备,因此,虽名为“智能手表”,本申请实施例中的“智能手表”不应局限于“手表”,还可能是其他电子设备,例如可以是其他智能穿戴设备。一些情况下该智能手表还可以是机械手表或者怀表。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的智能手表包括表盘和表带(表带只示出了部分)。其中,表盘也可以被称为表头,是手表的主体部分。表带通常包括两个部分,分别是连接于表盘相对的两侧,该两个部分配合使用,以将智能手表佩戴于用户的手腕之上。
如图1-图3所示,表盘包括壳体100和显示屏500,壳体100包括表框110和后盖120。表框110呈中空的环圈状结构,表框110的前端固定设有显示屏500,后端固定设有后盖120。显示屏500、表框110以及后盖120共同限定出智能手表的内腔,该内腔用于容纳扬声器、主板、摄像头、麦克风、传感器、存储器、处理器、蓄电池等电子元件。
表框110为智能手表的整体提供机械支撑与保护,表框110由具有足够硬度的材 料构成,构成表框110的材料例如可以是不锈钢、陶瓷、钛合金、铝合金、铜合金或者硬塑料等。如图1、图3所示,在本申请实施例中,表框110的截面形状(对应于显示屏500和后盖120的形状)为圆形,在其他实施方式中,表框110的截面形状也可以为矩形、方形、跑道形或者椭圆形等。
后盖120盖合于表框110的下端,佩戴时与用户的手腕相接触。后盖120与表框110密封连接,进而起到防水效果。
可选地,后盖120可以为不锈钢后盖、钛合金后盖、玻璃后盖、陶瓷后盖、铝合金后盖、铜合金后盖或者塑料后盖等。
可选地,后盖120可以通过螺接、卡接等方式盖合于表框110之上,后盖120与表框110之间可以设置密封环,以提高后盖120与表框110接合处的密封防水效果。该密封环可由硅胶或者橡胶等高弹性材料构成。
可选地,后盖120与表框110可以通过一体成型工艺制成一体结构,进而能够简化手表结构,提高生产效率。并且由于后盖120与表框110之间将不存在结合间隙,还能够提高手表的整体防水效果。
例如,该一体成型工艺可以是铸造、烧结、注塑或者3D打印技术等,但不限于此。
显示屏500用于提供用户与智能手表的人机交互,例如向用户展示信息(例如时间、新闻、天气等信息)或者接收用户输入的信息(例如接收用户的控制指令)。
可选地,显示屏500可以是触摸屏,例如可以是液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oLed,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)显示屏等,但不限于此。
显示屏500固定安装于壳体100之上,以形成用于容纳表芯200的容纳腔体(即手表内腔)。表芯200是智能手表的主体部分,表芯200可以由多个电子元件集合而成。本申请实施例对表芯200的具体构成不作特殊限定,例如表芯200可以由智能手表内部的任意一个或者多个元器件组合而形成。图2和图3中示出的表芯200仅作为示意,例如,实际应用中表芯200可以由多个部件集合而形成实心的盘状结构,而非图中的中空结构。
如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例提供的智能手表还包括设于表框110外壁上的按键300。按键300与内部的表芯200相连接,能够用来对智能手表进行功能调节,例如能够用来调节时间、开关机、调节扬声器播放音量、调节显示屏亮度等。按键300能够被旋转或者按压,以实现上述各个功能。
如图2和图3所示,按键300从智能手表的外部穿入到智能手表的内部,并且与表芯200相连接,进而能够实现上述调节功能。表芯200固定设于表框110内,表框110上开设有第一按键孔111,表芯200上设有与第一按键孔111相对的第二按键孔210,上述两个按键孔用于供按键300的按键杆插入。
本申请实施例主要涉及对按键300的结构进行改进,提供了一种新的按键设计方 案,使得表芯200能够从表框110中拆卸出去,同一个表芯200能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框110进行使用,进而使得智能手表具有较佳的用户体验感,并且也能够方便对智能手表进行维修。
图4是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的连接结构图。图5是图2中按键部分的局部放大图。图6是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的一例的装配结构图。图7是图6所示结构的爆炸图。
如图4-图7所示,在本申请实施例中,按键300包括按键帽310、第一按键杆320和第二按键杆330,按键帽310与第一按键杆320固定相连,第一按键杆320设于第一按键孔111内,第二按键杆330设于第二按键孔210内。
通过按键帽310调节第一按键杆320的位置可使按键300进入工作状态或者拆卸状态。当按键300处于工作状态,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互接合(对接),第二按键杆330能够传递来自所述按键帽310的压力或者转矩;当按键300处于拆卸状态,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互分离,此时二者之间产生间隙,表芯200能够被从表框110内取出。
根据本申请实施例提供的智能手表,按键300的按键杆由相互独立的两个部分组成,即按键300包括第一按键杆320和第二按键杆330,第一按键杆320设于表框110上的第一按键孔111内,第二按键杆330设于表芯200上的第二按键孔210内。第一按键杆320和第二按键杆330能够相互接合以使按键300进入工作状态,或者上述二者也可以相互分离以使按键300进入拆卸状态。
用户可以通过按键帽310调节第一按键杆320的位置进而使按键300进入工作状态或者拆卸状态。例如,用户可以通过按压按键帽310使第一按键杆320向表内缩入,进而使第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互接合(对接),第二按键杆330能够传递来自所述按键帽310的压力或者转矩,此时按键300进入工作状态,能够正常进行调节工作,用户可以通过旋转或者按压按键300来对智能手表进行调节。
本申请实施例提供的按键300还具有拆卸状态,用户可以通过按键帽310将第一按键杆320向表外拉拔以使按键300进入拆卸状态。即本申请中的按键300能够实现按压、旋转以及拉拔三种动作。当用户通过按键帽310向外拉拔第一按键杆320时,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互分离,二者之间产生间隙,不再接触,表芯200和表框111相互独立,此时按键杆不再构成阻碍,用户能够将表芯200从表框110内取出。使得同一个表芯200能够搭配不同颜色或者造型的多个表框111进行使用,进而使得智能手表具有较佳的用户体验感,并且也能够方便对智能手表进行维修。
本申请实施例提供的智能手表可以具有多个表框111,该多个表框111的颜色或者造型可以不同,多余的表框111可以作为智能手表的配件一同进行售卖,或者由用户自住选购。通过前述按键300的结构,用户能够方便高效的将表芯200从表框111中拆下,并且装入到其他的表框111中。用户可以根据实际场景将表芯200搭配不同的表框111进行使用,能够满足用户对于产品外观形态差异化个性化的需求,使得本申请实施例提供的智能手表更加具有市场竞争力。
值得一提的是,当按键300进入拆卸状态时,第一按键杆320和第二按键杆330相互分离并且独立,此时表芯200能够被从表框110内取出。而为了实现这一目的, 此时第一按键杆320的内端不应伸入第二按键孔210内,并且第二按键杆330的外端不应伸入第一按键孔111内。
在一种可能的实现方式中,表芯200包括表芯壳250和前述的显示屏500,显示屏500固定盖合于表芯壳250的开口之上,并形成一体结构,主板、蓄电池、扬声器等多个电子元件均设置于该一体结构的内部,第二按键孔210开设于表芯壳250之上。此时,壳体100相当于能够容纳表芯200的表托,当表芯200被从壳体100上取下时,表芯200类似于传统意义上的怀表,此时表芯200能够被单独进行使用,用户可以将表芯200收纳于口袋中,或者通过线绳悬挂于脖子上,满足用户的个性化使用需求。
如图3-图5所示,表芯200还包括位于表芯壳250内的安装支架220、按键开关230和旋转检测传感器240。其中,安装支架220固定安装于表芯壳250内,按键开关230安装于安装支架220上,用于供第二按键杆330的内端进行按压,按键开关230包括用于使第二按键杆330复位的弹片231。第二按键杆330的端部挤压弹片231,进而触发按键开关230发出相应信号,实现按键功能。旋转检测传感器240安装于安装支架220上,用于检测第二按键杆330的旋转角度。
在这里,按键开关230用于检测用户的按压动作,按键开关230可以通过点胶、定位孔与背胶、卡扣等方式安装于安装支架220之上,并且与第二按键杆330相互正对,用于在第二按键杆330被按压后受第二按键杆330触发而导通。按键开关230具有弹片231,弹片231通过热熔柱安装固定在安装支架220上,通过热熔柱对弹片231进行限位。
安装过程中,弹片231通过导向角与第二按键杆330过盈配合。未按压状态下,弹片231具有初始过盈量,用于按键300的初始反弹力。反弹力不能过大,导致手感偏硬,也不能过小,按压过程会出现空行程或第二按键杆330不回弹的风险。按压过程中按键300的弹力由弹片231提供。弹片231在一定按压次数下,不发生塑性变形。
此外,弹片231与第二按键杆330的内端相抵接,在按键300被旋转时,能够向用户提供阻尼感,并且在旋转过程中,弹片231与第二按键杆330的摩擦具有对称性,正反转阻尼力一致性好。
可选地,弹片231的材料为SUS 301EH,通过设计合适的弹力臂,给按键300回弹提供合适的弹力,并且提高其抗疲劳能力。
可选地,弹片231为单弹力臂形式,能够减小空间,降低长期腐蚀风险,弹片231有足够的臂长,避免其在长期的按压过程中,产生塑性变形。
可选地,按键开关230可以为顶盖开关(dome)。
旋转检测传感器240可以是用于检测第二按键杆330旋转的任何合适类型的传感器,如激光传感器、霍尔传感器等。旋转检测传感器240位于柔性电路板(flexible printed circuit,FPC)上,并且通过热熔柱固定在安装支架220上。
在一些情况下,第二按键杆330的内端的外表面可以做成粗糙表面,也即第二按键杆330的外周部具有一定的粗糙度,以协助旋转检测传感器240进行检测。
可选地,为了提高检测精度,第二按键杆330的内端可以套设六角螺母,激光传感器发射的光通过六角螺母反射回来,在按键旋转时,激光传感器能够通过不同的反射状况,检测旋转的角度。
如图4-图7所示,第二按键杆330的外周设有定位环槽331b,第二按键杆330通过弹性胶圈331c嵌入第二按键孔210内,弹性胶圈331c套设于第二按键杆330的外周并且位于定位环槽331b内。通过以上设置,能够对第二按键杆330起到一定的限位作用,防止在弹片231的作用下第二按键杆330外伸至第一按键孔111内,并且弹性胶圈331c的设置还能够起到防水隔尘的作用。该弹性胶圈331c与定位环槽331b可以一一对应的设置多对,弹性胶圈331c可以是O型圈,例如可以是橡胶圈。
进一步地,如图3所示,表芯200包括表芯壳250,第二按键孔210开设于表芯壳250上,第二按键杆330内端的外周还凸设有定位凸环331d,该定位凸环331d位于表芯壳250的内侧,能够对第二按键杆330的外伸起到限位作用,防止第二按键杆330外伸至第一按键孔111内,或者防止第二按键杆330从第二按键孔210内脱出。
图8是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的另一例的装配结构图。图9是图8所示结构的爆炸图。如图8、图9所示,为了协助旋转检测传感器240进行检测,同时为了提高检测精度,第二按键杆330的内端套设六角螺母340,例如二者通过螺纹连接固定,并且六角螺母340的外表面可以做成粗糙表面,例如在外表面设置凹凸不平的纹理,旋转检测传感器240(例如激光传感器)发射的光通过六角螺母340反射回来,在按键旋转时,旋转检测传感器240能够通过不同的反射状况,检测旋转的角度。
如图4-图7所示,本申请实施例提高的智能手表还包括巴管400。巴管400套设于第一按键杆320的外周并且内端固定插入第一按键孔111内。巴管400可通过铆接、螺接、粘接或者焊接中的至少一种方式固定于表框110的外表面上,并且内端伸入第一按键孔111内。例如,巴管400与表框110通过螺纹固定,巴管400旋入第一按键孔111内以后与表框110点焊,防止巴管400被反向扭出。
如图5-图7所示,第一按键杆320包括第一杆体321和连接块322,第一杆体321的一端固定连接于按键帽310之上,例如二者一体成型,第一杆体321的另一端固定套设有连接块322,连接块322滑动穿设于巴管400的内端。按键300能够在巴管400内进行旋转或者按压操作,通过设置连接块322,并且滑动穿设于巴管400的内端,能够提高按键300旋转运动或者伸缩运动的稳定性。
进一步地,如图5-图7所示,连接块322后端面上开设有具有内螺纹的紧固槽322b,第一杆体321的内端的外表面设有与该内螺纹相互配合的外螺纹,连接块322通过紧固槽322b紧固连接于第一杆体321之上。通过以上设置能够方便高效的实现连接块322和第一杆体321的可靠连接。
进一步地,如图5-图7所示,本申请实施例提供的智能手表还包括弹棒410和弹棒支架420。弹棒支架420固定于巴管400的内部并且套设于第一杆体321的外周,弹棒410通过过盈组装在弹棒支架420上,弹棒410用于向第一杆体321提供弹性夹紧力,进而能够对按键300起到更好的定位作用,弹棒410夹紧第一杆体321,还能够在旋转时向用户提供阻尼感。
如图5-图7所示,弹棒支架420呈圆盘状结构,并通过螺纹连接于巴管400的内部。弹棒支架420的中部具有供第一杆体321穿过的通孔,该通孔的孔径略大于第一杆体321的外径,保证第一杆体321能够顺畅转动。
本申请实施例中的按键300具有工作状态和拆卸状态,考虑到按键300的工作场景要远远多于拆卸场景,为了方便用户的使用,工作状态可以是按键300的默认状态,即在不受外力的情况下,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330保持接合,此时用户可以直接通过按键300对智能手表进行调节。
进一步地,智能手表还包括弹性件,该弹性件的弹力使第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330保持相互接合,即该弹性件将按键300弹性保持于工作状态。当用户需要拆卸表芯200时,用户可以通过按键帽310克服该弹性件的弹力向外拉拔第一按键杆320,进而使得按键300由工作状态转换至拆卸状态。
作为一种可能的实现方式,如图5-图7所示,本申请实施例提供的智能手表还包括弹簧430和垫片440。弹簧430和垫片440均套设于第一杆体321之上,并且被弹性夹紧于连接块322与弹棒支架420之间(即位于弹棒支架420背离弹棒410的另一侧),弹簧430通过垫片440向连接块322提供弹力,弹簧430的一端与弹棒支架420相抵接,另一端通过垫片440与连接块322的后端面相抵接,进而能够将第一按键杆320压紧于第二按键杆330之上,即将按键300保持在工作状态。
通过以上设置,当表芯200对位安装后,在巴管400内弹簧430作用下连接块322可以快速准确的与第二按键杆330对接,实现按键功能与限位作用,能够将按键300可靠保持在工作状态,方便用户使用。此外,由于有弹簧430的存在按键杆间不是刚性连接,可以防止拆除表芯200时因忘记拉拔按键帽310(表冠)导致按键300被损坏的问题,起到了缓冲作用。
当按键300处于工作状态,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互接合,第二按键杆330能够传递来自按键帽310的压力或者转矩。本申请对第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330的接合方式不作特殊限定,只要能够传递按压力和扭矩即可,例如第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330可以共同构成了一个“离合器”,能够实现接合和分离,进而能够实现动力的传输或者中断,在中断是方便用户将表芯200从表框111中取出。
如图5-图7所示,当按键300处于工作状态,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330相互插接配合。第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330中的一者上可以设置插头、插块、插柱或者插销等结构,而另一者上可以设置与之配合的插槽或者插孔。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,连接块322的前端面上设有定位插头322a,使得连接块322整体呈“凸”字形结构,第二按键杆330端面上开设有供定位插头322a插入的第二定位槽331a。自由状态下(即工作状态下),在弹簧430的作用下,定位插头322a插入第二定位槽331a内,定位插头322a的截面形状为非标准圆形,例如可以为三角形、六边形等,使得第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330之间不仅能够实现按压力的传递,还能够传递扭矩,第一按键杆320能够带动第二按键杆330同步进行旋转。
在其他实现方式中,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330也可以通过其他方式实现相互接合。图10是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的再一例的装配结构图。图11是图10所示结构的爆炸图。
如图10、图11所示,当按键300处于工作状态,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330的端面相抵以产生摩擦力,并且通过摩擦力实现转矩的传递。为了使摩擦力足够大,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330的端面可以设置的粗糙一些,该摩擦力例如可 以是静摩擦力。
进一步地,本申请实施例提供的智能手表还包括磁性件,该磁性件用于产生磁吸力以增大第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330的端面之间的压力,进而能够增大二者之间的摩擦力,有利于实现扭矩的顺利传递。
如图10、图11所示,在本申请实施例中,连接块322的端面上设有第一定位槽322c,第一按键杆320还包括固定设于第一定位槽322c内的第一磁性件323(例如通过胶粘);第二按键杆330包括第二杆体331和第二磁性件332,第二磁性件332固定设于第二杆体331的端面上开设的第二定位槽331a内;第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332之间具有磁吸力,当按键300处于工作状态,第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332相互贴合。第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332的贴合面均为粗糙的表面,在磁吸力的作用下,第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332之间具有足够的正压力,能够保证两个接触端面之间产生足够的摩擦力,来自按键帽310的扭矩能够被顺利传递至第二磁性件332。
可选地,第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332可以均为磁铁,并且二者保持相互吸引。
可选地,第一磁性件323与第二磁性件332中的一者为磁铁,另一者为铁或者镍等磁性金属材料。
可选地,在其他实现方式中,第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330之间还可以通过胶粘等方式以实现扭矩的顺利传递。用户通过向按键帽310施加足够的力能够将第一按键杆320与第二按键杆330从胶粘状态中分开。
图12是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的再一例的装配结构图。图13是图12所示结构的爆炸图。如图12、图13所示,相对于前述图10、图11所示的实施例,在本申请实施例中,第一磁性件323的前端从第一定位槽322c内伸出,并且沿着连接块322的端面向四周边缘延伸,从而使得第一磁性件323具有更大的接触面,该接触面不仅与第二磁性件332相贴合,还同时与第二按键杆330的端面相贴合,从而能够产生更大的摩擦力,保证扭矩被顺利传递。
进一步地,在本实施例中,第一磁性件323、第二磁性件332、第二按键杆330的端面、以及垫片440、六角螺母前端等摩擦位置均镀具有自润滑性、高硬度、高耐磨性的类金刚石薄膜(diamond-like carbon,DLC)涂层。第二按键杆330的内端面(与弹片231的接触面)、弹片231表面均镀DLC涂层,增加其旋转耐久能力,其润滑性能也能够减少按键的旋转阻尼。弹棒410的表面也镀具有自润滑性、高硬度、高耐磨性的DLC涂层,保证在第一按键杆320长期旋转的过程中不会因为弹棒410磨损而失效。
图14是本申请实施例提供的智能手表的按键300的再一例的装配结构图。图15是图14所示结构的爆炸图。
如图14、图15所示,相对于前述实施例,在本实施例中,巴管400套设于第二按键杆330的外周,第二按键杆330的外端从表面穿出至表外,并且位于巴管400内,第二按键杆330的外端面上设有卡接孔核前述的弹棒410,第一按键杆320通过弹棒410弹性卡接于该卡接孔内(可拆卸连接)。此时用户通过拉拔按键帽310即可将按 键帽310从巴管400上取下,方便用户对按键帽进行更换,用户可以个性化定制按键帽310,并能够在按键帽310上镭雕不同图形,文字等,满足用户个性换定制的需求。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能手表,其特征在于,包括:
    表框(110),所述表框(110)上开设有第一按键孔(111),所述表框(110)内设有表芯(200),所述表芯(200)上设有与所述第一按键孔(111)相对的第二按键孔(210);
    按键(300),包括按键帽(310)、第一按键杆(320)和第二按键杆(330),所述按键帽(310)与所述第一按键杆(320)相连,所述第一按键杆(320)设于所述第一按键孔(111)内,所述第二按键杆(330)设于所述第二按键孔(210)内;
    通过所述按键帽(310)调节所述第一按键杆(320)的位置可使所述按键(300)进入工作状态或者拆卸状态,当所述按键(300)处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆(320)与所述第二按键杆(330)相互接合,所述第二按键杆(330)能够传递来自所述按键帽(310)的压力或者转矩;当所述按键(300)处于所述拆卸状态,所述第一按键杆(320)与所述第二按键杆(330)相互分离,所述表芯(200)能够被从所述表框(110)内取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,当所述按键(300)处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆(320)与所述第二按键杆(330)相互插接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,当所述按键(300)处于所述工作状态,所述第一按键杆(320)与所述第二按键杆(330)的端面相抵以产生摩擦力,并且通过所述摩擦力实现转矩的传递。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括磁性件,所述磁性件用于产生磁吸力以增大所述第一按键杆(320)与所述第二按键杆(330)的端面之间的压力。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括:
    巴管(400),所述巴管(400)套设于所述第一按键杆(320)的外周并且内端固定插入所述第一按键孔(111)内;
    所述第一按键杆(320)包括第一杆体(321)和连接块(322),所述第一杆体(321)的一端固定连接于所述按键帽(310)之上,所述第一杆体(321)的另一端固定套设有所述连接块(322),所述连接块(322)滑动穿设于所述巴管(400)的内端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述连接块(322)的端面上设有定位插头(322a),所述第二按键杆(330)端面上开设有供所述定位插头(322a)插入的第二定位槽(331a)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述连接块(322)的端面上设有第一定位槽(322c),所述第一按键杆(320)还包括位于所述第一定位槽(322c)内的第一磁性件(323);
    所述第二按键杆(330)包括第二杆体(331)和第二磁性件(332),所述第二磁性件(332)设于所述第二杆体(331)的端面上开设的第二定位槽(331a)内;
    所述第一磁性件(323)与所述第二磁性件(332)之间具有磁吸力,当所述按键(300)处于所述工作状态,所述第一磁性件(323)与所述第二磁性件(332)相互贴 合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括:
    弹棒支架(420),固定于所述巴管(400)的内部并且套设于所述第一杆体(321)的外周;
    弹棒(410),被设置于所述弹棒支架(420)上,所述弹棒(410)用于向所述第一杆体(321)提供弹性夹紧力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括:
    弹簧(430)和垫片(440),均套设于所述第一杆体(321)之上,并且被夹紧于所述连接块(322)与所述弹棒支架(420)之间,所述弹簧(430)用于通过所述垫片(440)向所述连接块(322)提供弹力,以将所述按键(300)保持在所述工作状态。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述第二按键杆(330)通过弹性胶圈(331c)嵌入所述第二按键孔(210)内,所述弹性胶圈(331c)套设于所述第二按键杆(330)的外周并且位于定位环槽(331b)内。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表芯(200)包括:
    安装支架(220);
    按键开关(230),安装于所述安装支架(220)上,用于供所述第二按键杆(330)进行按压,所述按键开关(230)包括用于使所述第二按键杆(330)复位的弹片(231);
    旋转检测传感器(240),安装于所述安装支架(220)上,用于检测所述第二按键杆(330)的旋转角度。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述连接块(322)后端面上开设有具有内螺纹的紧固槽(322b),所述连接块(322)通过所述紧固槽(322b)紧固连接于所述第一杆体(321)之上。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述弹棒支架(420)呈圆盘状结构,并通过螺纹连接于所述巴管(400)的内部,所述弹棒(410)与所述弹簧(430)位于所述弹棒支架(420)相对的两侧。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述巴管(400)通过粘接、螺接、焊接或者铆接的方式固定于所述第一按键孔(111)内。
  15. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表芯(200)包括显示屏(500)和表芯壳(250),所述显示屏(500)固定设置于所述表芯壳(250)上,所述第二按键孔(210)开设于所述表芯壳(250)上。
