一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,包括盒身,所述盒身上侧转动连接有相匹配的盒盖,所述盒身和盒盖之间粘接有相匹配的包封条,所述盒身内侧设有固定板,所述固定板与盒身底部之间固定连接有多根均匀分布的弹性伸缩杆,所述固定板下端固定连接有多个均匀分布的密封塞,所述密封塞下端螺纹连接有相匹配的试管,所述试管内盛放有肿瘤细胞的诊断试剂,所述密封塞和试管之间包裹有,所述密封塞下端开设有感知槽,所述感知槽内安装有感知自热囊。
进一步的,所述盒身包括外盒、海绵垫以及磁吸层,所述磁吸层固定连接于外盒内底端,所述海绵垫固定连接于磁吸层上端,所述海绵垫上端开设有多个与试管相匹配的软定位槽,海绵垫起到对试管的保护作用,磁吸层则可以在感知自热囊感知到密封失效后,主动施加磁吸力进行干预,提高感知自热囊的膨胀的程度来促进预警效果。
进一步的,所述弹性伸缩杆处于压缩状态,且弹性伸缩杆延伸后的高度高于盒身的高度,可以在打开盒盖后通过弹性伸缩杆主动顶起固定板,进而方便取下试管进行诊断使用。
进一步的,所述感知自热囊包括外透气膜、多孔导热隔板以及多个热软化磁球,所述外透气膜固定连接于感知槽的槽口处,所述多孔导热隔板固定连接于感知槽内部,所述热软化磁球均匀设置于多孔导热隔板远离外透气膜的一侧,所述热软化磁球与感知槽顶壁之间固定连接有弹性拉绳,在发生密 封失效后,外界空气进入到试管内,然后通过外透气膜进入到内侧,并与自发热材料进行反应产生热量,热量通过多孔导热隔板传导至热软化磁球上,从而促使其软化,进而在磁吸层的磁吸作用力下穿过多孔导热隔板,顶起外透气膜向下侧膨胀预警。
进一步的,所述外透气膜为弹性的防水透气膜,所述外透气膜和多孔导热隔板之间填充有自发热材料。
进一步的,所述诊断试剂的高度低于外透气膜的最大形变长度,所述试管内其余空间填充有氮气,一方面对诊断试剂进行保护,另一方面不易对感知自热囊造成误干扰。
进一步的,所述热软化磁球包括形变外衣、热熔夹层以及磁性内芯,所述磁性内芯设置于形变外衣内部,所述热熔夹层填充于形变外衣和磁性内芯之间,热熔夹层正常状态下对热软化磁球的整体形状进行支撑,从而不易从多孔导热隔板中穿过,在发生密封失效后空气进入,进而发生反应产生热量促使热熔夹层熔化,进而磁性内芯在磁吸层的磁吸作用下穿过多孔导热隔板向下移动,迫使多孔导热隔板向下侧膨胀预警。
进一步的,所述形变外衣采用弹性导热材料制成,所述热熔夹层采用低熔点的热熔性材料制成,且熔点高于室温。
进一步的,所述多孔导热隔板的网孔直径小于热软化磁球的直径并大于热熔夹层的直径,所述形变外衣外侧涂覆有彩漆层,具有彩漆层的形变外衣在推动外透气膜发生膨胀后,对技术人员的可视化预警效果更好。
进一步的,所述试管和外透气膜均为透明材质,所述盒盖前端镶嵌连接有相对应的可视窗。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案可以实现采用特殊的密封方式,依靠密封塞和试管之间的螺纹密封来实现试剂的方便取用,同时利用密封塞内的感知自热囊对密封性进行感知,当出现密封性失效的时候,外界的空气首先进入到试管内,密封塞内的感知自热囊可以及时的感知到空气中的氧气并与其发生反应来产生热量,进而促使感知自热囊部分熔化,进而在磁吸作用下发生向下膨胀动作,依靠视觉上的变化来对技术人员进行密封预警,可以有效避免受到污染的试剂被误用,提高试剂诊断的可信度以及安全性。
(2)本方案中盒身包括外盒、海绵垫以及磁吸层,磁吸层固定连接于外盒内底端,海绵垫固定连接于磁吸层上端,海绵垫上端开设有多个与试管相匹配的软定位槽,海绵垫起到对试管的保护作用,磁吸层则可以在感知自热囊感知到密封失效后,主动施加磁吸力进行干预,提高感知自热囊的膨胀的程度来促进预警效果。
(3)本方案中感知自热囊包括外透气膜、多孔导热隔板以及多个热软化磁球,外透气膜固定连接于感知槽的槽口处,多孔导热隔板固定连接于感知槽内部,热软化磁球均匀设置于多孔导热隔板远离外透气膜的一侧,热软化磁球与感知槽顶壁之间固定连接有弹性拉绳,在发生密封失效后,外界空气进入到试管内,然后通过外透气膜进入到内侧,并与自发热材料进行反应产生热量,热量通过多孔导热隔板传导至热软化磁球上,从而促使其软化,进而在磁吸层的磁吸作用力下穿过多孔导热隔板,顶起外透气膜向下侧膨胀预警。
(4)本方案中诊断试剂的高度低于外透气膜的最大形变长度,试管内其余空间填充有氮气,一方面对诊断试剂进行保护,另一方面不易对感知自热囊造成误干扰。
(5)本方案中热软化磁球包括形变外衣、热熔夹层以及磁性内芯,磁性内芯设置于形变外衣内部,热熔夹层填充于形变外衣和磁性内芯之间,热熔 夹层正常状态下对热软化磁球的整体形状进行支撑,从而不易从多孔导热隔板中穿过,在发生密封失效后空气进入,进而发生反应产生热量促使热熔夹层熔化,进而磁性内芯在磁吸层的磁吸作用下穿过多孔导热隔板向下移动,迫使多孔导热隔板向下侧膨胀预警。
(6)本方案中多孔导热隔板的网孔直径小于热软化磁球的直径并大于热熔夹层的直径,形变外衣外侧涂覆有彩漆层,具有彩漆层的形变外衣在推动外透气膜发生膨胀后,对技术人员的可视化预警效果更好。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-3,一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,包括盒身1,盒身1上侧转动连接有相匹配的盒盖2,盒身1和盒盖2之间粘接有相匹配的包封条3,盒身1内侧设有固定板5,固定板5与盒身1底部之间固定连接有多根均匀分布的弹性伸缩杆6,固定板5下端固定连接有多个均匀分布的密封塞7,密封塞7下端螺纹连接有相匹配的试管8,试管8内盛放有肿瘤细胞的诊断试剂,诊断试剂为现有产品,具体成分在此不再赘述,密封塞7和试管8之间包裹有10,密封塞7下端开设有感知槽,感知槽内安装有感知自热囊9。
试管8和外透气膜91均为透明材质,盒盖2前端镶嵌连接有相对应的可视窗4。
请参阅图2,盒身1包括外盒11、海绵垫12以及磁吸层13,磁吸层13固定连接于外盒11内底端,海绵垫12固定连接于磁吸层13上端,海绵垫12上端开设有多个与试管8相匹配的软定位槽,海绵垫12起到对试管8的保护作用,磁吸层13则可以在感知自热囊9感知到密封失效后,主动施加磁吸力 进行干预,提高感知自热囊9的膨胀的程度来促进预警效果。
弹性伸缩杆6处于压缩状态,且弹性伸缩杆6延伸后的高度高于盒身1的高度,可以在打开盒盖2后通过弹性伸缩杆6主动顶起固定板5,进而方便取下试管8进行诊断使用。
请参阅图4,感知自热囊9包括外透气膜91、多孔导热隔板92以及多个热软化磁球93,外透气膜91固定连接于感知槽的槽口处,多孔导热隔板92固定连接于感知槽内部,热软化磁球93均匀设置于多孔导热隔板92远离外透气膜91的一侧,热软化磁球93与感知槽顶壁之间固定连接有弹性拉绳,在发生密封失效后,外界空气进入到试管8内,然后通过外透气膜91进入到内侧,并与自发热材料进行反应产生热量,热量通过多孔导热隔板92传导至热软化磁球93上,从而促使其软化,进而在磁吸层13的磁吸作用力下穿过多孔导热隔板92,顶起外透气膜91向下侧膨胀预警。
外透气膜91为弹性的防水透气膜,外透气膜91和多孔导热隔板92之间填充有自发热材料。
诊断试剂的高度低于外透气膜91的最大形变长度,试管8内其余空间填充有氮气,一方面对诊断试剂进行保护,另一方面不易对感知自热囊9造成误干扰。
请参阅图5,热软化磁球93包括形变外衣931、热熔夹层932以及磁性内芯933,磁性内芯933设置于形变外衣931内部,热熔夹层932填充于形变外衣931和磁性内芯933之间,热熔夹层932正常状态下对热软化磁球93的整体形状进行支撑,从而不易从多孔导热隔板92中穿过,在发生密封失效后空气进入,进而发生反应产生热量促使热熔夹层932熔化,进而磁性内芯933在磁吸层13的磁吸作用下穿过多孔导热隔板92向下移动,迫使多孔导热隔板92向下侧膨胀预警。
形变外衣931采用弹性导热材料制成,热熔夹层932采用低熔点的热熔 性材料制成,且熔点高于室温。
多孔导热隔板92的网孔直径小于热软化磁球93的直径并大于热熔夹层932的直径,形变外衣931外侧涂覆有彩漆层,具有彩漆层的形变外衣931在推动外透气膜91发生膨胀后,对技术人员的可视化预警效果更好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,包括盒身(1),其特征在于:所述盒身(1)上侧转动连接有相匹配的盒盖(2),所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)之间粘接有相匹配的包封条(3),所述盒身(1)内侧设有固定板(5),所述固定板(5)与盒身(1)底部之间固定连接有多根均匀分布的弹性伸缩杆(6),所述固定板(5)下端固定连接有多个均匀分布的密封塞(7),所述密封塞(7)下端螺纹连接有相匹配的试管(8),所述试管(8)内盛放有肿瘤细胞的诊断试剂,所述密封塞(7)和试管(8)之间包裹有(10),所述密封塞(7)下端开设有感知槽,所述感知槽内安装有感知自热囊(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒身(1)包括外盒(11)、海绵垫(12)以及磁吸层(13),所述磁吸层(13)固定连接于外盒(11)内底端,所述海绵垫(12)固定连接于磁吸层(13)上端,所述海绵垫(12)上端开设有多个与试管(8)相匹配的软定位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述弹性伸缩杆(6)处于压缩状态,且弹性伸缩杆(6)延伸后的高度高于盒身(1)的高度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述感知自热囊(9)包括外透气膜(91)、多孔导热隔板(92)以及多个热软化磁球(93),所述外透气膜(91)固定连接于感知槽的槽口处,所述多孔导热隔板(92)固定连接于感知槽内部,所述热软化磁球(93)均匀设置于多孔导热隔板(92)远离外透气膜(91)的一侧,所述热软化磁球(93)与感知槽顶壁之间固定连接有弹性拉绳。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述外透气膜(91)为弹性的防水透气膜,所述外透气膜(91)和多孔导热隔板(92)之间填充有自发热材料。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述诊断试剂的高度低于外透气膜(91)的最大形变长度,所述试管(8)内其余空间填充有氮气。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述热软化磁球(93)包括形变外衣(931)、热熔夹层(932)以及磁性内芯(933),所述磁性内芯(933)设置于形变外衣(931)内部,所述热熔夹层(932)填充于形变外衣(931)和磁性内芯(933)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述形变外衣(931)采用弹性导热材料制成,所述热熔夹层(932)采用低熔点的热熔性材料制成,且熔点高于室温。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述多孔导热隔板(92)的网孔直径小于热软化磁球(93)的直径并大于热熔夹层(932)的直径,所述形变外衣(931)外侧涂覆有彩漆层。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种肿瘤细胞辅助诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述试管(8)和外透气膜(91)均为透明材质,所述盒盖(2)前端镶嵌连接有相对应的可视窗(4)。
