一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,包括盒身(1)以及相匹配的盒盖(2),所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)的连接处外侧粘接有包封条(3),所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)内侧相互靠近一端均固定连接有内密封条(5),且一对内密封条(5)之间相抵触,所述内密封条(5)上镶嵌连接有多个均匀分布的隔离板(9),所述内密封条(5)相互靠近一端均开设有多个均匀分布的储胶槽,所述储胶槽外侧开口处固定连接有水溶嵌条(7),所述储胶槽内侧固定连接有拦胶膜层(8),所述拦胶膜层(8)与储胶槽之间填充有液态的防水胶,所述内密封条(5)上端开设有多个均匀分布的迁移孔,且迁移孔与储胶槽之间相连通,所述迁移孔内滑动连接有相匹配的磁压块(6),且磁压块(6)延伸至储胶槽内与拦胶膜层(8)之间固定连接。本试剂盒不仅可以具备外部的防潮功能,同时在水分入侵之后可以触发第二道密封程序,显著改善试剂盒在高湿度环境下的保存效果。
Description
本发明涉及试剂盒技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒。
试剂盒是用于盛放检测化学成分、药物残留、病毒种类等化学试剂的盒子。一般医院、制药企业使用。
现有的试剂盒一般不具备防潮功能,外界的水分极易进入到试剂盒内部,容易对试剂造成污染,尤其是在高湿度的环境下,试剂盒难以进行长时间的保存。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,可以实现采用特殊的密封方式,对外界的水分进行充分的阻挡,即使发生水分侵入的现象,内侧的水溶嵌条也会及时感知到水分入侵,并发生相应的溶解动作而软化,进而在连接处两侧的内密封条,依靠磁压块之间的磁吸作用来相互靠近,触发内密封条内储胶槽的防水胶逸出,并于一对内密封条之间形成胶水层进行二次主动密封,避免水分进一步入侵,与现有的试剂盒相比,本发明不仅可以具备外部的防潮功能,同时在水分入侵之后可以触发第二道密封程序,显著改善试剂盒在高湿度环境下的保存效果。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,包括盒身以及相匹配的盒盖,所述盒身和盒盖的连接处外侧粘接有包封条,所述盒身和盒盖内侧相互靠近一端均 固定连接有内密封条,且一对内密封条之间相抵触,所述内密封条上镶嵌连接有多个均匀分布的隔离板,所述内密封条相互靠近一端均开设有多个均匀分布的储胶槽,所述储胶槽外侧开口处固定连接有水溶嵌条,所述储胶槽内侧固定连接有拦胶膜层,所述拦胶膜层与储胶槽之间填充有液态的防水胶,所述内密封条上端开设有多个均匀分布的迁移孔,且迁移孔与储胶槽之间相连通,所述迁移孔内滑动连接有相匹配的磁压块,且磁压块延伸至储胶槽内与拦胶膜层之间固定连接。
进一步的,所述内密封条包括主定位条、外水胀条以及内吸水条,所述外水胀条和内吸水条对称连接于一对主定位条相互靠近一端,且外水胀条位于主定位条外侧,主定位条提供定位作用,在水分入侵后,外水胀条可以吸收水分并发生膨胀动作,起到初步阻挡水分入侵的作用,内吸水条具备良好的吸水效果,可以防止水分过快的入侵到试剂盒内部,使得水溶嵌条具有足够的时间来触发溶解动作。
进一步的,所述外水胀条采用吸水膨胀橡胶制成,所述内吸水条采用高分子吸水树脂制成。
进一步的,所述拦胶膜层包括储胶膜、多个尖刺针以及多个吸水纤维束,所述尖刺针和吸水纤维束交错分布于储胶膜远离磁压块的一端,在水溶嵌条遇水溶解之后,在磁压块相互之间的磁吸作用下对储胶膜进行挤压膨胀,从而推动尖刺针刺破对应的储胶膜以实现防水胶的释放,吸水纤维束起到传导水分的作用,一方面可以加速水溶嵌条的溶解,另一方面在防水胶溢出形成胶水层之后,起到提高胶水层强度的效果,不易出现开裂或者剥离的现象。
进一步的,所述尖刺针采用硬质材料制成,且上下两排尖刺针之间交错分布,所述吸水纤维束采用吸水性材料制成并延伸至水溶嵌条外表面。
进一步的,所述水溶嵌条采用泡腾崩解剂和吸湿粉混合压制而成,所述吸湿粉采用植物叶片研磨干燥得到,泡腾崩解剂在遇水后溶解并发生反应, 从而释放出大量的气体促使水溶嵌条快速溶解,而吸湿粉可以对水分进行吸收防止逃逸,提高胶水层对水分的阻挡作用。
进一步的,所述储胶槽的截面形状呈优弧型,且靠近开口处呈收敛状,一方面可以更好的对水溶嵌条进行定位,防止在磁压块的挤压作用下提前脱落,另一方面可以容纳更多的防水胶来提高胶水层形成的充分性。
进一步的,所述磁压块包括磁性压条、延伸杆以及预警囊,所述磁性压条插设于储胶槽内,所述延伸杆固定连接于磁性压条远离拦胶膜层的一端,所述预警囊固定连接于延伸杆远离磁性压条的一端,且预警囊延伸至外侧,磁性压条在磁吸作用下可以对拦胶膜层进行充分的挤压,同时预警囊可以暴露在外界进行预警作用,在发生水分入侵现象时,磁性压条会向内侧移动以进行挤压,从而带动预警囊离开本来的位置,从而获悉到水分入侵现象以及对应的位置。
进一步的,所述磁性压条采用磁性材料制成,所述预警囊开设有多个均匀分布的透气孔,且内部填充有固体干燥剂,预警囊在试剂盒内还能起到对内环境内水汽的吸收作用,提高试剂盒内部环境的干燥程度。
进一步的,所述盒身和盒盖相互靠近一端均固定连接有透明可视框,且透明可视框的高度大于包封条的二分之一,所述预警囊延伸至透明可视框被包封条遮盖的区域外。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案可以实现采用特殊的密封方式,对外界的水分进行充分的阻挡,即使发生水分侵入的现象,内侧的水溶嵌条也会及时感知到水分入侵,并发生相应的溶解动作而软化,进而在连接处两侧的内密封条,依靠磁压块之间的磁吸作用来相互靠近,触发内密封条内储胶槽的防水胶逸出,并于一对内密封条之间形成胶水层进行二次主动密封,避免水分进一步入侵,与现 有的试剂盒相比,本发明不仅可以具备外部的防潮功能,同时在水分入侵之后可以触发第二道密封程序,显著改善试剂盒在高湿度环境下的保存效果。
(2)本方案中内密封条包括主定位条、外水胀条以及内吸水条,外水胀条和内吸水条对称连接于一对主定位条相互靠近一端,且外水胀条位于主定位条外侧,主定位条提供定位作用,在水分入侵后,外水胀条可以吸收水分并发生膨胀动作,起到初步阻挡水分入侵的作用,内吸水条具备良好的吸水效果,可以防止水分过快的入侵到试剂盒内部,使得水溶嵌条具有足够的时间来触发溶解动作。
(3)本方案中拦胶膜层包括储胶膜、多个尖刺针以及多个吸水纤维束,尖刺针和吸水纤维束交错分布于储胶膜远离磁压块的一端,在水溶嵌条遇水溶解之后,在磁压块相互之间的磁吸作用下对储胶膜进行挤压膨胀,从而推动尖刺针刺破对应的储胶膜以实现防水胶的释放,吸水纤维束起到传导水分的作用,一方面可以加速水溶嵌条的溶解,另一方面在防水胶溢出形成胶水层之后,起到提高胶水层强度的效果,不易出现开裂或者剥离的现象。

(5)本方案中储胶槽的截面形状呈优弧型,且靠近开口处呈收敛状,一方面可以更好的对水溶嵌条进行定位,防止在磁压块的挤压作用下提前脱落,另一方面可以容纳更多的防水胶来提高胶水层形成的充分性。
(6)本方案中磁压块包括磁性压条、延伸杆以及预警囊,磁性压条插设于储胶槽内,延伸杆固定连接于磁性压条远离拦胶膜层的一端,预警囊固定连接于延伸杆远离磁性压条的一端,且预警囊延伸至外侧,磁性压条在磁吸作用下可以对拦胶膜层进行充分的挤压,同时预警囊可以暴露在外界进行预 警作用,在发生水分入侵现象时,磁性压条会向内侧移动以进行挤压,从而带动预警囊离开本来的位置,从而获悉到水分入侵现象以及对应的位置。
(7)本方案中磁性压条采用磁性材料制成,预警囊开设有多个均匀分布的透气孔,且内部填充有固体干燥剂,预警囊在试剂盒内还能起到对内环境内水汽的吸收作用,提高试剂盒内部环境的干燥程度。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-2,一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,包括盒身1以及相匹配的盒盖2,盒身1和盒盖2的连接处外侧粘接有包封条3,盒身1和盒盖2内侧相互靠近一端均固定连接有内密封条5,且一对内密封条5之间相抵触,内密封条5上镶嵌连接有多个均匀分布的隔离板9,内密封条5相互靠近一端均开设有多个均匀分布的储胶槽,储胶槽外侧开口处固定连接有水溶嵌条7,储胶槽内侧固定连接有拦胶膜层8,拦胶膜层8与储胶槽之间填充有液态的防水胶,内密封条5上端开设有多个均匀分布的迁移孔,且迁移孔与储胶槽之间相连通,迁移孔内滑动连接有相匹配的磁压块6,且磁压块6延伸至储胶槽内与拦胶膜层8之间固定连接。
请参阅图3,内密封条5包括主定位条51、外水胀条52以及内吸水条53,外水胀条52和内吸水条53对称连接于一对主定位条51相互靠近一端,且外水胀条52位于主定位条51外侧,主定位条51提供定位作用,在水分入侵后,外水胀条52可以吸收水分并发生膨胀动作,起到初步阻挡水分入侵的作用,内吸水条53具备良好的吸水效果,可以防止水分过快的入侵到试剂盒内部,使得水溶嵌条7具有足够的时间来触发溶解动作。
外水胀条52采用吸水膨胀橡胶制成,内吸水条53采用高分子吸水树脂制成。
请参阅图4-5,拦胶膜层8包括储胶膜81、多个尖刺针82以及多个吸水纤维束83,尖刺针82和吸水纤维束83交错分布于储胶膜81远离磁压块6的一端,在水溶嵌条7遇水溶解之后,在磁压块6相互之间的磁吸作用下对储胶膜81进行挤压膨胀,从而推动尖刺针82刺破对应的储胶膜81以实现防水胶的释放,吸水纤维束83起到传导水分的作用,一方面可以加速水溶嵌条7的溶解,另一方面在防水胶溢出形成胶水层之后,起到提高胶水层强度的效果,不易出现开裂或者剥离的现象。
尖刺针82采用硬质材料制成,且上下两排尖刺针82之间交错分布,吸水纤维束83采用吸水性材料制成并延伸至水溶嵌条7外表面。
水溶嵌条7采用泡腾崩解剂和吸湿粉混合压制而成,吸湿粉采用植物叶片研磨干燥得到,泡腾崩解剂在遇水后溶解并发生反应,从而释放出大量的气体促使水溶嵌条7快速溶解,而吸湿粉可以对水分进行吸收防止逃逸,提高胶水层对水分的阻挡作用。
储胶槽的截面形状呈优弧型,且靠近开口处呈收敛状,一方面可以更好的对水溶嵌条7进行定位,防止在磁压块6的挤压作用下提前脱落,另一方面可以容纳更多的防水胶来提高胶水层形成的充分性。
磁压块6包括磁性压条61、延伸杆62以及预警囊63,磁性压条61插设于储胶槽内,延伸杆62固定连接于磁性压条61远离拦胶膜层8的一端,预警囊63固定连接于延伸杆62远离磁性压条61的一端,且预警囊63延伸至外侧,磁性压条61在磁吸作用下可以对拦胶膜层8进行充分的挤压,同时预警囊63可以暴露在外界进行预警作用,在发生水分入侵现象时,磁性压条61会向内侧移动以进行挤压,从而带动预警囊63离开本来的位置,从而获悉到水分入侵现象以及对应的位置。
磁性压条61采用磁性材料制成,预警囊63开设有多个均匀分布的透气孔,且内部填充有固体干燥剂,预警囊63在试剂盒内还能起到对内环境内水汽的吸收作用,提高试剂盒内部环境的干燥程度。
盒身1和盒盖2相互靠近一端均固定连接有透明可视框4,且透明可视框4的高度大于包封条3的二分之一,预警囊63延伸至透明可视框4被包封条3遮盖的区域外。
请参阅图6-7,本发明可以实现采用特殊的密封方式,对外界的水分进行充分的阻挡,即使发生水分侵入的现象,内侧的水溶嵌条7也会及时感知到水分入侵,并发生相应的溶解动作而软化,进而在连接处两侧的内密封条5,依靠磁压块6之间的磁吸作用来相互靠近,触发内密封条5内储胶槽的防水胶逸出,并于一对内密封条5之间形成胶水层进行二次主动密封,避免水分进一步入侵,与现有的试剂盒相比,本发明不仅可以具备外部的防潮功能,同时在水分入侵之后可以触发第二道密封程序,显著改善试剂盒在高湿度环境下的保存效果。

- 一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,包括盒身(1)以及相匹配的盒盖(2),其特征在于:所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)的连接处外侧粘接有包封条(3),所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)内侧相互靠近一端均固定连接有内密封条(5),且一对内密封条(5)之间相抵触,所述内密封条(5)上镶嵌连接有多个均匀分布的隔离板(9),所述内密封条(5)相互靠近一端均开设有多个均匀分布的储胶槽,所述储胶槽外侧开口处固定连接有水溶嵌条(7),所述储胶槽内侧固定连接有拦胶膜层(8),所述拦胶膜层(8)与储胶槽之间填充有液态的防水胶,所述内密封条(5)上端开设有多个均匀分布的迁移孔,且迁移孔与储胶槽之间相连通,所述迁移孔内滑动连接有相匹配的磁压块(6),且磁压块(6)延伸至储胶槽内与拦胶膜层(8)之间固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述内密封条(5)包括主定位条(51)、外水胀条(52)以及内吸水条(53),所述外水胀条(52)和内吸水条(53)对称连接于一对主定位条(51)相互靠近一端,且外水胀条(52)位于主定位条(51)外侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述外水胀条(52)采用吸水膨胀橡胶制成,所述内吸水条(53)采用高分子吸水树脂制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述拦胶膜层(8)包括储胶膜(81)、多个尖刺针(82)以及多个吸水纤维束(83),所述尖刺针(82)和吸水纤维束(83)交错分布于储胶膜(81)远离磁压块(6)的一端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述尖刺针(82)采用硬质材料制成,且上下两排尖刺针(82)之间交错分布,所述吸水纤维束(83)采用吸水性材料制成并延伸至水溶嵌条(7)外表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述水溶嵌条(7)采用泡腾崩解剂和吸湿粉混合压制而成,所述吸湿粉采用植物叶片研磨干燥得到。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述储胶槽的截面形状呈优弧型,且靠近开口处呈收敛状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述磁压块(6)包括磁性压条(61)、延伸杆(62)以及预警囊(63),所述磁性压条(61)插设于储胶槽内,所述延伸杆(62)固定连接于磁性压条(61)远离拦胶膜层(8)的一端,所述预警囊(63)固定连接于延伸杆(62)远离磁性压条(61)的一端,且预警囊(63)延伸至外侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述磁性压条(61)采用磁性材料制成,所述预警囊(63)开设有多个均匀分布的透气孔,且内部填充有固体干燥剂。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有存放效果的诊断试剂盒,其特征在于:所述盒身(1)和盒盖(2)相互靠近一端均固定连接有透明可视框(4),且透明可视框(4)的高度大于包封条(3)的二分之一,所述预警囊(63)延伸至透明可视框(4)被包封条(3)遮盖的区域外。
