Abstract
L'invention concerne un chargeur embarqué (OBC) comprenant les modules suivants : - un correcteur de puissance (2) de type RFC; - un condensateur (3) de type DC-Link; - un transformateur (4) connecté au condensateur (3), ayant un primaire (T1 ) et un secondaire (T2); et - deux commutateurs (W1, W2) connectés au transformateur (4), configurés pour alimenter un point milieu du secondaire (T2) du module de transformateur. Le secondaire étant bidirectionnel, est connecté à deux demi-ponts de MOSFET (M1, M2) pour réaliser un redressement de tension, et les demi-ponts de MOSFET (M1, M2) coopèrent des inductances (11, I2), et fonctionnent en décalage de phase. L'invention concerne également un système, un véhicule et un procédé sur la base d'un tel chargeur (OBC).

DESCRIPTION
TITRE : CHARGEUR EMBARQUE POUR UNE RECHARGE A DIFFERENTES TENSIONS DE BORNE, SYSTEME, VEHICULE ET PROCEDE SUR LA BASE D’UN TEL CHARGEUR
La présente invention revendique la priorité de la demande française N ° 2205741 déposée le 14.06.2022 dont le contenu (texte, dessin et revendications) est ici incorporé par référence.
L’invention se rapporte au domaine des groupes motopropulseurs de véhicules électriques et hybrides, ainsi que celui des bornes de recharge rapide et chargeurs embarqués de ces véhicules.
L’invention concerne plus précisément les chargeurs embarqués de véhicule, en particulier sur des facultés d’extension de recharge.
L’art antérieur a proposé des systèmes dits de recharge rapide. Dans ces systèmes, une recharge rapide d’un véhicule électrique disposant d’une batterie à 800V, se fait par une borne de charge rapide à 800V. Une tension continue de 800V est appliquée directement aux bornes de la batterie 800V du véhicule.
Par ailleurs, une recharge rapide d’un véhicule électrique disposant d’une batterie à 400V, se fait par une borne de charge rapide à 400V. Une tension continue de 400V est appliquée directement aux bornes de la batterie 400V du véhicule.
Malheureusement, une recharge rapide d’un véhicule électrique disposant d’une batterie à 800V, ne peut pas se faire par une borne de charge rapide à 400V. En effet, la tension disponible est inférieure à 800V donc le courant délivré est nul.
En outre, une recharge d’un véhicule électrique disposant d’une batterie à 400V, effectuée sur une borne de charge rapide à 800V, nécessite que la borne s’adapte à cette tension inférieure.
Un objectif de l’invention est de remédier aux inconvénients de l’art antérieur, et notamment de proposer une solution de recharge adaptée à différentes tensions de batterie et de source.
Pour atteindre cet objectif, l’invention propose un chargeur embarqué pour un véhicule automobile, configurée pour charger une batterie de traction du véhicule automobile sur une source de courant, le chargeur embarqué comprenant :
- un module de filtre entrant configuré pour être connecté à la source de courant ;
- un module de correction de puissance connecté au module de filtre entrant ;
- un module de condensateur connecté au module de correction de puissance ;
- un module de transformateur connecté au module de condensateur, le module de transformateur ayant un primaire et un secondaire ;
- un module de commutateur connecté au module de transformateur, le module de commutateur comportant deux commutateurs ;
- un module de filtre sortant connecté au module de commutateur, et configuré pour être connecté à la batterie de traction, le module de filtre sortant comprenant un sous-module de stimulation, dans lequel les commutateurs sont configurés pour alimenter un point milieu du secondaire du module de transformateur, le secondaire étant bidirectionnel et connecté à deux demi-ponts de MOSFET de sorte à réaliser un redressement de tension, dans lequel chaque demi-pont de MOSFET coopère avec au moins une inductance, et est configuré pour fonctionner en décalage de phase par rapport à l’autre demi-pont de sorte à ne pas saturer le module de transformateur.
Avantageusement, l’invention permet d’utiliser, indifféremment, une borne de recharge rapide à 400V ou 800V pour un véhicule disposant d’une batterie à 800V.
De même, elle permet d’utiliser, indifféremment, une borne charge rapide à 400V ou 800V pour un véhicule disposant d’une batterie à 400V ou à 800V.
Selon la variante considérée, l’invention permet de charger tout véhicule (400/800V) sur une borne de recharge en tensions alternatives monophasées, biphasées et triphasées.
Plus précisément, l’ajout de deux commutateurs et permet d’alimenter le point milieu du secondaire du transformateur 4. Le secondaire étant bidirectionnel, le redressement est réalisé par les deux demi-ponts de MOSFET.
Ces deux demi-ponts ainsi que les deux inductances du transformateur sont utilisés pour convertir le 400V en 800V, et réalisant une fonction de stimulation (ou « boost » en langue anglaise).
L’invention simplifie le montage de chargeur embarqué en diminuant le nombre de commutateurs de l’art antérieur qui sont peu disponibles et volumineux. En outre, le volume d’intégration est plus favorable en raison du mode de fonctionnement du secondaire du convertisseur.
Selon une variante, le chargeur embarqué est configuré pour fonctionner alternativement en courant alternatif monophasé, biphasé et triphasé.
Cela permet d’être adapté aux différentes sources de courant correspondantes pour une batterie de traction donnée.

Cela permet d’être adapté aux différentes batteries de traction et sources de courant correspondantes.
L’invention porte en outre sur un système de chargeur embarqué comprenant une batterie de traction et un chargeur embarqué selon l’invention, dans lequel le module de filtre sortant est connecté à la batterie de traction.
Selon une variante, le système de chargeur embarqué comprend en outre un module de connexion pour connecter le chargeur embarqué à une source de courant.
L’invention concerne également, un véhicule automobile comprenant un chargeur embarqué selon l’invention.
Un autre objet de l’invention concerne un procédé de charge d’une batterie de traction d’un véhicule automobile sur une source de courant, comprenant au moins une étape de charge de la batterie de traction au moyen d’un un chargeur embarqué selon l’invention.
L’invention sera davantage détaillée par la description non-limitative de variantes, et sur la base de la [Fig.1] annexée illustrant schématiquement un chargeur embarqué selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l’invention.
L’invention concerne un chargeur embarqué OBC d’un véhicule automobile, du type permettant de charger une batterie de traction B dudit véhicule sur une source de courant S telle qu’une borne de recharge.
Comme on peut le voir sur la figure annexée, le chargeur embarqué OBC comprend, de l’extrémité de connexion à la source S, à l’extrémité de connexion à la batterie B :
- un module de filtre entrant 1 ou filtre entrant ;
- un module de correction de puissance 2 de type PFC, connu en lui-même ;
- un module de condensateur 3 de type DC-Link, connu en lui-même ;
- un module de transformateur 4 connecté au module de condensateur 3, ayant un primaire T1 et un secondaire T2 ;
- un module de commutateur 5 connecté au module de transformateur 4, qui comporte deux commutateurs W1 , W2 ; et
- un module de filtre sortant 6 connecté au module de commutateur 5, et configuré pour être connecté à la batterie de traction B.
Le module de filtre sortant 6 comprend un sous-module de stimulation (ou « boost » en langue anglaise).
En outre, les commutateurs W1 , W2, sont configurés pour alimenter un point milieu du secondaire T2 du module de transformateur 4.
Le secondaire est bi-directionnel et connecté à deux demi-ponts de MOSFET M1 , M2 de sorte à réaliser un redressement de tension. Chaque demi- pont de MOSFET M1 , M2 coopère avec au moins une inductance 11 , I2, et est configuré pour fonctionner en décalage de phase par rapport à l’autre demi- pont M2, M1 de sorte à ne pas saturer le module de transformateur 4.
Plus précisément, le système de recharge rapide comprend un chargeur embarqué OBC, une batterie B, de deux commutateurs W1 , W2. Il comprend en outre une borne de recharge rapide externe S pouvant être par exemple alternativement à 400V ou à 800V.
Le chargeur embarqué OBC comprend un correcteur de puissance de type PFC, d’un condensateur DC LINK 3, du primaire d’un convertisseur isolé 4 lui- même comprenant un transformateur dont le point milieu du secondaire est accessible.
Le chargeur embarqué OBC est relié via un socle BEPR à une borne de recharge rapide S, plus précisément aux bornes du courant continu DC.
Les commutateurs du sélecteur sont fermés. Le correcteur de puissance 2 (ou « PFC » pour power factor corrector en langue anglaise) est donc alimenté
par la borne à 400V ainsi que le condenseur 3 de type DC LINK à la tension de la borne de recharge (400V ou 800V).
Les commutateurs W1 et W2 sont fermés et ainsi le point milieu du secondaire du transformateur est aussi alimenté par la station de charge 400V. Chaque inductance associée à chaque demi-pont constitue une structure stimulation (ou « boost » en langue anglaise). On a ainsi deux stimulations en parallèle qui doivent absolument fonctionner en opposition de phase pour ne pas saturer le transformateur.
Claims
1 . Chargeur embarqué (OBC) pour un véhicule automobile, configuré pour charger une batterie de traction (B) du véhicule automobile sur une source de courant (S), le chargeur embarqué (OBC) comprenant :
- un module de filtre entrant (1 ) configuré pour être connecté à la source de courant (S) ;
- un module de correction de puissance (2) connecté au module de filtre entrant (1 ) ;
- un module de condensateur (3) connecté au module de correction de puissance (2) ;
- un module de transformateur (4) connecté au module de condensateur (3), le module de transformateur (4) ayant un primaire (T1 ) et un secondaire (T2) ;
- un module de commutateur (5) connecté au module de transformateur (4), le module de commutateur (5) comportant deux commutateurs (W1 , W2) ;
- un module de filtre sortant (6) connecté au module de commutateur (5), et configuré pour être connecté à la batterie de traction (B), le module de filtre sortant (6) comprenant un sous-module de stimulation, dans lequel les commutateurs (W1 , W2) sont configurés pour alimenter un point milieu du secondaire (T2) du module de transformateur, le secondaire étant bidirectionnel et connecté à deux demi-ponts de MOSFET (M1 , M2) de sorte à réaliser un redressement de tension, caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-pont de MOSFET (M1 , M2) coopère avec au moins une inductance (11 , I2), et est configuré pour fonctionner en décalage de phase par rapport à l’autre demi-pont (M2, M1 ) de sorte à ne pas saturer le module de transformateur (4).
2. Chargeur embarqué (OBC) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce qu’il est configuré pour fonctionner alternativement en courant alternatif monophasé, biphasé et triphasé.
3. Chargeur embarqué (OBC) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu’il est configuré pour fonctionner alternativement sur une borne de recharge rapide à 400V ou 800V.
4. Système de chargeur embarqué comprenant une batterie de traction (B) et un chargeur embarqué (OBC) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le module de filtre sortant (6) est connecté à la batterie de traction (B).
5. Système de chargeur embarqué selon la revendication 4, comprenant en outre un module de connexion (BEPR) pour connecter le chargeur embarqué (OBC) à une source de courant (S).
6. Véhicule automobile comprenant un chargeur embarqué (OBC) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
7. Procédé de charge d’une batterie de traction (B) d’un véhicule automobile sur une source de courant (S), comprenant au moins une étape de charge de la batterie de traction (B) au moyen d’un un chargeur embarqué (OBC) selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
