具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为与另一个组件“连接”时,它可以直接与另一个组件连接或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本申请中,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量、次序。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个、三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
参阅图1~图7,本申请提供一种可折叠管灯,包括含有多个分体的单元段110的灯管100、两个端盖200和拼接组件300。单元段110为弯管或直管,至少部分的单元段110的内部设置有发光组件,相邻发光组件通过导线120连接。相邻单元段110之间能够相互拼接,使得灯管100具有单元段110依次拼接的使用状态以及单元段110并排布置的收纳状态。
以单元段110为两段且是直管为例,使用状态下,两段单元段110同轴设置,灯管长度为L1;收纳状态下,两段单元段110平行布置,灯管长度为L2,而L2:L1≈0.5,方便收纳和存储。
下述在未作说明的情况下,对灯管的描述指在使用状态下。
两个端盖200分别设置于灯管100的两个端部,并带有与发光组件电连接的导电件210。拼接组件300包括均为管状结构且分别与相邻两个单元段连接的第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320,第一拼接件310具有伸入第二拼接件320的缩径部311,且两者之间为卡合连接。具体的卡合部位可以是缩径部311和第二拼接件320,或者是第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320除缩径部311以外的部位,而缩径部311仅仅是起到保持灯管100处于使用状态的辅助作用。
两拼接件的连接方式可以是铰接、套接等组装方式,相较于现有转动、滑动的结合连接方式更加简单,使用方便。而两拼接件的连接可以消除灯管漏光、提高美观性。
本实施例中,卡合部位位于缩径部311和第二拼接件320两者之间,缩径部311设置有卡块312,第二拼接件320的内壁具有与卡块312配合的卡槽321。一实施例中,缩径部311为圆环,卡块312为多个环绕间隔布置在缩径部311的外周面,卡槽321与卡块312数量相对应,提高使用状态下的结构稳定性。缩径部311还使得两拼接件的外周面在使用状态下平滑过渡。
其中两拼接件的连接方式为铰接,其中第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320分别具有径向凸出的第一凸耳319和第二凸耳329,第一凸耳319和第二凸耳329之间为转动连接。较现有的消除了使用状态下的缺口,避免漏光。
重点参阅图4,由于缩径部311的外周面与第二拼接件内壁间隙配合,且间隙较小。为了拼接时不干涉,在缩径部311远离第一凸耳319的对向侧设置有第一缺口313。且第一缺口313周向的跨度(以第一拼接件轴线为圆形)为45度,使得缩径部311具有一定的弹性,使其可以与第二拼接件紧密配合。
一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320的内部具有带穿线孔331(供导线120穿设通过)的封板330。封板330能够阻止污染物进入单元段110内,便于收纳状态下的存储和运输。并且封板330在自身厚度方向上的至少一侧设置有固定导线120的线扣332,线扣332相较于穿线孔331邻近拼接件的轴线。
例如图5,线扣332能够引导导线120远离第一凸耳319(和第二凸耳329),并且引导导线120有序布置,避免拼接时,第一、第二拼接件夹断导线120。
参阅图8,线扣332包括两个相对设置在封板330上的挡条333,两挡条333之间形成容纳导线120的空间334,头部335有相向延伸限制导线120脱离空间334的凸块336。两凸块336相对的一侧顶部倒斜角,便于导线120进入空间334。
参阅图9~图13,在另一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320的端部具有相对应的第二缺口340,第二缺口340延伸越过封板330,两个第二缺口340拼接形成一窗口350,窗口350处设置有一阻止相邻两单元段110分离的扣板360,扣板360包括基部361以及设置基部361在并向内(拼接件的内部)延伸与第一、第二拼接件内壁配合的阻挡部362。
第二拼接件320在封板330靠第一拼接件310一侧的内壁向内侧加厚,形成使用状态时与基部361的内壁相抵的定位部322,实现扣板360的装配定位,阻挡部362与两拼接件配合后,限制两拼接件转动切换至收纳状态,起到二道锁的作用。其中,凸耳(第一凸耳和第二凸耳)与扣板360设置在拼接组件相背对的两侧。
优选的实施例中,基部361的形状与窗口350相适应。外观简洁,避免污染物从外界进入任一拼接件的内部。
如图14~图19所示,在另一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320的内部设置有带穿线孔的封板330,两相对的封板330中,其中一者设置有卡扣337,另一者设置有扣孔338。使用状态下,卡扣337与扣孔338相配合,其中卡扣337为两个且与同一扣孔338配合。
如图20~图29,本申请还提供另一种可折叠管灯,包括灯管100、两个端盖200和拼接组件300。灯管100包括多个分体的单元段110,每个单元段110的内部设置有发光组件,相邻发光组件通过导线120连接。两个端盖200分别设置于灯管100的两个端部,并带有与发光组件电连接的导电件210;拼接组件300包括分别与相邻两个单元段110连接的第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320,第一拼接件310与第二拼接件320可绕一轴线相对转动,并具有第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320相互配合的拼合状态,以及两者相互脱离并可转动的分离状态。
其中,单元段110为弯管或直管,为方便叙述,下述实施例以单元段110为两段且均为直管为例。
如图20所示,拼接组件300在拼合状态下,两单元段110同轴设置,灯管长度为L1,在该状态下可通电使用(即前述的使用状态);如图28所示,拼接组件300在分离状态下,两单元段110相对转动,以便于收纳,优选的,如图29所示,两段单元段110平行布置,灯管长度为L2(即下述折叠状态)。其中L2:L1≈0.5。
对于多段单元段,例如两段以上,相邻单元段相互邻近的端部之间设置拼接组件即可。端盖200设置于最外侧的两段单元段的端部。
在一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320分别具有径向凸出的第一凸耳319和第二凸耳329,第一凸耳319和第二凸耳329之间为转动连接。在折叠状态下,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320相互贴靠,缩小了灯管宽度方向的尺寸W,进一步方便收纳和包装,降低了运输过程中两单元段之间的晃动。
在一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320之间为卡接。便于拼合操作。具体的,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320的内部设置有带穿线孔331的封板330,两相对的封板330中,其中一者设置有卡扣337,另一者设置有扣孔338。拼合状态下,卡扣337与扣孔338相配合,其中卡扣337为两个且与同一扣孔338配合。
一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320为筒状,且分别与相应单元段110插接。其中,拼接件与单元段之间卡接固定。
在一实施例中,第一拼接件310和第二拼接件320的其中一者设置有伸入另一者的缩径部311。图示中,第二拼接件320具有凸设于封板330的缩径部311和卡扣337,第一拼接件310带有扣孔337和与缩径部311适配的环槽314,第一拼接件310的封板330作为环槽314的槽底。缩径部311与环槽314适配可以增加灯管的连接强度。
在一实施例中,缩径部311靠近第一拼接件310的端部带有引导拼合的导向部315,图示中,导向部315为斜面。
在一实施例中,可折叠管灯包括与第一拼接件310和第二片接件320扣接的扣板360,扣板360和凸耳(第一凸耳和第二凸耳)设置在拼接组件相背对的两侧。限制两拼接件转动切换至折叠状态,起到二道锁的作用。扣板360与两拼接件卡接,且位于拼接组件300的外周面。
在折叠状态下,扣板360可扣合于其中一拼接件,或者完全独立。
本申请的可折叠管灯相较于现有转动、滑动的结合连接方式更加简单,使用方便。而两拼接件的连接可以消除灯管漏光、提高美观性。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。不同实施例中的技术特征体现在同一附图中时,可视为该附图也同时披露了所涉及的各个实施例的组合例。
以上实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 可折叠管灯,其特征在于,包括:
    灯管,包括多个分体的单元段,每个单元段的内部设置有发光组件,相邻发光组件通过导线连接;
    两个端盖,分别设置于所述灯管的两个端部,并带有与所述发光组件电连接的导电件;
    拼接组件,包括分别与相邻两个单元段连接的第一拼接件和第二拼接件,所述第一拼接件具有伸入所述第二拼接件的缩径部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件之间为卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述缩径部设置有卡块,所述第二拼接件的内壁具有与所述卡块配合的卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件的内部设置有带穿线孔的封板,两相对的封板中,其中一者设置有卡扣,另一者设置有扣孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述缩径部具有缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件的内部设置有带穿线孔的封板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述封板上具有固定所述导线的线扣。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件分别具有径向凸出的第一凸耳和第二凸耳,所述第一凸耳和第二凸耳之间为转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,包括与第一拼接件和第二片接件扣接的扣板,所述扣板和凸耳设置在拼接组件相背对的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述扣板与第一拼接件、第二拼接件表面齐平。
  11. 可折叠管灯,其特征在于,包括:
    灯管,包括多个分体的单元段,每个单元段的内部设置有发光组件,相邻发光组件通过导线连接;
    两个端盖,分别设置于所述灯管的两个端部,并带有与所述发光组件电连接的导电件;
    拼接组件,包括分别与相邻两个单元段连接的第一拼接件和第二拼接件,所述第一拼接件与所述第二拼接件可绕一轴线相对转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件分别具有径向凸出的第一凸耳和第二凸耳,所述第一凸耳和第二凸耳之间为转动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,折叠状态下,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件相互贴靠。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件之间为卡接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可折叠管灯,其特征在于,所述第一拼接件和第二拼接件的内部设置有带穿线孔的封板,两相对的封板中,其中一者设置有卡扣,另一者设置有扣孔。
