下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图14描述根据本申请实施例的氛围灯部件10,该氛围灯部件10可准确、快速地定位安装于空调器100的面板部件20,结构简单,安装方便,利于提高氛围灯部件10在空调器100上的安装效率,提升空调器100的生产效率。其中,如图1-图4所示,空调器100包括面板部件20以及其它部件,面板部件20包括上面板部件21和下面板部件22,上面板部件21和下面板部件22沿上下方向依次分布于空调器100的前侧,氛围灯部件10可安装于上面板部件21,也可安装于下面板部件22,如图5所示,氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21。
如图6-图7所示,根据本申请实施例的氛围灯部件10,包括灯体11和发光件15。
其中,灯体11构造为中空结构,且在灯体11内形成有安装空腔,发光件15安装于灯体11的安装空腔内。且需要说明的是,灯体11的至少部分为透明材料制成,以使得灯体11的部分区域形成透明区域,且发光件15可朝向透明区域发射灯光,进而使得灯体11具有发光、改善空调附近光线、调整空间氛围的作用。发光件15为光源,发光件15可设置为具有多种颜色的灯光,且不同颜色的灯光可同时或单独亮起。
灯体11设有第一定位部和第一卡接部。其中,第一定位部与面板部件20定位配合,如在面板部件20设置第二定位部,以使第一定位部与第二定位部定位配合,且在具体设计时,可将第一定位部和第二定位部中的一个构造为定位销141,另一个构造为定位孔2112,进而使得定位销141可伸至定位孔2112内实现氛围灯部件10与面板部件20的定位配合,如图11-图14所示,第一定位部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的定位销141,且第二定位部构造为在面板部件20上贯通的定位孔2112。
以及,第一卡接部与面板部件20卡接固定,如在面板部件20上可设置第二卡接部,第一卡接部和第二卡接部卡接固定,且在具体设计时,可将第一卡接部和第二卡接部中的一个构造为具有卡接槽2113,另一个构造为卡扣142,以使卡扣142可伸至卡接槽2113内实现氛围灯部件10与面板部件20的卡接固定,如图11-图14所示,第一卡接部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的卡扣142,且在卡扣142的端部设有防脱钩1421,第二定位部构造为在面板部件20上贯通的卡接槽2113,卡扣142穿设于卡接槽2113且防脱钩1421与卡接槽2113的边沿卡接固定。
由此,在将氛围灯部件10安装于面板部件20时,可先将第一定位部与面板部件20的第二定位部定位配合,使得二者在固定方向上对准,进而通过第一卡接部和面板部件20的第二卡接部卡接固定,使得二者实现固定连接,即本申请中的氛围灯部件10通过先定位后卡接的方式固定安装于面板部件20,结构简单,安装方便。
根据本申请实施例的氛围灯部件10,可先通过第一定位部与面板部件20定位配合,再通过第一卡接部与面板部件20卡接固定,结构简单,安装方便,且在安装过程中不需设置单独的连接件,利于减少连接件的数量,降低安装成本,且减少对连接件进行紧固的操作工序,极大地提升氛围灯部件10的安装效率,进而提升空调器100的生产效率。
在一些实施例中,灯体11还设有第一限位部,第一限位部用于与面板部件20限位配合,如在面板部件20设置第二限位部,以使第一限位部与第二限位部限位配合,且在具体设计时,可将第一限位部和第二限位部均构造为具有限位面,即第一限位部具有第一限位面143,且第二限位部具有第二限位面2114,以在将氛围灯部件10安装于面板部件20时,将第一限位面143与第二限位面2114贴合,从而使得氛围灯部件10与 面板部件20相对限位。
由此,通过在灯体11设置第一限位部与面板部件20限位配合,使得氛围灯部件10在面板部件20上的安装位置更加固定,且与第一定位部的定位和第一卡接部的卡接作用共同配合,有效地限制氛围灯部件10在面板部件20上的位置,避免氛围灯部件10在面板部件20上相对晃动,提高安装稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第一定位部与面板部件20在第一方向上限位配合,第一卡接部与面板部件20在第二方向上限位配合,第一限位部与面板部件20在第三方向上限位配合,由此,可使得氛围灯部件10与面板部件20在三个不同的方向上实现限位配合,进而将氛围灯部件10稳定地安装于面板部件20。
其中,第一方向、第二方向和第三方向中的一个沿左右方向、另一个沿前后方向且其余一个沿上下方向。如将第一定位部设置为与第二定位部在左右方向上限位配合,且将第一卡接部和第二卡接部设置为在卡接固定后沿上下方向上限位配合,以及将第一限位部与第二限位部设置为在沿前后方向上限位配合。其中,面板部件20上形成有连接座2111,第二定位部、第二卡接部和第二限位部均设于连接座2111。
在一些实施例中,如图12、图14所示,可将第一定位部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的定位销141,且第二定位部构造为在连接座2111上贯通的定位孔2112,定位销141沿上下方向延伸,定位孔2112构造为在连接座2111的上下方向上敞开,以使氛围灯部件10在安装于面板部件20时,定位销141沿上下方向伸至定位孔2112内实现与面板部件20的定位,且通过设置定位销141可与定位孔2112的内壁相抵,以使得氛围灯部件10与面板部件20在左右方向上限位配合。
如图12、图14所示,第一卡接部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的卡扣142,且在卡扣142的端部设有防脱钩1421,卡扣142在灯体11的上侧朝上凸出设置,防脱钩1421设于卡扣142的上端且形成有与水平面平行的止挡面,第二定位部构造为在连接座2111上贯通的卡接槽2113,卡扣142穿设于卡接槽2113且防脱钩1421与卡接槽2113的边沿卡接固定。其中,卡扣142从卡接槽2113的底部朝上伸入卡接槽2113内,且防脱钩1421伸至卡接槽2113的上方以使得止挡面抵压于卡接槽2113的上侧边沿,以实现氛围灯部件10与面板部件20在上下方向的限位配合。
以及,如图12和图14所示,第一限位部构造为设于灯体11的第一限位面143,第一限位面143与前后方向垂直,同时,第二限位部构造为设于连接座2111的第二限位面2114,第二限位面2114与前后方向垂直,且在将氛围灯部件10安装于面板部件20之后,第一限位面143与第二限位面2114贴合以实现沿前后方向的限位配合。
由此,可实现氛围灯部件10与面板部件20在三个不同方向上的限位配合,保证氛 围灯部件10的安装稳定性,且在实现三个方向限位的过程中,不需设置单独的连接件,结构简单,安装方便。
在一些实施例中,灯体11包括上盖12和下盖13,上盖12和下盖13为可拆卸地相连,如图6和图7所示,上盖12和下盖13为分体式结构,以使得上盖12和下盖13可分别单独成型,利于降低上盖12和下盖13的设计难度,降低设计成本。
其中,上盖12和下盖13中的一个设有安装口121,发光件15设于安装口121内,第一定位部和第一卡接部均设于上盖12和下盖13中的一个。需要说明的是,在实际安装时,可将氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21,也可安装于下面板部件22。
如图5中所示,氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21,其中,在上面板部件21的内侧的下端设置连接座2111,上盖12设有安装口121,且安装口121朝下敞开,在上盖12和下盖13连接固定后,下盖13可对上盖12的安装口121进行封闭,第一定位部和第一卡接部均设于上盖12,使得上盖12可与连接座2111定位以及卡接固定,进而将氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21的内侧面的下部。其中,如图7所示,发光件15设于安装口121内,且发光件15固定于上盖12的安装口121内,发光件15朝向安装口121的敞开侧发射光线,可将下盖13构造为透明材料制成,以使得发光件15发出的光线可从下盖13中发出,使得空调器100的前侧的中部由上面板部件21上的氛围灯部件10发光闪烁。
同样地,在氛围灯部件10安装于下面板部件22时,其中,在下面板部件22的内侧的上端设置连接座2111,下盖13设有安装口121,且安装口121朝上敞开,在上盖12和下盖13连接固定后,上盖12可对下盖13的安装口121进行封闭,第一定位部和第一卡接部均设于下盖13,使得下盖13可与连接座2111定位以及卡接固定,进而将氛围灯部件10安装于下面板部件22的内侧面的上部。其中,发光件15设于安装口121内,且发光件15固定于下盖13的安装口121内,发光件15朝向安装口121的敞开侧发射光线,可将上盖12构造为透明材料制成,以使得发光件15发出的光线可从上盖12中发出,使得空调器100的前侧的中部由下面板部件22上的氛围灯部件10发光闪烁。
由此,可实现氛围灯部件10在上面板部件21或下面板部件22中的安装固定,且利于实现氛围灯在空调器100的中部位置处进行发光以及营造氛围。
在一些实施例中,如图6、图7所示,安装口121内还设有导光件16,其中,导光件16构造为具有导光面,且发光件15发出的光线可从导光件16的导光面中导出,保证发光件15发出的光线可按固定的线路发出。
其中,导光件16位于发光件15朝向上盖12与下盖13中的另一个的一侧,如上盖12设有安装口121,且安装口121朝向下盖13敞开,发光件15安装于上盖12内,且 导光件16位于发光件15的朝向下盖13的一侧,以使得发光件15发出的光线可在导光件16的作用下朝下发射,且从下盖13中发出。
在一些实施例中,如图9所示,导光件16在安装口121内灌胶密封L,即在导光件16安装于安装口121内后,可朝向安装口121内灌胶,以使得导光件16与上盖12、下盖13相对固定,由此,可保证导光件16能够对发光件15发出的光线进行准确地引导,保证氛围灯部件10的发光效果。
需要说明的是,安装口121为长条形口,导光件16也构造为长条状,且如图8所示,在导光件16在安装于安装口121内后,导光件16在周向上均形成有灌封间隙,从而可在导光件16的周向上均进行灌胶密封L,从而使得导光件16在上盖12内稳定地安装,保证导光效果的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,上盖12和下盖13中的一个的至少部分插接至另一个中且与另一个卡接固定,即上盖12和下盖13为插接配合且卡接固定。
如图7中所示,下盖13具有朝上敞开的固定口131,上盖12的下端部分伸至固定口131内,以实现上盖12和下盖13在左右以及前后方向上的限位,且如图7所示,在上盖12的下端部分的外周壁设有卡接凸起122,同时,在固定口131上形成有卡接口132,上盖12与下盖13插接后,卡接凸起122伸至卡接口132内,使得上盖12与下盖13沿上下方向固定,实现灯体11的安装。
在一些实施例中,灯体11具有出线口17,发光件15的线束18可从出线口17处传出,且发光件15的线束18在出线口17处灌胶密封L,由此,可使得线束18固定地安装于出线口17处,且利于实现灯体11内部封闭。
本申请还提出了一种空调器100的面板总成。
根据本申请实施例的空调器100的面板总成,包括:面板部件20和上述任一种实施例的氛围灯部件10,面板部件20包括上面板部件21和下面板部件22。其中,如图5所示,上面板部件21包括玻璃面板214、面板支架211、显示盒组件215、语音盒组件216、麦克风217和氛围灯部件10,玻璃面板214安装于面板支架211的前侧,且显示盒组件215、语音盒组件216、麦克风217和氛围灯部件10均安装于面板支架211的后侧,麦克风217位于面板支架211的顶部,显示盒组件215和语音盒组件216位于面板支架211的上部区域,面板支架211的后侧底部设有连接座2111,氛围灯部件10安装于连接座2111。
其中,面板部件20设有第二定位部和第二卡接部,如图11和图13所示,上面板部件21的面板支架211设有连接座2111,且在连接座2111上设有第二定位部和第二卡接部,灯体11设有第一定位部和第一卡接部。其中,第一定位部与第二定位部定位配 合,如图12、图14所示,第一定位部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的定位销141,且第二定位部构造为在连接座2111上贯通的定位孔2112;其中,第一定位部与面板部件20在第一方向上限位配合,第一方向可为左右方向,如定位销141沿上下方向延伸,定位孔2112构造为在连接座2111的上下方向上敞开,以使氛围灯部件10在安装于连接座2111时,定位销141沿上下方向伸至定位孔2112内实现与面板支架211的定位,且通过设置定位销141可与定位孔2112的内壁相抵,以使得氛围灯部件10与面板部件20在左右方向上限位配合。
第一卡接部和第二卡接部卡接固定,如图11-图14所示,第一卡接部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的卡扣142,且在卡扣142的端部设有防脱钩1421,第二定位部构造为在面板部件20上贯通的卡接槽2113,卡扣142穿设于卡接槽2113且防脱钩1421与卡接槽2113的边沿卡接固定。第一卡接部与面板部件20在第二方向上限位配合,如图12、图14所示,第一卡接部构造为设于灯体11的上侧的卡扣142,且在卡扣142的端部设有防脱钩1421,卡扣142在灯体11的上侧朝上凸出设置,防脱钩1421设于卡扣142的上端且形成有与水平面平行的止挡面,第二定位部构造为在连接座2111上贯通的卡接槽2113,卡扣142穿设于卡接槽2113且防脱钩1421与卡接槽2113的边沿卡接固定。其中,卡扣142从卡接槽2113的底部朝上伸入卡接槽2113内,且防脱钩1421伸至卡接槽2113的上方以使得止挡面抵压于卡接槽2113的上侧边沿,以实现氛围灯部件10与面板支架211在上下方向的限位配合。
由此,在将氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21的连接座2111时,可先将第一定位部与连接座2111的第二定位部定位配合,使得二者在固定方向上对准,进而通过第一卡接部和连接座2111的第二卡接部卡接固定,使得二者实现固定连接,即本申请中的氛围灯部件10通过先定位后卡接的方式固定安装于面板部件20,结构简单,安装方便。
在一些实施例中,灯体11设有第一限位部,面板部件20还设有第二限位部,第一限位部与第二限位部在第三方向上限位配合,如图12和图14所示,第一限位部构造为设于灯体11的第一限位面143,第一限位面143与前后方向垂直,同时,第二限位部构造为设于连接座2111的第二限位面2114,第二限位面2114与前后方向垂直,且在将氛围灯部件10安装于面板支架211之后,第一限位面143与第二限位面2114贴合以实现沿前后方向的限位配合。
由此,可实现氛围灯部件10与面板支架211在三个不同方向上的限位配合,保证氛围灯部件10的安装稳定性,且在实现三个方向限位的过程中,不需设置单独的连接件,结构简单,安装方便。
在一些实施例中,面板部件20设有走线结构,发光件15的线束18穿设于走线结构。如图10所示,走线结构包括多个束线卡扣212,且多个束线卡扣212在面板支架211的后侧间隔开分布,以使得发光件15的线束18可依次固定于多个线束18卡扣142。
其中,如图10所示,三个束线卡扣212沿面板支架211的上下方向间隔开分布,且三个束线卡扣212可设置为位于同一竖直线上,另一个线束18卡扣142位于该三个束线卡扣212的下方,且另一个线束18卡扣142位于该竖直线的左侧,以使线束18可弯曲束缚于四个卡扣142上,由此,可实现对线束18的防拉扯设计,保证线束18的状态稳定。
本申请还提出了一种空调器100。
根据本申请实施例的空调器100,设置有上述任一种实施例的空调器100的面板总成,其中,通过设置该面板总成,在进行氛围灯部件10与上面板部件21的安装时,可使得可先通过第一定位部与上面板部件21的面板支架211定位配合,再通过第一卡接部与面板支架211卡接固定,结构简单,安装方便,且在安装过程中不需设置单独的连接件,利于减少连接件的数量,降低安装成本,且减少对连接件进行紧固的操作工序,极大地提升氛围灯部件10的安装效率,进而提升空调器100的生产效率。
其中,如图4所示,空调器100还包括其余多个部件,具体可还包括新风支撑座41、底盘部件42、风道部件31、新风部件32、新风出风框部件33、下出风框部件45、外箱底板部件46、蒸发器部件34、顶盖43以及上出风框部件44。其中,新风支撑座41、底盘部件42作为空调器100的底部支撑结构,上出风框部件44和下出风框部件45沿上下方向依次分布且均安装于外箱底板部件46的前侧以与外箱底板部件46限定出中空的安装腔,新风部件32、风道部件31、蒸发器部件34、新风出风框部件33均安装于安装腔内。
以及,面板部件20包括上面板部件21和下面板部件22,上面板部件21安装于上出风框部件44的前侧,下面板部件22安装于下出风框部件45的前侧,其中,氛围灯部件10安装于上面板部件21的底部,以在空调器100的前侧中部起到氛围调节的作用,结构简单,安装方便,利于提升空调器100的生产效率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种氛围灯部件(10),所述氛围灯部件(10)适于与空调器的面板部件(20)相连,其特征在于,包括:
    灯体(11),所述灯体(11)内设有发光件(15),且所述灯体(11)设有第一定位部和第一卡接部,所述第一定位部与所述面板部件(20)定位配合,所述第一卡接部用于与所述面板部件(20)卡接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述灯体(11)还设有第一限位部,所述第一限位部用于与所述面板部件(20)限位配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述第一定位部与所述面板部件(20)在第一方向上限位配合,所述第一卡接部与所述面板部件(20)在第二方向上限位配合,所述第一限位部与所述面板部件(20)在第三方向上限位配合;
    其中,所述第一方向、所述第二方向和所述第三方向中的一个沿左右方向、另一个沿前后方向且其余一个沿上下方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述灯体(11)包括可拆卸地相连的上盖(12)和下盖(13),所述上盖(12)与所述下盖(13)中的一个具有安装口(121),所述发光件(15)设于所述安装口(121)内,所述第一定位部和所述第一卡接部均设于所述上盖(12)和所述下盖(13)中的一个。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述安装口(121)内还设有导光件(16),所述导光件(16)位于所述发光件(15)朝向所述上盖(12)与所述下盖(13)中的另一个的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述导光件(16)在所述安装口(121)内灌胶密封L。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述上盖(12)和所述下盖(13)中的一个的至少部分插接至另一个中且与所述另一个卡接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的氛围灯部件(10),其特征在于,所述灯体(11)具有出线口(17),且所述发光件(15)的线束(18)在所述出线口(17)处灌胶密封L。
  9. 一种空调器的面板总成,其特征在于,包括:面板部件(20)和权利要求1-8中任一项所述的氛围灯部件(10),所述面板部件(20)设有第二定位部和第二卡接部,所述第一定位部与所述第二定位部定位配合且在第一方向上限位固定,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接配合且在第二方向上限位固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器的面板总成,其特征在于,所述灯体(11)设有第一限位部,所述面板部件(20)还设有第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部在第三方 向上限位配合。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的空调器的面板总成,其特征在于,所述面板部件(20)设有走线结构,所述发光件(15)的线束(18)穿设于所述走线结构。
  12. 一种空调器,其特征在于,设置有权利要求9-11中任一项所述的空调器的面板总成。
