一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法与系统 技术领域
本发明属于汽车信息技术领域,具体涉及一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法。
背景技术
汽车整车厂生产的新车系在量产前需要接受国家工信部等各部门的产品公告管理,企业应就新车向工信部申报相应的车型公告号(简称公告号)。对于一个全新开发车型,整车厂依据自身现有资源及市场调研对标结果,开发基础车型。再在此基础上,为了迎合消费者,将部分受客户欢迎的装备或功能进行单独选装售卖,进而产生出大量可销售的车型规格号,最后,依据内外饰颜色组合,生成数量繁多的销售编码。这种“基础车型号——车型规格号——销售编码”层层递进的结构就是一个全新车系的产品型谱。一个基础车型下可配置N个选装包,可衍生的车型规格号将达到2 N个车型规格号,按照生产领域要求,需要将将近上百万种车型规格号与车型公告号进行一对一关系关联匹配,最终释放到ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划系统)及MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems,制造执行系统)服务于生产制造部门。
现有技术中,整车厂是利用人工的方式将数量繁多的销售编码与车型公告号进行匹配。用手工维护的形式过于冗杂,且准确率不够,往往需要将录入的清单再次导出确认,进一步加重了工作量。而目视检查,也有一定的难度,正确率同样不高。较难做到完全纠错,现有技术需得到改进。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法与系统,利用整车工程配置中的特征值作为中间变量,一方面使用不同的特征值组合生成整车物料号,一方面将车型公告号指定固定的特征值组合,根据二者对应特征值组合的一致性对二者建立一对一的匹配关系,充分发挥计算机系统优势进行自动匹配运算,减少因人力手工操作的冗余工作量与错误,支撑公司实现产品个性化定制以满足客户的多样性需求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、根据装备定义,明确全新车系的若干基础车型号及其装备,在基础车型中定义出特征与对应的特征值,并更新至全局特征库中;
步骤二、在全局特征库中提取基础车型用到的特征值,汇总后形成该车型的特征清单;
步骤三、根据装备定义及全局特征库编制工程配置表,工程配置表的内容体现基础车型与特征值、选装包的选用与不选用的关系;
步骤四、根据基础车型号与选装包的选用/不选关系,形成不同的组合,每种组合对应生成车型规格号;每个车型规格号基于对不同的内外饰颜色组合,生成对应的销售编码;由基础车型号、车型规格号、销售编码形成完善的整车物料号产品型谱;
步骤五、基于步骤一中已经提取的车型公告号相关装备,组合设计出车型公告号清单,并从全局特征库中选取相应的特征及特征值组合;
步骤六、利用车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产品型谱中的无数编码与整车型号一一匹配,实现整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在产品型谱中每个整车物料号上。

全局特征库:根据装备定义,针对差异化的装备逐项定义为特征值,并将特征值抽象出大的概念,定义为特征,并为特征与特征值编码;
产品特征清单模块:根据装备定义,从全局特征库中选取该车型使用的特征值,形成产品特征清单;
工程配置模块:根据车型的动力传动系统、车身形式、装备等级、生产地及销售地确定基础车型号,根据装备定义,定义产品特征清单中每一项特征值与基础车型号的对应关系,生成工程配置表;
车型公告号特征值匹配模块:根据装备定义将设计好的车型公告号与工程配置表中的特征值建立对应关系;
产品型谱模块:根据基础车型号与选装包的可选择关系可以生成不同的特征组合,每一种组合结果对应唯一的车型规格号;在车型规格号基础上选择不同的内外饰颜色生成不同的销售编码;根据车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产 品型谱中的整车物料号与车型公告号一一匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在整车物料号上,整车物料号和车型公告号一起组成产品型谱。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例为一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法,包括以下步骤:
1.根据策划与项目管理部(PM)给予的车系《装备定义》,明确全新车系根据高低配置、动力型式、销售地等几个关键要素所分的几个基础车型号及其装备;
将各个基础车型中:
(1)有差异的装备;
(2)与公告号(车型公告号)相关的装备;
(3)该车系用到的所有内外饰颜色;
上述三类提取出来,定义出特征与特征值。
若定义出的特征是之前未曾出现的全新特征,录入到全局特征库中。
在本实施例中:设计了两个基础车型号XXXZXXXR/XXXZXXXC,用来简单表示两类车,前者为在俄罗斯销售的1.5DCT豪华基础车型,后者为在中国销售的1.5MT豪华基础车型。将各个基础车型中有差异的装备、与公告号(车型公告号)相关的装备、该车系用到的所有 内外饰颜色这三类提取出来,定义出特征与特征值。如特征“座椅材质”,对应的特征值“座椅织物面料”。若是在公司积累的全局特征库里存在该特征,则不用再次新建。若是之前未曾出现的全新特征,录入到全局特征库中。
2.在全局特征库中提取车型用到的特征值,汇总后形成该车型的特征清单。
根据装备定义,在全局特征库中,提取车型用到的特征与特征值,导出为该车型的特征清单,并根据《装备定义》,将一些特征值组合形成特色选装包。如表1所示,本实施例中,特征值电动空调(1C1)与全自动空调(1C2)就是一对差异化装备形成的特征值,还有外饰颜色竹叶青(4B1),由座椅PVC面料、全自动空调、锁止锁舌安全带(1A3&1C2&1D2)组合成的选装包舒适驾舱(9Z9)等等。

3.根据《装备定义》与全局特征库编制工程配置表,行数代表各类特征值与选装包,列数代表基础车型号。整个工程配置表的内容就是基础车型与特征值、选装包的选用与不选用的关系。本实施例中工程配置表如表2所示,表中体现基础车型号1与基础车型号与2其装备的对应关系,通常用“O”表示选用,“E”表示可选,“-”表示不选。

4.根据基础车型号与选装包的选用/不选关系,形成不同的组合,每种组合对应生成车型规格号;每个车型规格号基于对不同的内外饰颜色组合,生成对应的销售编码,最后由基础 车型号、车型规格号、销售编码形成完善的整车物料号产品型谱。
本实施例中,根据基础车型号与选装包的选用/不选关系,细化基础车型号,生成车型规格号。如表3中,基础车型号XXXZXXXR因表2中与舒适驾舱的不选用关系,仅生成XXXZXXXR0000一个车型规格号,而基础车型号XXXGXXXC因与舒适驾舱的可选关系,就生成XXXGXXXC0000、XXXGXXXC0001两个车型规格号。每个车型规格号基于对内外饰颜色特征值的选用/不选关系及内外饰约束关系,又生成更多的销售编码(整车编码)。如表3中,对于车型规格号XXXZXXXR0000,根据表2工程配置表中XXXZXXXR选择了外饰颜色竹叶青(4B1)和魅影黑(4B2)以及内饰颜色黑色(4A1),共有两种组合,可以生成两个销售编码(一个内饰配及一个外饰):XXXZXXXRB1B1A10000与XXXZXXXRB2B2A10000。最后由基础车型号、车型规格号、销售编码形成完备的整车物料号产品型谱。

5.基于步骤1中已经提取的车型公告号相关装备,组合设计出该车系的车型公告号清单,并从全局特征库中选取相应的特征及特征值组合。如表5所示,本实施例选用了变速器型式(FFF)与发动机排量(EEE),这两个特征的特征值组合1.5L&7DCT和1.2L&6MT对应了两个车型公告号CA7159AXX、CA7129MXX,更对应了两个基础车型号。

6.根据步骤5特征值组合作为中间纽带,利用车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产品型谱中的无数编码与整车型号一一匹配,实现整车物料 号与车型公告号的自动匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在产品型谱中每个整车物料号上。如表6所示,XXXGXXXC为根源的整车物料号都因特征值组合1.5L&7DCT为中间纽带匹配了公告号CA7159AXX,自动匹配的结果即为表6。
7.在车辆试生产前,将产品型谱及车型公告号信息输出到生产制造部的ERP系统中,完成车型公告号的输出。
整个流程下来,整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配就完成了。
实施例2
对于整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配系统,应依靠方法设计系统模块,实现自动匹配的功能。
一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配系统,包括:
全局特征库:根据策划部门输出的装备定义,针对差异化的装备逐项定义为特征值,并将特征值抽象出大的概念,定义为特征,并为特征与特征值编码。经过无数车系项目积累,所形成的全部特征与特征值的组合,形成独立的整车特征库。
产品特征清单模块:根据策划部门输出的装备定义,从全局特征库中选取该车型使用的特征值,形成产品特征清单。
工程配置模块:根据车型的动力传动系统、车身形式、装备等级、生产地及销售地等信息确定基础车型号,根据装备定义,定义产品特征清单中每一项特征值与基础车型号的对应关系:“O”表示必选,“E”表示可选,“-”表示不选,生成工程配置表。
车型公告号特征值匹配模块:根据装备定义将设计好的车型公告号与工程配置表中的特征值建立对应关系,形成车型公告号管理模块。
产品型谱模块:根据基础车型号与选装包的可选择关系可以生成不同的特征组合,每一种组合结果对应唯一的车型规格号。在车型规格号基础上可选择不同的内外饰颜色可以生成不同的销售编码。基础车型号、车型规格号、销售编码统称为整车物料号,三者之间层层递进。根据车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产品型谱中的无数整车物料号与车型公告号一一匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在整车物料号上,整车物料号和车型公告号一起组成产品型谱。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、根据装备定义,明确全新车系的若干基础车型号及其装备,在基础车型中定义出特征与对应的特征值,并更新至全局特征库中;
    步骤二、在全局特征库中提取基础车型用到的特征值,汇总后形成该车型的特征清单;
    步骤三、根据装备定义及全局特征库编制工程配置表,工程配置表的内容体现基础车型与特征值、选装包的选用与不选用的关系;
    步骤四、根据基础车型号与选装包的选用/不选关系,形成不同的组合,每种组合对应生成车型规格号;每个车型规格号基于对不同的内外饰颜色组合,生成对应的销售编码;由基础车型号、车型规格号、销售编码形成完善的整车物料号产品型谱;
    步骤五、基于步骤一中已经提取的车型公告号相关装备,组合设计出车型公告号清单,并从全局特征库中选取相应的特征及特征值组合;
    步骤六、利用车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产品型谱中的无数编码与整车型号一一匹配,实现整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在产品型谱中每个整车物料号上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中,将各个基础车型中:
    有差异的装备;
    与车型公告号相关的装备;
    该车系用到的所有内外饰颜色;
    上述三类提取出来,定义出特征与特征值。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三编制的工程配置表中,行数代表各类特征值与选装包,列数代表基础车型号。
  4. 一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配系统,其特征在于,包括:
    全局特征库:根据装备定义,针对差异化的装备逐项定义为特征值,并将特征值抽象出大的概念,定义为特征,并为特征与特征值编码;
    产品特征清单模块:根据装备定义,从全局特征库中选取该车型使用的特征值,形成产品特征清单;
    工程配置模块:根据车型的动力传动系统、车身形式、装备等级、生产地及销售地确定基础车型号,根据装备定义,定义产品特征清单中每一项特征值与基础车型号的对应关系,生成工程配置表;
    车型公告号特征值匹配模块:根据装备定义将设计好的车型公告号与工程配置表中的特 征值建立对应关系;
    产品型谱模块:根据基础车型号与选装包的可选择关系可以生成不同的特征组合,每一种组合结果对应唯一的车型规格号;在车型规格号基础上选择不同的内外饰颜色生成不同的销售编码;根据车型公告号对应的特征值组合与整车物料号对应的特征值组合一致性,将产品型谱中的整车物料号与车型公告号一一匹配,并利用二者的对应关系将车型公告号记录在整车物料号上,整车物料号和车型公告号一起组成产品型谱。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种整车物料号与车型公告号的自动匹配系统,其特征在于,所述产品型谱模块中,所述整车物料号包括基础车型号、车型规格号、销售编码。
