针对危险化学品运输安全事故具有突发性、复杂性和危害性,会衍生出燃烧、爆炸、泄漏等严重后果,造成经济损失、环境污染、生态破坏、人员伤亡及运载有危险化学品的汽车作为交通运输行业典型防范恐怖袭击重点目标,存在被盗、被抢风险及被犯罪分子盗抢后用于恐怖活动的风险,需要对承运过程中的车载危险化学品进行全面且行之有效的安全监测的问题,本实例提供了一种能够全面监测车载危险化学品的理化安全性参数、汽车及其车载危险化学品盗抢预测影像及定位信息的车载危险化学品安全监测系统。
本实例给出的车载危险化学品安全监测系统,其通过有机的融合应用物联网、云计算、机器视觉、人工智能AI技术,能够实现对车载危险化学品的温度及车厢内的温度情况、车载危险化学品的湿度情况及车厢内的 湿度情况、车载危险化学品的压力及车厢内或槽罐内的压力情况、装载车载危险化学品的车辆车厢内或槽罐位置的振动情况、车载危险化学品的泄漏情况及装载车载危险化学品的车辆车厢内泄漏气体情况或槽罐出口的液体或气体泄漏情况进行同步实时监测,并据此综合判定危险化学品是否存在燃烧、爆炸、泄漏风险,当出现温度、湿度、压力、振动强度或泄漏监测结果高于设定阈值可能出现危险化学品出现燃烧、爆炸、泄漏风险时发出预警信息。

在此基础上,本系统进一步配合设置远程管理单元,使车载危险化学品理化安全监测信息和防盗抢监测信息实时联动主管行业部门和所属单位,在帮助驾乘人员现场处置,防范事故发生的同时,为应急救援处置力量、反恐怖防范力量及早部署、应急救援及反恐怖侦查工作快速启动争取了时间,从而助力提升我国危险化学品运 输安全事故监测预警预防能力、提升危险化学品运输安全事故应急处置效率和危险化学品运输反恐怖防范能力。

    车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元,所述车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元与车载网关单元关联,并通过车载网关单元与报警提示单元、远程管理单元关联;所述车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元能够对车载危险化学品的防盗抢安全信息进行实时监测,能够依据监测到的信息直接或与车载网关单元配合对装载危险化学品的车辆及车上的危险化学品进行被盗抢或丢失风险的预警分析,能够在风险出现时生成预警信息,通过车载网关单元向远程管理单元发出预警信息,同时通过报警提示单元发出警示;
    危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元,所述危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元设置与车载网关单元关联,并通过车载网关单元与报警提示单元、远程管理单元关联;所述危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元能够与车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元以及车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元联动,能够在车辆触发车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警及车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警时对车辆驾驶人形成应急处置现场指导信息;
    车载网关单元,所述车载网关单元分别与车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元和/或危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元、报警提示单元和远程管理单元关联,在各单元之间建立通信通道,完成数据交互;所述车载网关单元能够配合车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元和/或车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元依据相应单元采集的数据信息完成风险预警处理;
    报警提示单元,所述报警提示单元与车载网关单元连接,能够在汽车上完成本地报警和/或通过车载网关单元关联远程管理单元完成远程报警;
    远程管理单元,所述远程管理单元与车载网关单元关联,并通过车载网关单元与车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元、危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元和报警提示单元间接关联;所述远程管理单元能够形成系统配置信息和/或应急处理信息;还能够接收车载网关单元发送的车载危险化学品理化安全性监测信息和车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车载危险化学品安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元包括温度监测模块、湿度监测模块、压力监测模块、振动监测模块、泄漏监测模块中的一种或多种,各类监测装置的监测信息汇聚至车载网关的数据存储模块,并通过车载网关单元进行预警分析,当出现温度、湿度、压力、振动强度或泄漏监测结果高于设定阈值可能出现危险化学品出现燃烧、爆炸、泄漏风险时通过车载网关单元向报警提示单元发出相应警示提示,并同时通过车载网关单元将报警提示信息上传至远程管理单元;
    所述温度监测模块用于获取车载危险化学品的温度、车厢内温度或槽罐温度的实时信息,并将获取到的信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述湿度监测模块用于获取车载危险化学品的湿度及车厢内湿度的实时信息,并将获取到的信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述压力监测模块用于获取车载危险化学品的压力及车厢内或槽罐内压力的实时信息,并将获取到的信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述振动监测模块用于获取装载车载危险化学品的车辆车厢内或槽罐位置振动的实时信息,并将获取到的信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述泄漏监测模块用于获取车载危险化学品的泄漏情况及装载车载危险化学品的车辆车厢内泄漏气体情况或槽罐出口的液体或气体泄漏情况的实时信息,并将获取到的信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车载危险化学品安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元包括汽车防盗报警模块、汽车防抢劫监测模块、汽车防盗抢定位追踪模块、车辆油箱 安全监测模块、门禁入侵探测模块、货物防盗视频监测模块和/或危险化学品货物自动盘存模块中的一种或多种,各模块监测数据汇聚至车载网关单元,并通过车载网关单元进行防盗抢风险预警分析,当触发相应防盗抢预警时,通过车载网关单元向报警提示单元发出相应警示,并同时通过车载网关单元将报警提示信息上传至远程管理单元;
    所述汽车防盗报警模块包括直接接触式感应器和/或电流及电压下降感应器和/或超声波感应器和/或微波感应器和/或震荡感应器和/或倾斜感应器,用于对车辆停驶状态下的非法位置移动或非正常启动情况进行监测,并将监测信息传至车载网关单元的数据存储模块、边缘计算模块或通过车载网关单元的网络通讯模块传至远程管理单元;
    所述汽车防抢劫模块包括车外视频监控设备、隐蔽报警按钮、无线发射式针孔摄录影机、警示灯、车体外催泪喷射器和其它自卫防御器材中的一种或多种,用于对车辆周边的人员持械及非常态人员聚集情况进行监测,并将监控信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述汽车防盗抢定位追踪模块包括深度休眠型跟踪定位器、太阳能充电器和汽车驾驶人位置的针孔红外线摄像机中的一种或多种,用于对车辆触发防盗抢报警后的实时位置进行定位追踪,并将追踪的定位信息通过车载网关单元传至远程管理单元;
    所述车辆油箱安全监测模块包括设置在油箱盖上的红外探测器、振动传感器、设置在油箱内的液位传感器和/或可实时监测油箱位置的针孔红外摄像机中的一种或多种,用于对装载危险化学品的货车油箱位置进行实时视频监控,并将监控信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元直接传至远程管理单元;
    所述门禁入侵探测模块包括设置于运载危险化学品货物的货车车厢门或槽罐车油泵进出管道/卸油阀的门禁控制器、被动红外入侵探测器和/或主动红外入侵探测器和/或微波入侵探测器和/或雷达式微波探测器和/或开关式探测器和/或超声波探测器和/或声控探测器和/或无线磁开关探测器、振动传感器、可实时监测货车车厢门或槽罐车油泵进出管道/卸油阀位置的针孔摄像机中的一种或多种,用于对装载爆炸危险化学品货物的货车车厢门体或槽罐车油泵进出管道/卸油阀进行监测,并将监控信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元直接传至远程管理单元;
    所述货物防盗视频监测模块包括设置在车厢内四个墙角上方的货物影像监测摄像机、设置在车厢内正对车厢门的过程监测摄像机,用于对装载危险化学品的封闭式厢式货车内部货物情况及槽罐车全部开口进行视频监控,并将监控信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元直接传至远程管理单元;
    所述危险化学品货物自动盘存模块包括设置在车厢门处的扫码器或射频识别读卡器、设于危险化学品货物包装上的条形码标签、二维码标签或射频识别电子标签,用于对危险化学品货物的装载过程数量变化及卸载过程数量变化进行实时登记,对载运的爆炸危险化学品货物定期或不定期进行数量盘存,并将登记和盘存信息传至车载网关单元或通过车载网关单元直接传至远程管理单元。

    所述企业运营管理客户端软件用于接收显示车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元通过车载网关单元并通过通信中心转发的车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警信息或车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警信息,依据收到的预警报警信息发出相关管理指令或应急救援指南信息;当收到高风险等级车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警信息或车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警信息时,启动应急管理流程,向车载危险化学品应急救援指南模块推送车载危险化学品应急救援指南文件信息并向政府行业管理客户端发出紧急报警并发布相关应急处置指令;
    所述驾乘人员服务客户端软件用于接收显示车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元通过车载网关单元并通过通信中心转发的车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警信息或车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警信息,依据收到的报警预警信息发出声光报警、语音提示及与报警预警信息相对应的应急救援指南,提示驾驶人就近停车或立即停车检查,并给出对应的应急处置指导方案;
    所述通信中心用于和车载网关单元进行通信,接收并存储车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元通过车载网关单元转发的车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警信息或车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警信息并分别向政府行业管理客户端软件、企业运营管理客户端软件、驾乘人员服务客户端软件进行转发。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全驾驶预警系统,其特征在于:所述远程管理单元包括政府行业管理客户端、企业运营管理客户端、驾乘人员服务客户端和通信中心;
    所述远程管理单元的政府行业管理客户端依据主管行业部门的不同包括公安行业管理客户端软件、交通行业管理客户端软件、应急行业管理客户端软件、其他行业管理客户端软件;
    所述远程管理单元的企业运营管理客户端依据使用方的不同包括托运单位管理客户端软件、承运单位管理客户端软件、收货单位管理客户端软件;
    所述远程管理单元的驾乘人员服务管理客户端依据使用方的不同包括驾驶人服务客户端软件、押运人服务客户端软件、装卸人员服务客户端软件;
    所述远程管理单元的通信中心包括云平台、本地服务器和个人移动智能终端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车载危险化学品安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述远程管理单元设置在车辆交通管理或营运管理相关政府行业主管部门的云平台和/或本地存储服务器和/或相关管理人员 的个人手持智能终端、车辆所属运输企业及运输相关方的云平台和/或本地存储服务器和/或相关管理人员的个人手持智能终端、驾乘人员的个人手持智能终端,与车载网关单元关联,并通过车载网关单元与车载危险化学品理化安全性监测预警单元、车载危险化学品防盗抢监测预警单元、危险化学品运输应急救援指南单元和报警提示单元间接关联。
