Description
本实用新型涉及芳烃溶剂废液处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种芳烃溶剂用废液处理装置。
芳烃溶剂为澄清无色液体,有毒。存放点附近应消除点火源,阻止液体流入下水道、水网或低洼地带,隔离人群,避免吸入蒸气和接触人体,无危害的情况下尽可能切断危害源。
芳烃溶剂在生产过程中会产生废液,废液需要进行存放,现如今难以在芳烃溶剂废液存放过程中进行快速方便的清理,工作人员的清理负担较大,难以更好更快的保证芳烃溶剂用废液的储存。
实用新型内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种芳烃溶剂用废液处理装置,包括第一存放箱和密封板;第一存放箱的顶部设置有第二存放箱,并且第二存放箱的顶部设置有第三存放箱,密封板的底部固定连接有固定杆,并且固定杆的外表面固定连接有滤网,固定杆的底端固定连接有固定件,并且固定件的外表面固定连接有清理刷毛,密封板顶部的一侧连通有固定管。
优选的,第一存放箱的顶部、第二存放箱的顶部与底部和第三存放箱的顶部均为不封闭设置,第一存放箱的顶部与第二存放箱的底部相接触,并且第二存放箱的顶部与第三存放箱的底部相接触。
优选的,滤网和固定件与第一存放箱、第二存放箱和第三存放箱均相适配。
优选的,第一存放箱正面的顶部和第二存放箱正面的顶部均设置有密封垫, 并且两个密封垫的背面分别与第二存放箱和第三存放箱正面的底部相接触。
优选的,第一存放箱和第二存放箱顶部的两侧均开设有卡槽,并且第二存放箱和第三存放箱底部的两侧均固定连接有卡块。
优选的,卡块与卡槽相适配,卡块远离第二存放箱和第三存放箱的一侧均贯穿卡槽并延伸至卡槽的内部。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:通过第一存放箱、第二存放箱、第三存放箱、密封板、固定杆、滤网、固定件、清理刷毛、密封垫、卡槽、卡块、卡孔、卡杆和固定管的设置,能够在芳烃溶剂废液存放过程中进行快速方便的清理,从而大大的减轻了工作人员的清理负担,更好更快的保证了芳烃溶剂用废液的储存,使用效果好,适合推广。

实施例一
如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种芳烃溶剂用废液处理装置,包括第一存放箱1和密封板4;第一存放箱1的顶部设置有第二存放箱2,并且第二存放箱2的顶部设置有第三存放箱3,密封板4的底部固定连接有固定杆5,并且固定杆5的外表面固定连接有滤网6,固定杆5的底端固定连接有固定件7,并且固定件7的外表面固定连接有清理刷毛8,密封板4顶部的一侧连通有固定管14,第一存放箱1的顶部、第二存放箱2的顶部与底部和第三存放箱3的顶部均为不封闭设置,第一存放箱1的顶部与第二存放箱2的底部相接触,并且第二存放箱2的顶部与第三存放箱3的底部相接触,滤网6和固定件7与第一存放箱1、第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3均相适配,第一存放箱1正面的顶部和第二存放箱2正面的顶部均设置有密封垫9,并且两个密封垫9的背面分别与第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3正面的底部相接触。
本实施例中,使用时,将卡杆13插入卡孔12内部,将密封板4与第三存放箱3进行安装,通过固定管14将需要进行存放的芳烃溶剂废液注入第一存放箱1、第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3内部,注入过程中,通过滤网6能够对废液进行过滤,当废液运输或经人工处理完成后,将密封板4向上拉动,带动卡杆13脱离卡孔12,将固定杆5和固定件7向上拉动,固定件7在向上拉动的过程中,通过清理刷毛8能够对第一存放箱1、第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3的内壁进行快速充分的清理。
实施例二
如图1、图3和图5所示,本实用新型提出的一种芳烃溶剂用废液处理装置,相较于实施例一,本实施例还包括第一存放箱1和第二存放箱2顶部的两侧均开设有卡槽10,并且第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3底部的两侧均固定连接有卡块11,卡块11与卡槽10相适配,卡块11远离第二存放箱2和第三存放箱3的 一侧均贯穿卡槽10并延伸至卡槽10的内部,第三存放箱3顶部的两侧均开设有卡孔12,并且密封板4底部的两侧均固定连接有卡杆13,通过第一存放箱1、第二存放箱2、第三存放箱3、密封板4、固定杆5、滤网6、固定件7、清理刷毛8、密封垫9、卡槽10、卡块11、卡孔12、卡杆13和固定管14的设置,能够在芳烃溶剂废液存放过程中进行快速方便的清理,从而大大的减轻了工作人员的清理负担,更好更快的保证了芳烃溶剂用废液的储存,使用效果好,适合推广。
本实施例中,通过将第三储存箱和第二储存箱向上拉动,带动卡块11脱离卡槽10,能够将第三储存箱与第二储存箱进行拆卸,将第二储存箱与第一储存箱进行拆卸,从而进一步便于对第一储存箱、第二储存箱和第三储存箱的内部进行清理。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本实用新型并不限于此,在所属技术领域的技术人员所具备的知识范围内,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下还可以作出各种变化。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种芳烃溶剂用废液处理装置,其特征在于,第一存放箱(1)的顶部、第二存放箱(2)的顶部与底部和第三存放箱(3)的顶部均为不封闭设置,第一存放箱(1)的顶部与第二存放箱(2)的底部相接触,并且第二存放箱(2)的顶部与第三存放箱(3)的底部相接触。
