  • each disc 10 preferably has 4 protruding arcs 15, however the disclosure is not limited to 4 protruding arcs per disc and may have at least two.
  • Figure 1 further illustrates that the three discs 10 jointly form a V-formation when attached to said mother disc 2, thereby increasing the scraping efficiency when in a scrape spackle process.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement de disque de raclage (1) destiné à un appareil (100) agencé pour racler en pâte à reboucher un plancher de matériau composite. L'agencement de disque de raclage (1) comprend un disque mère (2) et trois disques rotatifs (10) fixés audit disque mère (2), lesdits disques rotatifs (10) étant agencés pour tourner, dans au moins une direction de rotation (r1), au moyen d'un agencement de moteur (20). De plus, chacun desdits disques rotatifs (10) comprend une surface faisant face au sol (11) et une surface opposée faisant face au disque mère (12). La surface faisant face au sol (11) comprend une pluralité d'arcs en saillie (15) s'étendant le long de ladite surface faisant face au sol (11). Les arcs en saillie (15) sont agencés pour distribuer une masse de plancher au moins partiellement le long d'une partie interne (p1) de surfaces faisant face au plancher (11) de chaque disque rotatif correspondant (10). L'invention concerne en outre un appareil comprenant un tel agencement de disque, et un disque de raclage.
