In the following, each component included in the handrail 1 will be explained in more detail.
(1-2) Handrail Main Body As described above, the handrail main body 15 is composed of the main body 3 and the cover member 2 attached to the upper part thereof.
In other words, the main body part 3 constitutes the lower part of the handrail main body part 15. The cover member 2 constitutes an upper portion of the handrail main body 15 that includes the top surface 10.
手すり本体部15の前後方向の幅W1(すなわち、カバー部材2の前後方向の幅)は、例えば70mm程度である。 The width W1 of the handrail main body 15 in the front-rear direction (that is, the width of the cover member 2 in the front-rear direction) is, for example, about 70 mm. In order to achieve the objective of the present disclosure, the width W1 is preferably set within a range of 50 mm to 200 mm, and more preferably within a range of 50 mm to 100 mm. Moreover, it is also preferable to set within the range of 60 mm to 80 mm.
The cover member 2 is provided with a top surface 10 of the handrail 1 and an anti-slip surface 11. As shown in FIG. 3, the top surface 10 is a surface designed for the purpose of a user (that is, a bather) to rest their palms on and naturally put their weight on the top surface 10.
The top surface 10 is a surface extending in the left-right direction, and has a linearly extending shape in plan view (see FIG. 1). In plan view, the top surface 10 is located astride the bathtub 91 and the washing area 92.
The top surface 10 includes a palm resting surface 102 and a finger resting surface 104 (see FIG. 3, etc.). The palm resting surface 102 is a surface on which the user rests his or her palm. The finger resting surface 104 is a surface connected to the rear from the palm resting surface 102, and is designed so that a portion of the user's fingers rests thereon.
The user places his or her palm on the palm resting surface 102 that forms the front part of the top surface 10 and puts his or her weight on it, and then places his or her fingers on the finger resting surface 104 that forms the rear part of the top surface 10. Some parts can be placed naturally. The user does not need to grasp the top surface 10, and can simply place his/her hand on the top surface 10 naturally.
The part of the user's finger that is placed on the finger rest surface 104 is the middle phalanx of the finger. The middle phalanx of the finger corresponds to the middle phalanx. In other words, the middle phalanx of the finger is the part between the first and second joints of the finger.
The palm resting surface 102 and the finger resting surface 104 are both surfaces extending in the left-right direction, and have a linearly extending shape in plan view. In plan view, both the palm resting surface 102 and the finger resting surface 104 are located astride the bathtub 91 and the washing area 92.
The palm resting surface 102 is a surface facing upward. The palm resting surface 102 is a convex curved surface that gently bulges upward, and in the orthogonal cross section shown in FIG.
In the orthogonal cross section, a line segment connecting the apex of the palm resting surface 102 (in one embodiment, the highest point located in the middle part of the palm resting surface 102 in the front-rear direction) and the front end point of the palm resting surface 102 is It has an inclination of about 2° with respect to the horizontal line. The inclination of this line segment with respect to the horizontal line in the orthogonal cross section is preferably set within the range of 1.5° to 3°.
In the orthogonal cross section, the line segment connecting the apex of the palm resting surface 102 and the rear end point has an inclination of about 2° with respect to the horizontal line. The inclination of this line segment with respect to the horizontal line in the orthogonal cross section is preferably set within the range of 1.5° to 3°.
With the palm resting surface 102 having the above-described shape, the user's palm can easily fit onto the palm resting surface 102, and water drainage on the palm resting surface 102 is good. Note that the palm resting surface 102 may have other inclinations and shapes as long as the water drainage on the palm resting surface 102 is good. For example, in the orthogonal cross section, the palm resting surface 102 may be a surface that slopes gently downward from the rear end toward the front end. In this case, the inclination of the palm resting surface 102 is preferably within the range of 1.5° to 3° with respect to the horizontal line in the orthogonal cross section, and is approximately 2° with respect to the horizontal line in the orthogonal cross section. It is even more preferable. It is also possible to set the inclination of the palm rest surface 102 to other angles.
The finger resting surface 104 is a surface extending rearward from the palm resting surface 102, and faces obliquely rearward and upward. It is preferable that the finger resting surface 104 gently swells rearward and diagonally upward. A gentle corner 103 is formed between the palm resting surface 102 and the finger resting surface 104.
In the orthogonal cross section, the inclinations of the palm resting surface 102 and the finger resting surface 104 are different from each other. The inclination here is the inclination based on the horizontal line in the orthogonal cross section. The slope of the finger rest surface 104 is greater than the slope of the palm rest surface 102 with respect to the horizontal line.
As described above, when the width W1 of the handrail main body 15 in the front-back direction is set within the range of 50 mm to 200 mm (approximately 70 mm in one embodiment), the user can place his/her palm on the handrail main body 15. The user can easily move left and right along the handrail 1 while putting his/her weight on the handrail.
According to the handrail 1 of one embodiment, the user does not grasp the handrail main body 1 that is provided wide in the front-rear direction, but takes a posture where he or she places his or her hand on the handrail main body 1 and puts his/her weight on the handrail main body 1. is naturally guided.
Since the user does not need to grip the handrail main body 15, even if the user's grip strength is weak, it is possible to move stably along the handrail 1.
Furthermore, since the user is guided to a position where the center of gravity is closer to the handrail main body portion 15, it is possible to move more stably within the bathroom 9.
The anti-slip surface 11 is a surface extended from the top surface 10. Specifically, the anti-slip surface 11 is a surface further extended from the finger rest surface 104 that constitutes the rear portion of the top surface 10. A finger rest surface 104 is located between the anti-slip surface 11 and the palm rest surface 102. In other words, the anti-slip surface 11 is located on the opposite side of the palm resting surface 102 with the finger resting surface 104 in between.
The anti-slip surface 11 includes a first surface 111 facing rearward and a second surface 112 further extending from the first surface 111. When the handrail 1 is installed on the side wall 93a, the first surface 111 faces the side wall 93a.
The first surface 111 is located between the second surface 112 and the finger rest surface 104. In other words, the second surface 112 is located on the opposite side of the finger rest surface 104 with the first surface 111 interposed therebetween. The second surface 112 has an arcuate shape that is convex diagonally downward in the orthogonal cross section. The first surface 111 and the second surface 112 are smoothly continuous.
The anti-slip surface 11 (that is, the first surface 111 and the second surface 112) is a surface extending in the left-right direction similarly to the top surface 10, and is located astride the bathtub 91 and the washing area 92.
The anti-slip surface 11 is provided with anti-slip irregularities 12. That is, both the first surface 111 and the second surface 112 are provided with anti-slip irregularities 12. The unevenness 12 is formed by a plurality of grooves extending in the left-right direction. The plurality of grooves are parallel to each other.
(1-3) Curtain Plate Section As described above, the curtain plate section 4 extends downward from the main body section 3. That is, the curtain plate portion 4 extends downward from the handrail main body portion 15.
As shown in FIG. 2, the main body portion 3 and curtain plate portion 4, which are integral, are included in a metal member 8 that is T-shaped in an orthogonal cross section.
The upper part 81 of the member 8 having a T-shaped cross section constitutes the main body part 3 which is horizontally elongated in the orthogonal cross section, and the lower part 82 of the member 8 which has the T-shaped cross section constitutes the vertically elongated curtain plate part in the orthogonal cross section. 4. Both the upper part 81 and the lower part 82 of the member 8 are hollow.
Dimension D1 is set to be larger than dimension D2, with respect to a dimension D1 in which the handrail main body part 15 protrudes more forward than the curtain plate part 4, and a dimension D2 in which the handrail main body part 15 protrudes more rearward than the curtain plate part 4. has been done.
The above dimension D1 corresponds to the distance between the upper end of the curtain plate part 4 and the front end of the handrail main body part 15 in the front-rear direction. The above-mentioned dimension D2 corresponds to the distance between the upper end of the curtain plate section 4 and the rear end of the handrail main body section 15 in the front-rear direction.
In one embodiment, the front end of the handrail main body 15 is formed by the front end of the cover member 2. The rear end portion of the handrail main body portion 15 is constituted by the rear end portion of the cover member 2.

A shower hook 7 is provided on the front side 40 of the curtain plate section 4. The shower hook 7 has a bifurcated portion on which a grip portion of the shower head can be hooked.
The bifurcated portion of the shower hook 7 (that is, the portion on which the shower head is hooked) is located below the handrail main body 15 and in front of the handrail main body 15. The bifurcated portion of the shower hook 7 is located diagonally below the front end of the handrail main body 15. The angle of the bifurcated portion of the shower hook 7 can be changed around a central axis extending in the left-right direction.
(1-4) Supports A plurality of supports 5 are provided at a distance in the left-right direction. The longitudinal dimensions of the plurality of supports 5 are the same.
In one embodiment, the plurality of supports 5 is three supports 5. When the plurality of supports 5 are each fixed to the side wall 93a, an accommodation space S1 for accommodating articles is formed behind the handrail main body part 15 and the curtain plate part 4.
収容スペースS1(つまり手すり本体部15及び幕板部4と側壁93aとの間のスペース)には、例えば棚材95が着脱可能に設置される。 For example, a shelf material 95 is removably installed in the storage space S1 (that is, the space between the handrail main body part 15 and the curtain plate part 4 and the side wall 93a). The shelf material 95 includes a plurality of wire rods 951 extending in the left-right direction and a holding member 952 that connects the plurality of wire rods 951 (see FIG. 2). The plurality of wire rods 951 are arranged parallel to each other at intervals in the front-rear direction.
The shelf material 95 is supported in a horizontal position via a plurality of protrusions 46 provided on the curtain plate portion 4 and a plurality of protrusions 936 provided on the side wall 93a.
Each protrusion 46 is, for example, cylindrical. Each projection 46 projects rearward from the back surface 41 facing the side wall 93a of the curtain plate portion 4.
Each protrusion 936 is, for example, cylindrical. Each protrusion 936 projects forward from the side wall 93a.
In one embodiment, the space above the shelf material 95 attached as described above forms a storage space S1. In the storage space S1, bathroom accessories such as a bottle for shampoo and soap can be stored, for example.
Bathroom accessories stored in the storage space S1 can be taken in and out through the opening 98 between the handrail main body 15 and the side wall 93a (that is, between the rear end of the cover member 2 and the side wall 93a).
The width W2 of the opening 98 in the front-rear direction is, for example, about 110 mm. The width W2 is preferably set within a range of 80 mm to 140 mm, and more preferably within a range of 100 mm to 120 mm.
(1-5) End Cap As described above, the end cap 6 is a member that covers the left and right end portions of the handrail main body portion 15 composed of the main body portion 3 and the cover member 2. In one embodiment, the end cap 6 is provided so as to cover the left and right ends of the curtain plate part 14 in addition to the handrail main body part 15.
エンドキャップ6の材質は、例えばポリ塩化ビニル又はABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)樹脂である。 The end cap 6 is made of synthetic resin, for example. The material of the end cap 6 is, for example, polyvinyl chloride or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin.
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the end cap 6 includes a first end cap 61 and a second end cap 62 that is separate from the first end cap 61.
The first end cap 61 is a longitudinally long member provided so as to cover the ends of the cover member 2 in the left and right direction.
The second end cap 62 integrally includes a longitudinally long upper portion 624 that covers the left and right ends of the main body portion 3 and a vertically long lower portion 626 that covers the left and right ends of the curtain plate portion 4. . The second end cap 62 is a T-shaped member.
The end cap 6 of one embodiment is configured by combining the first end cap 61 and the second end cap 62 described above. The first end cap 61 is located overlapping the upper portion 624 of the second end cap 62 from the outside in the left-right direction.
The coefficient of linear expansion of the cover member 2 made of synthetic resin is larger than the coefficient of linear expansion of the main body part 3 made of metal, that is, the coefficient of linear expansion of the member 8 made of metal. The cover member 2 undergoes dimensional changes at a greater rate than the main body portion 3, that is, the dimensional changes occur at a greater rate than the member 8 due to temperature changes.
On the other hand, in one embodiment, a first end cap 61 covers the left and right ends of the cover member 2, and a second end cap 62 covers the left and right ends of the main body 3 (and thus the entire member 8). Since the end cap 6 is provided separately, the occurrence of unnatural wobbling in the end cap 6 due to temperature changes is suppressed.
(2) Modifications Various modifications of the handrail 1 will be described below. In addition, in each modification of the handrail 1, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected about the structure common to above-mentioned one embodiment, and detailed description is abbreviate|omitted.
FIGS. 5A and 5B show a modification in which the end cap 6 is made of one member. In this modification, the end cap 6 collectively covers the left and right ends of the cover member 2 and the left and right ends of the main body 3 (that is, the upper portion 81 of the metal member 8). It is set up like this.
Further, the end cap 6 of this modification is provided so as to collectively cover the left and right ends of the curtain plate part 14 in addition to the cover member 2 and the main body part 3 (that is, the handrail main body part 15). The end cap 6 of this modification is provided so as to collectively cover the ends of the cover member 2 and the member 8 in the left and right direction.
The length of the cover member 2 in the left-right direction is shorter than the length of the main body portion 3 in the left-right direction by a predetermined dimension. The predetermined dimension here is preferably set to about 5 mm, for example.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5B, the cover member 2 is located inside the main body portion 3 in the left-right direction at the end portions of the handrail main body portion 15 in the left-right direction. The end cap 6 and the main body portion 3 are fixed to each other via an adhesive 18, for example. The end cap 6 and the main body portion 3 may be fixed to each other by a method other than adhesive. The end cap 6 and the cover member 2 are not fixed to each other.
As described in one embodiment, the cover member 2 undergoes dimensional changes at a larger rate than the main body portion 3 (that is, the member 8) due to temperature changes.
On the other hand, in the above modification, the length of the cover member 2 made of synthetic resin in the left-right direction is shorter than the length of the main body portion 3 made of metal in the left-right direction. Therefore, even if the cover member 2 undergoes a dimensional change at a larger rate than the main body portion 3 due to temperature changes, unnatural wobbling in the end cap 6 can be suppressed.
Even in other configurations of the handrail 1 according to the present disclosure, various changes can be made depending on the design etc. as long as the objective of the present disclosure can be achieved.

The unevenness 12 of the anti-slip surface 11 may be formed by a plurality of parallel protrusions or may be formed by a plurality of protrusions.
Further, in one embodiment, the main body portion 3 and the curtain plate portion 4 are included in one member 8, but the main body portion 3 and the curtain plate portion 4 may be configured as separate bodies. Although the main body portion 3 and the curtain plate portion 4 have an overall T-shape, they may have other shapes.
In one embodiment, a dimension D1 in which the handrail main body 15 protrudes more forward than the curtain plate 4 is larger than a dimension D2 in which the handrail main body 15 protrudes rearward than the curtain plate 4, but the dimension D1 and dimension D2 may be the same, or dimension D2 may be larger than dimension D1.
Further, in one embodiment, the storage space S1 is formed behind the curtain plate part 4, but the above-mentioned storage space S1 is not essential, and the shelf material 95 is not installed behind the curtain plate part 4. Also possible. It is also possible that the shower hook 7 is not provided on the front surface 40 of the curtain plate part 4. It is also possible that the handrail 1 does not include the end cap 6.
The handrail main body 15 includes a cover member 2 and a main body 3 made of different materials, but the cover member 2 and the main body 3 may be made of the same material, or the handrail main body 15 is integrated.
