Abstract
La présente invention décrit une technologie associée à une réduction de la latence de communication ou de traitement dans des communications utilisant un réseau non terrestre (NTN). Il est décrit un terminal utilisateur comprenant : une unité de contrôle qui détermine si une cellule voisine comprend une cellule NTN, qui est une cellule formée par une station de base non terrestre ; et une unité de communication qui, en réponse à la détermination par l'unité de contrôle que la cellule voisine comprend la cellule NTN, transmet une première notification contenant l'identité globale de cellule (CGI) de la cellule voisine, à la station de base.
