本申请实施例提供一种排队信息处理方法,用户取号排队的过程中可以执行互动任务,在用户完成互动任务的情况下可以调整该用户的排队号码的排队顺序,由此,避免用户在取号排队过程中被动等待的情况,提高了取号排队的灵活性。而且,互动任务可以分散用户的注意力,避免用户在被动等 待中消磨时间,增加了营业网点的活跃度和用户粘性,改善了用户排队等候的体验,并且,用户还可以通过完成互动任务获得对相关业务的有益信息。
下面介绍本申请的技术方案,首先介绍本申请的应用场景。

在本申请实施例中,取号服务器可以是一台服务器,或者是若干台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者是一个云计算服务中心。取号机部署在银行网点、保险营业厅、电信营业厅、餐厅等线下营业网点,取号机具有取号组件,用户可以基于该取号组件触发取号请求。其中,该取号组件包括但不限于显示组件、扫描组件、语音组件等。该显示组件具有可触控操作的显示界面,用户可以基于该显示界面触发取号请求。该扫描组件能够扫描用户身份证件以触发取号请求。该语音组件能够检测用户的特定语音片段(例如“取号”)以触发取号请求。终端设备可以是部署在银行网点、保险营业厅、电信营业厅、餐厅等线下营业网点的互动桌面、互动茶几等互动屏幕设备,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等移动设备,终端设备中运行的应用程序可以提供银行网点、保险营业厅、电信营业厅、餐厅等营业网点的公众号或小程序,该公众号或小程序可以提供取号入口,用户可以通过该取号入口触发取号请求。
以上关于排队信息处理系统、取号服务器、取号机、终端设备等的介绍仅用于举例,并非用于限制本申请实施例的技术方案,本申请实施例不限定排队信息处理系统的组成以及取号服务器、取号机、终端设备等的实现。
以上是对本申请的应用场景的介绍,下面介绍本申请的方法实施例。
图5为本申请实施例提供的一种排队信息处理方法的流程图。该排队信息处理方法由排队信息处理装置执行,该排队信息处理装置可以是图1至图4中所示的排队信息处理装置100。参见图5所示,该排队信息处理方法包括如下步骤S501至S502。
S501.响应于取号请求,生成排队号码、该排队号码对应的排队信息和该排队号码生成二维码,该排队信息用于指示该排队号码的排队顺序,该二维码用于终端设备基于该二维码展示互动任务。
一个实施例中,排队信息处理装置包括在取号机中,用户通过该取号机的取号组件触发取号请求,该排队信息处理装置接收用户触发的该取号请求。
另一个实施例中,排队信息处理装置包括在取号机中,用户通过终端设 备触发取号请求,该终端设备向该取号机发送该取号请求,该取号机中的该排队信息处理装置接收该终端设备发送的该取号请求。
再一个实施例中,排队信息处理装置包括在取号服务器中,用户通过终端设备触发取号请求,该终端设备向该取号服务器发送该取号请求,该取号服务器中的该排队信息处理装置接收该终端设备发送的该取号请求。

排队信息处理装置接收到该取号请求之后,该排队信息处理装置响应于该取号请求生成排队号码、该排队号码对应的排队信息和该排队号码对应的二维码。可选地,该排队号码包括随机数字和至少一个英文字母,该随机数字的长度为第一预设长度,第一预设长度为正整数。例如,该随机数字为三位数,第一预设长度为3;再例如,该随机数字为五位数,第一预设长度为5。
可选地,该排队号码对应的二维码基于该排队号码生成,该二维码中包括该排队号码,终端设备扫描该二维码可以将该排队号码和互动任务相关联,从而识别参与该互动任务的排队号码。该二维码中还可以包括该互动任务的链接或完成该互动任务的应用程序(application,APP)的下载链接,终端设备扫描该二维码可以触发该终端设备显示互动任务界面,用户可以在该互动任务界面中完成互动任务;或者,终端设备扫描该二维码可以触发该终端设备下载该应用程序,终端设备下载该应用程序之后启动该应用程序以显示互动任务界面,用户在该互动任务界面中完成互动任务。

可选地,在一些实施例中,互动任务包括观看反诈宣传片后答题、金融知识过关小游戏、填写调查问卷、意见反馈、观看理财宣传视频并答题等。终端设备基于二维码执行互动任务包括以下三项中的至少一项。
(1)终端设备基于该二维码播放预设视频,并接收针对该预设视频的预设触控指令,该终端设备基于该预设触控指令完成互动任务。例如,该终端设备扫描该二维码触发该终端设备显示视频播放界面并在该视频播放界面中播放该预设视频,该终端设备播放该预设视频的过程中,用户在该视频播放界面中进行操作以触发预设触控指令,该终端设备接收该预设触控指令,该终端设备基于该预设触控指令生成用于指示互动任务已完成的完成指令。
(2)终端设备基于该二维码显示答题问卷,并接收针对该答题问卷的答题触控指令,该终端设备基于该答题触控指令完成互动任务。例如,该终端设备扫描该二维码触发该终端设备显示答题问卷界面并在该答题问卷界面中显示答题问卷,用户在该答题问卷界面中答题并触发答题触控指令,该终端设备接收该答题触控指令,该终端设备基于该答题触控指令生成用于指示互动任务已完成的完成指令。

一个实施例中,排队信息处理装置向前调整该排队号码的排队顺序。另一个实施例中,排队信息处理装置向后调整该排队号码的排队顺序。
可选地,在一些实施例中,排队信息处理装置调整该排队号码的排队顺序包括:该排队信息处理装置基于该排队号码对应的排队信息确定该排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,若该排队号码满足该预设调整条件,该排队信息处理装置将该排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。
其中,第一预设数量为正整数,第一预设数量可以小于预设数量阈值。例如,该预设数量阈值是3,则第一预设数量是1或2。本申请实施例设置第一预设数量小于预设数量阈值,可以避免排队信息处理装置调整参与互动的排队号码的排队顺序对未参与互动的排队号码的排队顺序的后移产生较大影响,使得对排队号码的排队顺序的调整对在场等候的用户基本无感知。
在一些实施例中,该预设调整条件包括以下至少一项:该排队号码之前的等候人数大于预设人数、该排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于第一预设次数、排队顺序在该排队号码之前的前一排队号码(该前一排队号码的实际排队顺序与该排队号码的实际排队顺序相邻)被向后调整顺序的次数小于第二预设次数。其中,该排队号码之前的等候人数指的是排队顺序在该排队号码之前的排队号码的数量,预设人数为预设排队号码数量,本申请实施例为了简洁,将排队顺序在该排队号码之前的排队号码的数量描述为该排队号码之前的等候人数,对应的,将预设排队号码数量描述为预设人数。其中,预设人数、第一预设次数和第二预设次数均可以根据实际情况设置,例如,预设人数为5,第一预设次数为1,第二预设次数为3。
可选地,排队信息处理装置基于排队号码对应的排队信息确定该排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,包括:该排队信息处理装置基于该排队号码对应的排队信息确定该排队号码之前的等候人数是否大于预设人数;若该排队号码之前的等候人数大于该预设人数,该排队信息处理装置确定该排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是否小于第一预设次数;若该排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于第一预设次数,该排队信息处理装置确定排队顺序在该排队号码 之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数是否小于第二预设次数;若排队顺序在该排队号码之前的该前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于第二预设次数,该排队信息处理装置确定该排队号码满足预设调整条件。

在一些实施例中,排队信息处理装置调整排队号码的排队顺序之后,该排队信息处理装置向终端设备发送排队顺序调整结果,该终端设备用于展示该排队顺序调整结果,便于用户获知该排队顺序调整结果,也即,便于用户获知排队顺序的调整情况。可选地,该排队信息处理装置将该排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量之后得到该排队号码对应的新的排队信息,该排队信息处理装置基于该新的排队信息向终端设备发送排队顺序调整结果。
可选地实施例中,若排队信息处理装置确定排队号码不满足预设调整条件,该排队信息处理装置不调整该排队号码的排队顺序,该排队信息处理装置向终端设备发送未调整排队顺序信息,便于用户获知排队顺序未调整。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的排队信息处理方法中,排队信息处理装置响应于用户触发的取号请求生成排队号码、该排队号码对应的排队信息和该排队号码对应的二维码,该排队信息用于指示该排队号码的排队顺序,该二维码用于终端设备基于该二维码执行互动任务,终端设备基于该二维码完成互动任务后可以获得调整排队顺序的机会,由此提高了取号排队的灵活性。而且,互动任务可以分散用户的注意力,避免用户在被动等待中消磨时间,增加了营业网点的活跃度和用户粘性,改善了用户排队等候的体验。
此外,本申请实施例提供的排队信息处理方法中,在终端设备基于排队号码对应的二维码完成互动任务的情况下,排队信息处理装置基于该排队号码对应的排队信息确定该排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,在该排队号码满足该预设调整条件的情况下,该排队信息处理装置将该排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。即基于本申请实施例的排队信息处理方法中,排队信息处理装置在用户完成互动任务,参与了有效的活动交互后,在一定范围 内将该用户的排队号码的排队顺序向前调整,避免用户只能被动等待的情况,增加了营业网点的活跃度和用户粘性,改善了用户排队等候的体验。同时,用户还可以通过完成互动任务获得对相关业务的有益信息。
本申请实施例提供的排队信息处理方法具有创新性高、可行性高,实施成本低等特点,可以广泛应用于银行网点、保险营业厅、电信营业厅、餐厅等需要取号排队的场景。通常,在这些场景中,一旦排队人数较多就容易降低用户体验,用户只能在等候时消磨时间,本申请实施例的排队信息处理方法可以在改善用户排队等候体验的同时,使用户获取到有益的信息。
图6为本申请实施例提供的另一种排队信息处理方法的流程图。该排队信息处理方法由排队信息处理装置执行,该排队信息处理装置可以是图1至图4中所示的排队信息处理装置100。参见图6所示,该排队信息处理方法包括如下步骤S601至S608。
S601.接收取号请求,该取号请求携带用户身份信息。之后执行S602和S608。

可选地,排队号码包括随机数字和至少一个英文字母,该随机数字的长度是第一预设长度,第一预设长度为正整数。由于排队号码包括随机数字,因此该排队号码为随机号码,该排队号码采用无规则方式。示例地,该至少一个英文字母包括英文字母A~G中的至少一个,该随机数字为三位数,该排 队号码是英文字母A~G+三位随机数字。例如,该排队号码是F608、D023等。考虑各年龄阶层对英文字母的认知程度不同,本申请使用最广为人知的英文字母A~G配合第一预设长度的随机数字(例如三位随机数字)形成排队号码,按照此规则可产生至少7000个不同排队号码,足够单个营业网点单日使用,营业网点每日发放的排队号码不重复,次日重新发放排队号码,排队号码是随机号码,用户无法从当前排队号码推断上一个或下一个排队号码。
在本申请实施例中,排队号码对应的排队信息用于指示该排队号码的排队顺序,例如,某一排队号码排在第15位,该排队号码之前还有14位用户,需要等该14位用户办理完业务后,才到第15位用户。
可选地,排队号码对应的二维码中包括该排队号码,终端设备扫描该二维码可以将该排队号码和互动任务相关联,识别参与该互动任务的排队号码。

作为一个示例,上述排队信息处理装置是取号机,在本申请实施例的排队信息处理方法中,用户到达需要排队叫号的营业网点后,通过刷身份证、银行卡、社保卡或手机扫描等方式在该取号机上取号触发取号请求。该取号机基于该取号请求生成排队号码、该排队号码对应的排队信息、该排队号码对应的二维码和该排队号码对应的模糊排队信息,该取号机将该排队号码、该排队号码对应的模糊排队信息和该排队号码对应的二维码以纸质形式打印出来形成排队号码纸,该排队号码纸作为用户进行互动任务和办理业务的凭证。其中,该排队号码纸上显示有该排队号码、该排队号码对应的模糊排队信息和该排队号码对应的二维码,该模糊排队信息用于指示该排队号码的大致排队顺序。用户拿到该排队号码纸后,通过终端设备(例如营业网点内的互动桌面、互动茶几等互动屏幕设备,或者用户的手机)扫描该排队号码纸上的二维码参与互动。用户成功参与互动之后,该取号机根据预设算法,在规则内调整该用户的排队号码的排队顺序,并向该终端设备发送排队顺序调 整结果,该终端设备展示该排队顺序调整结果。例如,用户成功参与互动之后,该取号机基于该排队号码对应的排队信息判断该排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,在该排队号码满足该预设调整条件的情况下,该取号机将该排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量,使该排队号码在排队队列中提前。由于用户拿到的排队号码纸上的排队号码是随机的,并且该排队号码纸上没有注明该排队号码的精确排队顺序,只注明了大致排队顺序(也即,没有注明该排队号码的前方等候的明确人数,只注明了前方等候的大概人数),并且该取号机在规则内调整排队号码的排队顺序,因此可以避免调整参与互动的排队号码的排队顺序对未参与互动的排队号码的排队顺序的产生较大影响,使得调整排队号码的排队顺序对在场等候的用户无感知。
根据前述描述可知,排队信息处理装置响应用户触发的取号请求生成排队号码、该排队号码对应的排队信息和该排队号码对应的二维码。在终端设备基于该二维码执行互动任务之后,该排队信息处理装置基于该排队号码对应的排队信息确定该排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,在该排队号码满足该预设调整条件的情况下,该排队信息处理装置将该排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。下面以该预设调整条件包括该排队号码之前的等候人数大于预设人数、该排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于第一预设次数、排队顺序在该排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于第二预设次数为例,介绍排队信息处理装置调整排队号码的排队顺序的实现过程。
示例地,图7为本申请实施例提供的一种调整排队顺序的流程图。图7以调整第一排队号码的排队顺序为例介绍排队顺序调整过程。参见图7所示,调整排队顺序的流程包括如下步骤S701至S706。
S701.基于第一排队号码对应的排队信息,确定第一排队号码之前的等候人数是否大于预设人数。若是,执行步骤S702;若否,执行步骤S706。
其中,第一排队号码是参与了有效互动的任一排队号码,第一排队号码包括随机数字和至少一个英文字母,该随机数字的长度为第一预设长度。
其中,预设人数根据实际情况设置,例如预设人数为5。
可选地,排队号码及其对应的排队信息以排队信息表的形式存储,排队 信息处理装置基于第一排队号码和该排队信息表确定第一排队号码对应的排队信息,该排队信息处理装置基于第一排队号码对应的排队信息确定第一排队号码的排队顺序,进而确定第一排队号码之前的等候人数,该排队信息处理装置判断第一排队号码之前的等候人数是否大于预设人数。
可选地,排队号码及其对应的排队信息按照排队号码的排队顺序在该排队信息表中依次存储,排队信息处理装置在排队信息表中查找到第一排队号码之后,就可以获知第一排队号码之前的等候人数。
S702.确定第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是否小于第一预设次数。若是,执行步骤S703;若否,执行步骤S706。
其中,第一预设次数根据实际情况设置,例如第一预设次数为1。
可选地,排队信息表中存储有排队号码对应的调整次数,每个排队号码对应的调整次数是该排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数,排队信息处理装置基于第一排队号码和该排队信息表确定第一排队号码对应的调整次数(也即第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数),该排队信息处理装置判断第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是否小于第一预设次数。
可选地,S702中所述的第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是第一排队号码的排队顺序的向前调整次数。在其他实施例中,该调整次数也可以是向前调整次数与向后调整次数之和,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
S703.确定排队顺序在第一排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数是否小于第二预设次数。若是,执行步骤S704;若否,执行步骤S706。
其中,第二预设次数根据实际情况设置,例如第二预设次数为3。
可选地,排队信息表中存储有排队号码对应的向后调整次数,每个排队号码对应的向后调整次数是该排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数,排队信息处理装置从该排队信息表中确定排队顺序在第一排队号码之前的前一排队号码(也即排队顺序在第一排队号码之前且与第一排队号码相邻),该排队信息处理装置基于该前一排队号码从该排队信息表中确定该前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数(也即该前一排队号码对应的向后调整次数),进而判断该前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数是否小于第二预设次数。
S704.将第一排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。
其中,第一预设数量为正整数,例如第一设计数量为1,即排队信息处理装置将第一排队号码的排队顺序向前调整一位。
可选地,排队信息处理装置将第一排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量,并且,排队信息处理装置将排队顺序在第一排队号码之前且与第一排队号码相邻的第一预设数量个排队号码的排队顺序分别向后调整一位。例如,排队信息处理装置将第一排队号码的排队顺序向前调整一位,将排队顺序在第一排队顺序之前的前一排队号码的排队顺序向后调整一位。

终端设备展示该排队顺序调整结果,便于用户获知该排队顺序调整结果。可选地,终端设备在互动活动的页面中展示该排队顺序调整结果。
一个实施例中,该排队顺序调整结果用于指示排队顺序调整成功,还指示成功调整的位数,该排队顺序调整结果包括已经调整排队顺序的信息。例如,该排队顺序调整结果为“恭喜您的排队号码已被提前N位”。
排队信息处理装置调整第一排队号码的排队顺序之后,该排队信息处理装置按照调整后的排队顺序呼叫第一排队号码,例如,第一排队号码是“XXXX”,该排队信息处理装置按照调整后的排队顺序轮询到第一排队号码时,该排队信息处理装置的提示屏和/或语音组件展示“请XXXX号用户前往YY柜台办理业务”。整个过程中,用户可见的排队号码都为“XXXX”,根据该排队号码是否参与互动任务,该排队号码的排队顺序不同。
S706.不调整第一排队号码的排队顺序。
在图7所示实施例中,若第一排队号码之前的等候人数不大于预设人数,和/或,第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数不小于第一预设次数,和/或,排队顺序在第一排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数不小于 第二预设次数,排队信息处理装置确定第一排队号码不满足预设调整条件,该排队信息处理装置不调整第一排队号码的排队顺序。若该排队信息处理装置不调整第一排队号码的排队顺序,该排队信息处理装置还可以展示提示信息,例如,该排队信息处理装置向展示设备发送该提示信息,该展示设备用于展示该提示信息。该展示设备可以是终端设备或取号机。
一个实施例中,第一排队号码之前的等候人数不大于预设人数,第一排队号码不满足预设调整条件,若第一排队号码参与互动任务,排队信息处理装置不调整第一排队号码排队顺序,该排队信息处理装置可以展示提示信息“您前方仅有A人等候,参与互动不会对您的位次做出调整”。在这一实施例中,用户可以根据该提示信息选择是否继续参与互动,无论用户是否继续参与互动,该排队信息处理装置都不调整第一排队号码的排队顺序。
另一个实施例中,第一排队号码之前的等候人数大于预设人数,但是第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数不小于第一预设次数,第一排队号码不满足预设调整条件,排队信息处理装置不调整第一排队号码排队顺序。例如,第一预设次数是1,第一排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数不小于1,表示第一排队号码已通过参与互动调整过排队顺序,排队信息处理装置不调整第一排队号码排队顺序,该排队信息处理装置可以展示提示提示信息“您今日已经调整过排队位次,参与互动不会对您的位次做出调整”。在这一实施例中,用户可以根据该提示信息选择是否继续参与互动,无论用户是否继续参与互动,该排队信息处理装置都不调整第一排队号码的排队顺序。

本申请实施例提供的排队信息处理装置可执行本申请实施例所提供的排队信息处理方法,该排队信息处理装置的实现原理与该排队信息处理方法的实现原理类似,本申请各实施例的装置中的各模块所执行的动作与本申请各实施例的方法中的步骤相对应,对于装置的各模块的详细功能描述具体可以参见前文中所示的对应方法中的描述,此处不再赘述。本申请实施例提供的排队信息处理装置中的模块可以基于软件、硬件或软件和硬件的结合实现,且所述模块可以基于具体实现进行任意组合或分割。
本申请实施例提供一种排队信息处理装置,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在该存储器上的计算机程序,该处理器执行该计算机程序以实现本申请任一实施例的排队信息处理方法。
作为一种示例,图9是本申请实施例提供的一种排队信息处理装置900,排队信息处理装置900可以为取号机或该取号机中的功能组件,或者,排队信息处理装置900为取号服务器或该取号服务器中的功能组件。如图9所示,排队信息处理装置900包括处理器901和存储器903。其中,处理器901和存储器903相通信连接,如通过总线902相通信连接。
处理器901可以是通用处理器或专用处理器。通用处理器可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)。专用处理器可以包括但不限于数据信 号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC),现场可编程门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、晶体管逻辑器件、硬件部件或者其任意组合。处理器901可以实现或执行结合本申请实施例所描述的各种示例性的逻辑方框,模块,电路等。处理器901也可以是实现计算功能的组合,例如包含一个或多个微处理器组合,DSP和微处理器的组合等。
总线902可包括一通路,在上述组件之间传送信息。总线902可以是外设部件互连标准(peripheral component interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(extended industry standard architecture,EISA)总线等。总线902可以包括地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图9中仅用一条粗线表示总线902,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。

  1. 一种排队信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    响应于取号请求,生成排队号码、所述排队号码对应的排队信息和所述排队号码对应的二维码,所述排队信息用于指示所述排队号码的排队顺序,所述二维码用于终端设备基于所述二维码执行互动任务;
    响应于所述终端设备完成所述互动任务,调整所述排队号码的排队顺序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述调整所述排队号码的排队顺序,包括:
    基于所述排队信息确定所述排队号码是否满足预设调整条件;
    若所述排队号码满足所述预设调整条件,将所述排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预设调整条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述排队号码之前的等候人数大于预设人数;
    所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于第一预设次数;
    排队顺序在所述排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于第二预设次数。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述排队信息确定所述排队号码是否满足预设调整条件,包括:
    基于所述排队信息确定所述排队号码之前的等候人数是否大于所述预设人数;
    若所述排队号码之前的等候人数大于所述预设人数,则确定所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是否小于所述第一预设次数;
    若所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于所述第一预设次数,则确定排队顺序在所述排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数是否小于所述第二预设次数;
    若所述前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于所述第二预设次数,则确定所述排队号码满足所述预设调整条件。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述响应于所述终端设备完成所述互动任务,调整所述排队号码的排队顺序,包括:
    接收所述终端设备发送的排队顺序调整请求,所述排队顺序调整请求是所述终端设备完成所述互动任务后发送的;
    响应于所述排队顺序调整请求,调整所述排队号码的排队顺序。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述排队号码包括随机数字和至少一个英文字母,所述随机数字的长度为第一预设长度。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述取号请求,展示互动告知信息,所述互动告知信息包括以下至少一项:调整排队顺序的相关信息、互动任务的相关信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述取号请求携带用户身份信息,所述方法还包括:
    建立所述用户身份信息和所述排队号码的对应关系。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述排队号码对应的排队信息获取所述排队号码对应的模糊排队信息,所述模糊排队信息用于指示所述排队号码的大致排队顺序;
    展示所述排队号码和所述排队号码对应的模糊排队信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其中,在调整所述排队号码的排队顺序之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述终端设备发送排队顺序调整结果,所述终端设备用于展示所述排队顺序调整结果。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述终端设备基于所述二维码执行互动任务包括以下至少一项:
    所述终端设备基于所述二维码播放预设视频,并接收针对所述预设视频的预设触控指令,基于所述预设触控指令完成所述互动任务;
    所述终端设备基于所述二维码显示答题问卷,并接收针对所述答题问卷的答题触控指令,基于所述答题触控指令完成所述互动任务;
    所述终端设备基于所述二维码显示游戏信息,并接收针对所述游戏信息的游戏操作指令,基于所述游戏操作指令完成所述互动任务。
  12. 一种排队信息处理装置,所述装置包括:
    第一处理模块,用于响应于取号请求,生成排队号码、所述排队号码对应的排队信息和所述排队号码对应的二维码,所述排队信息用于指示所述排队号码的排队顺序,所述二维码用于终端设备基于所述二维码执行互动任务;
    第二处理模块,用于响应于所述终端设备完成所述互动任务,调整所述排队号码的排队顺序。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述第二处理模块,用于:
    基于所述排队信息确定所述排队号码是否满足预设调整条件;
    若所述排队号码满足所述预设调整条件,将所述排队号码的排队顺序向前调整第一预设数量。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述预设调整条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述排队号码之前的等候人数大于预设人数;
    所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于第一预设次数;
    排队顺序在所述排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于第二预设次数。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述第二处理模块,用于:
    基于所述排队信息确定所述排队号码之前的等候人数是否大于所述预设人数;
    若所述排队号码之前的等候人数大于所述预设人数,则确定所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数是否小于所述第一预设次数;
    若所述排队号码的排队顺序的调整次数小于所述第一预设次数,则确定排队顺序在所述排队号码之前的前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数是否小于所述第二预设次数;
    若所述前一排队号码被向后调整顺序的次数小于所述第二预设次数,则确定所述排队号码满足所述预设调整条件。
  16. 根据权利要求12至15任一项所述的装置,其中,所述取号请求携带用户身份信息,所述装置还包括:
    第三处理模块,用于响应于所述取号请求,展示互动告知信息,所述互动告知信息包括以下至少一项:调整排队顺序的相关信息、互动任务的相关信息;
    第四处理模块,用于建立所述用户身份信息和所述排队号码的对应关系;
    第五处理模块,用于:基于所述排队号码对应的排队信息获取所述排队号码对应的模糊排队信息,所述模糊排队信息用于指示所述排队号码的大致排队顺序;展示所述排队号码和所述排队号码对应的模糊排队信息。
  17. 一种排队信息处理装置,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序以实现如权利要求1至11任一项所述的方法。
  18. 一种排队信息处理系统,包括:终端设备和权利要求12至16任一项所述的排队信息处理装置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中,所述系统包括取号服务器和取 号机中的至少一个,所述取号服务器包括所述排队信息处理装置,或者,所述取号机包括所述排队信息处理装置。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被执行时实现如权利要求1至11任一项所述的方法。
