群组会话:是应用程序中一个支持多人聊天的即时通信会话。典型的群组会话包括但不限于:私有群、公开群、聊天室、音视频聊天室和在线成员广播群。在一些示例中,群组会话需要群成员登录用户帐号。在另一些示例中,群组会话允许群成员采用游客帐号(即不需要登录)接收群组消息。群组会话包括群主和管理员。群主通常为一个,管理员可以为多个。

综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,通过在群工具消息是具有群待办属性的消息时,在群组会话界面中显示群工具对应的待办提醒控件,能够向群组会话中的群成员提醒群工具中的 待办事项,提供了一种将群工具消息有效触达至群成员的人机交互方案。从而避免群成员在未查看到群工具消息、群消息刷新太快、群组成员太多等情况下,遗漏群工具中的待办事项的情况。
当群工具消息被设置有群待办属性时,应用程序在群组会话界面的会话区域显示待办提醒控件;当群工具消息未设置有群待办属性时,应用程序不显示待办提醒控件。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,具有群待办属性的设置权限的群成员,能够为群工具消息设置群待办属性。示意性的,具有群待办属性的设置权限的群成员为群主和管理员中的至少一种。或者,具有群待办属性的设置权限的群成员为群主、管理员、群工具的分享者、群工具的发起者、群成员中的至少一种。
在基于图2的可选实施例中,群待办属性的设置路径至少包括两种形式:
路径一:在具有设置权限的群成员分享和使用群工具时,在向群组会话中发送该群工具的群工具消息的过程中,设置群待办属性;
路径二:在发送群工具的群工具消息之后,由具有设置权限的群成员设置群待办属性。
针对上述路径一(主要路径):
在基于图2的可选实施例中,所述方法还包括步骤203a和步骤203b,如图4所示:
步骤203a,响应于群成员使用群工具,显示群工具的消息发送窗口,消息发送窗口显示有第一待办设置控件。
示意性的,群主或管理员作为群工具的发起者,向群组会话内分享群工具。发起者在群工具的分享过程中选择该群组会话后,显示群工具的消息发送窗口。该消息发送窗口上显示有第一待办设置控件,该第一待办设置控件用于为群工具消息设置群待办属性。可选地,该第一待办设置控件为拨钮开关。
如图5所示,在群工具“在线文档”的消息发送窗口50上显示有第一待办设置控件52。该第一待办设置控件52的默认状态为关闭状态,也即未设置有群待办属性。当用户点击第一待办设置控件52时,将关闭状态切换为开启状态,为群应用消息设置群待办属性。然后,用户点击“发送”按钮,该群工具“在线文档”的群应用消息会发送至群组会话中,且该群应用消息设置有群待办属性。
可选的,第一待办设置控件具有如下属性:
1、默认情况下,第一待办设置控件为关闭状态,也即未设置群待办属性的状态。发起者可手动点击该第一待办设置控件,从关闭状态切换为开启状态。
2、首次使用群待办消息功能的情况下,先进入群待办消息功能的用户教育窗口,向用户引导教育群待办消息功能的使用方式。如图6所示,当首次使用群待办消息功能时,会弹出显示群待办消息功能的用户教育窗口54。后续使用群待办消息功能时,用户点击i按钮时也会显示用户教育窗口54。
3、若发起者选择多个群组会话进行群工具的分享,则不会在群工具的消息发送窗口中显示第一待办设置控件。
步骤203b,响应于第一待办设置控件上的设置操作,发送具有群待办属性的群工具消息。
设置操作包括但不限于:单击操作、双击操作、滑动拨钮操作等。
在用户点击第一待办设置控件时,会将群工具消息设置为具有群待办属性的群工具消息,简称群待办消息。在用户点击发送按钮后,向群组会话中的所有群成员。
示意性的,在群工具消息发送之后,全体群成员(含发起者)的输入框上方出现待办提醒控件。同时,群工具消息的周侧显示有提示信息:已设为群待办。该提示信息显示为绿色亮起状态。
可选地,当群工具是群公告时,待办提醒事项上显示群公告三个字,而不显示群公告的内容。
需要说明的是,上述示例是以群工具消息发送至所有群成员来示例说明的。在一些可能的实施例中,发起者可以选择群组会话中的一部分指定群成员,向指定群成员发送具有群待办属性的群工具消息。对于群组会话中的非指定群成员,可以不发送该群工具消息,或发送不具有群待办属性的群工具消息。这样,指定群成员所使用的应用程序上会显示待办提醒控件(待办胶囊),非指定群成员所使用的应用程序上不会显示待办提醒控件。
发起者选择指定群成员的方式,包括但不限于:在发送消息前采用列表控件选择方式,和,在消息内容中采用@指定人的方式。
在一个示例中,如图7所示,发起者在群工具消息的消息发送窗口上采用“@指定人”的方式选择了群成员1和群成员2,则由服务器向群成员1和群成员2发送具有群待办属性的群工具消息,向除群成员1和群成员2之外的其他群成员发送不具有群待办属性的群工具消息。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,由发起者在向群组会话中发送该群工具的群工具消息的过程中,将群工具消息设置为群待办消息,方便发起者在使用群工具的同时完成群待办属性的设置,减少了用户的操作顺畅性和便利度。
针对上述路径二(补偿路径):
在基于图2的可选实施例中,群组会话界面上还显示有群工具消息对应的第二待办设置控件,所述方法还包括步骤205,如图8所示:
步骤205,响应于第二待办设置控件上的设置操作,将群工具消息设置为具有群待办属性。
第二待办设置控件显示在会话区域中。示意性的,第二待办设置控件显示在群工具消息的周侧,比如第二待办设置控件显示在群工具消息的下方区域内,第二待办设置控件与群工具消息的消息卡片之间的距离为预定距离,该预定距离小于或等于相邻消息气泡的间隔距离。
参考图9所示,具有使用权限的群成员分享或使用群工具“在线文档”后,在群组会话界面30上显示有“在线文档”的群工具消息32,群工具消息32的下方显示有第二待办设置控件35。初始状态下,第二待办设置控件35为未设置群待办的状态,上面显示有提示文字“设为群待办”。当用户点击第二待办设置控件35时,为群工具消息32设置群待办属性。第二待办设置控件35上的提示文字从“设为群待办”切换为“已设为群待办”。
在一个可选的实施例中,当第二待办设置控件35是首次点击时,会在群组会话界面30上弹出用户教育窗口92,向用户引导和教育群待办消息功能的使用方式,该如图10所示。
可选地,在点击第二待办设置控件35时,弹出群成员的选择列表,通过选择列表控件选择出指定群成员。由服务器向指定群成员发送具有群待办属性的群工具消息,向除指定群成员之外的其他群成员发送不具有群待办属性的群工具消息。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,通过在生成群工具消息之后,将群工具消息设置为群待办消息,方便群主和管理员在使用群工具的后续过程中,完成群待办属性的设置,减少了用户的操作顺畅性和便利度。
群待办的实时人数展示功能
在基于上述图2的可选实施例中,在待办提醒控件上支持显示已经完成待办事件的群人数,该群人数可以一直显示,也可以仅在某些时段显示。示意性的如图11所示,在群组会话界面30上显示待办提醒控件36后,若本端群成员尚未完成该待办提醒控件,则在待办提醒控件36上显示群组会话中已经完成该待办事项的群人数“3人”。可选地,该群人数不支持单独点击,也不可以截断。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,在待办提醒控件上显示已经完成待办事件的群人数,使得群成员能够无需冗余操作,即可查看群工具中的待办事项的处理进度,提高信息获取效率。
待办事项的完成功能
在基于上述图2的可选实施例中,所述方法还包括步骤208a、208b和208c,如图12所示:
步骤208a,接收群工具消息或待办提醒控件上的触发操作,显示群工具的待办事项。
该触发操作包括但不限于:单击操作、双击操作、物理按键操作、语音输出操作中的至少一种。
用户点击群工具消息或待办提醒控件后,从群组会话界面跳转至群工具的工具界面,该工具界面上显示有群工具的待办事项。
以群工具为在线文档为例,该工具界面上显示有在线文档的文档编辑内容,用户在该工具界面上完成对在线文档的编辑。
步骤208b,响应于接收到的输入操作,完成群工具的待办事项。
响应于工具界面上接收到的输入操作,本端群成员完成群工具中的待办事项。
示意性的如图13所示,在本端群成员点击待办提醒控件36后,会触发完成群工具的待办事件。
步骤208c,响应于待办提醒控件上的完成确认操作,取消显示待办提醒控件。
该完成确认操作可以是点击待办提醒控件上的完成提示的操作。
示意性的如图14所示,在用户完成群工具中的待办事项后,待办胶囊的尾部出现“完成”提示,该“完成”提示可以在待办提醒控件上替换已经完成该待办事项的群人数。同时待办胶囊更新到待办事项栏的最左边。在用户点击待办胶囊36上的“完成”提示后,取消在群组会话界面30上的待办提醒控件。
同时,该完成确认操作会触发系统通知消息“你完成了群待办”或“你完成了自己发起的群待办”(针对发起者)。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,提供在待办提醒控件上的任务核销功能,使得群成员在完成任务后,及时核销掉待办提醒控件,从而提供了在群组会话界面上的一套轻量化的“to-do”任务管理功能。
待办提醒控件的删除功能
在基于图2的可选实施例中,如图15所示,所述方法还包括:
步骤209,接收待办提醒控件上的删除操作,取消显示待办提醒控件。
示意性的,删除操作包括:作用于待办提醒控件上的长按操作,以及对弹出的删除按钮的点击操作。
不论待办提醒控件对应的待办事件是完成状态或未完成状态,均可采用删除操作进行删除。
示意性的如图16所示,对于任一群成员,在群组会话界面上的待办提醒控件36上进行长按操作。在待办提醒控件36的上方会显示删除按钮37。在群成员点击删除按钮37后,应用程序取消显示待办提醒控件36。
可选地,对于未完成的待办提醒控件,响应于以待办提醒控件的生成时刻开始计时的计时器(比如7天)超时,自动取消显示待办提醒控件。或者,响应于待办提醒控件的总数量超过阈值,将超过阈值且最早生成的待办提醒控件自动取消显示。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,提供在待办提醒控件上的删除功能,使得群成员可以自定义删除不感兴趣的待办提醒控件,避免无效信息的打扰。
待办提醒控件的撤回功能
在基于图2的可选实施例中,如图17所示,所述方法还包括:
步骤210a,接收待办提醒控件上的撤回操作,向服务器请求撤回群组会话中所有群成员 的群工具消息以及待办提醒控件。
具有撤回权限的群成员,比如群主、管理员和发布者,能够在待办提醒控件上触发撤回操作。示意性的,撤回操作包括:作用于待办提醒控件上的长按操作,以及对弹出的撤回按钮的点击操作。
作为一种替代实现方式:接收第二待办设置控件上的撤回操作,向服务器请求撤回群组会话中所有群成员的群工具消息以及待办提醒控件。
示意性的如图16所示,对于任一群成员,在群组会话界面上的待办提醒控件36上进行长按操作。在待办提醒控件36的上方会显示撤回按钮38。在群成员点击撤回按钮38后,应用程序取消显示待办提醒控件36。
同时,在具有撤回权限的群成员撤回待办提醒控件36后,对于所有其他群成员还执行如下步骤:
步骤210b,显示群工具消息的撤回消息,撤回消息是群组会话中具有撤回权限的群成员的撤回操作触发的;取消显示群工具消息以及待办提醒控件。
在一个示例中,管理者长按待办胶囊(由任一群成员发起),点击撤回按钮38,取消显示待办胶囊,同时触发一条系统消息:你撤回了一条群待办。
其他群成员展示:xxx(管理员)撤回了一个群待办。
可选地,撤回有效期7天,超过七天无撤回按钮。
在另一个示例中,如图18所示,管理者点击第二待办设置控件35,弹出撤回动作菜单(actionsheet)进行二次确认。在点击撤回群待办39后,取消显示待办胶囊,同时触发一条系统消息:你撤回了一条群待办。
其他群成员展示:xxx(管理员)撤回了一个群待办。
可选地,撤回有效期7天,超过七天无撤回按钮。
在另一个示例中,发布者长按群工具消息,点击撤回(2分钟逻辑),会关联撤回群待办胶囊,同时触发系统消息:你撤回了一条消息
其他用户:xxx(发布者)撤回了一条消息。
综上所述,本实施例提供的方法,提供具有管理权限的群成员对待办事项的撤回功能,使得群成员可以根据实际情况,撤回不必要的群待办事项以及待办提醒控件,避免无效信息的打扰。

针对群工具是群公告的场景,可选提供有如下逻辑:
1、管理者编辑群公告,点击发布之后,会发送一条@all群公告消息在群内(原有逻辑);
2、此条群公告消息下新增灰色尾巴,群管理者点击灰色尾巴,则通过路径二触发群公告的待办事项;
3、更新群公告,历史群公告的待办提醒控件删除,最新群公告上出现灰色尾巴,历史群公告消息上的第二待办设置控件消失;
4、群公告的待办提醒控件只展示“群公告”三个字,不展示群公告的内容。
需要说明的是,上述各个方法实施例可以自由组合实施,本申请对此不加以限定。
图19示出了本申请的一个示例性实施例提供的群组会话中的提醒装置的框图。所述装置具有群组会话功能。所述装置包括:
会话显示模块1920,用于显示群组会话的群组会话界面,所述群组会话是允许群成员使用群工具的群组会话,所述群工具是支持至少两个群成员共同使用的程序功能;

需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的群组会话中的提醒装置,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的群组会话中的提醒装置与群组会话中的提醒方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
图20示出了本申请一个示例性实施例提供的计算机设备2000的结构框图。该计算机设备2000可以是便携式移动终端,比如:智能手机、平板电脑、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器。计算机设备2000还可能被称为用户设备、便携式终端等其他名称。
通常,计算机设备2000包括有:处理器2001和存储器2002。

存储器2002可以包括一个或多个计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是有形的和非暂态的。存储器2002还可包括高速随机存取存储器,以及非易失性存储器,比如一个或多个磁盘存储设备、闪存存储设备。在一些实施例中,存储器2002中的非暂态的计算机可读存储介质用于存储至少一个指令,该至少一个指令用于被处理器2001所执行以实现本申请中提供的控制虚拟对象切换虚拟武器的方法。

    显示所述群组会话的群组会话界面,所述群组会话是允许群成员使用群工具的群组会话,所述群工具是支持至少两个群成员共同使用的程序功能;
    在所述群组会话界面中显示群工具消息,所述群工具消息包括所述群工具的入口链接;
    响应于所述群工具消息是具有群待办属性的消息,在所述群组会话界面中显示所述群工具对应的待办提醒控件,所述待办提醒控件用于提醒所述群工具中的待办事项。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述群组会话界面包括:会话区域和非会话区域,所述会话区域是用于显示群组消息的区域;
    所述在所述群组会话界面中显示所述群工具对应的待办提醒控件,包括:
    在所述群组会话界面的所述非会话区域显示所述待办提醒控件。

    接收所述待办提醒控件上的删除操作,取消显示所述待办提醒控件;

  10. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其中,所述群工具包括如下至少一种:
    群应用;
    依赖于所述应用程序运行的小程序;
    群公告。
  11. 一种群组会话中的提醒装置,所述装置包括:
    会话显示模块,用于显示群组会话的群组会话界面,所述群组会话是允许群成员使用群工具的群组会话,所述群工具是支持至少两个群成员共同使用的程序功能;
    消息显示模块,还用于在所述群组会话界面中显示群工具消息,所述群工具消息包括所述群工具的入口链接;
    待办显示模块,还用于响应于所述群工具消息是具有群待办属性的消息,在所述群组会话界面中显示所述群工具对应的待办提醒控件,所述待办提醒控件用于提醒所述群工具中的待办事项。
  12. 一种终端,所述终端包括:处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储有至少一条指令、至少一段程序、代码集或指令集,所述至少一条指令、所述至少一段程序、所述代码集或指令集由所述处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至10任一项所述的群组会话中的提醒方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一条指令、至少一段程序、代码集或指令集,所述至少一条指令、所述至少一段程序、所述代码集或指令集由处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至10任一项所述的群组会话中的提醒方法。
