参考图1所示,本体1上设置的上下贯通的注液口4可以为圆柱形、近圆柱形、上大下小的圆锥形或其他能使水流通过的形状,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
参考图5至图8所示,挡板10可以通过转轴铰接于本体1,而闭合机构20可以为设置在本体1与挡板10之间的复位弹簧,该复位弹簧向挡板10的尾部施加向下的弹性驱动力,挡板10就会绕转轴向上转动,并盖住注液口4的下方。在其他实施例中,闭合机构还可以为转轴另一侧的配重块,与挡板分别位于转轴的两侧,形成类似于“跷跷板”的运动形式。
在其他示例性实施方式中,挡板10还可以通过滑槽等机构可上下滑动地设置在注液口4的下方,闭合机构为设置在挡板10下方并驱动挡板10上下运动的复位弹簧。
参考图6至图8所示,连接机构30设置于本体1的下底面,并可滑动地与泡制物收纳件2连接,滑动方向平行于本体1的下底面,以使泡制物收纳件2通过平移滑动的方式简便地连接在本体1的下底面上。
在实施例中,连接机构30还可以设置于本体1的侧面,并可滑动地与泡制物收纳件2连接。当使用时,将本体1放置在壶体上,泡制物收纳件2则处于壶体内部。
参考图3至图4所示,连接机构30包括支撑件31,泡制物收纳件2顶部具有第一突出部3,支撑件31用于支撑第一突出部3,以使泡制物收纳件2可以固定,并与连接机构30滑动配合。
具体而言,泡制物收纳件2顶部可以具有一圈翻边,以构成第一突出部3,支撑件31具有向壶盖内侧延伸的挂钩,使翻边与挂钩滑动配合,以使泡制物收纳件2可滑动地与壶盖连接;或形成延伸方向远离泡制物收纳件2的顶板,以构成第一突出部3,支撑件31具有向壶盖内侧延伸的滑槽,使顶板与滑槽滑动配合,以使泡制物收纳件2可滑动地与壶盖连接。
连接机构30还包括限位块32,限位块32沿滑动方向设置于支撑件31后方,当限位块32与第一突出部3接触时,限位块32阻挡第一突出部3朝向限位块32方向的滑动。当泡制物收纳件2通过第一突出部3滑动地与连接机构30连接时,限位块32能够对泡制物收纳件2起到限位作用,使泡制物收纳件2滑动至安装位置后停止。参考图2所示,滑动方向为图中从左至右的方向,限位块32设置于支撑件31的右方,第一突出部3沿从左至右的方向滑入,并与支撑件31配合,当第一突出部3接触到限位块32后,限位块32阻挡第一突出部3继续滑动。其中,限位块32可以具有向远离壶盖方向 延伸的挡板,限位块32可以为平板状、阶梯状或具有曲面的形状,限位块32可以为设置在滑动方向终点的一个,也可以成对设置,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
参考图4所示,连接机构30还包括连接部33,连接部33连接于本体1的下底面,支撑件31设于连接部33的外侧,且支撑件31为L型,开口方向朝向连接部33,与连接部33之间形成安装槽,安装槽的高度大于或等于第一突出部3的高度,以使第一突出部3在安装槽内滑动。连接部33与支撑件31形成安装槽,使得泡制物收纳件2在与壶盖滑动连接时,上下窜动的空间受限,从而便于安装泡制物收纳件2,并使泡制物收纳件2与壶盖连接后更加稳定,减少晃动。具体而言,连接部33可以为近圆形、圆环形或方形,支撑件为L型,一条边向连接部33的方向延伸,并低于连接部33,以与连接部33之间形成安装槽。
参考图1至图4所示,连接部33为环形,第一突出部3也为环形,支撑件31在连接部33的直径方向成对镜像设置,从而能够更稳定地支撑泡制物收纳件2。
上述安装槽的高度等于第一突出部3的高度,当泡制物收纳件2与连接机构30连接时,连接部33接触第一突出部3,以限制第一突出部3在安装槽内的上下移动,使安装泡制物收纳件2更加平稳,连接后更加稳定;同时连接部33与第一突出部3接触后可以在一定程度上封闭泡制物收纳件2的开口,避免泡制物收纳件2中的内容物如茶叶等漏出,或其他异物进入泡制物收纳件2。
参考图1至图8所示,连接机构30还包括锁止销34,锁止销34包括朝向连接部33圆心的弧面,锁止销34成对设置,并分别与两个支撑件31相邻设置,两个锁止销34的两个弧面间的最小距离小于第一突出部3的外圈直径,以限制第一突出部3的滑动。当泡制物收纳件2与连接机构30滑动配合时,第一突出部3的最宽处即外圈直径通过锁止销34时,需较大的推力以使第一突出部3继续滑动;第一突出部3的外圈通过锁止销34后,由于锁止销34的两个弧面间的最小距离小于第一突出部3的外圈直径,因此对第一突出部3起到了卡紧的作用,限制了泡制物收纳件2逆向滑动方向的移动,防止泡制物收纳件2在使用过程中从连接机构30中脱出。具体而言,锁止销34可 以为圆柱形、半圆柱型或U形圆柱等具有圆弧面的形状,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
参考图1至图2所示,连接机构30还包括导向板35,导向板35设置于连接部33的外侧,导向板35的延伸方向与泡制物收纳件2的滑动方向一致。导向板35能够对第一突出部3与连接机构30的滑动配合起到导向作用,使泡制物收纳件2与本体1的连接与拆卸更为便捷。
更优选地,导向板35在连接部33的直径方向成对设置,强化了导向板35的导向作用,避免了由于连接或拆卸方向不当而造成损坏。
参考图1至图8所示,支撑件31在连接部33的直径方向成对镜像设置,锁止销34在支撑件31远离限位块32的方向成对设置,并分别与两个支撑件31相邻,导向板35在锁止销34的另一侧成对设置,支撑件31、锁止销34、导向板35均设置于连接部33的外侧,从而使连接机构30结构简单紧凑,连接效果好,便于泡制物收纳件2与壶盖的连接与拆卸。
参考图1所示,壶盖还包括提携部40,提携部40位于本体1上,以便于操作本体1以及本实施例。优选地,提携部40为本体1上方设置的倾斜延伸的手柄。在其他实施例中,提携部还可以为一个凹槽,将手指或其他器具插入凹槽中,从而提起本体1等。
如前所述,本实施例所应用的茶壶可包括上述的壶盖及壶体,其中:
壶盖的结构已在上文详细描述,此处不再赘述;壶体可以容纳液体如水、牛奶等。壶盖可以直接扣合于壶体顶部,将壶盖取下以分离壶盖与壶体;壶盖也可以铰接于壶体的顶部,使壶盖向上旋转以打开壶盖。茶壶可以是电热壶,但不以此为限。茶壶可以在加水时直接将茶壶置于水流下,水流接触壶盖的挡板10后,挡板10打开注液口4,实现了不用取下或打开壶盖即可向壶体内加水,且结构简单可靠。
同时,本申请提供的茶壶可包括上述的壶盖、壶体和泡制物收纳件2,其中,壶盖及壶体已在上文详细描述,泡制物收纳件2可以与壶盖连接。本公开的茶壶除了具有不用取下或打开壶盖即可向壶体内加水的优点外,还可以连接泡制物收纳件2,从而实现在茶壶内泡茶时,水流自注液口4通过壶盖的挡板10,直接进入泡制物收纳件2,从而对茶叶实现冲泡,即实现了不用取下或打开壶盖即可泡茶的优点。而且,本公开的茶壶在需要向泡制物收 纳件2中添加茶叶时,可以直接向挡板10施加压力,将茶叶推入泡制物收纳件2中;在取出或更换茶叶时,可以通过取下壶盖同步取出泡制物收纳件2,从而简化了泡茶的操作,提高了便捷性。此外,泡制物收纳件2连接于壶盖,从而在倾斜茶壶如倾倒茶水时,使得壶盖对泡制物收纳件2提供固定作用,防止泡制物收纳件2发生倾斜、摆动,优化了使用体验。
在一个实施例中,泡制物收纳件2与壶盖可拆卸地连接,使茶壶可以在不泡茶时或取出及更换茶叶时取下泡制物收纳件2,从而增强了茶壶的可拆卸性和使用便捷性。
另外,本申请还可以使用其他液体冲击、泡制、激发泡制物收纳件2中的内容物,例如使用包括热水或凉水的各类饮用水、酒等泡制、萃取泡制物收纳件2中的咖啡、中药等。使用玻璃、不锈钢等特别材质,还可以将本实施例应用于厨房烹饪等,例如将香料置于泡制物收纳件2中,使用高温的食用油注入其中,高温食用油可以激发香料的香味,并从泡制物收纳件中流出,同时将香料的残余剩渣留在泡制物收纳件中。
此外,本申请的使用可以获得极大的突破,例如将其形成一个独立的商品,茶叶至于泡制物收纳件2中,然后独立包装销售,本体1的形状可以根据需要任意选择,例如其可以是较长的杆状,两端架设于一个较大的罐体的两侧壁上,这在人数较多的公众场合,能够带来极大的便利性。
如图10-图11所示,本申请的另一实施例的连接机构包括分别位于本体101下方沿着圆周方向倾斜延伸的滑道1000、点状凸起1020。
进一步地,连接机构包括设于本体101下方的筒状的连接部1033,滑道1000为位于连接部1033的外突的长条,点状凸起1020位于泡制物收纳件102的开口的内壁。当然,在其他实施例中,滑道1000也可以为相应形状的凹槽或通孔,滑道1000和点状凸起1020的位置也可以互换。
在具体使用过程中,操作方向如图11的箭头所示,将泡制物收纳件102沿着平移箭头抵近连接部1033,使点状凸起1020位于滑道1000上方,然后沿着弧形箭头旋转,即可连接泡制物收纳件102和本体101。分离二者时,反向操作即可。
如图12-图13所示,在本申请的另一不同实施例中,连接机构包括位于本体201下方的弹性凸起200,弹性凸起200以抵顶的方式连接本体201、泡 制物收纳件202。
优选地,连接机构包括设于本体201下方的筒状的连接部2033,弹性凸起200位于连接部2033,泡制物收纳件202的开口套设于连接部2033并使弹性凸起200抵顶开口。在其他实施例中,也可以将弹性凸起设置于泡制物收纳件。
优选地,弹性凸起200和连接部2033为一体结构,为了形成该效果,可以在薄壁结构的连接部2033的侧壁上设置镂空,镂空包围的区域向连接部2033的侧壁外部倾斜,从而形成弹性凸起200,当然在此情形下,连接部2033的材质应当具有一定的韧性,例如为不锈钢材质、塑料材质,不应是玻璃等材质。
在应用时,如图13所示,沿着箭头的方向移动泡制物收纳件202,使其开口套设或插入连接部2033,弹性凸起200抵顶泡制物收纳件202的侧壁,从而连接本体201、泡制物收纳件202。需要分离时,沿着箭头的反向拉拔即可。
应当理解的是,本申请并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本申请的保护范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种泡制物容器,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,所述本体上设有一个贯通的注液口;
    挡板,可活动地设置于所述注液口;
    闭合机构,感知所述挡板承受的所述注液口内液体的冲击力,并能够向所述挡板施加驱动力以使所述挡板封闭所述注液口,或被迫使所述挡板打开所述注液口;
    连接机构,与所述本体连接,用于连接至少一个泡制物收纳件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,还包括:
    提携部,位于所述本体上,以便于操作所述本体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述提携部为所述本体上方设置的倾斜延伸的手柄。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,还包括至少一个所述泡制物收纳件,所述泡制物收纳件内部设置有空腔以容纳泡制物且具有开口,所述开口与所述注液口连通,且所述泡制物收纳件上设有与所述空腔连通的漏液孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构与所述注液口连通,所述开口与所述连接机构连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构设置于所述本体,所述连接机构可滑动地与所述泡制物收纳件连接,所述泡制物收纳件的滑动方向平行于所述壶盖的下底面。
  7. 根据权利要6所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括支撑件,所述泡制物收纳件具有第一突出部,所述支撑件用于支撑所述第一突出部,所述泡制物收纳件通过所述第一突出部与所述连接机构滑动配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包括限位块,所述限位块沿所述滑动方向设置于所述支撑件后方,当所述限位块与所述第一突出部接触时,所述限位块阻挡所述第一突出部朝向所述限位块方向的滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包 括连接部,所述连接部连接于所述本体的下底面,所述支撑件设于所述连接部外侧,所述支撑件为L型,且所述支撑件开口方向朝向所述连接部;所述支撑件与所述连接部之间形成安装槽,所述安装槽的高度大于或等于所述第一突出部的高度,以使所述第一突出部在所述安装槽内滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述安装槽的高度等于所述第一突出部的高度,当所述泡制物收纳件与所述连接机构连接时,所述连接部接触所述第一突出部;
    和/或,所述连接部为环形,所述第一突出部为环形,所述支撑件在所述连接部的直径方向成对镜像设置。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包括锁止销,所述锁止销包括朝向所述连接部圆心的弧面,所述锁止销成对设置,并分别与所述支撑件相邻设置,两个所述锁止销的两个所述弧面间的最小距离小于所述第一突出部的外圈直径,以限制所述第一突出部的滑动。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包括导向板,所述连接部为环形,所述导向板设置于所述连接部的外侧,所述导向板在所述连接部的直径方向成对设置,所述导向板的延伸方向与所述泡制物收纳件的滑动方向一致。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括分别位于所述本体下方或者所述开口的沿着圆周方向倾斜延伸的滑道、点状凸起。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括设于所述本体下方的筒状的连接部,所述滑道为位于所述连接部的外突的长条,所述点状凸起位于所述开口的内壁。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括位于所述本体下方或者所述开口的弹性凸起,所述弹性凸起以抵顶的方式连接所述本体、泡制物容器。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括设于所述本体下方的筒状的连接部,所述弹性凸起位于所述连接部,所述开口套设于所述连接部并使所述弹性凸起抵顶所述开口。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的泡制物容器,其特征在于,所述弹性凸起和 所述连接部为一体结构。
  18. 一种泡制装置,包括液体容纳腔,所述液体容纳腔具有开放部,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-17任一所述的泡制物容器,所述泡制物容器的本体设于所述开放部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的泡制装置,所述泡制物容器用于容纳茶叶、中药、咖啡或香料。
