第七方面,本公开涉及计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本公开所述的干扰避让方法。
在某些实施方案中,本公开提供的方法,由于能够确定干扰通信设备传输数据所使用的频段的干扰频段,并控制使与通信设备通信的用户终端禁用干扰频段传输数据,所以实现了在通信设备传输数据时,避免由于用户终端使用干扰频段传输数据对通信设备传输数据带来的干扰,提高了通信设备传输数据的可靠性。比如,当通信设备拨打紧急电话时,采用本公开的方案则可以控制用户终端避开正在拨打紧急电话的相干频段,从而避免用户终端对紧急电话产生射频干扰,提高紧急电话通话质量和成功率,保证了紧急电话的时效性和可靠性,提升了救援的效率。

为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
由于驾驶员以及乘客携带的手机等设备使用了和汽车紧急电话相干的频段,所以会对紧急电话产生干扰,导致语音质量下降,或者位置信息等传输失败。
本公开实施例中所提供的方法可以应用于电子设备中,该电子设备可以为能够实现通信功能的模组或包含该模组的终端设备等,该终端设备可以为移动终端或智能终端。移动终端可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等中的至少一种;智能终端可以是智能汽车、智能手表、共享单车、智能柜等含有无线通信模组的终端;模组可以为无线通信模组,例如2G通信模组、3G通信模组、4G通信模组、5G通信模组、NB-IOT通信模组等中的任意一种。
应理解,本公开实施例中的通信设备可以为上述电子设备所包括 的任意一种设备,同样地,本公开实施例中的用户终端也可以为上述电子设备所包括的任意一种设备。
如图1所示,本公开一实施例提供了干扰避让方法,用于通信设备;该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;
步骤102,确定与工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于干扰频段生成禁用信息;以及
步骤103,向与通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送禁用信息,禁用信息包括干扰频段,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输。
在某些实施方案中,通信设备传输的不同数据的优先级,可以预先基于数据的对时效性和可靠性的要求确定。比如,对于拨打紧急电话这类数据,这类数据对时效性和可靠性要求较高,时效性和可靠性直接影响救援的效率,因此可以设置这类数据为高优先级;又如对于使用蓝牙传输数据时,通常这类数据为不紧急数据,对于时效性和可靠性往往不高,所以,可以设置这类数据为低优先级。
在某些实施方案中,预设阈值可以根据实际情况设定。
在某些实施方案中,可以通过以下方式获取传输数据所使用的工作频段。
当需要拨打紧急电话时,获取传输数据所使用的工作频段。应理解,根据实际需要,也可以在蓝牙传输数据时,获取蓝牙传输数据所使用的工作频段;或者,在WIFI传输数据时,获取WIFI传输数据所使用的工作频段等,本实施例不作具体限定。
在某些实施方案中,当通信设备传输优先级不高于预设阈值的数据时,则不获取通信设备传输数据所使用的工作频段。
在某些实施方案中,以通信设备为车载设备为例,在汽车在遭遇严重事故时,车载设备会自动拨打紧急电话。根据传输数据的时效性 及可靠性,可以将预设阈值设置为车载设备拨打普通电话时的优先级,那么当确定通信模组拨打非普通电话,即紧急电话时,则获取拨打紧急电话所使用的工作频段。
本实施例中,工作频段的干扰频段指的是与工作频段至少具有重叠频段的频段。即工作频段中可以完全包括干扰频段,或,干扰频段中有一部分频段同时属于工作频段的一部分。
为便于理解,这里举例说明,当用户终端使用的工作频段为2401-2423GHz,通信设备传输数据使用的工作频段为2406-2428GHz;则存在重叠频段为2406-2423GHz,进而存在干扰关系。
在某些实施方案中,可以通过如下方式确定工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段。
通信设备维护一个预设的频段干扰表,根据通信设备传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时所使用的工作频段,查询预设的频段干扰表获取目标频段,将获取的目标频段作为干扰频段。
在某些实施方案中,可以从通信设备的通信协议中,预先获取不同的通信设备传输数据所适用的频段,并基于这些频段生成频段干扰表。因此,频段干扰表中包含至少一个频段。
在某些实施方案中,目标频段包含通信设备传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时所使用的工作频段;或,目标频段的部分频段属于通信模组传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据所使用的工作频段。
在某些实施方案中,通信设备可以采用有线或无线方式与用户终端通信。应用中,无线连接可以是蓝牙或者WIFI等,有线连接可以是USB等,这里并不做限定。
在某些实施方案中,以通信设备为车载设备为例,为了避免用户终端在汽车紧急电话结束后,仍然禁用用户终端使用干扰频段传输数据,导致用户终端通信受影响,影响用户的体验。本实施例中,还可以在当确定通信设备完成对优先级高于预设阈值的数据传输之后,向与通信设备通信的用户终端发送解禁信息。解禁信息包括干扰频段, 解禁信息用于指示用户终端恢复干扰频段传输数据。
在某些实施方案中,当确定通信设备需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段,确定与工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于干扰频段生成禁用信息;向与通信设备通信的用户终端发送禁用信息。本实施例通过确定通信设备需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,向与通信设备通信的用户终端发送禁用信息,控制用户终端禁用通信设备传输数据使用频段的干扰频段。当确定通信设备需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据为拨打汽车紧急电话,控制用户终端禁用干扰频段传输数据,避免了用户终端使用干扰频段产生的干扰,提高了紧急电话质量和成功率;保证了紧急电话的时效性和可靠性,提升了求援的效率。在紧急电话结束后,向用户终端发送解除干扰,避免用户终端在汽车紧急电话后的数据传输质量再受影响,获得更好的用户体验。
如图2所示,本公开一实施例提供了干扰避让的方法,用于用户终端;包括如下步骤:
步骤201,接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,禁用信息包括干扰频段,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;
步骤202,判断是否正在使用干扰判断进行数据传输;以及
步骤203,当确定正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
为了不影响用户终端的工作,用户终端还可以在接收禁用信息之后,接收来自于通信设备的解禁信息,以解除用户终端对干扰频段的禁用。
在某些实施方案中,通过有线或无线连接到通信设备,在接收到禁用信息后,如果用户终端正在使用干扰紧急电话的干扰频段进行语音通话时,则用户终端需要中断语音通话。
如果用户终端正在使用干扰紧急电话的干扰频段进行数据上传/下载时,则用户终端暂停上传/下载数据。应理解,为了不影响数据上传/ 下载,用户终端可以在暂停使用干扰频段上传/下载数据后,切换到其他频段,恢复数据的上传/下载。
另外,用户终端在禁止使用干扰频段传输数据之后,会接收来自于通信设备发送的解禁信息,控制用户终端解除禁止使用干扰频段进行数据传输,并恢复使用干扰频段进行数据传输。避免用户终端的通信再次受影响,影响用户的体验。
在某些实施方案中,接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,判断用户终端中是否正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输,当确定用户终端正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停用户终端使用干扰频段进行数据传输。以及,接收来自于通信模组的解禁信息,控制用户终端解除使用干扰频段进行数据传输,并恢复使用干扰频段进行数据传输。应理解,根据实际需要,当通信设备的禁用信息为汽车拨打紧急电话,通过控制用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输,避免了用户终端使用干扰频段对汽车紧急电话的干扰,提高了紧急电话通话质量和成功率;保证了紧急电话的时效性和可靠性,提高了救援的效率。在紧急电话结束后,用户终端恢复使用干扰频段,避免用户终端在汽车紧急电话后的通信质量再受影响,获得更好的用户体验。
本公开一实施例提供了干扰避让装置,用于通信设备,该装置的实施可参见本公开方法实施例部分的描述,重复之处不再赘述,如图3所示,该装置包括:
获取模块301,配置为需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;
生成模块302,配置为确定与工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于干扰频段生成禁用信息;以及
发送模块303,配置为向与通信设备通信的用户终端发送禁用信息,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输。
在某些实施方案中,获取模块301,配置为:
从预设的频段干扰表中,获取目标频段,目标频段包含工作频段, 或,目标频段中的部分频段属于工作频段。将目标频段作为干扰频段。

当需要拨打紧急电话时,获取传输数据所使用的工作频段。
在某些实施方案中,该装置还配置为:
向与通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送禁用信息之后,当确定通信设备完成优先级高于预设阈值的数据的传输之后,向用户终端发送解禁信息,解禁信息包括干扰频段,解禁信息用于指示用户终端恢复使用干扰频段进行数据传输。
本公开一实施例还提供了干扰避让装置,用于用户终端,该装置的实施可参见本公开方法实施例部分的描述,重复之处不再赘述,如图4所示,该装置包括:
接收模块401,配置为接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息;禁用信息包括干扰频段,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;
判断模块402,配置为判断是否正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输;以及
暂停模块403,配置为当确定正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
在某些实施方案中,该装置配置为:
接收来自于通信设备的解禁信息,解禁信息包括干扰频段。解禁信息用于指示用户终端恢复使用干扰频段进行数据传输。
本公开一实施例还提供干扰避让系统,如图5所示,包括:
通信设备501和用户终端502;
其中通信设备501,配置为当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;确定与工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于干扰频段生成禁用信息;向与通信设备501通信连接的用户终端502发送禁用信息,禁用信息用于指示用户终端502禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;
用户终端502,配置为接收来自于通信设备501的禁用信息,禁用信息包括干扰频段,禁用信息用于指示用户终端502禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;判断是否正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输;当确定正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
在某些实施方案中,如图6所示,通信设备可以为车载设备,车载设备通信连接用户终端。当汽车在遭遇严重事故时,车载设备会被触发,并拨打紧急电话,获取紧急电话使用的工作频段,再查询频段干扰表中所有干扰紧急电话的干扰频段,将其作为禁用信息并发送用户终端,当用户终端接收到禁用信息,车载设备连接的用户终端将暂停使用干扰频段。当紧急电话结束后,车载设备向与之连接的用户终端发送紧急电话结束的信息,与车载设备连接的用户终端接收紧急电话结束的信息并恢复使用干扰频段的设置进行数据的传输。
本公开一实施例还提供了电子设备,如图7所示,该电子设备包括:处理器701、存储器702和通信总线703,其中,处理器701和存储器702通过通信总线703完成相互间的通信。其中,存储器702中存储有可被至处理器701执行的程序,处理器701执行存储器702中存储的程序,实现如下步骤:
当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;确定与工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于干扰频段生成禁用信息;向与通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送禁用信息,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;
或者,
接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,禁用信息包括干扰频段,禁用信息用于指示用户终端禁用干扰频段进行数据传输;判断是否正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输;当确定正在使用干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
上述电子设备中提到的通信总线703可以是外设部件互连标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect,简称PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构 (Extended Industry Standard Architecture,简称EISA)总线等。该通信总线703可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图7中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
存储器702可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM),也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。在某些实施方案中,存储器还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器701的存储装置。
上述的处理器701可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,简称NP)等,还可以是数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,简称DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。
在本公开一实施例中,还提供了计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序,当该计算机程序在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行本公开的干扰避让的方法。
在上述实施例中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。该计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行该计算机指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本公开实施例所述的流程或功能。该计算机可以时通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络或者其他可编程装置。该计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,计算机指令从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或者数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线(DSL))或无线(例如红外、微波等)方式向另外一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。该计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的服务器、数据 中心等数据存储设备。该可用介质可以是磁性介质(例如软盘、硬盘、磁带等)、光介质(例如DVD)或者半导体介质(例如固态硬盘)等。

Claims (11)

  1. 干扰避让方法,用于通信设备,其所述干扰避让方法包括:
    当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;
    确定与所述工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于所述干扰频段生成禁用信息;以及
    向与所述通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送所述禁用信息,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的干扰避让方法,其中,所述当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段,包括:
    当需要拨打紧急电话时,获取传输所述数据所使用的工作频段。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的干扰避让方法,其中,所述确定与所述工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,包括:
    从预设的频段干扰表中,获取目标频段,所述目标频段包含所述工作频段,或,所述目标频段中的部分频段属于所述工作频段;以及
    将所述目标频段作为所述干扰频段。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的干扰避让方法,其特征在于,所述向与所述通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送所述禁用信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    当完成对所述优先级高于预设阈值的数据的传输之后,向所述用户终端发送解禁信息,所述解禁信息包括所述干扰频段,所述解禁信息用于指示所述用户终端恢复使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输。
  5. 干扰避让方法,用于用户终端,所述干扰避让方法包括:
    接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,所述禁用信息包括干扰频段,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;
    判断是否正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;以及
    当确定正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的干扰避让方法,其还包括:
    接收来自于所述通信设备的解禁信息,所述解禁信息包括所述干扰频段,所述解禁信息用于指示所述用户终端恢复使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;以及
    恢复使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输。
  7. 干扰避让系统,其包括:
    通信设备和用户终端;
    其中所述通信设备,配置为当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;确定与所述工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段,基于所述干扰频段生成禁用信息;向与所述通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送所述禁用信息,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;以及
    所述用户终端,配置为接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,所述禁用信息包括干扰频段,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;判断是否正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;当确定正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
  8. 干扰避让装置,其包括:
    获取模块,配置为当需要传输优先级高于预设阈值的数据时,获取传输该数据所使用的工作频段;
    生成模块,配置为确定与所述工作频段具有干扰关系的干扰频段, 基于所述干扰频段生成禁用信息;以及
    发送模块,配置为向与所述通信设备通信连接的用户终端发送所述禁用信息,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输。
  9. 干扰避让装置,其包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收来自于通信设备的禁用信息,所述禁用信息包括干扰频段,所述禁用信息用于指示所述用户终端禁用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;
    判断模块,配置为判断是否正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输;以及
    暂停模块,配置为当确定正在使用所述干扰频段进行数据传输时,暂停该数据传输。
  10. 电子设备,其包括:处理器、存储器和通信总线,其中,所述处理器和所述存储器通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    其中所述存储器,配置为存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,配置为执行所述存储器中所存储的程序,实现权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的干扰避让方法或权利要求5或6所述的干扰避让方法。
  11. 计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的干扰避让方法或权利要求5或6所述的干扰避让方法。
