作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述连接板的中心处均螺纹连接有螺纹杆,两个所述螺纹杆的两个相对立的一端均同轴键接有副锥齿轮,两个所述副锥齿轮之间啮合有主锥齿轮,所述主锥齿轮上同轴键接有连杆,所述连杆的末端穿过底座并突出至外界,且所述连杆的末端同轴键接有拧块。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述调节机构包括支杆,所述支杆的底端同轴键接有副齿轮,所述副齿轮的后侧啮合有主齿轮,所述主齿轮的上方设有第一马达,所述第一马达的输出轴与主齿轮同轴键接;所述支杆的顶端同轴固定连接有固定座,所述固定座上开设有两个相对称的条形槽,所述固定座的右侧壁上安装有第二马达。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述固定座的前侧设有两个相对称的支板,所述支板的后端穿过条形槽,两个所述支板之间位于后端处固定连接有固定轴,所述固定轴的末端穿过固定座并与固定座转动连接,两个所述支板的前端之间处固定连接有安装架。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述安装架的通过螺栓与AI测温人脸识别面板机的后侧壁固定连接。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述底座的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有支架,所述支架的整体形状呈U型,所述副齿轮和所述主齿轮均位于支架的下方,所述第一马达通过螺栓与支架的顶面固定连接,所述支杆的底端穿过支架并与支架转动连接。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述挂钩的整体形状呈L型,所述挂钩的一侧壁上紧密粘接有多个防滑条,所述防滑条采用橡胶材质制成。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述第一马达的外部设有第一护罩,所述第二马达的外部设有第二护罩,所述第一护罩的两侧壁上和所述第二护罩的底面均开设有多个散热槽。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述底座的内顶面和内底面均通过螺栓固定连接有两个相对称的导轨,所述连接板的顶面和底面均开设有两个相对称的滑槽,所述导轨与相对应的滑槽滑动连接。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述底座的内部还通过螺栓固定连接有支撑块,所述连杆穿过支撑块并与支撑块转动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1.通过设置的可拆装机构:即将底座置于门禁闸机的顶部,通过转动连杆带动两侧的连接板相对运动,两侧的挂钩即可同步相对运动,两侧的挂钩即可夹持固定在门禁闸机的两侧壁上,从而对底座起到有效的固定作用,同时便于对底座进行拆装,进而方便对调节机构和AI测温人脸识别面板机进行拆装,方便对AI测温人脸识别面板机进行维护或者检修等;
2.通过设置的调节机构:一方面,第一马达带动支杆转动,通过支杆的转动,即可带动AI测温人脸识别面板机转动,方便对AI测温人脸识别面板机的朝向进行调节;另一方面,第二马达带动支板和安装架转动,通过支板和安装架的转动,即可带动AI测温人脸识别面板机倾斜,方便对AI测温人脸识别面板机的倾斜角度进行调节;该设计便于对AI测温人脸识别面板机进行调节,方便将AI测温人脸识别面板机调节至合适的角度和朝向,以方便对进出人员进行检测。

本实施例提供一种技术方案:
请参阅图1-4,一种基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,包括AI测温人脸识别面板机1,AI测温人脸识别面板机1的下方设有可拆装机构2。可拆装机构2包括呈中空式结构的底座21,底座21的内部设有两个相对称的连接板22,连接板22的中心处均螺纹连接有螺纹杆23,两个螺纹杆23的两个相对立的一端均同轴键接有副锥齿轮24,两个副锥齿轮24之间啮合有主锥齿轮25,主锥齿轮25上同轴键接有连杆26,连杆26的末端穿过底座21并突出至外界,且连杆26的末端同轴键接有拧块261;通过转动连杆26可带动两个螺纹杆23同步转动,而螺纹杆23与连接板22螺纹连接,通过螺纹杆23的转动,即可带动两个连接板22同步相对运动,连接板22即可带动两侧的挂钩27同步相对运动,便于挂钩27抵紧门禁闸机的外壁,便于对底座21进行固定,同时通过挂钩27脱离门禁闸机的外壁即可对底座21进行拆卸。
具体的,两个连接板22的两个相背离的一侧壁上均固定连接有两个相对称的挂钩27,挂钩27穿过底座21并突出至外界;通过挂钩27抵紧门禁闸机或者脱离门禁闸机,即可实现对底座21的快速拆装。
在本实施例中,挂钩27的整体形状呈L型,挂钩27的一侧壁上紧密粘接有多个防滑条271,防滑条271采用橡胶材质制成,通过设置的多个防滑条271,增加了挂钩27与门禁闸机外壁之间的摩擦力,提高了底座21与门禁闸机之间的固定效果。
在本实施例中,底座21的内顶面和内底面均通过螺栓固定连接有两个相对称的导轨211,连接板22的顶面和底面均开设有两个相对称的滑槽221,导轨211与相对应的滑槽221滑动连接,通过导轨211与滑槽221之间的滑动连接,对两个连接板22的运动起到了导向的作用,提高了两个连接板22运动时的流畅性。
在本实施例中,底座21的内部还通过螺栓固定连接有支撑块212,连杆26穿过支撑块212并与支撑块212转动连接,支撑块212对连杆26起到了支撑的作用,便于连杆26持续稳定转动。
请参阅图5-6,AI测温人脸识别面板机1和可拆装机构2之间设有调节机构3。调节 机构3包括支杆31,支杆31的底端同轴键接有副齿轮32,副齿轮32的后侧啮合有主齿轮33,主齿轮33的上方设有第一马达34,第一马达34的输出轴与主齿轮33同轴键接;支杆31的顶端同轴固定连接有固定座35,固定座35上开设有两个相对称的条形槽351,第一马达34带动支杆31转动,通过支杆31的转动,即可带动AI测温人脸识别面板机1转动,方便对AI测温人脸识别面板机1的朝向进行调节,方便AI测温人脸识别面板机1进行人脸识别和温度检测;
具体的,固定座35的右侧壁上安装有第二马达37;固定座35的前侧设有两个相对称的支板36,支板36的后端穿过条形槽351,两个支板36之间位于后端处固定连接有固定轴361,固定轴361的末端穿过固定座35并与固定座35转动连接,两个支板36的前端之间处固定连接有安装架38,安装架38的通过螺栓与AI测温人脸识别面板机1的后侧壁固定连接,该设计便于对AI测温人脸识别面板机1进行安装和固定,且螺栓固定的方式连接牢靠且稳定;第二马达37带动支板36和安装架38转动,通过支板36和安装架38的转动,即可带动AI测温人脸识别面板机1倾斜,方便对AI测温人脸识别面板机1的倾斜角度进行调节,方便AI测温人脸识别面板机1进行人脸识别和温度检测。
在本实施例中,底座21的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有支架28,支架28的整体形状呈U型,副齿轮32和主齿轮33均位于支架28的下方,第一马达34通过螺栓与支架28的顶面固定连接,支杆31的底端穿过支架28并与支架28转动连接,支架28的设置对第一马达34和支杆31起到了支撑的作用,方便安装第一马达34和支杆31。
在本实施例中,第一马达34的外部设有第一护罩341,第二马达37的外部设有第二护罩371,第一护罩341的两侧壁上和第二护罩371的底面均开设有多个散热槽,通过设置的第一护罩341和第二护罩371,分别对第一马达34和第二马达37起到了保护的作用,通过设置的散热槽,有利于第一马达34和第二马达37的散热;
需要补充的是,本实施例中的第一护罩341的两侧壁上的散热槽为向下倾斜设置,该设计可以有效避免外界的水渍等渗透至第一护罩341内,对第一马达34起到保护作用。
此外,本AI测温人脸识别面板机1采用LCD显示屏幕,其内嵌深度学习人脸识别算 法,集成高精度热成像测温芯片,ISP图像处理等技术于一体,同时具备人脸检测、口罩检测、人脸识别比对、体温检测、活体判断等强大功能;可精确捕获通过摄像机视野的人员信息、以及体表温度,并可在体温异常时发出警报;其可有效帮助用户管理出入人员权限以及监测器体温状态,有助于防范疫情。
值得说明的是,本实施例中的第一马达34、第二马达37和AI测温人脸识别面板机1为现有的常规技术,在此不再赘述。
具体使用前,使用人员首先将底座21置于门禁闸机的顶部,随后使用人员转动拧块261,拧块261带动连杆26,连杆26带动主锥齿轮25转动,因主锥齿轮25与副锥齿轮24相啮合,副锥齿轮24同步转动并带动螺纹杆23转动,此时两个连接板22同步相对运动,连接板22同步沿两个导轨211向内侧运动,连接板22同步带动两侧的挂钩27向内侧运动,同时挂钩27抵紧门禁闸机的两侧壁,底座21即被固定在门禁闸机上,此时AI测温人脸识别面板机1即被固定在门禁闸机上;
具体使用时,使用人员首先接通第一马达34的电源,第一马达34的输出轴转动带动主齿轮33转动,因主齿轮33与副齿轮32相啮合,副齿轮32同步转动并带动支杆31转动,支杆31转动并带动固定座35、支板36、安装架38和AI测温人脸识别面板机1转动,当AI测温人脸识别面板机1转动至合适角度,使用人员停止第一马达34的电源,随后使用人员接通第二马达37的电源,第二马达37的输出轴转动带动固定轴361和支板36转动,此时支板36带动AI测温人脸识别面板机1倾斜,当AI测温人脸识别面板机1倾斜至合适角度,使用人员即可停止AI测温人脸识别面板机1的电源;
当人员通过门禁闸机时,人员将脸部正对AI测温人脸识别面板机1,AI测温人脸识别面板机1即可对人员进行脸部识别和体温检测;当人员体温异常时,AI测温人脸识别面板机1即同步发生警报声。

- 一种基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,包括AI测温人脸识别面板机(1),其特征在于:所述AI测温人脸识别面板机(1)的下方设有可拆装机构(2),所述AI测温人脸识别面板机(1)和可拆装机构(2)之间设有调节机构(3);所述可拆装机构(2)包括呈中空式结构的底座(21),所述底座(21)的内部设有两个相对称的连接板(22),两个所述连接板(22)的两个相背离的一侧壁上均固定连接有两个相对称的挂钩(27),所述挂钩(27)穿过底座(21)并突出至外界。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述连接板(22)的中心处均螺纹连接有螺纹杆(23),两个所述螺纹杆(23)的两个相对立的一端均同轴键接有副锥齿轮(24),两个所述副锥齿轮(24)之间啮合有主锥齿轮(25),所述主锥齿轮(25)上同轴键接有连杆(26),所述连杆(26)的末端穿过底座(21)并突出至外界,且所述连杆(26)的末端同轴键接有拧块(261)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述调节机构(3)包括支杆(31),所述支杆(31)的底端同轴键接有副齿轮(32),所述副齿轮(32)的后侧啮合有主齿轮(33),所述主齿轮(33)的上方设有第一马达(34),所述第一马达(34)的输出轴与主齿轮(33)同轴键接;所述支杆(31)的顶端同轴固定连接有固定座(35),所述固定座(35)上开设有两个相对称的条形槽(351),所述固定座(35)的右侧壁上安装有第二马达(37)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述固定座(35)的前侧设有两个相对称的支板(36),所述支板(36)的后端穿过条形槽(351),两个所述支板(36)之间位于后端处固定连接有固定轴(361),所述固定轴(361)的末端穿过固定座(35)并与固定座(35)转动连接,两个所述支板(36)的前端之间处固定连接有安装架(38)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述安装架(38)的通过螺栓与AI测温人脸识别面板机(1)的后侧壁固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于: 所述底座(21)的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有支架(28),所述支架(28)的整体形状呈U型,所述副齿轮(32)和所述主齿轮(33)均位于支架(28)的下方,所述第一马达(34)通过螺栓与支架(28)的顶面固定连接,所述支杆(31)的底端穿过支架(28)并与支架(28)转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述挂钩(27)的整体形状呈L型,所述挂钩(27)的一侧壁上紧密粘接有多个防滑条(271),所述防滑条(271)采用橡胶材质制成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于人脸识别系统的便携式疫情防控报警设备,其特征在于:所述第一马达(34)的外部设有第一护罩(341),所述第二马达(37)的外部设有第二护罩(371),所述第一护罩(341)的两侧壁上和所述第二护罩(371)的底面均开设有多个散热槽。
