折叠机构、显示模组及电子设备 技术领域
本公开涉及电子设备制造的技术领域,尤其涉及一种折叠机构、显示模组及电子设备。
背景技术
目前市面上存在多款折叠屏手机,折叠屏手机已经被众多消费者接受,折叠屏手机的核心为柔性屏与转轴,通过转轴与柔性屏折叠时的相互配合达到手机折叠的目的,外观炫酷,方便收纳,是今后手机发展的一个分支方向。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种折叠机构、显示模组及电子设备。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种折叠机构包括:支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括第一板和第二板;翻折组件,所述翻折组件包括主轴、第一连杆和第二连杆;所述第一连杆的一端可转动地设置在所述主轴上,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述第一板相连;所述第二连杆的一端可转动地设置在所述主轴上,所述第二连杆的另一端与所述第二板相连;其中,所述第一连杆的一端在所述主轴上的转动角度大于等于180°,所述第二连杆的一端在所述主轴上的转动角度大于等于180°。
在一些实施例中,所述翻折组件还包括第三连杆和第四连杆,所述主轴上设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽;所述第三连杆可转动地设置在所述第一凹槽内,所述第一连杆可转动地与所述第三连杆相连;所述第四连杆可转动地设置在所述第二凹槽内,所述第二连杆可转动地与所述第四连杆相连。
在一些实施例中,所述第三连杆在所述第一凹槽内的转动角度为90°,和/或,所述第四连杆在所述第二凹槽内的转动角度为90°。
在一些实施例中,所述折叠机构还包括传动组件,所述传动组件包括第一传动件和第二传动件;其中,所述第一传动件的一侧与所述第一连杆啮合,所述第一传动件的另一侧与所述第一板啮合;所述第二传动件的一侧与所述第二连杆啮合,所述第二传动件的另一侧与所述第二板啮合。
在一些实施例中,所述第一传动件的所述一侧与所述第一传动件的所述另一侧的传动比为1:2。
在一些实施例中,所述折叠机构还包括位移组件,所述位移组件包括第一移动件和第二移动件,所述第一移动件设置在所述第一板,所述第二移动件设置在所述第二板;其中,所述第一传动件的一侧与所述第一连杆啮合,所述第一传动件的另一侧与所述第一移动件啮合;所述第二传动件的一侧与所述第二连杆啮合,所述第二传动件的另一侧与所述第二移动件啮合。

根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种显示模组包括:折叠机构,所述折叠机构为本公开中任一项实施例所述的折叠机构;显示屏,所述显示屏包括第一屏和第二屏,所述第一屏与所述第一板相连,所述第二屏与所述第二板相连。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种电子设备包括:如本公开中所述的显示模组。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本公开通过翻折组件可以将第一板和第二板进行大角度折叠,实现了第一板和第二板之间的正折和反折功能。

需要说明的是,电子设备包括但不限于智能手机、电子手表、智能平板和个人电脑等,本公开中以折叠屏手机为例进行说明。
在相关技术中,折叠屏手机具有两个屏幕,包括第一屏幕和第二屏幕,第一屏幕又包括第一子屏幕和第二子屏幕。
当折叠屏手机处于展开状态时,第一屏幕打开,此时,第一子屏幕和第二子屏幕之间的角度为180°。
当折叠屏手机处于闭合状态时,第一屏幕闭合,此时,第一子屏幕和第二子屏幕之间的角度为0°,用户只能通过第二屏幕来使用手机,其中,第二屏幕可以设置在手机的背面。
综上所述,现有技术中的折叠屏手机处于闭合状态时,需要在手机背面增加一个第二屏幕,提高了手机的成本。
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种折叠机构、显示模组及电子设备。
如图1-图6所示,根据本公开实施例的折叠机构100包括:支撑组件10和翻折组件20。
支撑组件10包括第一板11和第二板12,翻折组件20包括主轴25、第一连杆21和第二连杆22,第一连杆21和第二连杆22可转动地设置在主轴25上。
在本公开中,第一连杆21的一端可转动地设置在主轴25上,第一连杆21的另一端与第一板11相连。第二连杆22的一端可转动地设置在主轴25上,第二连杆22的另一端与第二板12相连。其中,第一连杆21的一端在主轴25上的转动角度大于等于180°,第二连杆22的一端在主轴25上的转动角度大于等于180°。示例地,参照图1,第一板11和第二板12沿主轴25 的轴向(例如图1中所示的Z轴方向)对称设置。在X轴方向上,第一连杆21和第二连杆22对称地设置在主轴25上。
示例地,在本公开实施例中,第一板11和第二板12大体上为平板形结构,可通过翻转第一板11和/或第二板12进而带动第一连杆21和第二连杆22绕主轴25发生翻转。
综上所述,可通过翻转第一板11和/或第二板12使得折叠机构100发生翻转,其中,在翻转第一板11和/或第二板12的过程中,第一板11可承载并带动第一连杆21,第二板12可承载并带动第二连杆22。
示例地,在本公开一些实施例中,折叠机构100可以包括驱动机构,该驱动机构可以与翻折组件20连接,用以驱动翻折组件20,进而带动第一板11和第二板12相对翻转,以此能够实现折叠机构的自动翻转。该驱动机构可以在折叠机构装配至电子设备之后,与电子设备的处理器连接,经由处理器控制。
示例地,参照图1,在X轴方向上,第一连杆21的右端可旋转地设置在主轴25上,第二连杆22的左端可旋转地设置在主轴25上。
第一连杆21的左端与第一板11相连,第二连杆22的右端与第二板12相连,其中,第一连杆21的一端在主轴25上的转动角度大于等于180°,第二连杆22的一端在主轴25上的转动角度大于等于180°。由此,本公开通过翻折组件可以将第一板和第二板进行大角度折叠,实现了第一板和第二板之间的正折和反折功能。
在一些实施例中,翻折组件20还包括第三连杆23和第四连杆24,主轴25上设置有第一凹槽251和第二凹槽252。第三连杆23可转动地设置在第一凹槽251内,第一连杆21可转动地与第三连杆23相连。第四连杆24可转动地设置在第二凹槽252内,第二连杆22可转动地与第四连杆24相连。
示例地,参照图3-图5,主轴25的两侧可以设置第一凹槽251和第二凹槽252,在主轴25的轴向(例如Z轴方向)上,第一凹槽251和第二凹槽 252的端面上设置有定位孔253,第三连杆23和第四连杆24设置有第二定位孔(未示出)。
在本公开的一些实施例中,通过销轴可将第三连杆23可旋转地设置在第一凹槽251内,通过销轴也可将第四连杆24可旋转地设置在第二凹槽252内。由此,可使第三连杆23和第四连杆24可在主轴25上自由转动。
在本公开中,第一连杆21可转动地与第三连杆23相连,第二连杆22可转动地与第四连杆24相连,有利于提高翻折组件20在折叠过程中的灵活性。
示例地,在本公开的实施例中还提供了一种显示模组和具有该显示模组的电子设备,其中电子设备可以包括但不限于手机和平板电脑。
在本公开的实施例中,电子设备和显示模组均包括本公开中任一项实施例所述的折叠机构100。由此,电子设备和显示模组通过折叠机构100能够实现翻转功能。
示例地,在本公开的一个具体实施例中,显示模组(或电子设备)可以具有两个屏幕,一个屏幕设置在第一板11上,另一个屏幕设置在第二板12上,由此,显示模组(或电子设备)的两个屏幕之间可以通过第一板11和第二板12发生翻转。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,第一连杆21的端部可通过一个销轴可旋转地与第三连杆23的端部相连。第二连杆22的端部可通过另一个销轴可旋转地与第四连杆24的端部相连。由此,有利于提高第一连杆21和第二连杆22的灵活度。
在一些实施例中,第三连杆23在第一凹槽251内的转动角度为90°,和/或,第四连杆24在第二凹槽252内的转动角度为90°。
示例地,参照图5,主轴25上设置有挡板254,挡板254位于第一凹槽251和第二凹槽252之间。在X轴所在的水平面上,挡板254垂直于该水平面,挡板254的一个侧面与第一凹槽251的底面的夹角为90°,挡板254的 另一个侧面与第二凹槽252的底面的夹角为90°。由此,在本公开中第三连杆23在第一凹槽251内的转动角度为90°,第四连杆24在第二凹槽252内的转动角度为90°。
示例地,参照图1,第三连杆23在第一凹槽251内的转动角度为90°,第四连杆24在第二凹槽252内的转动角度为90°。当电子设备通过折叠机构发生正折时,第三连杆23和第四连杆24可在主轴25上自由旋转,使得第一板11和第二板12贴合在一起。
当电子设备通过折叠机构发生反折时,第三连杆23和第四连杆24无法在主轴25上继续旋转。此时,第一连杆21可转动地与第三连杆23相连,第二连杆22可转动地与第四连杆24相连,通过继续旋转第一连杆21和第二连杆22可实现电子设备的反折过程。
综上所述,本公开中通过主轴25、第一连杆21、第二连杆22、第三连杆23和第四连杆24实现了电子设备的360°旋转折叠功能。由此,使电子设备的使用方式更多样。
另外由于电子设备可以实现360°折叠,可以节省一块背部的屏幕,降低成本。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,第三连杆23在第一凹槽251内的转动角度可以大于90°,和/或,第四连杆24在第二凹槽252内的转动角度可以大于90°。
在一些实施例中,折叠机构100还包括传动组件30,传动组件30包括第一传动件31和第二传动件32。其中,第一传动件31的一侧与第一连杆21啮合,第一传动件31的另一侧与第一板11啮合。第二传动件32的一侧与第二连杆22啮合,第二传动件32的另一侧与第二板12啮合。
示例地,参照图1,在X轴方向上,第一连杆21的右端可旋转地设置在主轴25上,第一连杆21的左端设计有齿条。
第一传动件31大体为圆形,第一传动件31上设置有两个扇形的齿条, 第一传动件31上的一个扇形齿条与第一连杆21的的左端的齿条啮合,第一传动件31上的另一个扇形齿条与第一板11啮合。
同样地,第二传动件32也为圆形,第二传动件32上也设置有两个扇形的齿条,第二传动件32上的一个扇形齿条与第二连杆22的的左端的齿条啮合,第二传动件32上的另一个扇形齿条与第二板12啮合。
在本公开中,当电子设备发生正折或者反折时,在Y轴方向上,由于电子设备折叠的中心轴线并不是位于电子设备厚度方向上的中心位置。因此,电子设备在折叠过程中,在X轴方向上,第一板11和第二板12之间可彼此远离和靠近,以此实现电子设备中框在横向尺寸上的动态补偿。
在一些实施例中,第一传动件31的一侧与第一传动件31的另一侧的传动比为1:2。
可以理解的是,在本公开中,第一传动件31和第二传动件32的结构可以完全一致。
示例地,参照图6,第一传动件31包括第一传动部311、第二传动部312和转动部313。第一传动部311和第二传动部312沿转动部313的轴线对称设置,其中,第一传动部311与第二传动部312的传动比为1:2。
由此,当第一连杆21通过第一传动部311带动转动部313转动角度A时,则转动部313带动第二传动部312转动了角度B,B=2A。
由此,本公开中通过设置传动比为1:2的第一传动件31和第二传动件32有利于提高第一板11和第二板12的移动效率。
示例地,在本公开的一些实施例中,第一传动件31和第二传动件32的还可以设计为1:3、1:4或者其他数值。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况设计不同传动比的第一传动件31和第二传动件32。
在一些实施例中,折叠机构100还包括位移组件40,位移组件40包括第一移动件41和第二移动件42,第一移动件41设置在第一板11,第二移动 件42设置在第二板12。其中,第一传动件31的一侧与第一连杆21啮合,第一传动件31的另一侧与第一移动件41啮合。第二传动件32的一侧与第二连杆22啮合,第二传动件32的另一侧与第二移动件42啮合。
示例地,参照图2,可以在第一板11上设置第一移动件41,在第二板12上设置第二移动件42,通过设置第一移动件41和第二移动件42有效地避免了传动组件30直接接触在支撑组件10上,有效地提高了支撑组件10的安全性,防止传动组件30划伤支撑组件10。
需要说明的是,在本公开中,第一移动件41和第二移动件42的结构可以相同可以不同,第一移动件41和第二移动件42的材质可以相同可以不同。
在一些实施例中,第一传动件31、第二传动件32、第一移动件41和第二移动件42均为两个。
第一连杆21的两侧均设置有第一齿部211,两个第一传动件31对称地设置在第一连杆21的两侧,第一传动件31的一侧与第一齿部211啮合,两个第一移动件41对称地设置在第一连杆21的两侧,第一传动件31的另一侧与第一移动件41啮合。
第二连杆22的两侧均设置有第二齿部221,两个第二传动件32对称地设置在第二连杆22的两侧,第二传动件32的一侧与第二齿部221啮合,两个第二移动件42对称地设置在第二连杆22的两侧,第二传动件32的另一侧与第二移动件42啮合。
示例地,参照图4,在本公开中,可以在第一连杆21的两侧设置两个第一传动件31和两个第一移动件41,可以在第二连杆22的两侧设置两个第二传动件32和两个第二移动件42。由此,有利于进一步地提高传动组件30的传动效率。
在本公开的一些实施例中,两个第一传动件31对称地设置在第一连杆21的两侧。由此,使得第一连杆21两侧的受力更均匀,有利于提高第一连杆21的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,折叠机构100还包括铰链50,铰链50用于连接第一板11与第二板12。
示例地,参照图1-图3,第一板11与第二板12之间设置铰链50,当第一板11和第二板12贴合在一起时,有利于提高第一板11和第二板12之间的相对稳定性,使得第一板11和第二板12不发生自由滑动。
在一些实施例中,铰链50与主轴25相连。
示例地,参照图1-图3,铰链50与主轴25,使得主轴25与铰链50之间的相对位置更稳定,在电子设备折叠过程中,主轴25不会任意晃动。
在本公开的一些实施例中,铰链50中具有铰链孔(未示出),主轴25的端面上设置有定位孔(未示出)。在本公开中通过销轴可将铰链50与主轴25相连,使得铰链50与主轴25的在折叠过程中更稳定。
在一些实施例中,铰链50为多个,多个铰链50沿第一板11的长度方向间隔地设置在第一板11与第二板12之间。
示例地,参照图1-图3,沿第一板11的长度方向(例如Z轴方向),第一板11与第二板12之间可以设置多个铰链50,多个铰链50同时拉紧第一板11和第二板12,有利于提高第一板11和第二板12在电子设备折叠过程中稳定性。
在一些实施例中,折叠机构100还包括滑动组件60,滑动组件60包括第一底座61、第二底座62、第一滑动件63和第二滑动件64。第一底座61设置在第一板11上,第一底座61上设置有第一滑道611,第一滑动件63可滑动地设置在第一滑道611内,第一移动件41与第一底座61相连,第一传动件31设置在第一滑动件63上。第二底座62设置在第二板12上,第二底座62上设置有第二滑道621,第二滑动件64可滑动地设置在第二滑道621内,第二移动件42与第二底座62相连,第二传动件32设置在第二滑动件64上。
示例地,参照图1-图3,第一底座61可固定在第一板11上,第一底座 61的侧壁上设置有第一滑道611。第一滑动件63的边缘部为片状结构,第一滑动件63的边缘部可滑动地设置在第一滑道611内。
其中,第一移动件41与第一底座61相连,第一移动件41通过第一传动件31和第一连杆21之间传动。由此,在本公开中,第一连杆21通过第一传动件31可使第一移动件41发生移动,第一移动件41可以拉动第一底座61。
同样地,参照图1-图3,第二底座62可固定在第二板12上,第二底座62的侧壁上设置有第二滑道621。第二滑动件64的边缘部为片状结构,第二滑动件64的边缘部可滑动地设置在第二滑道621内。
其中,第二移动件42与第二底座62相连,第二移动件42通过第二传动件32和第二连杆22之间传动。由此,在本公开中,第二连杆22通过第二传动件32可使第二移动件42发生移动,第二移动件42可以拉动第二底座62。
在本公开中,第一移动件41可以拉动第一底座61,第二移动件42可以拉动第二底座62。由此,实现了第一板11和第二板12之间的相对位置可调。
在一些实施例中,如图4、图7和图8所示,第一底座61上设置有第一安装槽612,第一移动件41可卡接在第一安装槽612内。第二底座62上设置有第二安装槽622,第二移动件42可卡接在第二安装槽622内。由此,有效地提高了第一移动件41与第一底座61之间连接的灵活性。
示例地,在本公开的一些实施例中,第一移动件41的外周轮廓大体为L形,第一移动件41的尾端能够卡接在第一安装槽612内。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,第一滑动件63上设置有第一定位柱631,第一传动件31上设置有第一旋转孔314,第一传动件31通过第一旋转孔314可旋转地套设在第一定位柱631上。
同样地,第二滑动件64上设置有第二定位柱(未示出),第二传动件32上设置有第二旋转孔(未示出),第二传动件32通过第二旋转孔可旋转地套设在第二定位柱上。
在本公开中,第一传动件31可旋转地设置在第一滑动件63上,第二传 动件32可旋转地设置在第二滑动件64上。
示例地,参照图1-图3,第一传动件31上的转动部313大体为圆板形,转动部313上可以设置有第一旋转孔314,第一滑动件63上可以设置有第一定位柱631。转动部313通过第一旋转孔314可旋转地套设在第一定位柱631上,由此,有利于提高第一传动件31在传动过程中的稳定性。
同样地,参照图1-图3,第二传动件32上也设置有转动部,第二传动件32上的转动部大体为圆板形,转动部上可以设置有第二旋转孔(未示出),第二滑动件64上可以设置有第二定位柱(未示出)。转动部通过第二旋转孔可旋转地套设在第二定位柱上,由此,有利于提高第二传动件32在传动过程中的稳定性。
根据本公开的第二方面的实施例,提供一种显示模组包括:折叠机构100和显示屏(未示出)。折叠机构100为本公开中中任一项实施例所述的折叠机构100,显示屏包括第一屏和第二屏,第一屏与第一板相连,第二屏与第二板相连。
由此,本公开中的第一屏与第二屏通过折叠机构100可以实现正折和反折,第一屏与第二屏在满足180°折叠的基础上同时满足较大角度的折叠,甚至可以实现360°的折叠。
根据本公开的第三方面的实施例,提供一种电子设备包括如本公开中所述的显示模组。
需要说明的是,电子设备包括但不限于智能手机、电子手表、智能平板和个人电脑等。
可以理解的是,本公开中“多个”是指两个或两个以上,其它量词与之类似。“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。单数形式的“一种”、“所述”和“该”也旨在包括多数形式,除非上下文清楚地表示其他 含义。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种折叠机构,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括第一板和第二板;
    翻折组件,所述翻折组件包括主轴、第一连杆和第二连杆;
    所述第一连杆的一端可转动地设置在所述主轴上,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述第一板相连;
    所述第二连杆的一端可转动地设置在所述主轴上,所述第二连杆的另一端与所述第二板相连;
    其中,所述第一连杆的一端在所述主轴上的转动角度大于等于180°,所述第二连杆的一端在所述主轴上的转动角度大于等于180°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述翻折组件还包括第三连杆和第四连杆,所述主轴上设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽;
    所述第三连杆可转动地设置在所述第一凹槽内,所述第一连杆可转动地与所述第三连杆相连;
    所述第四连杆可转动地设置在所述第二凹槽内,所述第二连杆可转动地与所述第四连杆相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第三连杆在所述第一凹槽内的转动角度为90°,和/或,所述第四连杆在所述第二凹槽内的转动角度为90°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括传动组件,所述传动组件包括第一传动件和第二传动件;
    其中,所述第一传动件的一侧与所述第一连杆啮合,所述第一传动件的另一侧与所述第一板啮合;
    所述第二传动件的一侧与所述第二连杆啮合,所述第二传动件的另一侧与所述第二板啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一传动件的所 述一侧与所述第一传动件的所述另一侧的传动比为1:2。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括位移组件,所述位移组件包括第一移动件和第二移动件,所述第一移动件设置在所述第一板,所述第二移动件设置在所述第二板;
    其中,所述第一传动件的一侧与所述第一连杆啮合,所述第一传动件的另一侧与所述第一移动件啮合;
    所述第二传动件的一侧与所述第二连杆啮合,所述第二传动件的另一侧与所述第二移动件啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一传动件、所述第二传动件、所述第一移动件和所述第二移动件均为两个;
    两个所述第一传动件对称地设置在所述第一连杆的两侧,所述第一传动件的所述一侧与所述第一连杆啮合,两个所述第一移动件对称地设置在所述第一连杆的两侧,所述第一传动件的所述另一侧与所述第一移动件啮合;
    两个所述第二传动件对称地设置在所述第二连杆的两侧,所述第二传动件的所述一侧与所述第二连杆啮合,两个所述第二移动件对称地设置在所述第二连杆的两侧,所述第二传动件的所述另一侧与所述第二移动件啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括铰链,所述铰链用于连接所述第一板与所述第二板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述铰链与所述主轴相连。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述铰链为多个,多个所述铰链沿所述第一板的长度方向间隔地设置在所述第一板与所述第二板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括滑动组件,所述滑动组件包括第一底座、第二底座、第一滑动件和第二滑动件;
    所述第一底座设置在所述第一板上,所述第一底座上设置有第一滑道,所述第一滑动件可滑动地设置在所述第一滑道内,所述第一移动件与所述第一底座相连,所述第一传动件设置在所述第一滑动件上;
    所述第二底座设置在所述第二板上,所述第二底座上设置有第二滑道,所述第二滑动件可滑动地设置在所述第二滑道内,所述第二移动件与所述第二底座相连,所述第二传动件设置在所述第二滑动件上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,所述第一底座上设置有第一安装槽,所述第一移动件可卡接在所述第一安装槽内,所述第二底座上设置有第二安装槽,所述第二移动件可卡接在所述第二安装槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠机构,其特征在于,
    所述第一滑动件上设置有第一定位柱,所述第一传动件上设置有第一旋转孔,所述第一传动件通过所述第一旋转孔可旋转地套设在所述第一定位柱上;
    所述第二滑动件上设置有第二定位柱,所述第二传动件上设置有第二旋转孔,所述第二传动件通过所述第二旋转孔可旋转地套设在所述第二定位柱上。
  14. 一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括:
    折叠机构,所述折叠机构为权利要求1-13中任一项所述的折叠机构;
    显示屏,所述显示屏包括第一屏和第二屏,所述第一屏与所述第一板相连,所述第二屏与所述第二板相连。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求14中所述的显示模组。
