进一步的,所述搅拌盘的上方且对应所述下球孔的位置处设置有止挡部,所述止挡部用于在搅拌盘不工作时阻挡球体落入所述下球孔。

本实用新型一个实施例提供了捡发球一体机,其具有可工作于捡球模式的发球部,从而利用一个机械结构同时完成发球和捡球两个功能,大大缩小了设备体积,提高了设备的便携性。本实用新型的捡发球一体机可以用于网球,也可以用于其他类似的球类,本实施例不做具体限定。
参见图1-图4,捡发球一体机包括上部机体1和下部机体8。
上部机体1包括球筐和捡球导向槽的上槽体2,捡球导向槽的上槽体2的出口位于球筐的顶部,球筐的底板5上固定有搅拌电机4,搅拌电机4驱动搅拌盘3转动,搅拌盘3中有四个直径大于球直径的出球孔25,搅拌盘3带着四个出球孔25上的球体19旋转,当其中一个球转到下球孔20时,球体19会由于重力作用落入发球导球部18中。
可选的,出球孔25的数量可以多于四个,也可以少于四个,本实施例不做具体限定。
更优选的,搅拌电机4除了可以固定在底板5上,还可以固定在球筐 侧壁或者其他适当位置处,此时搅拌电机5的输出轴可以通过齿轮、传送带等传动机构间接驱动搅拌盘3。
更优选的,为了防止搅拌盘不工作时,球体落入下球孔中,在所述搅拌盘的上方且对应所述下球孔的位置处设置止挡部,该止挡部可以为挡片、挡块、挡条等各种造型,能起到止挡作用即可。
进一步的,发球导球部18可以为长条形状的槽、漏斗形状的槽、硬质或软质管道、或含有中间过渡的槽的组合。只要能够将球体导入到发球轮处即可,本实施例并不限定该发球导球部18的具体结构。
进一步的,球筐的材质可以为塑料、金属、布料或类似材料的一种或多种组合。球筐可以做成向内或向外可折叠,或者升降式,或者可拆卸式,以减少携带运输体积。例如在携带运输时,球筐四个立面,可以分别向下嵌入到下部机体8中,或者球筐的四个立面向外折叠180度与下部机体8贴合。
进一步的,捡球导向槽上槽体2的材料可以为塑料、金属、布料或类似材料的一种或多种组合,其可以做成可拆卸的、可升降的结构,以减少携带运输体积。例如,在携带运输时,捡球导向槽上槽体2可以向下降落到下部机体8中,或者可拆卸后插入到下部机体8中空余空间,则可以大大缩小携带运输的体积。
下部机体8包括发球部和捡球导向槽的下槽体17。发球部包括发球轮、发球轮支架、发球轮驱动机构、发球轮支架驱动机构等,发球轮通过摩擦挤压的方式将球体发射出去,发球轮的数量可以是两个、三个或四个,本实施例不做具体限定。
下面以两个发球轮的发球部为例进行具体说明。
发球部包括上发球轮9、下发球轮13、第一球轮支架11、发球轮驱动机构、发球轮支架驱动机构和发球导球部18,捡球导向槽的下槽体17的入口贴近地面16。其中,发球轮驱动机构包括上发球轮驱动电机10和下发球轮驱动电机14,发球轮支架驱动机构包括上、下角度偏转电机12。上发球轮9和上发球轮驱动电机10设置于第一球轮支架11的第一端,下发球轮13和下发球轮驱动电机14设置于第一球轮支架11的第二端,上下角度偏转电机12设置于上发球轮9和下发球轮13之间,上下角度偏转电机12的输出轴驱动该第一球轮支架11旋转。
参见图2,在发球工作模式时,搅拌电机4驱动搅拌盘3转动,搅拌盘3带着出球孔25中的球旋转,当其中一个球转到下球孔20时,球会由于重力作用落入发球导球部18中。发球导球部18与第一球轮支架11连接,上发球轮9固定于上发球轮驱动电机10的输出端并由电机驱动顺时针旋转,下发球轮13固定于下发球轮驱动电机14输出端并由电机驱动逆时针旋转。上发球轮9和下发球轮13外表面最近处的距离小于球体19的直径,当球体19进入到两个发球轮中间时,球体19经过上发球轮9和下发球轮13的共同摩擦和挤压,从而被发射出去,实现发球功能。
进一步的,上发球轮9和下发球轮13的外表面材质可以为聚氨酯、橡胶、或者其他类似材料或者材料的组合。
进一步的,所述发球轮支架驱动机构还包括左、右角度偏转电机6。该左、右角度偏转电机6优选的固定于所述球筐的底板5上,可替代的,该左右角度偏转电机6也可以被固定于上部机体1或下部机体8的其他位置处,既可以固定于发球轮的上方,又可以固定于发球轮的下方,本实施例不做具体限定。
进一步的,捡发球一体机还包括第二球轮支架7,第二球轮支架7的上端连接左右角度偏转电机6的输出轴,第二球轮支架7的下端固定有所述上下角度偏转电机。
可选的,第一球轮支架11中间与上下角度偏转电机12的输出端固定,上下角度偏转电机12固定于第二球轮支架7底部,第二球轮支架7可以是L型支架,上下角度偏转电机12驱动第一球轮支架11旋转,从而可以调整发球俯仰角度。左右角度偏转电机6固定于球筐的底板5上,或上、下部机体的其他位置,其驱动输出轴与L型支架的顶部连接,这样可以控制L型支架左右旋转,从而可以调整发球的左右角度。
可选的,第二球轮支架7还可以是其他造型的支架,第二球轮支架7的一端也可以不连接在上下角度偏转电机12上,而直接连接到第一球轮支架11上,只要第二球轮支架7能在左右角度偏转电机6的带动下控制第一球轮支架11偏转即可。
可选的,上述各类电机可以是伺服电机、步进电机、舵机、减速电机、有刷/无刷电机等。
可选的,上、下发球轮的驱动电机和上、下发球轮可以安装于第一球轮支架11的同侧或者两侧,驱动电机和发球轮之间可加入轴承、联轴器、同步带等进行驱动。基于相同的原理,上下角度偏转电机12和第一球轮支架11也可以安装于第二球轮支架7的同侧或者两侧,上下角度偏转电机12和第一球轮支架11之间也可以加入轴承,联轴器、同步带等进行驱动。
可选的,所述左右和俯仰角度调整方式由电机输出轴直接驱动,也可以通过齿轮、链条、同步带、蜗轮蜗杆、多连杆机构、轴承、联轴器等实现,本实施例不做具体限定。
参见图3,在捡球工作模式时,上下角度偏转电机12驱动第一球轮支架11逆时针旋转,使得下发球轮13进入到图3中捡球位置,此位置下发球轮13的下边缘与地面16距离小于球体19的直径,在下发球轮13右侧为固定的捡球导向槽的下槽17,此时下发球轮13作为捡球轮使用。
一体机底部配有方便移动的轮子15,当一体机移动到处于地面16的球体19上方附近时,且球体19处于下发球轮13下边缘附近时,会被逆时针旋转的下发球轮13摩擦和压缩,从而进入捡球导向槽的下槽17,压缩和摩擦后,球体19变为压缩状态,在捡球导向槽的下槽17与下发球轮13之间对应的弧线部分,捡球导向槽的下槽17距离下发球轮13的外表面小于球体19的直径,从而球体19被逆时针旋转的下发球轮13和捡球导向槽的下槽17一起挤压和摩擦,使得球体19获得速度沿着捡球导向槽下槽17上升到捡球导向槽的上槽2,捡球导向槽的上槽2顶端为圆弧形,球体19经过捡球导向槽的上槽2顶端后进入球筐,完成捡球过程。
需要说明的是,球的上升速度是由于球被挤压和摩擦产生的,可以通过调节作为捡球轮的下发球轮13的转速来控制,或者通过调节捡球导向槽的下槽17与作为捡球轮的下发球轮13的相对距离来控制。进一步的,捡球导向槽的下槽17和捡球导向槽的上槽2为凹槽型结构,其宽度大于球的直径,槽截面可为开口方形,也可为圆弧形,或者多边形。凹槽可以是全封闭的管道或者半封闭管道或者类似结构。捡球导向槽的下槽17从下到上(从水平到垂直)的弧度可以是一段或多段圆弧、一段或多段折线、或者圆弧和折线的组合。
进一步的,捡球导向槽的上槽2的顶端有一处弧形挡板(也可为斜板或其他形状),目的是实现将球导入球筐中。可选的,该弧形挡板可以是 一段或多段圆弧、一段或多段折线、或者圆弧和折线的组合。
可选的,捡球导向槽的上槽2和捡球导向槽的下槽17,共同组成的捡球导向槽,可以是分段式的,也可以是一体式。
可选的,上发球轮9和下发球轮13可以是圆柱形轮。更优选的,可以将圆柱形轮的周向转动面设置为带有一个或多个凹槽结构,这样上发球轮9和下发球轮13对球体19的接触面积会更大,发球或捡球时不容易发生打滑现象。
综上,本实用新型的捡发球一体机能够使球体在捡球导向槽的底部被捡起,在捡球轮和槽底面共同摩擦和挤压下,获得速度后沿着捡球导向槽的下槽17和捡球导向槽的上槽2进入球筐。由于本实用新型未采用滚动挡板捡球结构,因此可以实现快速捡球。
本实用新型的另一实施例,在上一实施例的捡发球一体机中设置独立于发球部的捡球部,这样既简化了发球部的状态切换过程,又可以令发球部和捡球部互不干扰的独立工作。
参见图5、6,独立的捡球部包括:捡球轮23、捡球轮支架21和捡球轮驱动电机24。所述捡球轮23设置于所述捡球导向槽的下槽17的底部入口处,所述捡球导向槽的下槽17的底部入口贴近地面。在捡球时,捡球轮23由捡球轮驱动电机24驱动逆时针旋转,捡球轮驱动电机24固定于捡球支架21底部,捡球支架21为L型支架,其顶部固定在上部机体1或下部机体8的适当位置处,优选的,捡球支架21的顶部固定在球筐的底板5上。
可选的,所述捡球轮23可由捡球轮驱动电机24输出轴直接驱动,也可以通过齿轮、链条、蜗轮蜗杆、多连杆机构、轴承、联轴器、同步带等传动机构间接实现,本实施例不做具体限定。此外,捡球轮23可以通过轴 承,联轴器、同步带等机构与捡球支架21连接。
可选的,捡球轮23可以是圆柱形轮。更优选的,可将圆柱形轮的周向转动面设置为带有一个或多个凹槽结构,这样捡球轮23对球体19的接触面积会更大,捡球时不容易发生打滑现象。
作为另一优选实施方式(附图未示出),捡球轮的轮宽可以制作的较为宽大,例如将捡球轮的轮宽设置为与下部机体8的宽度近似,并容纳于下部机体8内,捡球导向槽的槽口宽度设置为与捡球轮的轮宽匹配,例如槽口宽度能够覆盖住捡球轮的轮宽。所述捡球轮支架设置在下部机体8的两侧,捡球轮的轮轴直接或通过轴承支撑在所述捡球轮支架上。捡球轮驱动电机通过齿轮、链条、蜗轮蜗杆、多连杆机构、轴承、联轴器、同步带等传动机构驱动所述捡球轮转动,捡球轮驱动电机可以设置在下部机体的适当位置处,不妨碍捡球轮转动即可。该实施方式相比于图5、6实施方式而言具有更高的捡球效率。
需要指出的是,本实施例由于同时具有发球部和独立的捡球部,发球部的下发球轮13无需偏转至捡球导向槽的下槽17的入口处作为捡球轮使用。需要注意的是,独立的捡球部和捡球导向槽的下槽17的安装位置应尽量远离发球部,以避免妨碍到发球部的正常操作。
以上描述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例。本领域技术人员应当理解,本实用新型中所涉及的公开范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离上述公开构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本实用新型中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于包括:
    上部机体和下部机体,其中,
    所述上部机体,包括球筐和捡球导向槽的上槽体;所述捡球导向槽的上槽体的出口位于球筐顶部;所述球筐内设置有球体搅拌机构,所述球筐的底板上设置有下球孔;
    所述下部机体,包括发球部、捡球部和捡球导向槽的下槽体,所述发球部包括发球轮、发球轮支架、发球轮驱动机构、发球轮支架驱动机构和发球导球部,所述发球轮支架用于固定所述发球轮和/或所述发球轮驱动机构,所述捡球导向槽的下槽体的入口贴近地面,所述发球导球部用于将所述球筐中的球体引导至所述发球轮;
    所述捡球部为独立的捡球机构,或者,所述发球部作为所述捡球部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于:
    当所述发球部作为所述捡球部并且捡发球一体机为捡球模式时,所述发球轮被发球轮支架驱动机构移动至所述捡球导向槽的下槽体的入口处,以用于捡球。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于:
    当所述捡球部为独立的捡球机构时,所述捡球部包括捡球轮、捡球轮支架和捡球轮驱动电机,所述捡球轮位于所述捡球导向槽的下槽体的入口处,所述捡球轮支架用于固定所述捡球轮和/或捡球轮驱动电机。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于:
    所述发球轮包括上发球轮和下发球轮;所述发球轮支架包括第一球轮支架和第二球轮支架;所述发球轮驱动机构包括上发球轮驱动电机和下发球轮驱动电机;所述发球轮支架驱动机构包括上下角度偏转电机和左右角 度偏转电机;
    所述上发球轮和上发球轮驱动电机设置于第一球轮支架的第一端,所述下发球轮和下发球轮驱动电机设置于第一球轮支架的第二端,所述上下角度偏转电机设置于所述上发球轮和下发球轮之间,并用于驱动该第一球轮支架旋转;
    所述左右角度偏转电机用于驱动所述第二球轮支架,以带动所述上发球轮和下发球轮左右转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于:
    所述左右角度偏转电机固定于所述球筐的底板上,所述第二球轮支架的上端连接所述左右角度偏转电机的输出轴,该第二球轮支架的下端与所述上下角度偏转电机固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于,
    球体搅拌机构包括搅拌电机和搅拌盘,所述搅拌电机用于驱动所述搅拌盘旋转;所述搅拌盘上设置有至少一个出球孔,当所述出球孔与所述下球孔对准时,球体从所述球筐落入所述发球导球部中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于,
    所述搅拌盘的上方且对应所述下球孔的位置处设置有止挡部,所述止挡部用于在搅拌盘不工作时阻挡球体落入所述下球孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于,所述发球轮通过摩擦挤压的方式发射所述球体,所述发球轮的数量为两个、三个或四个。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于,所述发球轮的下边缘距离地面的高度小于球体的直径。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种捡发球一体机,其特征在于,所述捡球轮的下边缘距离地面的高度小于球体的直径。
