Abstract
L'invention concerne un mélange probiotique contenant une souche isolée de Bacillus thurigiensis var. israelensis ; une souche isole de Trichoderma harzanium ; et une souche isolée de Bacillus subtilis. L'invention concerne également un biofongicide pour la lutte contre des champignons mycotoxigéniques, qui comprend : une quantité efficace du mélange probiotique susdécrit ; et, au moins, un agent diluant. L'invention concerne enfin un procédé pour la lutte contre des champignons mycotoxigéniques, qui consiste à appliquer une quantité efficace du biofongicide susdécrit à des tissus végétaux utiles dans la préparation de mélanges alimentaires.
