Abstract
L'invention concerne une valve prothétique et un système de remplacement transcathéter de valve prothétique. La valve prothétique comprend un support de valve, un cadre de positionnement et une pièce de liaison. Une première extrémité de la pièce de liaison est reliée au cadre de positionnement, et une deuxième extrémité est reliée au support de valve. Le support de valve et le cadre de positionnement possèdent tous deux un état transporté à compression radiale et un état implanté à expansion radiale. Lorsque le cadre de positionnement se trouve dans l'état implanté, un espace de positionnement peut être formé autour d'un feuillet de valve primaire. Au moins une portion du support de valve est conçue pour entrer dans l'espace de positionnement lorsque le cadre de positionnement se trouve dans l'état implanté et pour entraîner la pièce de liaison à commuter vers un état de flexion. Le support de valve et le cadre de positionnement peuvent être positionnés au moyen de la pièce de liaison dans un état de flexion. Le support de valve et le cadre de positionnement de la valve prothétique sont reliés au moyen de la pièce de liaison. Dans le processus du support de valve qui déplace, par rapport au cadre de positionnement, dans l'espace de positionnement du cadre de positionnement, la pièce de liaison peut être commutée vers l'état de flexion et la position entre le support de valve et le cadre de positionnement peut être fixée.
