从人体抽吸的脂肪组织可以通过离心或静置的方式进行纯化。颗粒脂肪的应用需要有效的去除杂质,并在应用的过程中避免污染,目前临床上采用离心管对抽取的脂肪组织进行离心,离心后装入敞口的装置中用注射器抽取纯化后的颗粒脂肪用于注射或其他操作,操作起来非常繁琐,并且受污染的可能性非常大。
因此,需要提供一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,用以解决现有的纯化方式操作繁琐和容易受到污染的缺点,从而解决纯化后的颗粒脂肪使用后安全性的技术问题。

下面结合附图,对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本申请的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
除非另有其他明确表示,否则在整个说明书和权利要求书中,术语“包括”或其变换如“包含”或“包括有”等等将被理解为包括所陈述的元件或组成部分,而并未排除其他元件或其他组成部分。
在本文中,为了描述的方便,可以使用空间相对术语,诸如“下面”、“下方”、“下”、“上面”、“上方”、“上”等,来描述一个元件或特征与另一元件或特征在附图中的关系。应理解的是,空间相对术语旨在包含除了在图中所绘的方向之外物件在使用或操作中的不同方向。例如,如果在图中的物件被翻转,则被描述为在其他元件或特征“下方”或“下”的元件将取向在所述元件或特征的“上方”。因此,示范性术语“下方”可以包含下方和上方两个方向。物件也可以有其他取向(旋转90度或其他取向)且应对本文使用的空间相对术语作出相应的解释。
如图1-图4所示,一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,包括外部注射器1和内部注射器2,所述外部注射器1包括外管4和设置在外管4内的外部注射器推杆6和外部注射器活塞8,所述外部注射器推杆6为中空结构,所述外部注射器活塞8设置在外部注射器推杆6的顶端,所述外部注射器活塞8的外周面与外管4的内壁抵接,所述外部注射器推杆6和外部注射器活塞8上分别设有开口端;所述内部注射器2包括设置在外部注射器推杆6内的内管5,所述内管5的顶端设有第二端口13,所述第二端口13与外部注射器推杆6的开口端可拆卸连接。外管4和内管5的材料可选择塑料或者玻璃。所述外部注射器活塞8可在外管4内往复运动。内部注射器2通过第二端口13与外部注射器推杆6可拆卸地套设在一起,并通过外部注射器活塞8和外部注射器推杆6的开口端将外管4和内管5两个注射腔连接,使外部注射器1和内部注射器2形成一个贯通腔体。
所述内部注射器2还包括设置在内管5内的内部注射器芯杆7和内部注射器活塞9,所述内部注射器活塞9设置在内部注射器芯杆7的顶端,所述内部注射器活塞9的外周面与内管5的内壁抵接。所述内部注射器芯杆7的尾端设有内部注射器芯杆握持部11,所述内部注射器芯杆握持部11为圆柱形结构。内部注射器芯杆握持部11也可以为其他 结构,具体根据使用者的需求而定。
所述内部注射器活塞9可在内管5内往复运动。所述外部注射器推杆6和外部注射器活塞8、内部注射器芯杆7和内部注射器活塞9、外部注射器1和内部注射器2均为同心关系,有着共同的中心纵向轴。
所述外部注射器活塞8和内部注射器活塞9为橡胶活塞。外部注射器活塞8和内部注射器活塞9与外部注射器推杆6和内部注射器芯杆7为可拆卸连接,选用的橡胶活塞具有成本低的优点。
所述外部注射器推杆6的开口端设有向内延伸的外部注射器活塞机构连接部12,所述第二端口13与外部注射器活塞机构连接部12可拆卸连接。所述外部注射器活塞机构连接部12为开口结构,可以与第二端口13紧密连接,实现了内部注射器2的内管5和外部注射器1的外管4互通的连接。
所述第二端口13设有向外凸起的第二端口延伸部,所述第二端口延伸部为中空凸起的锁紧接头且第二端口延伸部内壁设有内螺纹,所述外部注射器活塞机构连接部12设有外螺纹且与第二端口延伸部的内螺纹螺接固定。第二端口延伸部的锁紧接头可以很好的实现内管5的密封,在离心或静置时,不会漏液。
所述外管4的顶端设有第一端口10,所述第一端口10上可拆卸连接有封帽3。所述封帽3配合第一端口10可实现将整个双层注射器装置密封的效果,形成独特的封闭式离心装置。
所述第一端口10设有向外凸起的第一端口延伸部,第一端口延伸部为中空凸起的锁紧接头且第一端口延伸部内壁设有内螺纹,所述封帽3内部设有外螺纹且与第一端口延伸部的内螺纹螺接固定。第一端口延伸部的锁紧接头可以很好的实现外管4的密封,在离心或静置时,不会漏液。
优选地,所述第一端口延伸部和第二端口延伸部的锁紧接头均为内部圆锥接头,外套具有螺纹的锁紧接头。
优选地,所述第二端口延伸部为注射针针孔座。第二端口延伸部的注射针针孔座可以和外部注射器活塞机构连接部12配合锁紧,外部注射器推杆6也可以和顶部具有配套针管连接部的注射器任意互联,实现纯化的颗粒脂肪的转移和应用。
本申请的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置的使用过程为:
在使用双层注射器装置进行工作时,先握住外部注射器2的外管4,拉动外部注射器推杆6和外部注射器活塞8抽取脂肪组织,脂肪组织通过第一端口10进入外管4的腔体内,用封帽3密封第一端口10,将整个装置进行离心或静置,脂肪组织充分分层后拉动内部注射器芯杆7和内部注射器活塞9,此时,内部注射器2的内管5内形成另一个放置腔体,通过外部注射器活塞机构连接部12将分层后的上层物质吸取到内管5中,此时外部注射器1的外管4中剩下纯化后的颗粒脂肪和肿胀液等物质,然后将内管5的第二端口13与外部注射器活塞机构连接部12分离,实现将内部注射器2与外部注射器1分离,用顶部具有配套针管连接部的注射器和外部注射器活塞机构连接部12连接,抽取纯化后的颗粒脂肪,进行纯化的颗粒脂肪的转移和应用。

工业实用性
本申请涉及一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,外部注射器包括外管和设置在外管内的外部注射器推杆和外部注射器活塞,内部注射器包括设置在外部注射器推杆内的内管。本申请解决了现有的纯化方式操作繁琐和容易受到污染的问题,从而影响纯化后的颗粒脂肪使用后安全性的技术问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,包括外部注射器(1)和内部注射器(2),所述外部注射器(1)包括外管(4)和设置在外管(4)内的外部注射器推杆(6)和外部注射器活塞(8),所述外部注射器推杆(6)为中空结构,所述外部注射器活塞(8)设置在外部注射器推杆(6)的顶端,所述外部注射器活塞(8)的外周面与外管(4)的内壁抵接,所述外部注射器推杆(6)和外部注射器活塞(8)上分别设有开口端;
    所述内部注射器(2)包括设置在外部注射器推杆(6)内的内管(5),所述内管(5)的顶端设有第二端口(13),所述第二端口(13)与外部注射器推杆(6)的开口端可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述内部注射器(2)还包括设置在内管(5)内的内部注射器芯杆(7)和内部注射器活塞(9),所述内部注射器活塞(9)设置在内部注射器芯杆(7)的顶端,所述内部注射器活塞(9)的外周面与内管(5)的内壁抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述外部注射器推杆(6)的开口端设有向内延伸的外部注射器活塞机构连接部(12),所述第二端口(13)与外部注射器活塞机构连接部(12)可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述外管(4)的顶端设有第一端口(10),所述第一端口(10)上可拆卸连接有封帽(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述第二端口(13)设有向外凸起的第二端口延伸部,所述第二端口延伸部为中空凸起的锁紧接头且第二端口延伸部内壁设有内螺纹,所述外部注射器活塞机构连接部(12)设有外螺纹且与第二端口延伸部的内螺纹螺接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述第一端口(10)设有向外凸起的第一端口延伸部,第一端口延伸部为中空凸起的锁紧接头且第一端口延伸部内壁设有内螺纹,所述封帽(3)内部设有外螺纹且与第一端口延伸部的内螺纹螺接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述内部注射器芯杆(7)的尾端设有内部注射器芯杆握持部(11),所述内部注射器芯杆握持部(11)为圆柱形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述外部注射器活塞(8)和内部注射器活塞(9)为橡胶活塞。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述第一端口延伸部和第二端口延伸部的锁紧接头均为内部圆锥接头,外套具有螺纹的锁紧接头。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于颗粒脂肪纯化的双层注射器装置,其特征在于,所述第二端口延伸部为注射针针孔座。
