如图1至图5所示,本发明提供的一种结构改良的座椅架,其包括底座1、扶手架5、转动设置于底座1上的驱动机构2、滑动设置于底座1上的扶手架调节组件3、与驱动机构2的输出端转动连接的腿部支撑组件4、分别与扶手架5和底座1铰接的背靠组件6、设置于扶手架调节组件3靠近腿部支撑组件4的一侧的联动杆一7、设置于扶手架调节组件3的另一侧的联动杆二8及一端与联动杆二8的中部铰接的联动杆三9,所述腿部支撑组件4分别与联动杆三9的另一端和扶手架5铰接;所述联动杆二8的一端与扶手架调节组件3铰接,所述联动杆二8的另一端与扶手架5铰接;所述联动杆一7的一端与扶手架调节组件3铰接,所述联动杆一7的另一端与扶手架5铰接;所述驱动机构2能带动扶手架调节组件3相对于底座1滑动并使得扶手架调节组件3远离背靠组件6的一端相对于底座1向上倾斜。
在实际使用过程中,座椅架位于坐姿状态时,腿部支撑组件4处于收缩状态、扶手架5处于平放状态、背靠组件6处于收缩或直立状态、驱动机构2处于收缩状态(驱动机构2的输出端基本位于驱动机构2的本体内);当需要调节座椅架至躺靠状态时,驱动机构2启动,驱动机构2的输出端伸出驱动机构2的本体的长度逐渐增长,通过驱动机构2带动腿部支撑组件4相对于扶手架5和联动杆三9转动,从而展开腿部支撑组件4;腿部支撑组件4在展开的同时,能带动联动杆三9和联动杆二8相对于扶手架调节组件3和扶手架5转动,驱动机构2能通过腿部支撑组件4、联动杆三9、联动杆二8和联动杆一7带动扶手架5向靠近腿部支撑组件4的方向转动,从而使得扶手架5靠近腿部支撑组件4的一端略微向上倾斜,背靠组件6在扶手架5的带动下能相对于底座1转动,背靠组件6相对于底座1初步展开或倾斜,完成座椅架躺靠状态的调节。当需要将座椅架从躺靠状态调节至零重力状态时,驱动机构2的输出端继续伸出驱动机构2的本体,驱动机构2能通过腿部支撑组件4、扶手架5、联动杆一7、联动杆二8和联动杆三9带动扶手架调节组件3相对于底座1滑动,在滑动过程中扶手架调节组件3远离背靠组件6的一端相对于底座1向上倾斜,扶手架调节组件3的另一端相对于底座1滑动并带动背靠组件6相对于底座1转动,扶手架5带动腿部支撑组件4同步倾斜、背靠组件6相对于底座1转动,从而实现背靠组件6的彻底展开或倾斜,完成了座椅架从躺靠状态到零重力状态的调节。本发明的驱动机构2能分别为腿部支撑组件4、扶手架5、扶手架调节组件3和背靠组件6的调节提供动力,节约了座椅架调节所需的动力源;通过联动杆一7、联动杆三9和联动杆二8连接扶手架5和扶手架调节组件3,简化了扶手架调节组件3和扶手架5的连接结构;座椅架的姿态转换方便流畅,提高了使用者的使用体验。
进一步地,所述扶手架调节组件3包括座椅侧板31和联动组件32,所述联动组件32与座椅侧板31远离背靠组件6的一端铰接,所述座椅侧板31另一端与底座1滑动连接;所述联动杆一7和联动杆二8分别与座椅侧板31铰接。
具体地,所述联动组件32包括联动杆四34、联动杆五35和联动杆六36,所述联动杆四34的一端与底座1铰接,所述联动杆四34的另一端与联动杆五35的中部铰接,所述联动杆五35的一端与座椅侧板31铰接,所述联动杆五35的另一端与联动杆六36的一端铰接,所述联动杆六36的另一端与底座1铰接;所述联动杆五35呈圆弧形;所述扶手架5上设置有能与联动杆二8抵触的抵触件一33。在实际使用过程中,座椅架从坐姿状态转变为躺靠状态时,驱动机构2带动联动杆一7和联动杆二8相对于座椅侧板31向靠近腿部支撑组件4的方向转动,直至联动杆一7与扶手架5上的抵触件一33抵触后,联动杆一7经由抵触件一33限位,联动杆一7不再相对于座椅侧板31和扶手架5转动,座椅架转换为躺靠状态;驱动机构2的输出端伸出驱动机构2的本体的长度继续伸长,驱动机构2经由联动杆一7、联动杆二8、联动杆三9和扶手架5带动座椅侧板31相对于底座1向远离腿部支撑组件4的方向滑动,座椅侧板31带动联动杆五35向远离背靠组件6的方向转动,联动杆五35带动联动杆四34和联动杆六36分别相对于底座1转动,联动杆四34和联动杆六36为联动杆五35和座椅侧板31的运动提供导向,联动杆四34和联动杆六36转动时的方向性好,运动阻力少;通过联动杆四34和联动杆六36配合转动,使得联动杆五35与座椅侧板31的连接处在竖直方向上的高度逐渐增高,座椅侧板31和扶手架5远离背靠组件6的一端的在滑动的过程中向上倾斜,从而便于座椅架从躺靠状态向零重力状态的转变。增设联动组件32,当座椅侧板31相对于底座1滑动时,联动组件32使得座椅侧板31的另一端的倾斜运动更为顺畅,有利于座椅侧板31和扶手架5顺畅调节至倾斜状态,联动组件32的结构简单,生产和加工方便。
进一步地,所述扶手架调节组件3还包括设置于底座1上的滑动导向件37及与滑动导向件37滑动连接的滑轮38,所述滑轮38转动设置于座椅侧板31上。
具体地,所述底座1上设置有能与滑轮38抵触的抵触件二10;所述联动杆一7、联动杆二8和联动杆三9分别设置于座椅侧板31靠近扶手架5的一侧,所述联动组件32、滑动导向件37和滑轮38分别设置于座椅侧板31的另一侧。在实际使用过程中,滑轮38在滑动导向件37内向靠近腿部支撑组件4的方向滑动,滑动导向件37为滑轮38的滑动提供导向,当座椅调节至零重力状态时,滑轮38能与抵触件二10抵触,抵触件二10能避免滑轮38从滑动导向件37内脱出,提高了座椅架调节时的精度和稳定性。
进一步地,所述腿部支撑组件4包括腿部支撑架一45、腿部支撑架二46、支撑架连接杆一47、连杆一41、连杆二42、连杆三43、连杆四44,所述连杆一41的一端与腿部支撑架一45的一端铰接,所述连杆一41的另一端与连杆二42的一端铰接,所述连杆二42的另一端与扶手架5铰接,所述驱动机构2的输出端与连杆二42的中部转动连接;所述腿部支撑架一45的中部与支撑架连接杆一47的一端铰接,所述支撑架连接杆一47的另一端与腿部支撑架二46的一端铰接,所述腿部支撑架二46的另一端与连杆三43的一端铰接,所述连杆三43的另一端与连杆四44的一端铰接,所述连杆四44的另一端分别与扶手架5和联动杆三9铰接。
具体地,所述连杆三43的中部与连杆二42的中部铰接;所述连杆一41的中部与腿部支撑架二46铰接;所述腿部支撑组件4还包括腿部支撑架三48及支撑架连接杆二49,所述支撑架连接杆二49的一端与腿部支撑架三48的一端铰接,所述支撑架连接杆二49的另一端与连杆一41的中部铰接;所述腿部支撑架三48的另一端与连杆三43的中部铰接。在实际使用过程中,驱动机构2的输出端伸出驱动机构2的本体的长度不断增长,驱动机构2带动连杆二42相对于扶手架5转动,连杆二42分别带动连杆一41、连杆三43、腿部支撑架一45、支撑架连接杆一47、腿部支撑架二46、连杆四44、支撑架连接杆二49、腿部支撑架三48向外远离扶手架5的方向转动,从而实现腿部支撑组件4的展开。腿部支撑架一45、腿部支撑架二46和腿部支撑架三48能分别为使用者的腿部提供支撑,提高了使用者的舒适度。增设支撑架连接杆一47,使得腿部支撑架一45能相对于支撑架连接杆一47和腿部支撑架二46进一步向靠近扶手架5的方向收折,提高了座椅架收折时的空间利用率。
进一步地,所述背靠组件6包括联动杆七61、联动杆八62、联动杆九63及背靠件64,所述联动杆七61的一端与背靠件64的中部铰接,所述联动杆七61的另一端与联动杆八62的一端铰接,所述联动杆八62的另一端与联动杆九63的一端铰接,所述联动杆九63的另一端与底座1铰接;所述联动杆八62的中部和背靠件64的一端分别与扶手架5铰接。
具体地,所述联动杆八62呈L形;所述扶手架5上设置有连接件11;所述背靠件64与连接件11的一端铰接,所述联动杆八62的中部与连接件11的另一端铰接。在实际使用过程中,当座椅侧板31和扶手架5相对于底座1滑动向远离背靠组件6的方向滑动时,扶手架5能带动连接件11倾斜并向远离背靠组件6的方向运动,连接件11带动背靠件64倾斜,背靠件64带动联动杆七61、联动杆八62和联动杆九63转动,联动杆七61、联动杆八62和联动杆九63能对倾斜后的背靠件64进行限位和导向,从而实现背靠组件6的展开或倾斜。背靠组件6展开或收缩时的稳定性好,背靠件64与扶手架5和底座1的连接结构简单,背靠件64的倾斜或直立动作流畅。
本实施例中的所有技术特征均可根据实际需要而进行自由组合。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本技术方案构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、扶手架(5)、转动设置于底座(1)上的驱动机构(2)、滑动设置于底座(1)上的扶手架调节组件(3)、与驱动机构(2)的输出端转动连接的腿部支撑组件(4)、分别与扶手架(5)和底座(1)铰接的背靠组件(6)、设置于扶手架调节组件(3)靠近腿部支撑组件(4)的一侧的联动杆一(7)、设置于扶手架调节组件(3)的另一侧的联动杆二(8)及一端与联动杆二(8)的中部铰接的联动杆三(9),所述腿部支撑组件(4)分别与联动杆三(9)的另一端和扶手架(5)铰接;所述联动杆二(8)的一端与扶手架调节组件(3)铰接,所述联动杆二(8)的另一端与扶手架(5)铰接;所述联动杆一(7)的一端与扶手架调节组件(3)铰接,所述联动杆一(7)的另一端与扶手架(5)铰接;所述驱动机构(2)能带动扶手架调节组件(3)相对于底座(1)滑动并使得扶手架调节组件(3)远离背靠组件(6)的一端相对于底座(1)向上倾斜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述扶手架调节组件(3)包括座椅侧板(31)和联动组件(32),所述联动组件(32)与座椅侧板(31)远离背靠组件(6)的一端铰接,所述座椅侧板(31)另一端与底座(1)滑动连接;所述联动杆一(7)和联动杆二(8)分别与座椅侧板(31)铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述联动组件(32)包括联动杆四(34)、联动杆五(35)和联动杆六(36),所述联动杆四(34)的一端与底座(1)铰接,所述联动杆四(34)的另一端与联动杆五(35)的中部铰接,所述联动杆五(35)的一端与座椅侧板(31)铰接,所述联动杆五(35)的另一端与联动杆六(36)的一端铰接,所述联动杆六(36)的另一端与底座(1)铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述扶手架调节组件(3)还包括设置于底座(1)上的滑动导向件(37)及与滑动导向件(37)滑动连接的滑轮(38),所述滑轮(38)转动设置于座椅侧板(31)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述腿部支撑组件(4)包括腿部支撑架一(45)、腿部支撑架二(46)、支撑架连接杆一(47)、连杆一(41)、连杆二(42)、连杆三(43)、连杆四(44),所述连杆一(41)的一端与腿部支撑架一(45)的一端铰接,所述连杆一(41)的另一端与连杆二(42)的一端铰接,所述连杆二(42)的另一端与扶手架(5)铰接,所述驱动机构(2)的输出端与连杆二(42)的中部连接;所述腿部支撑架一(45)的中部与支撑架连接杆一(47)的一端铰接,所述支撑架连接杆一(47)的另一端与腿部支撑架二(46)的一端铰接,所述腿部支撑架二(46)的另一端与连杆三(43)的一端铰接,所述连杆三(43)的另一端与连杆四(44)的一端铰接,所述连杆四(44)的另一端分别与扶手架(5)和联动杆三(9)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述连杆三(43)的中部与连杆二(42)的中部铰接;所述连杆一(41)的中部与腿部支撑架二(46)铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述腿部支撑组件(4)还包括腿部支撑架三(48)及支撑架连接杆二(49),所述支撑架连接杆二(49)的一端与腿部支撑架三(48)的一端铰接,所述支撑架连接杆二(49)的另一端与连杆一(41)的中部铰接;所述腿部支撑架三(48)的另一端与连杆三(43)的中部铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种结构改良的座椅架,其特征在于:所述背靠组件(6)包括联动杆七(61)、联动杆八(62)、联动杆九(63)及背靠件(64),所述联动杆七(61)的一端与背靠件(64)的中部铰接,所述联动杆七(61)的另一端与联动杆八(62)的一端铰接,所述联动杆八(62)的另一端与联动杆九(63)的一端铰接,所述联动杆九(63)的另一端与底座(1)铰接;所述联动杆八(62)的中部和背靠件(64)的一端分别与扶手架(5)铰接。
